I bought mi4i smartphone from flipkart.com couple of weeks ago. I found that battery backup is not good. On full charge my phone would work only for 2-3 hours. I decided to return that phone and returned it. But to due to courier company's error my parcel went to latestone.com's warehouse for no reason. Latestone.com has nothing to do with it. They called me up and informed me about my parcel's location. They promised me to followup with the courier company to return my parcel to the correct location. They are still in touch with me. I hope my parcel will reach correct place.. I have to appreciate their efforts.

I purchased wireless bluetooth headset qcy qy7 sport from latestone.com on 20 of may... At that time they told this will give battery backup of about to 6 to 8 hours but it is giving only upto 2 hours. I contact from customer care 1 times on 24 of may and they told me they will pick the item before 6 to 7 days but no any one came.. Again i contact to customer care service same response and no any one came... And now no respond from customer service... I think this is the worst seller of our country

The above order was placed on may 17, 2016 via the online company website named latestone.com for a290 micromax mobile cover costing rs. 119 and i have paid the money online. For 10 days there was no response and when i contacted the company via phone, they said the product was out of stock.

I have called them twice and they said refund will be processed. Now after 2 months, no refund has been done.

Now that it is already two months, i have purchased a good mobile cover from another reputed online website company.

How can i take this matter as?.. Is it very poor service from the company or they are unwilling to refund my money?

Its been more than a month, I bought Ptron watch from LatestOne.com. The product was not upto the mark as it was displaying on site; so i returned it back...The pickup has been on the very next day. I ordered a U8 smart watch from this online shopping on 2/5/16.
Order ID-SO1860427.
Tax invoice- POT 1298048
They delivered me a broken piece. When I complained along with pics, they asked me to return it and promised me refund.
I returned it by speed post on 17/5/16 and they received it on 20/5/16.
I gave them my banking details in their prescribed format.
It has been a very long time, I am yet to receive my refund. They only give computer generated responses to my queries. Nobody answers their customer care number as well.

In response to my comment in the Facebook, one Mr.Vinay Kamble from your support team called me up and promised me refund in 4-5 days. Its already the 5th day, I have not received my refund.
He urged me to delete my comment from the Facebook, which I did instantly. Hopefully you will settle this issue fast and not compell me to post another comment, which I am very sure will not be good for your business reputation.

I have ordered a selfie stick from latestone.com which i saw from an ad on facebook on 14.05.16 but till now i havn't recieve the product yet. i have contacted the costumer care but i fidn't get a response. i want to know the reason for the delay. i could put up a court case against this website according to the consumers right act, 2015 if i don't recieve it within 14.06.16
