I have booked a parcel from Bangalore to Valliyoor . LR No BLR[protected] .

Around 10.18 am I got a sms saying parcel has been delivered to the recepient Mr.Rajamoni .
But when I checked with Mr.Rajamoni ( My DAD ) , the parcel has not been delivered to him at all.

I tried calling the mobile and landline nos but there was no proper response .

How are we supposed to trust the service when we are getting message saying the parcel is delivered .

Apart from this we are not able to contact the nos given for help - [protected] - when I call this no its getting forwarded and getting cut .
I also tried the land line no 22110468 which is eternally busy or ringing and nobody is picking .

WE SPEND EXTRA MONEY TRUSTING THAT THE PARCEL WILL GET DELIVERED FAST AND ACCURATE , BUT WE ARE FOOLED .

I would also like to add -

I used to be one of the regular customers of KPN for past 10 years and over the last 3 years I am finding their service worsen and they are worse than public sector .

Now I have completely stopped booking bus tickets for me or my friends and family thru KPN .

I KNOW THEY ARE LARGE ORGANISATION ... BUT THEY SHD ALSO MONITOR THEIR STAFF AND THEIR SERVICE .
OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE NO WHERE IN THIS COMPETITIVE WORLD IN NEXT 10 YEARS

    sir good evening complaint regarding KPN parcel service,My name is muthu iam from coimbatore my friend[protected] evening 6.50pm parcelled to coimbatore to me through kpn parcel service,today[protected] morning 10.15 iwent to kpn parcel service they have said not come and iask why it will late they said not your parcel only coming they have to collect all ,it will occur nature ok iwill return to my work,afternoon 2.pm iwent again they have said not come you will come evening due to my work isaid my father to go and collect they have said today time over you will come tomarrow then what purpose they are doing an parcel service idont know sir by 6pm itself they have said like this then which time we will come,very worst service not responding properly and they have give one number for any queries [protected]you can itself try it it will also not in proper way very worst ,we cannot do our work we can sit in front of their office itself the order Number Madurai to coimbatore to Muthu LR# :MDR[protected].


    you can please take action in that sir,you are doing best thing to the people hands off it,thank you for spending time for seeing my thing .

      I am not alone in complaining the service provided by KPN Travels. A search on KPN Travels lists so many complaints on issues faced by the passengers everyday. Here is yet another issue we(30 Passengers) faced on 09-Jun-2012.
      We are raising this complaint to bring to the notice of the KPN Travels passengers that KPN has become highly unreliable and the KPN Staffs are totally irresponsible and rude. We 30 passengers were travelling from Salem to Bangalore on 09-Jun-2012[6:30 AM Bus No. KA 51 A 1999]. The bus got breakdown near Hosur and we were waiting for 2 hrs, no one took any responsibility of sending a spare bus or refunding the passengers to get on to some other bus. Everyone was trying to call different KPN offices and no one responds to the call properly.
      Some of the responses we got in that 2 hrs,
      1. We will send a mechanic, wait for him to come. No one turned up for 2 hrs. When called again they say the mechanic cannot come by flight to pick you all.
      2. When Salem KPN office is called, they ask us to call Bangalore KPN. When Bangalore KPN office is called, they ask us to call Hosur KPN. When Hosur KPN office is called, they ask us to call Bangalore KPN.
      Among the passengers few were travelling to catch a flight at Bangalore and there was a patient taken for operation scheduled. They were left with no option than to catch a taxi and continue.
      We need to avoid using KPN atleast till they provide a little care for the passengers.
      Attaching the complain signed by us all on 09-jun-2012 and the driver confirmation on breakdown. Appreciate your comments and action.

        l felt very bad about the driver of the kpn bus that
        is from banglore to madurai sleeper bus at 9pm on 16th
        april.. My mum was travelling on that bus.just she ask
        the driver around what time bus will reach madurai.
        For that driver behaved very badly by using harsh words.
        There comes a little qurallel. How the driver should be
        autually.. Hereaft me my friends and my family members we
        all wont travel in your bus.. We ara paying you for a
        pleasant travelling but you dont satisfy us..i hate kpn

        Yes even I faced the same..I traveled from Madurai to Bangalore Sleeper bus ...the driver behaved so badly... I just asked him to drop me next stop to electronic city...the moment I asked he started to speak in a very harsh tone...then I quarreled for 5 mins and managed to get down with
        utmost fight... I can only say they are cheap fellow... Not a gud travels for family members...

        Worst KPN bus drivers... Will never use KPN travels...If you are non-tamil, then you are gone..you will abused badly...being tamil I manged somewhat...

          I have sent a bike from Chennai on 22 march 2012,to tiruchendur.while booking ,They said they will delivered it on 24 march 2012.but when i asked him on 24 th they said it will come on 25 th .when i ask again on 25 th they said it will come on 26 th.when i try to complaint.he didn't give a proper reply.if i ask one person he will ask me to call another no.and if i call the other number .it s keep on going.finally i got 5 numbers. the fifth person will give the first person number.they are behaving like stupids.and they try to make others also.i was fed up with their service...

            I am a frequent traveller from Bangalore to Marthandam and a regular user of KPN travels.
            We should not talk about customer delight etc here as KPN is no way concerned about that.
            Being a frequent travels , incidents are more frequent . I am looking out for a alternate bus , but I m not sure if there are any surprises waiting for us there.

            1) All the employees of KPN complains about lower wages as if I am paying them less and asking them to carry me on their shoulders
            2) I booked a female seat for my mom and I ended up seeing a male sitting adjacent to it. I confirmed that the other booking was done post mine and hence i questioned the guys at bommanahalli office and they replied " Sir we will announce if some one can shift seats , if non one agrees to it , we dont have a option " . They replied someone at indiranagar booked the male ticket unknowingly and hence they are the reason for this , At 10 pm , I need to cal the indiranagar office and do what? . Bommanahalli employees are like they are already payed less and they dont have time for this . Call Customer care ( the not responding customer care number)

            3) Once I booked a ticket from bangalore to Marthandam and wanted to board the bus from Krishnagiri , which was well in the route.
            I called KPN 6 times and no one takes up the responsibility to inform the driver , nor the authoriries. They are like
            "Why dont u come to bangalore and board the bus to marthandam which goes via krishnagiri (100kms)?"
            I very well know that I dont need any KPN guy to tell me that ,
            I resulted in driving to hosur and catching the bus.

            4) Drivers and Cleaners in KPN belong to a different planet. They guess they are the only one who got this capability of driving .
            Imagine this
            " Bus comes late after 1.5 hrs and then the cleaner rushes to load all our bags inside the bus in 2 mins " I have argued many a times . I dont see any other passengers supporting me . I never bother I just make them open back deck to load heavy bags there. Always insist on this , Don't take trouble in keeping ur heavy baggages near ur seats ( make sure there is no valuable things there ).
            The major reason why they insist u to take the baggage inside is bcos they take commission and accommodate some other parcels inside that.
            I can take a bike inside that paying may be 200-300 rs to the driver and cleaner. I have seen people doing that .
            So always insist them to open the back deck to load ur heavy baggages

            5)If the cleaner or driver is rash , raise ur voice , there should be atleast one passenger there in the bus like me in the bus.Do you think they will be rash if 10 passengers come in a group? never , Please understand that . Always try to help other passengers let us bring in this culture.

            6)Incidents where the AC went down after 30 mins of travel , Incidents where we shifted 5 buses during a night journey
            I have seen people very adjustive and KPN takes advantage of it. heheh.

            I m planning a trip soon , Lets see whats waiting for me there and I guess we are gonna face KPN as a group.

            This is Rajkumar.M. I am a regular customer of KPN. In a month I will go 2 times to Nagercoil from Bangalore. The Service was good and the drivers are friendly too.

            But Yesterday(September 14) While coming back from Nagercoil. I have booked(seat No 31W) in Valliyoor stating that my boarding point is Valliyoor. I have booked 4 days before there is no window seat available in the 6.45 AC that too it is in the Last seat.

            So I have booked 31W that is the first seat in the 6.30 Non AC.

            Finally what happened is the bus didn’t come through Valliyoor. It went through the By Pass even though I have booked in Valliyoor. Then luckily one more Bus came. I came through that bus and I catches my Bus at Tirunelveli.

            There one more disappointment that in my seat one lady allotted to 18 is sitting. If I going to 18 also, one more lady is sitting Both the ladies want the Window seat. But the Driver forcing me to go back eventhough I got the right ticket. And also Both persons are ladies they can sit together. This driver has a softcorner on that girl I think so.

            Then finally I went back and got one non Window seat in the Last Row.

            My disappointment is that the driver forcing me to go back even though I have booked 31W.

            I have no sleep yesterday. Please do the needful to do better service.

            please dont travel in kpn service because they not have the time keep up i had booked for 10.30pm to chennai from bangalore but up to 12 bus was not reached to pick point @ bomanahalli point .

            This is uma here 20.apr.2015 i was travel your bus i had very poor experience in this. My seat number L30 its really worst lot of mosquito is there and some people vomit on the foot rest of my bed i go and complaint to the cleaner he said this bus will be like this only. then why am booking your kpn name i just trust on your brand name but really its gone. and the driver not wear uniform he is in color dress he drive the bus too late he dropped me in maduthavani at 7.45am he started from t.nagar at 9.45pm am going to asked the driver he did'nt give no more response even every passengers scold your kpn. This is not fair to KPN

              i travelled kpn bus from chennai to tiruppur by family on 21st Feb and 23rd Feb return also, on the way the in mid night the bus is non stop running, even i told to driver to go for urinary, he stopped after one hour and it is about 0200 hrs mid night and it is near some shop, and there is no facility for urinary for ladies. this is happening everytime. the drivers are not listenting the passengers need. now a days the huzzle is incresed. while return back they didnot stopped the bus any where. kindly look through it and rectify the problems.

                I have booked my vehicle in the KPN parcel service. I asked that Perungudi billing person when it will be reaching the destination. That guy said "i don't know you call to destination office mobile or landline number and check the status and also i said to him that i will come and check after some time that how you have parcelled my vehicle, he said if you are not beliving us take to some other parcel service. In this way they are guiding the customer and talking rubbish words inside office with customer. These words are said after billing the parcel.. After two days. Nobody has responded in the mentioned mobile or landline number. Its keep on ringing. I became upset of these types of services.

                KPN Parcel Service is the No1 worst service in Tamil nadu. Don't book any parcel in this worst company.

                I have worst experience in kpn parcel service.. Most of the mentioned contact number is not working anymore and most of person is not taking the mobile also.. They provided wrong information about parcel tracking.. There is no option as well for parcel tracking.. I booked the my bike delivery on before more than 3 days.. Still no such tracking information about my bike.. If kpn provide worst service like this they should be in big trouble in upcoming months and they might be close entire unit.. There is an history repeats for falldown big era companies if they failed satisfy customer issues.. I assure that nobody will book the kpn in upcoming days.. A big era company is counting their days

                  i had booked a ticket from palani to channai on[protected] and cancelled that ticket by[protected] by online. but the refund amount was not credited to my credit card a/c.the ticket no is H[protected]. i contacted the helpdesk, but they said the ticket was not cancelled. what a fraud people.i realized almost everyone is fraud but they used to speak about corruption . cheating fellows.

                  Worst experience with KPN Travels.I had booked a ticket through Redbus from Bangalore to Thiruvananthapuram, journey date 24th Feb 2012.The bus departure time as per the ticket was 7.30 PM from Bommanahalli stop, Bangalore. I was informed by the KPN travels agent that the bus would be arriving by 8.15PM. I got into a bus which arrived around 8PM and inquired with the bus driver if this was the same bus and the driver confirmed this is not my bus and there were 3 more buses yet to come.
                  When i again inquired with the travels people around 8.15 about the bus status i was told then that the bus had already left. They didn't even bother to call out the passenger name properly which was very clearly mentioned in the ticket along with the contact number. On asking those people to adjust 2 tickets in any other bus or to refund the ticket money, we were treated in a very bad manner and they just kept on blaming us. The travels people who were present there cant even pronounce the names on the tickets properly or the seat numbers. The only language these people speak or understand is Tamil which is not necessarily understood by everyone traveling with them.

                    I brought an ticket in redbus.com from bangalore to coimbatore on 02/08/2011 at 11.15 volvo a/c multi axil from bangalore-bommanahalli

                    I tried to call the customer care no[protected] and[protected] for check-in at bangalore-kalasipalayam. But no response till now

                    customer service is very poor in KPN travels

                      KPN TRAVELS WORST SERVICE & NO CUSTOMER CARE.

                      When KPN Started the Travel service it was good and current scenario is very very worst. Because they have started their parcel services, they treat the passenger similar like parcels, people or not the parcels to handle such a way. We use to travel frequently to bangalore & chennai from Udumalpet, Pollachi, Tirupur, comparability KPN Travels are charging More than other travels. But their maintenance and services is poor we unable to travel in KPN buses now a days, we can see bedbugs several times in the bus, the A/c's were not functional if so the water seepage through the A/C ducts. When we discuss with the drivers regarding this they use to blabber that, mostly there are single drivers in the night so they cannot maintain the buses in the day times even there is no assistance for the drivers. And the booking offices are trying to push the complaints to the near by offices if we ask about the problems like this. We tried to help the KPN management to send the message regarding this but there was no responses for the complaint number given in the bus. We feel that they are charging more than the well maintained buses like SRM Transports / Conti etc... why KPN is not maintaining well with high charges.

                      Please comment on my issues faced with the KPN if any one faced the same.

                      Hi Ragu and to all
                      Each and everyone using KPN is facing issues every day. They treat passengers like . KPN have an very bad attitude and overconfidence. We have to think and stop using KPN. Dont use KPN service in your life time. Take an extra mile step and spread this messgae and convince people, not to use KPN service. Their business should come down. Only then they will realise their mistake.

                        Yesterday (07/08/2011) BUS NO 216A from Marthandam to Bangalore Volvo A/c bus has started and found a problem at starting place itself. But they have not worried and slowly moved upto Thirumangalam at 11.30 pm and totally off. Then they have communicated to KPN travels management and then repaired and started and moved upto Vadipatti toll gate and stopped fully. Then drivers has communicated bus will not move. Then we have called KPN Travels - Salem (HO) they have not communicated properly upto morning 4.30.am. Totally 40 passengers are in road with their family.

                        Then we have stopped another one KPN bus ( Bangalore to Nagerkovil) 2 hrs. and communicated to SP office Madurai. Then Vadipatty Police station inspector has come then they have spoken to KPN HO and arranged a bus at 6.30 am (08/08/2011) Totally worst service.

                          because of the kpn drivers who think themselves the best cocksuckers in the world..killing 100s of people on the roads..everyday cursed by affected people like me kpn owner natarajan is dead..his son also dead..soon their entire family will be dead..am the happiest person after hearing they are dead..let them go to hell..cheating money of poor people in name of their stupid travels..

                            On 21.06.11 at about 15.00 hrs I was reserved on line ticket My son from Koyambatore to Chennai Seat No. L-16 . But the website was come to error. So I told my son you got a fresh ticket at KPN Travelles from Koyambatore and came to house. He was got a fresh ticket and came to Chennai on 22.06.11 at 06.00 hrs. On 22.06.2011 I see my account the ticket cost Rs.685/- was taken by KPN travells. what can I do.

                              I given the following mail to KPN help(less) desk, here u can find KPN travels, techno-cheat,

                              What happen to your transport services. Now a days I am getting poor experience from KPN travels. Especially in Bangalore - Salem service. I am booking for a Volvo bus but some other "dubakkoor" bus is coming for that trip. If I ask your travel agency or ticket checker, they are having a ready-made answer "Bus Repair" or "I dont know, you can ask salem office after reaching there". "This is frequent misbehave from KPN travels" one of my friend says.

                              Some other time, One bus is pick-upping the passengers from bangalore, It is going upto Krisnhagiri or Dharmapuri, after that all the passengers are transferred to some other bus. This kinda activities making travelers to disappointed. I dont know one thing, KPN is charging comparatively high fare(compare to all-other travels), but still you are cheating the public's.
                              I am having this Email-Id as user-id in your online reservation web-site. you can check how many years I am using KPN travels. Please dont FRUSTRATED customer like us.

                              Even today(20/06/2011) I booked a bus, Root No. 202, (Bangalore - Salem) 2.00PM service, But the actual bus is not in trip.
                              Same way on 06/03/2011, you changed the bus. or is it happening for me alore????????

                                I Y.Kranthi kumar traveled in kpn travels bus on 28/5/11 from trichy and 29/5/11 morning in banglore i reached iam traveling in sleepers A/c and my seat no u13 and i for got my mobile in that sony errison k790i model i and i hav already booked a flight to vijayawada thats y i didn cume back to that stop i called to that helpline no but no one is responding my call 1st they leason and they put down the call and i called to tirchy my dep point even they r not responding and i called to that kalasipalem branch even they r not responding me mobile is not important sir the contact in that r important for me sir my humble request sir plz do the needful my request plz sir even that phone is locked sir plz

                                  The person in KPN Gundy Chennai should be awarded “Best among the worst” . He seems to be too brilliant. When I called him[protected] by 11am and enquired about bike he asked me to call back by 4. When I called him by 4 PM he doesn’t pick. What a planning. I tried him continuously for 1.5 hrs. Got frustrated and called Coimbatore office they said it is delivered. When asked about office timing I got a reply “Chennai we don’t know”. Still I don’t want to take chances against this brilliant guy. So tried his number again. What to expect? He doesn’t pick. Finally he picked the call at 5.30 PM. Should have checked his eardrums in meantime. As soon as I asked about bike he rudely replied “Can you come before 6 ?... as I don’t have a flight neither a knew a pilot I said no. “After after 9” he replied and cut the call. I am simply flattered by his politeness and customer care. He exactly spoke like a drunken bully threatening for money. Have to meet this MR. Gentleman tomorrow. Hope he will deliver my bike if he likes me. I should behave properly.

                                  Forgot to mention. They gave two numbers for complaint.

                                  one not readable, another ([protected]) is divereted. and the diverted numbers gives back the IVR " not reachable". They really care customers...

                                  I booked bus it's two hrs delay due to your worst managementimproper answersto the customer questions.I never opt knp and also suggest my friends too.

                                    Extremely Pathetic and disgusting service from one of teh reputed Travels - KPN

                                    We booked our tickets from Chennai to Ooty by KPN Travels. We boarded the semi sleeper a/c vehicle on 29th April from Chennai. The bus started at around 8.15 pm. The vehicle was travelling at sub 50 speeds for the next 2-3 hours. After travelling for around 3 hours, the driver just stopped the bus on the highway and claimed that the bus won't move since it encountered some "fanbelt issue". He then took help from one of the passengers to call up the KPN office and get the repair done. It took another 3 hours for the KPN repair vehicle to coem adn service the bus. Till then we had to wait inside the bus on the side of the highway. Finally after a long wait, the repair guy came and worked on the bus for some time, claimed that the issue was solved and we resumed our journey. another half an hour, the bus again broke down. Even though we tried to call up the customer service and the manager of KPN, those guys didnot respond. Te only answer we got it is " be practical sir, it happens, we can't help". There was no replacement bus sent to us. Finally in the morning, the bus driver again decided to take teh same bus and we were dragging al along the way. We reached avinashi by around next day afternoon and there one replacement bus came to pick us. The worst part was that even the replacemnt bus was out of breath adn had serious issues and we couldn't climb the Ooty hills on that. Finally we got down, took a taxi of our own adn went to the KPN office in ooty. The service shown to us was easily the most pathetic service from a company that has such a huge brand name. And the KPN office in Ooty did even a more clever thing - The manager left the office by thwe time we reached there adn made one small kid be in charge of the office till all the abgry customers left.

                                    I had paid 700 rupees per ticket for a 12 hour jouney.
                                    The journey got extended to 24 hours, there was no A/C.
                                    The customer service was pathetic and they have arrogant sitting in their offices.
                                    No replacement bus, no proper service by KPN.
                                    Their driver doesn't even carry a cell phone of his own in case he needs to contact the office for any emergency.
                                    Finally pathetic pathetic travels. Please avoid it if you have a choise. They are bloody bloodsucking [protected]@[protected]@rds.

                                      All KPN Travels buses has a message inside thier bus, inviting irritated passenger to lodge a complaint with their MD directly at a mobile number '[protected]' if they feel the service is poor!


                                      What exactly happens if a person makes a complaint in that number...?

                                      First thing, its not the MD of KPN who speaks to you, it is one of his employee who hears all your stories and reads your mindset.

                                      Here is a case and this is how KPM management dealt it.

                                      KPN has a parcel service network and has an office near Mariamman Temple opp Darga on NH7 at Hosur. During late nights, at around 10.30 pm to 11.30 pm, lot of buses belonging to KPN Travels, park their bus and load goods in it. As the buses are parked in an irregular manner, frequent accidents invoving other speeding vehichles on the National Highway and company employees who return home after their second shift. This particular lethargy shown by KPN Travels alone has costed several lives.

                                      Different employee unions have requested the KPN Management to take required action to park their bus properly, so that tired home returning employees are not get into accident and risk thier lives. The only answer these employees who request the persons incharge of Darga office of KPN get is "Do what you can Do, we have cared the police officials and you cannot do anything against us"

                                      This day, few CUMI employees belonging to their Workers Union were at this website's office and were discussing about the issue they are facing from KPN.

                                      This reporter, making a note of the so called MD's direct number called it and got a person on the line who identified himself as Prem. He heard all the stories and requested to call his manager of Salem depot at a mobile number '[protected]'. When this number was dialed a person attended it and heard all the stories and promised to take action to solve these issues.

                                      When CUMI employees belonging to union DRP 407 contacted SIPCOT police by around 3pm this day, they were shocked to learn from the police station that KPN has already lodged a complaint against them in particular few hours before.

                                      This means that instead of solving the issue and working to safegaurd the lifes of public, KPN is so smart to hear all the stories and take offensive action against those who makes a request to them.

                                      So, before calling to register your complaint againt KPN's staff or service be careful that the same complaint might be turned against you!

                                        Dear Mr. K. P. Natrajan & Rajamani - GM,
                                        The SPECIAL Bus that left Chennai to Ooty on 29.04.11 @ 8:15 pm was supposed to reach Ooty the next day 8:00 am, but it has reached at 5:30 pm - Nine and a half hour late. What are you running a business for Mister? Is it to rob people's money? Not one Gentleman in your office was willing to help us. Even You and your General Manager were unwilling to lift your phone only after lying that Ministers P.A. is on the phone did you speak - and your answer was - "get down from the bus and take some other bus and go". To tell a answer like this "What the heck are you running your travels for?". What are you receiving money for - from people? Being the propitiatory of a Huge reputed travels you should try to resolve the problem not give cheap answers like this after receiving money from people. This clearly shows your motive is to spindle money not to service.

                                        Even your Customer Care persons are telling - call Owner, call GM no one will help you. What more can I expect from you!!!

                                        Initially your services were good, but now after earning money - you are least bothered about your reputation.

                                        check here in consumercomplaints.in and check your company's reputation. Public have vommitted on you and your reputation.

                                        If you stand in the middle of a highway with your wife and kids from night 12 'o clock to morning 8'o clock - you will feel my position. I really wish it happens.

                                        I'm very sure you don't have the guts to even reply. You will only try to steal more money from people than wasting time to respond to this post.

                                        Yes He is very much right. i also had this kind of bad experience on 17th may 2011 when i went to coimbatore from chennai by special volvo A/c bus. but no one help us. we were standing at krishnagiri bypass road. its very pathetic to spend 650Rs for travel this kind of bus. sad.
