Bluetooth problem speaker problem...quantity...was not as expected ...watch has been sent back...but no return of money till date...

Today i shop filp filpr for my watch which is black in colour from latestone.com . by mistake i shop the same cover double. First time when i book my product its booked but due to some network problem I received confirmation message late. i think my shop deal is not confirmed. So i booked the same product second time. Yesterday i have received one parcel containing oppo f1 back cover gold, i noticed that it is so much scratches and broken also. My tax invoice no is pot-2038256. I tried so much on customer care no given[protected] frequently but it is buisy always.
