Bluetooth problem speaker problem...quantity...was not as expected ...watch has been sent back...but no return of money till date

Today i shop filp filpr for my watch which is black in colour from latestone.com . by mistake i shop the same cover double. First time when i book my product its booked but due to some network problem I received confirmation message late. i think my shop deal is not confirmed. So i booked the same product second time. Now please kindly cancel my first order number LO3491988 thank you

Yesterday i have received one parcel containing oppo f1 back cover gold, i noticed that it is so much scratches and broken also. My tax invoice no is pot-2038256. I tried so much on customer care no given[protected] frequently but it is buisy always.

. How to know what time it's not working, you people sending its not branded. I know puma brand, it's duplicate item. I ordered puma branded item, you send default item. I already raised the complaint, you people asking 0rder Id number. You don't know my order number, you have a my mail, and details also . When you asked order item number, that time I am out of station.
I don't know you people irresponsible working. How to handled this . Don't blame customers .don't displays this type online fraud bussines. Very wrost company latestone company. I revived this only 3 or 4 days, I am not there, that time I am out of station. When I am coming home opened item it's not working. That is branded item. I never expected this type of item. I know many more online companies Ex: eBay, flipcart, amzane. I am always many item purchase online I never seen, i never faced this type problem. This is pathetic service & selling. Wrost.
