I have purchased a levi's white color one piece on 26th april from levi's store in karol bagh, delhi.
On 7th may i want back to exchange/return the product as because i found some light pink color of stains on that product same day they have given me a complaint form and asked me to come back after 15-20 days as they wanted to send the product for quality check.
Now it's been more then one month and stil they are saying "we can't exchange the product, we can't remove the stains and we can't even return this.
I wonder if they have send the product for quality check then they must have given me one option atleast instead of helping me they said ma'am you should have checked the product before buying.
I have checked the product but somehow i haven't seen those stains.
Please help me out with this.

I got 2 jeans when there was buy 2 get 50% sale going on.. I dont remember the exact date. Please refer to my number - [protected]/[protected] or email id [protected]@gmail.com to check the order details. I purchased it from shipra mall, noida (201301) if that can help.
I'm really disappointed with the black jean. I asked them at the time of buying that i do trust levis quality but black is the color that fades but they assured me that it won't. But unfortunately it did. From knee length it looks so bad that i dont even wear it now. I had hardly wore it 10 times. It seems like i have spent so much of money on duplicate product and my faith in you is also fading. I'm so sorry to say but if someone ask for suggestion about quality now i wont suggest your brand name.
Please let me know if you can be of any help to make it easier on me. Because i really was very happy buying it and with other orders also, but now i have second thoughts about your label. I have attached the pictures for reference. Please help me improve my experience with you, if possible

I had purchased a jeans from your store located at vasant kunj (Prom mall), new delhi against invoice as attached.

I had given the jeans for alteration of length to 40" on date 22nd may, 2017 at about 11.00 am. The store manager advised me that the tailor master had gone to saket for some personal work and i could pick up the altered jeans at 3.00 pm on 22nd may, 2017 itself.

I could not reach them at 3.00 pm on 22nd may, 2017 as i had some travel engagements.

However, today i had gone to that store to pick up my pair of levis jeans and found out that your that store was closed for renovation..

May i request you to look up into this matter and connect me to the manager of that store and co-ordinate the delivery of my jeans at an early date and time.

Hi I brought a jean from Levi's in Inorbit mall Hyderabad.
After using it for 2 to 3 times the jean tore off.
That too because the quality of the cloth was below average.
I am shocked Levi's charges so much for its clothing but I am shocked to see that clothing from local brands have a greater cloth quality than Levi's.
It's very shocking for me.
I recommend not to buy it anymore from Levi's because of such poor quality.

To whom it may concern
I purchased Levi T-shirt from Infinity Mall Andheri Store dated 24th April 2017.
Within 3-4 days o[censored]se there are bubbles arrive on back of T-shirt. I submitted this faulty T-shirt dated 2nd May 2017 to Infinity Levis Store. they give me a receipt & said that I will take a week to replace. after i week i called then they said it will take another 1 week. now after 3rd week i called & they said that It can't be replaced, The bubble happened due to Shoulder bag.
Levis is worlds top leading brand & such type of stupid excuses are totally unacceptable from Levis.This T-shirt cost is 2K. even the T-shirt which cost 200/- Rupees will not get the bubble in 3-4 days with the shoulder bag.
I request to replace my T-shirt ASAP.

I purchase t shirt from levis at marda est mi road jaipur on may 7, 2017.
Tshirt is loosing it colour even in a normal water without detergent in first wash (I use ezee for washing).
And please don't suggest me the process of careful handling about clothes,
Which i always do.
Very disappointed with the poor product quality.
I don't know what quality control team do at your company even they can not ensures product quality.

I buy Levis as by far, the brand served me well. However, recently I bought a belt which had a brass buckle. Now I find that the brass buckle isn't brass but a brass looking paint over some metal. How can a dependable brand like Levis come up with this sort of goods??? Shocking. Sanjay Mohanty, the CEO better address this concern as the store managers say this is a known problem and there is no resolution from the company so far. I feel cheated after paying so much.

I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident I experienced after buying Levis 311 Black Jeans at your approved Levis store in [Brookefields mall Coimbatore, tamil nadu India]. On 20th May 2017.

Being a loyal customer of brand Levi’s, I am very sorry to say this, I had very bad experience after the purchase.
I saw a Dark Black stain [ Something similar to an Oil stain ] on the Pants and I am 100% sure that it was not from my end. Due to the Dim lighting in your store I couldn't see the stain during purchase and I had seen this stain only after an hour from the time of purchase.

The seller of this jean is refusing to replace the sold item as they say it was in good shape while the product was sold.

Kindly lookout for my complaint and let me know what I need to do with the Damaged Product. I have attached the Bill and the Photo of the Jean in this email, please find attached.

I have bought a levis jeans from Shoppers Stop Shipra Mall at full price on 22/10/2016. Soon after a couple of months, the jeans has started to get fade (whitish) and it looks awful now. I have tried to reach out to shoppers stop customer care desk but they said the warranty period is only 3 months. But, for a full-priced branded jeans from branded store, I do not expect such reaction. Please look into the issue and take appropriate action. The jean seems fake to me altogether. I do have the bill of the product.

This mail is in regards to inform you that I bought a jeans from levis store logix mall sector 37 noida, on last 15 January 2017.. I tried to contact the store but there is no contact number available of the store.. I tried a lot to contact them but nothing happen

Issue with my jeans is it been just 3 months and the jeans started ripping off. I just washed it for 2 3 times that too I washed the jeans with hand only.. I sent a lot of mail to Levis, even I went to the store with the complain.

Please look into this matter as this was not expected from levis store. This is for the very first time happened with me.

I had just bought a pair of jeans from an outlet in city centre 1, salt lake. It started wearing out from the 2nd month and is already torn. It has not even been 6 months. I have other older pairs from the same brand which are as good as new. A new pair of jeans should be in good condition for 5 yrs atleast, if not more. What should I do? Please help.

I bought a Levi Strauss jeans from Metro, Whitefiled, Bangalore around 10th. April 2017. The metal zipper is of 14cms, and is too short and does not reach near the base of the fork.
This means when I have to pee, I have to remove my belt and lower my pants.

The short zipper does not facilitate extraction of the ######. Surely a company so old and reputable, knows not to use a short zipper, that does not reach to the base. There is almost 9cms, from where the zipper ends to the base of the fork.

This is the first time in my life, that I have to remove my pants when going to the urinals. I do hope, you will take back my jeans and put a bigger zipper

I reside in Faridabad and had purchased a Levi's product, a jeans good by
all means, from the great Indian place, going by the brand image and good
services rendered by the company in the previous times
But to my dismay, the product came out to be defective and...
I submitted the jeans to the retail dealer who calculated the utmost time
for response and told me to inquire after 6 weeks.
Our complaint was returned unaddressed and we picked our product from the
retail outlet.
The jeans cost me about 4000 Rs. In fresh. If you get to know about the
history of my shopping with Levi's, you should know that we are regular

problem solved, this is not that era where u need to do this.
In those 4000 rupees I could easily get a jeans with amazing fit in other
brands too, it's only customer loyalty and company's services that keeps

Levi's disappointed me this time,
My issues at other brands have never taken this long to be solved nor have
been so troublesome.

We have purchased levis cloth from rajwadi emporium, valsad, gujarat on[protected], details are below.

Scheme is that if we purchase levis brand total of rs. 3999 than levis bag free with it.

We purchased (Bill no. Ca 172) :

1) t shirt xxl lev[protected] h rs. 1199

2) jeans 38 lev[protected] rs. 2399

So total of rs. 1199+2399=rs. 3598

My husband feel uncomfortable with jeans so we have changed this jeans on[protected].

Bill no. Ca 224

Jeans 38 lev[protected] rs. 3199

So now tshirt rs. 1199+jeans rs. 3199=rs. 4498

Now we have purchased above rs. 4000 but this store is not ready to give free bag.

So now tell us what to do?

I bought a Levi's jeans from Lifestyle in somewhere around February. Wore it few days back and guess what it leaves color. My hands and shirts turn to blue. This thing happened before too especially with the dark blue jeans not from any other color. It is really frustrating as whenever I wear it to a decent place people start noticing the color blue on my hands and keep asking me questions like did you purchase a fake stuff. What a mess I paid 3k something bucks for getting comments like this. It is so embarrassing. Let me know what to do. Don't suggest me to go to lifestyle because I have purchased the same pattern and color of jeans before too and from Levi's, the color thing happened that time too. I was stupid enough to not take things seriously that time but it looks like it happens everytime.

Being a loyal customer of brand Levi’s, I am very sorry to say this, I had very bad experienced after purchasing pullover, after wearing the fourth fifth time stitching from wings open of pullover is in bad condition. in spite of bringing this problem to all your concern departments none of concern person taking interest in resolving the issue due to this irresponsible behavior, you all are forcing me to knock the door of consumer court for Justice and bring my bad experience about the brand Levi’s at social media as well now it is in your hand the resolve the problem by replacing new pullover and retain the costumer faith in your brand waiting for a solution as soon as possible

I have buy a shirt in levi's shop. the shirt is lost his color in the case i change the shirt shirt when we go to buy the shop keeper gave me same product which i buy before the product is same lot which are come same issue i complaint in shop but shopkeeper said the product is not take by company he change on his bases. when i call to customer care they are not said which shopkeeper is said it is right when i said you send me in my mail id then they block my phone no when i called there is no response by customer care

Unfortunately this t shirt not performed well, after first wash, its shrank and all white dots coming out.
This time it was a very bed experience with you.

Request to resolve this problem.
