I have purchased a le eco le 2 x526 mobile with ime no [protected] during february 2017 through amazon vide inv no[protected]and it was not working since 14/5/17. Subsequently it was given for service center voice plus at ernakulam vide job sheet no. Js [protected] on 15/5/17. No information recd for next two months and it was fwd to customer care india support @ le.com
And they have assured immediate solution
But all in vain the product was returned by the service centre due to non response from the company. Pl replace my mobile
It is still in the warranty

    I have discovered that the phone has the following problem: speakers not working. My phone is lying in onetouch (Hcl) service center, ahmedabad from 31 july 2017. It is also mentioned in service receipt expected return date:15-08-17 but they said that they have not received the part. My phone is in warranty. They are neither returning phone nor giving refund.

      Inpspite of repeated mails and calls to customer care, i have still not received the cashback till date.

      Now even the website and customer care no are not working.

      Please help me in this regards.

          Services provided by leeco are too poor and no updates are coming to mobile phones and if anyone calls customer care they says that update will arrive in 1-2 months but 5-6 months passed but no updates received yet.
          Even indian website (In. Lemall.com) of the company is also down it says a gateway error on opening.
          Even they are not solving customer problems which are given by feedback app as inbuilt in leeco phones.
          I have purchased 65 inch led TV during March 2017. I have complained regarding tv panel complaint during August 2017 my complaint no. 25881. No body was responded. I need 65 inch TV REPLACEMENT OR REFUND of my money.

            I had purchased a le eco 2 mobile from flipcart on. After using some time the display of the mobile set is blank and black. And screen touch is not working. The warranty period of the 12 months was not completed. I went to the service center (Madhuban electronics, 352, shopping centre, kota, rajasthan, 324005) of the company and they told that it will take 15 days to rectify the fault and they gave me their jobsheet on 11.07.2017

            After 10 days i confirmed about my phone and they said it has not been recieved by them. After that i have been calling them and they have no satisfactory reply. Now 55 days they are not gave my mobile.

                I bought a le super4 x50 pro model tv through authorised online website of letv - lemall india. The product was found defective on account of panel complaint and i booked for replacement within 10 days on account but so far have not been replaced tv.

                Purchase was done in their authorised website with proper vat bill
                Delivered by bluedart
                Installed by their authorised technician
                I have not used much of the tv and
                There is no proper response to my mail, call or complaint.

                They came very late, made some photo sent to their heads, then upon instruction packed and said on date of replacement this tv will be taken back. And i am very much worried and guarding the box after paying for the newly launched tv bought during inaugural offer and past 5 months from date of purchase.

                I booked complaint in their customer helpline, email, and also in http://www.consumerhelpline.gov.in which they disposed as

                In spite of best efforts of nch, company has not responded to your complaint. You are requested to send a written complaint to the company in case you do not get any satisfactory reply from company you may move to consumer forum, following the procedure prescribed by them.


                Defective tv panel replacement applied with 10 days return policy but so far not provided even after 3 months from 25.03.2017 date of purchase, 27.03.2017 reporting of complaint (My first complaint application no.: [protected][protected]:30:52 pm), in lemall india website. My second complaint was raised with contacted customer care on 25.05.2017 18:00 hrs on[protected] i have tax paid bill original bill (Copy enclosed) ordered through manufacture website payment made through debit card.                   I have purchased letv leeco 2 mobile handset for my wife on december 2016. The phone is not getting charge for last one month hence without power completely dead. Leeco authorized service center in kolkata and howrah refused to provide support under warranty as they are not getting backup from company. I have tried to call letv toll free number but it is no more available. Very frustrated. Are we cheated by letv?

                    Dear sir i will give my smartphone leeco letv1s for services. My smartphone in warranty period and in my phone charging problem. I will give my phone in service at company authorities services centre at date of 10.07.2017 and i will not receive my phone still now. Also service center not received my call and they closed centre last 15 days. So sir please help me for this matter.

But now when i am trying to reach them on customer care and service centre all i got to know is the company is no longer operating. All service centres getting closed and customer care no. No longer valid.

                        Dear sir/madam,

                        With utmost frustration, it is hereby reported that the staff working at the authorized service center located at yashwant plaza, indore (Mp) refused to accept my le2 mobile phone for its repair/troubleshooting.

                        2. The problem occurring in the mobile is that the display screen of the mobile is coming out gradually and the mobile shuts down during calls even if the battery is significantly charged. The invoice no. Of my aforementioned le2 mobile is f0yqi[protected] and the mobile is still under warranty.

                        3. The staff at the aforesaid service center refused to accept my aforesaid le2 mobile handset and without even inspecting the mobile, he just said that the problems (As mentioned by me above) has arisen due to overcharging of the battery and due to this, he cannot accept the mobile handset for any repair/troubleshooting. I told him that as per my knowledge the said mobile had never been overcharged indiscriminately in the recent past and just requested him to at least inspect the mobile to which he responded that he cannot do anything in this regard.

                        4. The service center guy then told me that if i talk to leeco customer care an thereafter if the leeco customer care sends him (The service center) an email asking him to repair my le2 mobile, he will accept my mobile for repairs.

                        5. Thereafter, when i asked for customer care no., the service center guy provided me a no. Viz.[protected] which he told me, is the customer care no. Of leeco. When i called up on this number, my call did not get connected to any executive. Later after trying 3-4 times, my call got connected to a conference call with other dissatisfied customers from lucknow and amritsar which is very strange.

                        6. I searched on internet and found a number viz.[protected] claimed to be the customer care no. Of leeco inc. On several websites; but when called upon, this no. Is reported to be 'not available'. On the official website, the company has listed a cellular no.[protected], but when called upon the number is reported to be wrong.

                        7. The relevant particulars of my aforementioned mobile are as under:

                          Hello, i purchased new leeco letv 2 mobile from flipkart, after 8 months duw to some internal defects in phone it getting hangup so i submitted at pooja communication service center of this company. Now after two months i got call from company and saying that you take your mobile back comapny not responding now.                             I cant charge my Le2 which is 5 months old, now its switched off cant be switched on.When plugged in for charging can only see blinking red light, Can not charge the phone at all, contacted a service center and was told they dont have spares. Cant figure out the issue.The service center in Thodupuzha told they cant provide free service. Also told dint have any spares for this phone,

                            What am I suppose to do with this phone?
                            I have almost 50 GB of datas, many of them even related to work, I cant even switch on the phone

                              Hi, i have purchased leeco mobile in nov 2016. Exactly after 6months it stopped working and i had gone to service center in borivali west they have checked it and informed motherboard problem and needs to be surrendered for repair i have submitted my phone on 3rd june and they informed with in 15days i will get back my phone. It has been more than 2months still they are informing they are waiting for parts from leeco. When i call leeco customer care each time they are informing in next 10days they will deliver the same. It's keep going with out any progress.

                              Appreciate your intervention on leeco please.

                                Hi i have purchased le 2 eco mobile phone from le mall india website. Unfortunately my phone got damaged and its having insurance through one assist service provider.
                                Now to claim insurance i need invoice which is not provided by le eco india.
                                Their india official website is also not working.
                                When contacted customer care people many of them will tell a sentence "can i place your call on hold for sometime to check details" then it will be disconnected after waiting for 5 mins.
                                One person gave an email id [protected]@le.com and asked me to send mail to that requesting soft copy of invoice which is of no use. They wont respond to email and calls.
                                One person told that their website would be down for one month as part of maintainence and the answer for no response to email is "their mailing system is down and wont be up for one week"
                                Such a big technology company which is having so many customers, but their website wont work for months.
                                Too pathetic service.
                                Please provide me the invoice copy asap.

                                  My tv is leeco super 3 x55, which i had purchased as part of introductory offer through flipkart on august 2016. The offer worth inr 9800 included 4 years warranty along with free access to levidi & eros store for free online movies for 2 years. Leeco stopped providing access to levidi & eros store from december 2016 without informing or compensating its customers which itself is an act of fraud. On 6th july 2017 when my tv is just 10 month old its display stopped working and even after multiple emails and calls to the customer care, my tv has still not been fixed. All i am told is to wait for 10 days for arranging the part to fix the tv but even after waiting for over 30 days, i am again asked to wait for 10 more days. This company is even today selling tv in india and has no regards towards its customers and is taking indian customers for granted.
                                  My LE TV remote is not working.I am able to reach out any service center in Hyderabad.

                                  Please help me to reach out them, , all the online numbers are not working with respect to tv service centers.

                                    I had purchased a le eco 1s mobile from flipcart on. After using for approx 6 months the display of the mobile set is blank and black. And hang and heat on the charging time. The warranty period of the 12 months was not completed. I went to the service center (Rama telecom) of the company and they told that it will take 15 days to rectify the fault and they gave me their jobsheet (Copy attached) it was given 16.06.2017

                                        Have bought a letv during dec 2016 and was working fine till date. At the time of buying levideo was not working and made several complaints and they keep on asking excuse and pushed till date. Now suddently sent one software update and they removed the levideo folder itself. But the story started now as the removal made by the new software update made now voice distruption to all my channels and unable to watch any channels due to this. Complaint made 10 days ago they dont have a courtesy to give a call back and update. Alrready sent several mails but no proper updates getting from them.
