My ticket is open since 15th Sep- the date I received the products I had raised request for return of products as all products mentioned below are below normal acceptable quality.

The products after much follow up were collected back on 27th Sep'16- acknowledgment copy attached for reference.

Till now I haven't received my refund amount

What the hell is going on? No one receiving my call even not email back. It's one month now after returning of product still you all are keep quite?
