I am very sorry to inform you that, I placed an order from your company Wearable Smart watch, so as I recieved the parcel today dated or; 22 June 2016 and to my surprised I found that one side of the holding strap is crack.so I can not wear it .
I have no such issues earlier, there fore I kindly request you to kindly replace the new one or refund the money back, looking forward to your positive reply.

I ordered a item of PTron VR headset from latest one company i thought it is working with normal movies or videos also but its only working with 3d videos
