Hello,

I placed an order on 07th aug 2016 for a flash led unisex watch designed with a car meter in black (Order no. So2368327). The courier guy delivered the box and upon checking the box i could only find a bubble rap and not the said watch. Kindly sort this issue and either get me the watch or refund the money paid.

My brother purchased a power bank of ptron brand for rs 1000 from latestone.Com in dec 2015. But it didn't work when he received it. We returned it also paid rs 150 for courier. But till now this fraud company has not refunded a sinful rupee. I also attached the copy of receipt and my account statement with the emails. But no benefit. The worst company i have ever dealt with. The customer service is verryy poor. They reply after 15 days and with the same old story. Beware of them. Don't purchase anything from latestone.

Its really very sad the service that the company is providing to a customer like me. Dont know how peoples r dealing with this company. It was my first entertain with the company. I have placed an order bearing No. SO2295205 since 28th July. And the amount was made by e-banking. But after that date to till now there is no track id i found in my order status. N the telephone no is almost one fake i think. I am trying since last 4 days, but the telephone is always bg n in particular time its disconnecting automatically while saying to keep on hold.

And very laughable thing is their mobile no. which is never connecting. Now i m sure that this is a fake company only to cheat the peoples of india and its consumers.

I am irfanahmed mulla from Bijapur karnataka, I had purchased a smart watch for 1100 rupees but it was of poor quality and over priced, so I returned it, but the company isn't refunding money since more than one month,
I had sent mail several times and also made phone calls to customer care, everytime they say they will refund the money but not in action.
I don't know how to tackle this issue, may be I should go to consumer's court
