Lenovo k4 note cover mirror aluminium metal acrylic base gold, sent from pop ltd bombay, is received by me on 29/9/16. The mirror of cover is full of scratches giving very bad impressions and hence cannot be used. I would like to return to you either for replacement by good one non metallic cover or refund. Pl advise where to send the article.

Which cover latest one send me is totally scratch able and aramex delay the delivery, aramex delivery date is 26 sept 2016. when i checked the message delivery is out i shock because in reality the cover is not in my hand when i called aramex then place my order when I opened cover which they provide is scratch and not same as i saw...

I have received the (ptron universal headphone earhook mic voice control for all smartphones black with white) this morning. but one side earhook is working and another side is not working.
