I ordered smart watch from latestone.com last week however I am want to return it because my sister also gifted me a moto smart watch. I have already submitted ticket but have not received any details about item pick up..plz help...my order id is so102697. I have not even opened the smart watch box..its ptron tronitex smart watch..If you guys dont pick up item fast, it will delay my refund..contact me immediately.

Complaint marked as Resolved I received call from the courier guys and I handed over my order. Later, I called and informed latestone.com, they have promised refund within 3-5 working days...Good Job!!
LatestOne.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
they have already sent a reverse pickup to pick their product.
hope you take action and refund it soon
