As promised by the Motorola phone company at the time of buying to provide OS updates, The company haven't given any operating system update except security patches .Now every phone is running on Android 13 but it's not still provided for Motorola edge 30 ultra

    I have been facing laptop display and motherboard issues since last one month (Lenovo Case # [protected]). The case is being closed without proper resolution. My work is heavily impacted, because laptop is not usable! The issue is NOT resolved even after 2 visits of technician and 3 escalations to Lenovo management!!

        I have drop my laptop at the UPS agent as instructed my the support team. Laptop dropped on 18th April 2023 one month later and they cannot find the laptop and no one is availble to help resolve the issue.
        Work laptop that I have been unable to use for a full month. Unaccepatable. Worst custer service ever.

          BIG SCAMMERS!! Lenovo is the worst company. They are charging customers even when their laptop is under warranty. Their technician came from the company and changed the motherboard but the issue was still not resolved and he closed the ticket and went away. Now they are saying it’s loose connectivity and i’ll have to buy a new charger. Big scam company. Never buy their laptop or anything. Please somebody help to make them pay for what they are doing

            This a fraud company m. Never buy their laptop. They have scammed me. I had bought 5 year warranty for my laptop with onsite support and accidental damage support. The technician came and changed the motherboard but the issue was still not resolved. The problem was with the pin of the charger. They said i would have to pay for the charger as it is my fault since I didn’t use the charger properly and it is my fault that the charger doesn’t work. Never buy lenovo laptop or anything. They are scammers and they’ll take money from you in the name of improper use

              Headline: Lenovo Is a bunch of scammers in the name of Warranty

              My monitor got a dead pixel spot and flickering backlight after 2 years o[censored]se, the monitor was mounted on a Vesa mount on the wall for all this time without being moved. and yet it developed an issue

              the monitor is still in warranty.

              Now when i called them up as a service request, Lenovo says that the backlight issue and dead pixel issue were my fault and thus cannot claim warranty.

              the monitor wasn't moved or handled for two years as it was mounted on a wall. how can it be my fault for this to occur?

              i got a Lenovo ThinkPad and a monitor and many other Lenovo appliances, but looking at this response, this company disgusts me now, and i am afraid my other appliances will also be handled the same way.

                So, few days ago we ordered a Lenovo Tab P11 4, it came out in a nice state. But, there was no calling feature available in the tab itself. So, we checked the description of the tab on Flipkart again, there we got to know that this tab doesn't comes with a voice call feature. So, on the same day when the tab was delivered, we tried clicking the cancel order option cause we wanted to have a refund, but there was no refund option available. Just replace one was there. We don't want a replace, we want a refund.

                      The Worst Ever Support Team, Lenovo India.

                      You all have been dragging my issue since February 13th, 2023 i.e. 25 e-Mail have been exchanged between us in the last 41 days. I have been asking them to fix the numerous problems with this laptop while providing NO Real solutions. My laptop is Heating-Up; I am unable to perform a Complete Windows RESET on it; despite uninstalling my McAfee antivirus software, I am unable to download recovery; and despite having a dedicated download/upload speed of 30 mbps, the download speed from your server is incredibly slow. However, you all are so smug that none of this matters to you. No escalation, no ownership, and no follow-ups. I now regret picking Lenovo because of all of you. Well, you all demonstrated the REAL NATURE of Chinese businesses.

                      In my 30 years, I have never experienced such dismal customer service from any business.

                        I had purchased a Laptop from Lenovo with Warranty. Since 4 months I have been complaining about this lose contact. I had sent them photos of the Pin and Socket to prove there was no External Damage due to rough use.
                        Inspite of this they insist that I pay for the Servicing/Repairs.
                        In such a case there is not other part which needs to be covered by a warranty. This part has stopped working on its own which means it is a manufacturing defect. Hence it should be repaired free of cost.

                          Description: Sealed Battery Warranty is part of 1 year standard warranty on purchase of new laptop and is available till 25Mar'23, hence I opted to purchase extended warranty.

                          Lenovo salesman Mr. Tippu advised me and While purchasing the extended warranty 36 Months Premium care package, it was not mentioned that the sealed battery won't be included in the warranty.

                          I keep getting prompts to purchase extended battery warranty (image attached), and after multiple calls and emails, I was informed by one Ms. Pooja of lenovo tech help; it's not possible or applicable to me as per policy since I've the Premier Care package.

                          If it was mentioned, I've would have questioned the illogical conditions of the Premium Care package, of not supporting warranty of battery and sought another package.

                          No way its mentioned in the Premium care that the Sealed Battery Warranty is excluded or not part of the package, refer the below clause and the attachment of all package features

If an issue cannot be resolved by phone, Lenovo will schedule an appointment and dispatch a certified technician to you. Service is available Monday-Friday (except holidays). In some specific issues it might be required system to be shipped to Lenovo Service Center.

                          So I need a resolution on this issue of sealed battery warranty purchase prior to 25Mar'23. I've been speaking and writing to Lenovo about the same issue for months now.

                                I bought a Lenovo laptop from Chroma online store without looking at the product, trusting the Lenovo brand. I noticed that my laptop is having a battery problem and it hangs. I faced the problem so I returned it the second day I bought it.                                   There is no physical damage ony system. Not even a stratch. The product is also under warranty and there is no press or dent on the screen but still black spot and lines have developed due to hardware failure. The product is under warranty but lenovo is refusing to provide free service

                                    At time of purchase including cash back offer terms shows that FREE BAGPACK Provided for all orders.

                                    Now there is no free bagpack.

                                    My bad to choose lenevo.
