Order was successful and i was promised that it will be delivered within 5-7 days but all in vain.
Then i received a mail that my order iz canceled by the seller - without reason
And my money will be automatically credited to my account but till date nothing...

I have purchased back cover of apple iphone 5s after visting website. But the item which shown on website it is totally different. It was fake product and item was roughly scratched. And moreover it seems to be fake company because when i was calling on [protected] for customer care no one receiving calls. I lost almost 12 rupees after calling three times. Kindly return my item....

It s defacrive so i was return but till day no furture communication product or cash it all process minimum approx one month i am so disappointedly your services and call center not attending calls this my last warning if not solve my case i will sue in consumer foram. I am very mantly disturb for this thing. I have so many call, call centra so much mony spend for calling....

Earphone are not working at all.no sound.i tried in different devices but no sound .its my first order in your website and its pathetic .even i can ask for refund but i m giving another chance becuase i want to buy more products so plz cooperate with me and take check these kind of problem because atlast you will loose your customer. its about 348 rs for me but you will losse your bussiness and satisfactions of customer .

But, the product do not work properly. Even i can't on that product. I contacted the authority. But didn't get any response. It's a fake product. These kind of websites will definitely break the trust of other online shopping sites and will create negative impact on online...

Fraud company, firstly they provide duplicate product and we would want to return it, and after we return the product, we will get to see their real face. You wait for one week for refund... Not done...
You will write to them, they will ask you to send the tracking no and the courier partner you returned, you will send they will send you a link to send details of your bank ac and amount of refund need to be done. Return tracking no....

I have received the product
Ptron virtual reality headset order no. So2009000, on 1st june 2016 at 10.45 am.

The box was not sealed and it was damaged. As the product had mentioned the remote control, i did not receive it. The product lens adjustment is already broken as attached picture, thus the visuals aren't clear.

Kindly reverse the product and return...

I ordered Ptron powerbank 16800mah order number SO890830 on 14.10.2015. after 6 months the power bank do not hold any charge. Even if i chagre 100%, it gets drained in a day. The LED in the power bank turn on automatically.
