I have bought designed ear phone so its not working very well... So kindly accept it back return

I purchased a wireless bluetooth speaker from latestone.com. The product reached me in horrible condition. The speaker was not working and also the buttons provided in the product were also not working.

I called the customer care and they started giving me irresponsible answers.
actually, it is the second product which i bought, also the previous one was defective too.

Kindly, don't buy products from latestone.com. They send defective products and have a excellent customer care unit who never care about the customer.

They claim to take the product back from me and pay be back in a period of 21 days or so.

why the hell on earth i should wait for 21 days.
Either provide a replacement or pay me at the time of collecting the defective product from me.

For which they were not even able to answer.

Finally, guys i recommend to buy products from latestone.com if you really want to buy a defective one.

Its been three days since i raised a complaint in the concerned site and they haven't called be back to really know what the customer needs.

i had to call the customer care again and again, except for a email which they sent asking for details.

After I did factory reset on my Android box then my Google account is not getting added on the box, so that's why the Play store and other app which requires Google account to be logged in they are not working. I tired to add account in the settings section by clicking on Add account and then Google but it's not working after that the box gets hang

Already i have sent a complaint with regard to the first wireless bluetooth speaker that i bought. The radio mode is not working(received the product 5 days back)

this is with regard to the one that i bought today which is in really bad condition.

One side speaker is not working. In addition two buttons are also broken and not working.

What the hell is going on?

i pay the amount claimed for the product but you guys keep sending defective products.

Latest one.Com should be fake. May be i have to alert others.

Kindly review this issue seriously. I am not able to use the products inspite of paying huge sum.

Reply at the earliest.

Customer complaint will be filled in the court with regard to both the horrible defective products.

Revert back soon. I require a replacement for both the defective products.

I ordered samsung galaxy note 4 cover from latestone.Com, i received the cover which is looking different and also the quality of the product is totally different as shown in product image, now i mailed them about these product they are just make reasons, i also mailed th image of the product but now they are not even talking to return it, every day they are just mailing me the same mail that how to put the cover on mobile but no response to take it back, the image shown and the produt came is totally different and the is not worth the money they are just fooling people buy putting image and sending product

I had purchased a curren leather watch whose mrp was showing on latest one as Rs. 2000 and it was available for Rs. 299 but the product that I received was a duplicate one (The order ID was LO5233581). Latest one has cheated me by selling a duplicate product.

A watch was advertised in google news playstand for rs. 299.00 which i ordered online. But when it was delivered it contained a lot of scratches and the product was a complete mismatch from what was advertised. I later complained it through their website but there is no concrete answer from them yet.

This looks like a new way to cheat people by advertising a nice product for a less price!
