Hello today my friend gifted me a two levi's trouser and one tershirt but due to some size issue and the fitting i want to replace the same with another jeans and i have the bill it just one day before 12/08/2017. But staff refuse that we can exchange only trouser and tee shirt is free with trouser so we can't replace the teeshirt i ask for same teeshirt but in another size but staff refuse to provide the same teeshirt

I bought a pair of jeans from a levis store called levis delhi ivory place cannaught place, new delhi. Phone no. [protected] oon the 23rd of july, 2017. Ivory place tax invoice trans #: 7514.
First of all the jeans i picked was in the sale counter 40% off. But when we asked for the bill they refused me to give any discount and said that there is no discount on it. Any how i agreed to buy it without discount and paid the full price.
Secondly they took the measurement for alteration and next day they gave a different jeans. I went back to get my original jeans but this time they refused to alter by saying that this is not possible.
I have spent rs.3000 but i cant wear it without any fitting and alteration which they promised while i was buying it.
Levis is a brand name and known for its quality but i am sorry to say that the services were aweful and i am highly disappointed and requesting a solution from you.

I am your loyal customer from 5 -6 years. I am using 511 series - 36 size. From the 1st of my trousers denim grey and navy blue, i have some issues but i thought may be that particular lot had defect. After that i purchased many levis trousers but each and every denim getting teared between thigh

I purchased my first pair of levi's from the infinity, andheri store last week. It's a 311 shaping skinny, waist 27. I altered it by half an inch at the store and the fit was decent. After one handwash, the jeans seem to have become loose instantly and the fit is just off. The waist is now one inch loose, and the overall fit is half inch loose. This is my first branded purchase and everyone recommended levi's to me, but as a first time user, this is highly disappointing.

I had bought a pair of levis 511 denim in pantaloons, got its length modified. Was not satisfied with the way the modified. Approached a levis exclusive showroom, they refused to resize it as it was bought in pantaloons. Is there any clause or rule that the company will not modify its own products bought in some other store? If so stop selling levis products in shopping malls, multibrand clothing stores. Need a solution for this

I had been to levis showroom at katriguppe, bangalore.
I basically observed the ethicless behaviour of people who where attending the customers. I could hear the staffs from the trail room commenting and betting conversation about which customer would buy. They were commenting about the request of the i placed asking them to about more options in the same offer. They were being judgmental about the customers.
Please see to it that staffs are trained properly and take necessary actions to replace them.

I have been part of couple of tv show and now i m a blogger and youtuber. I was contacted by a member from your team to be part of a campaign shoot. I was then asked to send pictures with nudity to which i refused. I was shocked to be part of this incident. Considering its levi's. I was then asked to send pictures with cleavage as they mentioned levi's has a 68% nudity requirement. The person who contacted me was anubhav sinha some assistant photographer and he said he was controlled by miss shweta. Since, i have gotten no response from them and i decided to complaint before making it a public issue on social media. Regards, ranji chopra

A few months back i bought a levis top from lifestyle mall rohini and i would have worn it not more than 7-8times since. Now i feel embrassed to wear it as front side of top is fully covered with lint balls which makes it look like a cheap local brand. I am very much disappointed with the brand. I wouldn't recommend my family and friends to go for levis brands.

The same time given for alteration.
I have tried many time to collect the same also tried their given phone numbers many times but there is no response.
They have lost the article & not returning my money..
Request you to please intervene to get my money return.

I bought a jean from Levi's showroom in Dwarka Sector 12 in New Delhi in the month of June .i wore it once but was surprised to see that many threads from the thighs portion have surface giving a shady look to the jean. So I returned it to the showroom. Later I got a call from the showroom and was told to select any jean in liew of old one. Accordingly I selected two jeans which were on sale under discount. The said showroom sales in charge refused to give me these jeans and I was compelled to buy another one which was manufactured in the year 2016 at a higher price of Rs 3400 whereas my old jean costed me Rs 2999. Thus I had to pay Rs 400 more.
In this regard please let me know your policy.

Hi i purchased levis tshirt worth rs1500.
But after 2 wash there is thread out from back side, at that time i was in trivendrum,
I went to levis showroom, there only they altered that part not replaced, they said that report to purchased shop only.
Again 1 month later another hole is there.
I submitted it to levis ionic, after 3 month they have with them, yesterday shopkeeper said that sorry sir.
I am not satisfy with the levis service.
Please do something.

With deep regret I hereby complain that, I had bought a Jeans from Levis showroom present on the first floor of Sahara Gang Mall at Lucknow dated 18th June. After purchasing the jeans I had given for alteration in the same showroom which was given a date to be collected on 20th June. I went to collect it today(24th June).
At first they made be wait for nearly 30 minutes saying that alteration has been done but we are searching your product. Surprisingly this search went on for almost an hour. I told them to return my money for which initially were adamant and then they told us that we are not getting it now so we will deliver it to you address later. But I had no trust left so I demanded my money back and thankfully they paid me back.
But such a customer treatment and such irresponsibility is not at all expected from a band like Levis.
I hope such issues will be duely addressed by you.

The above said jeans got malfunctioned from pelvic portion (Abdomen part) in the month of feb 17. I contacted the store and they repplaced the jeans in the month of march. However the the same fault appeared at the same place in the jeans in the month of apr 17. I again went to levis store and comp, ained about the same fault but the same was refused. I request to kindly look into the matter seriously and please provide a refund or replacement of another jeans of the same range.
This is the first time i am facing the problem from my last 10 years association with levis.

Yesterday i visited levis showroom in mysuru (Mysur maal), karnataka, the shop keeper could not interact with me properly, he is talking only in hindi which i could not understand and he dont know english also.
Felt very bad, dont know how you have given permision to people who dont know the language of state kannada and english.
Show rooms in bengaluru are far better they interact in kannada.

Please take necessary action, mysuru is our heritage city, its a black mark to that.

I bought 4 pairs is levis jeans from the levi's store in lulu mall in edapally kochi kerala. Unfortunately i am highly disappointed with the quality of your products as 3 of the four jeans have torn already and i've had faded badly. Such quality is not expected from such a reputed brand especially when the customer is paying so much for the product. I hope something is done about this problem.

I bought 4 pair of jeans from levi's store in gurgaon on 24/12/2016, bill no. 2759 and out of those four pair of jeans, one pair of jeans was found to be defective, it got shredded on its own at the area just above the back pockets. I have shown it to the store manager, he accepted it as genuine issue & submitted it for claim, he took the jeans & gave me a receipt for the same & asked me to wait for their response.

After almost three weeks he called & informed that the jeans could not be replaced as it was bought in offer (Buy 2 get 2).

I am highly disappointed by their response. This is not what we expect from a brand like levi's. If you're selling defective products during sale, then what is the point of giving such lucrative offers which seem to be value for money but is actually a means of cheating customers.

I am a regular customer of levi's but experience like this makes me doubt about the brand's credibility. I feel cheated & am quite upset with this incident.

I am a regular user of levis brand and i loved it.
It is about an incident that i want you to know, i went to the store (Levis janpath bhubaneshwar, odisha), i had an old levis jeans which was a bit damaged so i asked them if they can fix it up and they agreed. I gave my jeans to them and in return they said they wont be giving any bill and asked me to come after some days. I inquired and went there after 5 days and they denied me saying that it has not been completed yet again i went there after a couple of days and they repeated the same story. It went on similarly for next 5-6 times and then one day when i asked them in a hard voice they agreed to deliver it by today evening.
I agreed and when i was about to go to the store they called me and said that the store is closed today due to some rajo festival and will be closing it soon. I did not believe it and went there and it was open.

It was never expected from a brand like you which is very disappointing, i don't know why they are lying me. I will put this thing in my blog further and i said i wont be buying any item from levis hereafter and will ask my friends family the same.

I would like to inform you that last month i visited a levis store located at gst road chrompet, chennai tamilnadu near railway station. Actually i went for purchasing jeans and shirts for myself and family. But i experienced really a bad service from a staff working over there, he is bald headed with a moustache, no dress sense. He smells disgusting and doesnt know how to behave himself, looking the lady customers in a bad way. I dont know how levis brand running a store with this kind of staffs. And am sorry to say that finally i didnt purchased from there because of this worst staff. Really am not satisfied and i lost the trust in your brand, how can a husband visit the store along with his wife or daughter. When i enquired the store is under franchisee, balaji enterprises.

Am working as a cluster manager in adidas and i will surely communicate this experience with my team members.
