Dear Sir,
I booked a ticket from Madurai to Hyderabad on 31st march for the journey of 1st April, through net-banking made from Indian overseas bank. Unfortunately the transaction as incomplete, money was deducted from my account and the ticket was not generated. I was advised to make another transaction through credit card to book the ticket, which was successful.
At that time I was told that, the money will be refunded in a week of time. It was not done and I contacted your personal, where i was told that it will take 15 to 20 days for refunding, if the payment is made by net-banking.
By this day it is completing 21 days, still refund is not made.
I am sorry to say that, this is showing gross irresponsibility on your part.
Once again I am requesting you to look in to the matter, to retain me as your customer for future. Anyhow I lost my trust in you. Certainly I will be looking for other travels to commute between Hyderabad and Madurai.

It seems You people are otherwise very busy to ignore my problem.
I gave enough time space for you to respond, but it appears you do not have minimum courtesy to take care of Customers.
However you made me to learn a lifetime lesson and I am thankful to you.
But in the last I am to inform you that, I am proceeding legally against you to get my amount refund. Wait for it and prepare your response to it.
