    Hi Lenovo,

    I bought this laptop in the year 2020. It was having a warranty period up to 15.10.2023. Before the expiry, we had noticed that the system was having issues with display, keyboard and speakers. Several repair requests were raised online to Lenovo but of no use. Finally, I got them replaced on 24.10.2023 (within warranty) after taking my system to a nearby service center. But to my misfortune, on November 1st, 2023, system displayed an alert message to "restart the device". While restart was in progress, suddenly my system got shut down and then onwards the display is not working. I can see a black screen always when in use. Checked the system by connecting it with another monitor and there it is working fine. So, I could confirm that the display of my laptop again got damaged. It's hardly just two weeks that I got the display replaced. Hence, I would request you to do the needful at the earliest to get the damaged display changed, absolutely free of cost.

      I have ordered a latop and fully paid for it since almost 10 days.

      I have been enquiring to them over phone and on email. However they are not able to provide any updates on the order status.

      The support are not providing any additional inputs apart from standard anwser of we have escalated

      Emails are not been answered

      Social media on Twitter is also not responding to any query

        For the last two months, I've been stuck dealing with frustrating issues on my Lenovo laptop. These problems include dead pixels on the screen, major screen bleeding, and a weird color change on the display when I touch the laptop's hinge. It's been a major headache, seriously disrupting my work and daily life.

        Despite having technicians visit and swapping out parts repeatedly, the problems just won't go away. It feels like a never-ending cycle of explaining the issues, promises to replace parts, and yet no real fix. To make things worse, during the fourth attempt at replacing the display, they actually damaged my laptop's keyboard. The new display they put in still has problems like weird color shifts and screen bleeding. It's become very frustrating and is making it hard for me to work.

        Considering how long I've been dealing with these issues and how they're affecting my work and life, I've reached a point where I can't go through another part replacement. So, I'm kindly asking for a refund for the laptop I bought. I believe it's a fair request, given these persistent problems and their impact on my life.

        I'm hoping for a quick solution to this issue, as it has tested my patience and understanding. I would really appreciate your help and a prompt response.

          My name is hritik dhanve, my laptop has accidental damage warranty and I submitted it to lenovo service centre of Vashi, navi mumbai on 07/08/2023 for they said your laptop is approved for replacement on 05/09/2023 and you'll get DOA certificate within 2 days and it's been 14 days that I did not recieved the DOA certificate yet, I am college student and my college work is based on laptop and its been a month that I dont have my laptop.

            I have purchased an Ideapad slim 5 laptop 15ALC05 (Serial No. PF3ZHA29, Product No. 82LN00JSIN) on 7th July from Lenovo official reseller via their website https://store.lenovo.com/in/en/marketplace/seller/profile/shop/847.

            At the time of purchase a cashback of 7% was mentioned on the website on credit card payment. I have purchased this via Axis bank credit card and
            it has been more than a month now and I have not received the cashback.

            When I tried to reach to the customer care they told me to contact the store and store is asking me to contact Lenovo customer service.

              2 Months back purchased, a Lenovo Laptop of Inv. No. 1214/23/S-3656 dt. on 10.05.2023. (Cost of laptop is 60, 000/-)

              In the laptop, the USB port is not working properly and I raised complaining case ID No. : Case ID [protected] /[protected] and after 3 days of troubleshooting service personnel came and replace the New USB port. Instead of rectification, the system is dead due to motherboard failure.

              Without informing to us the 3rd party person silently packed the laptop and told laptop was dead and need to replace a laptop.

              As a small part of the USB, we agreed to replace it... as the motherboard is a critical problem. we requested Lenovo to replace the laptop. Mailed 2 times.

              After 2 days new motherboard was replaced. And the new complaint is the system re-starting once in 30 minutes. (New complaint ID : [protected]).

              As the problems are coming for 2 months old laptop. Please organise to replace my laptop ASAP.

              Past 15 days i am with no work and my boss is applying LOPs due to no work.
              Please understand my situation.

                I have a lenovo p15v laptop with comprehensive 3 yr premium warranty.
                I had filed a complaint on[protected]:01 for loose control key and informed the agent that it is getting loose day by day and will come out.

                The service engineer tried calling me next day, but I couldn't pick the call due to some issues. However, I tried calling them back but no one picked up the call again. Then I called back the customer service agent and she told me that this will not be covered under warranty. after couple of weeks my trackpad also started getting unresponsive for some of the functions. I again raised the complaint but again the same agent picked up the phone and denied the service. She told me to get the control key repaired first only then she will raise the ticket for the trackpad.
                This is totally unacceptable. They are mentioning the manufacturing defects resulting into loose key and some unresponsive functions on trackpad as damages.

                  I purchased laptop from Lenovo website which got delivered to me on July 10th 9pm IST. On their website, in the product page it was mentioned that it will give a battery backup of 8 hours. But I’m getting only 2 hours of backup on an average. This is not acceptable. Before purchase I made lot of calls and chats with their agents, and everyone said it will have up to 8 hours of backup. Then I decided to purchase the product. I live in a remote village where power cuts are quite often hence battery backup is very important factor for me. When I raised it with them, battery has no issues and it’s working as per the design. I requested for refund of my money and it was denied. I reopened the case. Now asking again to perform few more tests and I am not ok with it. I need a REFUND.

                    While trying to take my first Google meet call yesterday, i found the camera was not working and had to abort the meeting.
                    need urgent help to restore camera and on line meets workable.

                      As promised by the Motorola phone company at the time of buying to provide OS updates, The company haven't given any operating system update except security patches .Now every phone is running on Android 13 but it's not still provided for Motorola edge 30 ultra

                        I have been facing laptop display and motherboard issues since last one month (Lenovo Case # [protected]). The case is being closed without proper resolution. My work is heavily impacted, because laptop is not usable! The issue is NOT resolved even after 2 visits of technician and 3 escalations to Lenovo management!!

                            I have drop my laptop at the UPS agent as instructed my the support team. Laptop dropped on 18th April 2023 one month later and they cannot find the laptop and no one is availble to help resolve the issue.
                            Work laptop that I have been unable to use for a full month. Unaccepatable. Worst custer service ever.

                              BIG SCAMMERS!! Lenovo is the worst company. They are charging customers even when their laptop is under warranty. Their technician came from the company and changed the motherboard but the issue was still not resolved and he closed the ticket and went away. Now they are saying it’s loose connectivity and i’ll have to buy a new charger. Big scam company. Never buy their laptop or anything. Please somebody help to make them pay for what they are doing

                                This a fraud company m. Never buy their laptop. They have scammed me. I had bought 5 year warranty for my laptop with onsite support and accidental damage support. The technician came and changed the motherboard but the issue was still not resolved. The problem was with the pin of the charger. They said i would have to pay for the charger as it is my fault since I didn’t use the charger properly and it is my fault that the charger doesn’t work. Never buy lenovo laptop or anything. They are scammers and they’ll take money from you in the name of improper use

                                  Headline: Lenovo Is a bunch of scammers in the name of Warranty

                                  My monitor got a dead pixel spot and flickering backlight after 2 years o[censored]se, the monitor was mounted on a Vesa mount on the wall for all this time without being moved. and yet it developed an issue

                                  the monitor is still in warranty.

                                  Now when i called them up as a service request, Lenovo says that the backlight issue and dead pixel issue were my fault and thus cannot claim warranty.

                                  the monitor wasn't moved or handled for two years as it was mounted on a wall. how can it be my fault for this to occur?

                                  i got a Lenovo ThinkPad and a monitor and many other Lenovo appliances, but looking at this response, this company disgusts me now, and i am afraid my other appliances will also be handled the same way.

                                    So, few days ago we ordered a Lenovo Tab P11 4, it came out in a nice state. But, there was no calling feature available in the tab itself. So, we checked the description of the tab on Flipkart again, there we got to know that this tab doesn't comes with a voice call feature. So, on the same day when the tab was delivered, we tried clicking the cancel order option cause we wanted to have a refund, but there was no refund option available. Just replace one was there. We don't want a replace, we want a refund.
