    Today at 5.30 p.m. I booked a ticketfor my wife in KPN travel through online to travel from Madurai to Chennai in Sleeper bus starts from Madurai at 9.30 p.m. Date of journey is 10.06.17. Rs.732/- is deducted from my account. But booking detail has not been sent to my mobile and I, ve not received any mail so far.My booking id is 00033868

        Just now I am traveling in your kpn travels ac volvo bus from chennai to tup. The bus is at a very poor condition where the roof of the bus is very much damaged and water leaks from the air conditioner provided in the bus. As you have said in your website page your are been serving 6000 passengers and 200 destination places daily. Being a big travel agency this type of carelessness are to be condemned .These type of buses are very unsafe for us that too during night time. As we are paying a huge fare of rupees 795 your agency must give all the customers 100 percent satisfaction. I have attached herewith my ticket details and damaged pics of the bus. I hope these type of issues will not arise in future and the issue will be sorted out soon.

        very very worst delivery in bundles
        I am M. Muthuraj (Sri Ambikai Printo Blocks.) My party booked 2 (two) bundles in Bangalore on 13.06.2017. Lr No. BLR[protected]. Still now we did not received my bundles. It's very worst delivery service in Sivakasi. Kindly arrange quick service in our town.

          I have tried to book bus ticket at kpn travels on may 10, 2017 01:46
          Money (1843 rs) got deducted, but ticket was not confirmed. I complained many times on kpn office on given number[protected], they told me after 8 days money will come back, but its not happened

          Again they told me after 20 days money will come back, now this is almost one month my money is not came back

          Finally they told to contact the citrus gateway, through which payment happened. I contacted citrus gate way 2 times, they informed already money went to kpn account and they provided merchant order number also

          But again kpn office is not responding properly and speaking very harshly saying that they didn't get money and contact to citrus gate way.

          I don't have any kpn managers number only some junior staff is picking phone, totally frustrated to get back my money

          Yes after many follow up and n number of calls and continue sly disturb them, finally got back my money

          I understood KPN dont have a online cash back system eventhough a big company, some of the people are going bank and manually put the money into our account and those people are lazy and if they are not doing thier duty then customer in problem
          I booked a ticket from tnagar to madurai yesterday. Boarding time -9pm. There is no attender in the bus, that's why i calling not attend very Late coming at 10.15pm. Why late ask driver and tnagar kpn office member replied worst response. Worst service. I paid this much cost there is unsatisfied for my journey.

            Hi,
            I received a parcel from Mayiladuthurai today to Chennai. I got the parcel delivered Mogappair.

            LR #: MAD[protected]Mentioned in the text messge)

            In the bill the amount mentioned was Rs. 100/-.

            But what they collected from me was 110/-.

            When asked, they are saying 10 rupees is for loading and unloading which will not be mentioned in the bill. But in my bill I already have loading and unloading charges added. Together it was 110. But they were harsh when asked for the reason for the hidden charges.

            I would like to raise this issue using the contact number mentioned in the bill for complaints ([protected]). But this number is also not reachable.

            It would be great if you could take an action on the same.

              The duty driver of the above mentioned bus number dashed our car on 7/5/17(Sunday) near krishnagiri toll and broke our mirror. He was so irresponsible and dint even care about the people on road. The driver was actually aged person and he was around 55+ years. Drivers must be careful during night trips, he was careless. This was a minor accident. If it had been a major accident, think who will take the responsibility?? You cannot change anything incase of injuries. Please take proper action on that driver. I mentioned the driver details below.

                I had an travel ticket from Chennai to Salem on 30th may 17 bus time is 6.15 am, but it left at 6am, if we ask driver or office in charge no response, even an unorganised travels calls customers before leaving, that to after time starting, but you people not bothered, it's very hard to create an brand KPN I think you people going to spoil with matter of time, from low level no response let's see from top management,

                  I booked kpn bus ticket for my mother aged 50, from chennai to trichy 11.00 am, she came to bus stop 10.30 am to catch the bus. It was a very hot summer climate, she was standing alone for 3 hours till 1.30 pm. But, bus did not come.in that 3 hours whenever she called to travels they said that, within half an hour it will reach. Finally at 1.30 pm they saying bus will start after half an hour. My mom got unconscious at the bus stop and she came back to home by taxi.
                  Such a nastiest service by kpn bus. I called them they are not responding properly. I told them to refund the ticket cost which is 800 rupees. But no response. Please take some action.
                  Booked my ticket for travel from Chennai to trichy on 3rd june'17 using [protected]@yahoo.co.in ticket reservation failed but amount got debited through psytm gateway when will the amount get credited to my account

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have booked a ticket from Madurai to Chennai on 11/05/2017 in the name of KALAISELVI at 2.45 PM through my ICICI net banking. But there was problem at the end of process. I have called and asked KPN office and informed what happened in the process and they said the amount will credit automatically. So, I booked again in 10 minutes and get the ticket and get the boarding pass# BE[protected] and traveled on the same day. But Still now i didn't received my refund amount of Rs.542/-.
                    While calling for the complaint to KPN office, they rejected my claim and speaking irrespective and they said your both the tickets has booked successfully where will not be refunded.

                    Kindly take the necessary action regarding the same to refund my money back.

                      I have booked 4 tickets from chennai to tirunelveli PIN#:OZOHG8AZ5721 Ticket#:E[protected] on 24.05.2017. I have informed via message that the bus will be arriving at 7 pm. Later I got another message intimating me about the delay and it was mentioned that the bus will be arriving around 7.45 pm. But the bus has arrived at 8.30 pm. And the bus hasn't arrived at the place mentioned in the message. We were asked to walk nearly about half a kilo meter with our luggage. As I am a heart patient, I felt very bad about it. Not only me, there were other passengers including old people and children who found this difficult. At last we were in. We didn't feel that the bus was in good condition. As a result of this, the bus had a breakdown at 4 am in trichy. Till 6.45 am we were at trichy. We were not arranged any alternate bus too. That was not at fair. What if, if we people have some urgent works? It was a disgusting. If the bus was in good condition we would have arrived Tirunelveli around 4.30 am. But due to this breakdown we get delayed nearly 5-6 hours. We reached tirunelveli at 1 pm. Very worst travelling experience it was.

                        I booked a parcel weighing 45kg, and worth rs 10, 000, from ambasamudram on the 16th may 2017 to varuga patti, theni district.
                        . Today it is 25th of may and till now i haven't received the parcel. The drivers and the conductor have no responsibility. They behave as if they are the owner of the bus. When asked they are replying that, it's not my duty to deliver the parcel. I can't understand what the kpn owner is doing. I can surely say if the management runs in this manner, in future kpn will be in the history. Beware

                          We have planned to go munnar on 5th June, regarding travel booking we called kpn travel valechery and guindy kpn office, but they trying to push us to book tickets in koyambed office, then wat s point in keeping office in various places, that too person in guindy office is very rude and not helping us to n right path, kindly take action against those irresponsible people .
                          I've booked a speed parcel at dindigul on 19 may 2017. I got message that the product is ready for delivery but still it is not received.

                            I have booked my bus ticket in kpn travels.. it suppose to be start from the pickup location at 6.15am. The bus reached the location at 6.45am, now another surprise this bus will go to other place from there I have to board other bus. Looks pathetic. I have some commitment at 11.30am today. With this fake time travel and commitment by the Kpn I cannot reach on time.
                            Ladies, Aged people and children are really struggled without a toilet at the Bommanahalli, Bangalore boarding place.
                            There should be atleast one toilet for ladies.
                            It was really a bad experience with KPN.

                              I booked a ticket from karur to nagercoil on may 13, 2017. Bus timing was 11:45 pm in karur but we got a message that bus was delayed by 90 minutes. We accept that delay, while boarding we enquiry driver about this delay his respond that bus was delay.. We said why sir bus was delay he responded that it was not my job, it's not my duty to respond you. Then we decided driver was irresponsible. We went to booked seat it was occupied by someone. That person respond that driver ask as me to sit here go and ask driver. Driver again replied that it's not my fault go and occupied last seat else get down. What a responsible driver??
                              Then we connect salem head office he also replied that sir please provide driver mobile number we will change it. After 15 mins we again call salem head office then they didn't​ pick our call. What a responsible person he also??
                              If we need to sit in seat what you provided. Then why the hell you are using online booking?? We book ticket only because of our trust on kpn. These awesome service by your employees makes our level of trust wonderfull. Nice driver and customer care service.
                              Hope this complaint is also useless. Please don't use online booking. Our money waste time waste.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have booked ticket in KPN to travel on 12th May 2017 from Chennai to Madurai. Ticket booked on 4th May 2017 through online.

                                On 4th May 2017, the ticket was booked twice, with first booking seat no. L7, L8 and L12. The second booking was with seat no. L16, L15 & L28.

                                This was noticed during boarding on the bus. During boarding, my relative was waiting for the bus and we informed the drive to use these three ticket, but the driver behaved rashly and moved the bus without proper informaton.

                                We raised the complaint in the Ashok Nagar Booking Office Chennai, but they didn't raise the complaint and asked to contact [protected]. We contacted them at 21:55 on 12th May 2017 but he also didnt took complaint.

                                Please help to refund the amount 2194.00 and request to take action on the rude behavioiur of the drive.

                                Drive no.[protected] and his mobile switched off when we tried to call him.

                                Let me know your postive feedback.

                                  I have booked thiruvannamalai to bangalore 1st may 3:00 am. Driver called me 12:30 am and told bus will reach 1:00 am, come on time, otherwise we cant wait for ur time.
                                  I asked why such so early, driver told daily same time only reach, i[censored] booked in online na, then u can ask from online, dnt ask me.
                                  Then i called to office number, they also told same thing. Cut the phone and ask in online.

                                  They dnt know how want to give respect to customers.
                                  Like they are don, or rules can be changed from themselves, they never follow. Please teach/ punish them regarding this issue.

                                  Even I too faced the same issue :I booked ticket on 11th may for 3AM travel from tiruvanaMalai to Bangalore.. after multiple calls driver told us, bus already left by 2.30 as per kpn instruction and get the money back from KPN office..

                                    I booked a ticket from Dindigul to Bangalore on 3rd May(Wed)for 11:40 pm Boarding time. Bus not arrived till 2:30 am. Bus driver's not at all picked our calls on several attempt. We contacted KPN head office, and they told that bus is in moving and it's on the way from madurai 11:40 pm. They were lieing. And we checked GPS tracker at 11:40 on and it was showing that bus just started from Thirunelveli. These guys are not giving respect for customers. We are still waiting at boarding point from 11:40pm. Almost 3 hrs. I don't know where to register my complaint.

                                      I have booked 4parcel to kanchipuram from bangalore. Two weeks ago they mentioned within two days the parcel will reach. After waiting for 2 weeks i have only got 2 parcel delivered the remaining was missing when i contacted the parcel service in shanthinagar bangalore there was no response they are careless. Parcel is not delivered. They are not even responding properly. Due to that parcel i lost twenty thousand rupees. Very worst parcel service ever. Even the person in the parcel service office they are are not responding. Very worst service instead of doing like this they can shut the parcel service..

We found that after taking delivery some dress materials missing, parcell received by them was not in good condition. Got damaged. Value of the materials missing is raymond's bag with dress materials worth rs 2500/, it is a bridal collection. Please make sure to get back the materials.
