This company is kind of fraud. 1st i found my product broke then after 16 days they register my complaint and reverse courier came almost after 20 days of my complaint. even though i keep calling them but their customer care not recvng my call and i cost near about 200 rs just to refund and yet no result. also they gave me fake expire refund link. now its almost 2 month and i did not got my money back. 1st time i use this website over amazon, flipcart, and other website. i am requesting anyone, do not trust this website. it cost me 200rs phone recharge and my precious time

So i request you to pickup the product and refund me the amount or replace with the perfect one. The payment is done by online and credited to them. I have ordered 2 watches of above brand and my order id is so2528306 & order date is 308.2016 as i have received the order on 192016 at 12.30 pm but the ordered watches i received is not working properly. My order was with aramex on 29 august 2016. Ref no is [protected].
No one came for delivery and sent a message that aramex were not able to locate my address.. They did not call. I have recieved products from latestone.com on the same address before.
After countinous calling and follow up for two days, they did not deliver the product saying they had workload. They tell me that the shipment was called back by the seller after two days. Ie on 31 aug 2016. Who is responsible for this delay.
I made several complaints with aramex. Complaint ref no : pnq08163234
Can i know the reason why this has happened.
I have already made payment via my credit card.
Why was my product recalled back by the seller when the payment was made in full. I have been waiting 13 days for the product.
Who will bear the expenses for calling aramex landline number.
Why am i given false promises.
Who is liable for courier not being delivered to customer.

I ordered a PTron Universal 3D glassess VR.
But it doesn't work.
It doesn't show any 3D effect and also
any VR effect.
Even, I can't see the full screen video, it glasess r not clear.it's showing video worse than my note 4 real video .I think its an older one.I can't show any Video/Picture of this VR because it's problems are internally...
And it also not perfect adjustable.
So I hope that u would be kind enough to return back my order.
