I wanr return my product and plz give me my money return because i was already cancel my product then also the seller sent me the product

This back cover is break and it has some crack on back side.

It's about 10 days ago... I had not received my order... I had done my payment online also... I just wanted to know that is this website is fake or original?? I was sending mail on website and no one is replying me on that website... What's going on man?

I have received the product j7 back cover mirror alluminium metal acrylic back case metallic(gold) today by courier.but it is not suitable to my mobile.Hence iwant to return the product.my order no so2443671.

I have ordered selfi stick some 10 days ago but I have never got my selfi stick order number is SO2433165 and when i want to login on latestone website though i cant login in even they had emailed me order status on that email id.

I had purchased product against i. d. s02328096 from latestone.com. as the product did not suit my requirement i requested latestone.com for refund vide ticket #674064 (copy attached). the product was returned vide pickup receipt no.[protected]copy attached).

Now, more than 10 days have passed and i have still not received any refund amount or any query asking for my bank details, from latestone.com.

Under the circumstances, your goodself is requested to kindly intervene and do the needful at the earliest,

I ordered a watch on tuesday[protected]. And payment made by me through my debit card... But still watch is not delivered to me.. Hi i have purchased a mobile smartwatch one week following, courier person not coming to collect product, from latestone, in that watch simcard not working, sold faulty product, wrote mails, but no reply, fed up latestone sys do whatever u want we work as per our progress, fed up need help.want to file a case against them for selling faulty product, plz help

On 9th of August, 2016 I ordered two products from latestone.com. Actually I did not intend to order two, so I tried cancelling my st order hoping it would get canceled like Snapdeal and Flipkart, I placed my order on new one. But my 1st order could not get cancelled and delivered on 18th August 2016 anyway. But when the 2nd order was received 19th August 2016, I found that the product is been damaged. I found out only when I opened the package.

Here are some easy points mentioned below:
1. I wasn't grant the permission to cancel my order.
2. I cannot log into my account. (Attach. available, sorry I have to remove my mail address).
3. I cannot gain access over my orders in their website.
4. I cannot make any direct contact with any of the executives which is really nerve breaking.
5. The product which I received, one happens to be good, but the second order is damaged (Attach. available)
