I had ordered for 2 units of PTronBlutooth Smartwatch with above order no. Today, on 23.09.2016, I have received the item through courier. Out of 2 items, 1 is OK but the second one is not switching on/ charging after putting for charging. I contacted he telephone no.[protected] given in invoice but not connecting/ receiving the telephone. In have attached the tax invoice with this letter. Please respond immediately for help

The watch sended by youl is not working youl have cheated plz take your product return as soon as possible other wise m going to complaint against ur company in consumer court and m not jokeing so do it because before also i have send a complaint but still there is no response by youl n m going to viral ur company name on all social media n networking site that this online shopping site latestone is a fraud company the product shown on their site is not which they send and the number given on your bill that for any complaint or quires contact ur coustmer care but when we call on that number it will always says that all our sale exicuitive our busy. i have call sevrel time n hold it for half hour but no response only one sentence by aswering machine plz hold all our sale exicuitive are busy

I have purchased online one I- pad cover which was found not fit in my I- pad of Apple make. On 13/09/2016, when I received it and paid Rs 448/- and found this defect, I made request to return it under the policy, online company`s return system is not generating ticket. I sent the message via email as [protected]@latestone.com, which is returned as failed mail. I tried on your all listed phones but they are not responding. However on 14/09/2016 someone called me to know my problem and assured me to pick up return as soon as possible, but nothing is done so far. I have no reach out channel, phone is not responding email is showing failed message. On 17/9/2016 I lodged complaint with Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Govt of India and requested them to, Kindly let me know the ways to solve this problem. They took cognizance of matter on 19/9/2016
Again Mr. Rahul from LatestOne.con called me on 18/09/2016 and he assured me refund through ATM channel but my debit ATM card of SBI do not have this facility. Back Case Metallic (Gold) cover is already having so many scratches. It is giving an Old look. The back cover is not having any polythene cover. This should be changed immediately. If the product is so poor, I do not need it.
The Earphone do not have soft songy fittings as mentioned in the specification. These should be supplied along with the cover
