LO3479902 on dated 08/12/206 and received the wrong product(flip cover for samsung galaxy s4 mini) from seller Paired Onlinr Technologies Pvt. Lt., plot-34, G/F, Bamnoli village, Dwarka, Sec-28, PH-2, NewDelhi-110077 INDTel[protected] which is useless for me.
I had complained 6 time vide ticket no 646748, 284143, 540445, 809696, 628453 but they not giving proper answer
They are asking for return the product by courier which is another cost for me
First i paid for the product on COD and this is extra without getting my product

latestone are really worthless and unable to understand customer requirement i have bought watch and paid 749 rupees against of order id lo3398954 and got the defective items; when i tried to call

tel:[protected] no one pick my call and after 3 days i was able to talk representative.

I have filed refund process and they also picked up the product but they are not giving my amount back and sending several different emails even though i have done several times formalities

latestone useless and fraud company would request dont go with them or else you would have to suffer i have also file charge to consumer fauram as well as in high court for the same. Very soon this company will shutdown.

I am not satisfied with the ( watch )product quality and also the image showed and the product received has a lot of difference. Web site shows that one of the watch in the Combo pack is Puma brand but its just a duplicate item. Products are not trust worthy.

Expectations of the products are not at all matching the basic quality needs of a customer. its just a waste of time invested and fooled ourselves by shopping the product.

Myself kamalkant karan few days before i have ordered a round shaped analog watch which i got delievered 15/12/2016 and when i opened the packet i was shocked that the frant glass demage and i was very disturbed by the quality also so kindly return it and give a new one or refund my money back and if not then i have to take a few hard steps..
