levi recently started a promotional offer in which they were issuing cards and enrolled people purchasing from them and registering for the same.They were supposed to be sending password to the e-mail addresses for the registrants and adding points to one's card.
It has been A MONTH since i registered and even after complaining to their online customer care services i havn'e been issued a password or points(i had made 2 purchases and i have the bill for the same too) in my membership card..as my card is still not valid ( they havn't registered me yet).
i request you to kindly look into the same

    i bought Levi's jeans last year (around Deepawali) from a Levi's store at Select Citywalk Mall, Saket.
    style CD:L81A,[protected], 3321, 82x87 cm. it is hardly one year and my jeans has started wearing out especially near both the rear pockets. i showed it to the store manager two weeks back, he took the jeans and gave it for darning. now again it has started giving away from same place.
    i own another Levi"s jeans which i bought two yrs back(from South Ex store) and which is working well.
    i really don"t know if this piece is defective.
    there is absolute lack of communication and clarity among the people working at the store. during my previous visit they said they 'll get it repaired and if such similar complaint comes up, they may produce it the company. today when i go the store, the store manager was not ready to cooperate.
    i really don't know what should be the next plan of action

    levi's jeans — defected peace and not replacing

    i have been purchasing a levi's jeans by levi's showroom.that was a defected item.levi's showroom owner didn't replace that jeans.

      Hi,

      I am constrained to write to you regarding the purchase of defective Levi’s Strauss jeans[protected]Rs. 1099/-), Transaction number: 2092, on 07.11.10, as my continuous oral pleas are resulting in futility and burdening me with unnecessary mental harassment which is highly unexpected and uncalled for, from a brand which claims of its quality worldwide.
      I had purchased the jeans, as above mentioned, from your show-room, which is situated at Ashok Vihar, new delhi-110052. However, to my utter surprise when I washed the same, wondering that the quality of the jeans is so bad that the colour of the jeans during washing & wearing comes out. The colour problem is so bad that it has spoiled my three new shirts which I was wearing. I had dry cleaned the same and put it in a bucket of water for overnight and again spoiled one more shirt by wearing the same jeans. So you are requested to do needful action in this regard for upheld my good faith on LEVI'S. I want my complaint to be addressed at the earliest.
      I have now given these defective jeans to the showroom manager from where I had purchased.

      If possible, please allow me to take some other stuff from your store or if not then allow me to select different jeans of light colour from your store, so that I will not face the same problem again.

      I am a working person and I hardly get time to do some extra things besides the regular job.........and I would like to mention that taking rounds of Levis Strauss Store, asking them to look into the problem (mentioned above) is very unproductive and I don't have time for this!!!

      Please note I am facing this problem in the very first month and still continues. This is a shocking fact.


      I think I've suffered enough and this time, I don't want to go through the same procedure rather would approach Consumer Court and Media if this problem does not get resolved properly!

      Levis Strauss — Fault in mens jeans

      My partner only wears Levis Strauss jeans. We have noticed a recurring fault on approximately four pairs now where they start to fray in the groin area. I can produce pictures if this is needed. Would be grateful for your comments.

          After wearing the Jeans, It got torn automatically near Knee Area and all the threads came out and also the Fiiting of left leg and right leg is entirely differeent.

            I had bought a t-shirt from Levi's worth Rs1299/- and in just 3 washes the embroidery on it started to come out. When I reached the Levi's store and asked for a replacement, the R.O. said that it wasn't a genuine fault and thus it cannot be replaced.
            It was shocking to hear this, I mean a person spending so much money on a t-shirt only to see it getting damaged in just 3 washes.

            Levi's — Poor Quality of goods

            i and my friend bought a pair of Levi's boots 3 months ago from Kolkata. I wore it for 3-4 times and its heels have gone for a toss. On the other hand my friend never wore it and it has already started showing its colours.
            We went to the Levi's showroom at Koramngala Forum (Bangalore). They kept the shoes for a month and after that they say that you have to go to Kolkata and they would look into the matter.

            Can anybody suggest what to do.

            Levi's — color of new shirt gone

            i purchased a new shirt from Levi's store. color was black current. but after 3 was it start going and from the back side i saw some spots, so i stopped wearing it. now i have given the shirt to the store theya re asking me to wait for the respond form Bangalore and it can take 1 month. what should i do.

              We had gone in the month of May to purshare a T - shirt and were informed by the store manager that currently some offer is going on for the purchase of Rs. 1500 you get a voucher of Rs. 1500 and he somehow convinced us to buy two t - shirts and spend Rs. 1500.
              Finally we took the voucher and he told us that the only condition is that we have to redeem the voucher with in June' 10.
              Yesterday 10th June' 10 when we had gone to the same store which is the Ansal Mall, Palam Vihar and bought a Jeans for Rs 799 and asked the Sales person to redeem the vocher, he clearly told us that he cannot do so as the company has changed the offer and now again we have to shop for Rs. 1000 to redeem the voucher.

              On telling him that we were not informed about this and the manager had confirmed us that even if we make a purchase worth Rs. 600/- we can get the voucher redeemed.

              he spoke very rudely that i can't help you and the manager has already resigned and left. We donot have any manager , you can do whatever you wish.

              Levis — THE HOLES IN THE TOP IN 2 MONTHS

              SIR/MAM,
              I HAVE BROUGHT A TOP FROM LEVIS AT RS 1500 FROM NASHIK IN JUST 2 MONTHS THE TOP WAS FILLED ALL WITH HOLES WE COMPLIED TO THE NEAR SHOWROOM OF LEVIS BUT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE BY THEM .WE KINDILY REQEST YOU TO HELP US OR GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK OR PEPLCE THE TOP BECAUSE IT WAS A DEFELECED PICE AND WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH UR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE. PLZ REPLY

                I went to levis store in patna at boring road near harihar chamber for jeans alteration.I had bought the jeans in Delhi and have been told in the levis store that alteration can be done at any levis store all over India free of cost.Initially I got the same assurance from the sales associate in Patna.But,when I went to collect it ,the sales associate named A.K.Thakur denied and asked to pay and snatched the jeans from me.He was rude in his behaviour.He argued and shouted at me.He said he will be lodging FIR against me.His ruthless behaviour was intolerable.Please take a strict action against it.

                  I have purchased a jeans of size 36/34 of design no 511.

                  Got the length adjusted to my size of 41.5.

                  When I wore it , I was taken aback as the size of the waist seemed much more. When I got it checked it was 37.5 or say 38 to my surprise. Though the cos tag of 36/34 is still there.

                  Now I dont know what to do.

                  It cant be repaired also.

                  have I wasted my money. I dont know where to go.

                    TravelChaCha — Not issuing confirm ticket

                    I booked four tickets through Travelchacha on 24-07-10 but they are yet to issue me any confirmed ticket. I tried calling them more than 150 times they simply don't pick up the phone. Even if they pick up the phone they assure that I will get the ticket within half an hour, by evening, by tomorrow morning but the ticket never comes. I feel I lost the money. Tracelchacha is a fraud company. Kindly help.

                      i bought an jeans on 3 jan from levis showroom on apsara road jammu.the jeans stich has some problem stich is getting streched .on complainig the showroom people did not handle my problem and after lot of stress they just told to leave the jeans there and contact them after an month and a half.this kind of a behaviour will not be acceptable to any customer and my mail is to make the company notice the harrasment i am facing from this showroom and will appreciate a suitable action from the company.

                      i brought a jeans from levis shop no G-18, G-19 in GIP noida . it was defected jeans when i went back to showroom their attitude was so bad they asked me to come again after two days.so i told them that i can select product now so you can deliver it to my home once your formalities are done. shop is so far from my home so it was difficult for me to go their when i asked them to deliver it to my home they agreed. But after two months they did not deliver it and when i called them on store they didnt repond to phone . i went back second time and when i asked them why they did not respont propery then they didnt said even sorry. i selected few product when i asked for that they said they lost them so i need to select again . it was very pain full for me to select again and it took again 2 hour . so i wasted so much of time to pay just the mistake i did was i bought one jeans from well know brand levis . the services of this showroom is so pain ful and i decided i'll not buy any product from levis.

                        I bought these levi carpenter jeans from wal-mart on 10/31/09 brand new for 19.50. they right now have two big holes at edge of back pockets, cant even wear them anymore!! i have wore levis most of my life the quality has went down hill BIG TIME!!! HOW DO I GET MY $ BACK FOR JEANS,HELL THAT IS $19.50 I CAN USE TO BUY WRANGLER JEANS,AT LEAST THEY DONT START FALLING APART FROM WASHING AND WEARING THEM IN 2 MONTHS AND 2 WEEKS!! WHAT A JOKE!!!

                          Dear Sir;
                          I was very disappointed that I received one of your shirts for Christmas, which was an X Large and shrunk to a Large. The sleeves went up about 1 inch and the tail on the back went up around 1 ½ inch, showing the lining at that depth. Fitting it back on after it was washed it the chest area also was very tight and that shrunk around 2 inches. It seams that the Levi’s brand is no longer what it use to be and I wonder how many people have had the same problem.
                          Sir, the money that one spends on the Levi’s brand and the quality that one gets out of it, it’s not worth buying the Levi’s brand. I believe the label read the “Two Horse” brand.
                          If I were to produce a product that did this I sure wouldn’t put my name on it bringing, Levi’s. The other thing that I saw after washing was a small label, which read, XL made in china. An American company that turns on the manufacturing in the United States because of cheaper labor and cheaper materials, but still charges a great sum of money for their product. I buy American made and this is one shirt that will go into the WM can.
                          Just wonder how many people buy your product and this happens to, but don’t say anything about it. Think I'll put this on twitter just to find out.

                            Dear Mr D Singh,

                            I am writing this from Kochi, where I stay. I went to Primus Retail PVT Ltd, Modayil Centre Point, Warriam Road Junction MG Road Cochin 682016. The only place I found for complaining to was this email address on the tab of the jeans I purchased for my daughter. I find it surprising that a world wide company like Levi's does not have a place where a customer can complain, seems deliberate. I do not even know if I will ever receive a reply but if Levi's want to continue they better improve their NON EXISTENT customer care.
                            Have you seen the number of complaints at complaintshttp://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/levis-jeans-c125731.html . I guess it doesn't matter to a big company like you but if you want a loyal customer base you have to have a good redressal system. So I hope you or who ever is reading this will bother to reply &address my complaint.

                            Firstly, the store personnel were unaware of the latest offers on the Levi's product and denied me my rightful discount despite using the correct credit card. A big shame for your brand. They said it was the hassle of the SBI credit card and they could not do anything about it.                             List of participating stores in South is placed at link http://www.sbicard.com/sbi/levis-store-list.htm. Primus is mentioned in this. I had gone to the store to buy my 11 yr old daughter her first pair of Levi's. Anyway I did not create any scene but bought them. Not understood was the store policy of denying a customer a measly 7% discount. Absolutely miserable in my opinion. And this was despite I having shown him the website where it said it was instant 7% discount.(listed above).

                            Secondly,
                            The lady employed by the store ( tailor) refused to mend the Levi's which I was wearing saying I must wash them and bring them over only then she will repair them. At least your store could carry a plaque/ notice about repairs to your products after sale. She was sitting idle but she refused to do a leg seam. Her name is Sherry I believe,no one could coax her to do it although it was a one minute job.

                            Thirdly nothing was mentioned about the red loop program of Levis, advertised by your website.

                            Request improve your customer relations and in house tailors in India please. And advise your retailers that customers are not bloody fools to be fooled and when a discount is due it ought to be given.
                            Hope you're listening. After this experience, and if I don't get a reply from you guys, I don't intend buying a Levi's next time, even though i can bloody well afford it.

                            I have purchases a levis jeans from jodhpur.due to technical problem they have scrached my debit card twice.The amount deudcted double.I have read my account statement.How I solve this problem

                              i have purchased two levis signature jeans with waist size marked 36 inches of which one jeans waist was in true 36 inches but the other jeans waist was found to be 34 inches inspite the jeans tag showed 36 inches.i only wear signature jeans soi did not try it at the show room. when complined to show room at guwahati they refused to replace it
                              IN FUTURE PLEASE CORRECTLY CHECK THE WAIST SIZE.

                                Hi,

                                I had purchased a pair of jeans from Levis G.K.new Delhi.
                                Since levis offers the option to get the length altered at any of its stores I chose the option to get it altered from Sector 18 Levis store.
                                The jeans had to be altered to length 37 1/2 but when I got it from the store they had made it short=36.

                                On top of spoiling my jeans to a wrong length the staff was too inco-operative and misbehaved with me saying that this length can be worn.
                                In fact they started sayin that since it was not purchased from their store they are not responsible.
                                After a heated discussion they finally agreed to replace it.
                                Since it was a red loop jeans I insisted on getting a similar red loop jeans.
                                They had promised that they would call and inform me whenever one was available but I did not get any calls from the store.
                                I visted the store almost 10 times and could only get a jeans after almost 3-4 months .
                                The attitude of the sales people was too bad and I really hope such stores realise that they have caused inconvinience to the customer.

                                  i was gifted with a 'levi's 501 jeans shirt, LOT#FG606-0001.' from lucknow. the product was purchased under the condition that if the size is incorrect , then it'll be exchanged at any levi's showroom.when the gift reached me via courier at secunderabad, the same product was not available here in the showrooms.although the staff at the showroom entertained me very well and even asked me to exchange it with any other pattern of shirt.but i wanted the same model.i thus want that the same should be made available to me.an early response is expectsd.

                                    I have recently made a purchase of 5000 at levis at a Levis Store in Surat(Ghod Dod Road).According to the offer, I could choose to make a payment in 3 installments using my HDFC credit card, but the store owner told they do not have any such facility, and secondly, with the amount of purchase I had done, I was entitled to get a gift watch, but the store owner told they were running out of stock and I had to settle for a bag(which you get for a shopping for 3500 only). I asked them if I can get anything else as it is not my fault if store is running out of gifts (which they boast about in newspaper), so they should actually offer to compensate with a product of my choice in the same price range(as that of the watch). I got a negative response. I mailed them regarding the same, as I have still kept the bag intact hoping for a replacement. But seems like most aspirational fashion brand in India has least to care for customer consents.

                                      Dear All,

                                      I am student of ISBR who trusted in them for a good career for doing MBA. I finished my MBA from this college but i have not been able to clear my exam. As Per my preparations i am not wrong any where but i dont know why the have failed many students. On the other side students are getting 108 marks out of 100. How this is possible.

                                        Within 30 minutes of ordering on Levi.com I realized I made an error and tried to cancel order. Levi refused to do this because I paid through Pay Pal. Paypal informed me it could only be canceled if Levi.com authorized cancellation. Levi customer service refused to do this and refused to help in any way. They said item begins processing immediately and cannot be returned. Customer service rep Jamie # 73642 was rude and adimant refusing to help in any way.
