I received PTron Bluetooth speaker today(Ordr no-SO2830745) ordered on 28/09/2016. The charging cables, audio cables and even the user manual was missing from the pack. Is this the way you deliver your goods. So sad. Now please arrange for a pickup and for refund.On the cover it is mentioned that charging cables audio cables and user manuals are included. I couldn't find any. What should I do. Will you arrange for a pickup or provide the missing accessories.

        I have returned this item through courier
        On 28 june the product got delivered to palred technologies. I have already provided them my bank account details as they asked me for. But till now no refund. I have called them several times & mailed them several times but everytime they gave me excuses. Its 3 months, its a very long time taken but did nothing. Please refund my money (Item price + courier charge). Iam too much fade up with all these. Its a very worst site for online shopping in the world of ecommerce.

              Lenovo k4 note cover mirror aluminium metal acrylic base gold, sent from pop ltd bombay, is received by me on 29/9/16. The mirror of cover is full of scratches giving very bad impressions and hence cannot be used. I would like to return to you either for replacement by good one non metallic cover or refund.
