Kreditbee is calling me 4-5 times a day, sending me msgs throughout the day. Reaching out for loan. i don't want these anymore. its mental harrasment.

When I was Taking loan, I applied promocode, given by kreditbee, after that 50% proceesing fee off & rest of 50% was paytm cashback after 1st EMI paid, I have already paid 2 EMI but still i have not received any cashback, Customer care not solving my problem, I contact many times but not get any solution.

An amount of 6290.72 paid through Paytm app to kreditbee not reflecting in kreditbee app. The payment was done on 09.10.2022 so far the amount got stuck with payment gateway they are holding the fund not releasing to kreditbee or refund my money...

I have not taken any loan but still I am getting unnecessary spam calls twice a day from kreditbee. Have mailed to kreditbee for the same and got a reply that DND has been processed and won't be getting any calls but still after some days again started getting calls from different numbers of kreditbee. I request kreditbee to delete my account permanently and remove my number and stop calling me and harassing me as I am not interested in kreditbee anymore. I'm fed up of your spam calls. Stop calling me.

I am writing this in reference to the Loan which I took back in the month of August 2022. I was supposed to receive a 50% off on the processing fee which I did and 50% cashback to Paytm wallet after the payment of my first EMI which was made already on 01/10/2022.

Now, talking about my concern as I had already discussed this with one of your executives regarding the cashback I am to receive.

1. How can you provide cash back to a paytm wallet when they are not onboarding new customers or a customer like me who is new to Paytm and completing the KYC is not allowed to use their wallet services. 2. Not everyone uses Paytm these days. You guys know it well. Most of them including me has now become ex-Paytm user

3. Paytm these days is always on a downfall.

That said, please provide me an alternative to get the remaining 50% cashback:

1. You can reduce that amount from the upcoming EMI i.e., for November

2. If you still want to use Paytm services then you can send me a promo code of the same amount.

3. You can transfer to any other wallet that allows customers to fully use its services.

4. You can transfer it directly to my bank account

5. Or you guys decide how you would want me to avail that remaining cashback.

Please see the attached proof showing that I am unable to activate Paytm wallet.

Hello sir, . I m regular customer of KreditBee service... I have paid on time my all emi... But this time again I have done my loan process kredibee rejected then on time paid all emi... And no Increase my credit limit... Plz get approval my loan amount ND disbursement immediately thanku...

I have uninstalled the kreditbee app and i haven't taken a loan too but i get a lot of spam messages please delete my account and unsubscribe my number and stop sending me messages

I m been writing them for about 6 months and i havent heard back I want them to call me at my mobile as a previos loan which is paid is showing settled status on my cibil and affecting my credit history.

I have took a loan from kreditbee only 2 months duration, i have 1 successful emi 2nd emi 1800 not paid but unfortunately i lost my job and i am unable to pay my emi now, i have wrote to kreditbee but thay are keep abusing and asking to pay. Please help me out with this situation....

This is the letter you to inform that lot of calls and sms recieving many times in a day .Please block all alerts from creditbee by calls and sms. If i want a loan from you i will install the app and will request you to approve.otherwisw stop these alerts.

I had taken a PL for Rs. 7000 and have completed the repayment for the same. However, the loan amount in CIBIL is showing incorrect. Below figures are showing in CIBIL
Sanctioned amount: 14, 845
Current balance: 6616
Overdue: 2317

This is absolutely unethical and rude to harass my friends and family for the EMI that I have to pay. Torturing and abusing with bad words over call is extremely bad and unlawful. A legal notice can be sent and even a case can be filed if the borrower fails to repay. how can a application steal contact details and abuse them?

I am receiving many unwanted calls daily from kreditbee. Please stop it, i dont need any loan, iam totally mad with tired with your unnecessary calls so please stop calling me. M totaly fedup

I have seen that my all loans are settled and paid but there is pending amount in my credit report.

And seen that last updated date is[protected]

Kindly update the details in credit bureau.

Rustrated with the continuous marketing messages from Kreditbee. Not sure if there is a way to control this. They are spamming my message box 2-3 times a day with the same message. I honestly don't need anything from Kreditbee except the liberation from their spamming messages. I feel pity about my own situation.
