Hello Sir, I have taken loan from kreditbee in which I have already paid there 2 EMI after that my financial conditions got affected due to covid crisis and loss in business by which I was not able to pay their remaining amount but now their customer executive calling me continues and harassing me and hacked my data and my contacts and and doing misuse of it also spoiling my social image in my company HR team and collogues as I already discussed with them will pay as soon as arrange money

As nobody has a right to hack someone personal data and misuse it as per the IT Act so I asked you to take appropriate action on kredit bee company

    I have a personal loan with kredit bee with registered mobile no. [protected]. But every time when I deposit money for EMI they have debited money for ECS Changes. Now the total charges is more then Rs. 33, 000/- and i have to pay lot of loans request you to refund all my changes which have been charged extras

      I have taken loan from kreditbee and paid 3 emails as well, currently I lost my job and I have also mailed them on [protected]@kreditbee.com email id regarding and asking for few time but they have not provided any and continues ly harrassing me and my relatives from my contact list.

      I have mailed the same regarding on same email id but still no response and continue calling my relatives which is against the guidline of RBI and can be reported to RBI after month with all proof if they did not stop this even after emailing to their help id.

            Respected Sir,

            Myself Riju Prabhakaran. I took personel loan of 15000 from Kreditbee app on 23 October 2022. My loan number KB221023XGRTS. My monthly payment is Rs. 3228. My first due is on 23 November 2022. But i paid early on 18 November 2022 through UPI. But amount is debited from my account and it shows ''the transaction is failed but amount is debited from your account. It will either reflect in loan app in 24 hours or credited to your account within 7 working days. My upi transaction reference number is[protected]. My bank is Federal Bank and IFSC code is FDRL0001081. I forget to take screenshot from app. But i attached the sms screenshot with this mail. I am not able to register complaint through ur help menu in the Kreditbee app. That's why i am mailing you. So either reflect it in my loan or plz refund the amount of Rs.3228 as early as possible. Because my due date is on 23 November 2022. So please kindly do the needful as early as possible.

            Still they are msging me to pay the amount.

                  One of the biggest mistake I have done In my life is visiting kreditbee app and checking what so fuss around. I have not taken any loan but still I am getting unnecessary spam calls 5 to 6 times a day from kreditbee. Have mailed to kreditbee for the same and got a reply that DND has been processed and won't be getting any calls but still after some days again started getting calls from different numbers of kreditbee. I request kreditbee to delete my account permanently and remove my number and stop calling me and harassing me as I am not interested in kreditbee

                      Spam Calls

                      Hi,
                      I am not a kreditbee customer, only once I visited your website, from that day I keep getting 30-40 calls from Kreditbee automated numbers, I am tired of blocking numbers.

                      Please stop spamming people, we will never fall under your trap. If you guys don't have customers then close the company, stop troubling people..

                      I know the HO is in jogupalya Bangalore.. don't make me dragg you guys to court....

                      Harassment by loan related calls everyday

                      I have been receiving numerous calls from kreditbee everyday (atleast 3 calls per day) for the past 6 months. No matter how many numbers I block, I still receive calls from a new number every day. Please, I don't want any loans and stop harrassing me....

                      Frustrated with the spam calls from KreditBee getting calls very frequently almost jave to switch off phone every time to get rid of it.                         Kreditbee is calling me 4-5 times a day, sending me msgs throughout the day. Reaching out for loan. i don't want these anymore. its mental harrasment.

                          When I was Taking loan, I applied promocode, given by kreditbee, after that 50% proceesing fee off & rest of 50% was paytm cashback after 1st EMI paid, I have already paid 2 EMI but still i have not received any cashback, Customer care not solving my problem, I contact many times but not get any solution.

                            An amount of 6290.72 paid through Paytm app to kreditbee not reflecting in kreditbee app. The payment was done on 09.10.2022 so far the amount got stuck with payment gateway they are holding the fund not releasing to kreditbee or refund my money
