I am Ankit Vaghani. I have bought two jeans of your brand on 5th feburary 2017. I am facing a problem of color fading when i wash from the jeans I had bought. And the color which had fade also spoiled the color of other clothes of ours.

Please have a look to the problem and solve the problem I am facing.

    Sir, I purchase a jeans Levi's showroom mg metro station on 2 December 2016 and some days after I am notice that jeans in default near the zip.and I returned jeans Levi's showroom 13 January 2017 .The owners of showroom give me a slip and said you can after 15 days .But not replied received until . So please action this and message me when solution completed.

      I bought 2 pairs of jeans from levis store in GIP Noida last year i.e in 2016 MAY . Within 6 months the thread between the thigh portion started coming out .I mean the cloth should be tough enough to handle the abrasion, if that portion gets wears out due to the friction in just 5-6 months whats the use of buying such a costly jeans, I never thought levis jeans quality will be so low...damm dissapointed and have never bought any levis jeans after that.there are many brands that make good quality jeans and lasts more.

      Myself ankita, I have purchased women's top 2 month before from Levis store sri ganganagar invoice no 1068 but now that top become loose and have bubbles so I request you to either replace or return it...

        Hello Sir
        This is in regard to the highly unpleasant experience what I have had while purchasing from an exclusive Levi's Store.

        I purchased a pair of Levi's Jeans for my mother on the 8th of November 2016, the invoice of which I have attached. The article highlighted of the two articles purchased tore apart from the middle as if the fabric had no strength in it and yes, only after two or three use within fifteen days from purchase. We had been attended by your sales representative Mr. Gulshan (whose name is mentioned on the invoice) at the time of our purchase.
        “I completely understand that Levi’s has never ever intentionally tried to cause me such trouble but it is the attitude of the store people that has put me off.”

        When the jeans tore apart we took it to the store on 20th of November 2016, to complaint about the adverse quality of the article. Something Levi’s has never intended to deliver to its ever so loyal customer base. We understand that Levi’s stands for pure quality. Hoping that the inconvenience we have faced, will be adhered to sincerely and resolved, we took the faulty article to your exclusive retail outlet i.e. West Wind Retails (P) Ltd., Gobindpuri Road, Yamuna Nagar, Haryana - 135001

        We were attended by two of your employees who ensured that the matter will be looked upon and the pictures of the defected jeans will be mailed to higher authorities at Levi’s who will pass the approval to replace the faulty article. Due action will be taken in the shortest period of time and we would be telephonically informed was told to us by your employees and my contact number was taken by them and we left the article over there. Mr. Gulshan was not present that day.

        I was surprised as more than fifteen days had passed and no contact had been made with me regarding the matter. Understanding the fact that Levi’s did not ever intentionally caused me the trouble, I myself called the store at the landline telephone number and I was told that the senior authorities had not replied to the request, the store had made to them via e-mails and they would call me back as soon as they were directed by the officials. I made another two or three calls and was given the same answer time and again.

        Finally, on the 15th of January 2017, Monday, I myself went to the store and your then store manager Mr. Shekhar, (whom I met for the first time) greeted me and told me that no approval had arrived since the company was busy with discount periods. To my astonishment, this was a rather ironical answer as a company of such huge brand recognition, Levi’s operates internationally with years of experience in Retail sector with huge staff who must be ready all time to listen and act upon the genuine complaints of their customer base. I asked him to provide me with the contact number of his seniors, to which he absolutely refused and stated that he was not entitled to pass on the information. I dialed your consumer complaint department at the same time in the store by searching the number on Google. Till that point of time, the jeans was lying at the same shelf at which I had left it around a month ago.

        I told everything to your lady representative over the call, she gave me the complaint number at that time (which I think misplaced at your store due to my negligence) and told me that I will be contacted by company end between two working days, but no reply came from the company end or the store where my number was once again noted by Mr. Shekhar. I was also told by the lady at the company end that no e-mail had been received by them from the store (which was a totally different statement from what people at the store had been saying all time). We left the store totally frustrated by the quality of your service.

        I again rang the store on 20th of January, since no contact had been made to me. Mr. Shekhar replied that the replacement approval had been sanctioned from the authorities and I asked him whether I could visit the store on the coming Monday, to which he agreed positively.

        Now, comes the time when I am feeling highly disappointed, frustrated and pathetic about my whole experience with you. Please note that a month has passed by the time when my mother and I visit your store on the 23rd of January 2017, Monday. We are greeted by Mr. Shekhar and we ask him whether we can have our piece replaced and he replies in a yes. I can spot 2 employees including MR. Shekhar in your store around 5 pm. After we have selected and finalized the denim that is worth Rs.2799, he tells us that we have to buy only greater than the MRP of the piece we have returned which is a totally illogical and senseless thing as he could have informed us this before we started to select the article but he cared not. And we are also told that since there is no staff in the store he will do the billing on Tuesday after he gets an approval again for God knows what??? Also, my mother asked him if we could buy anything else so that total purchase becomes of greater value, he does not answer and affirms us that he will reply to us the next day and we have not received any phone call from us neither on Tuesday nor Wednesday.

        I would like to ask you that if I have paid Rs.3000 for a jeans on the 8th of November 2016, am I so worthless as a customer for Levis that I can’t really get the value of my money till 25th of January, 2017.

        Another thing I would like to bring to your knowledge that when I entered the store on 23rd of January with my mother, including Mr. Shekhar there were 2 staff members in the store, one person was attending the only customer present in the store already, and still than we ourselves took out the jeans from the display and tried 3 articles for the fit, since one employee of yours was attending the customer already present and Mr. Shekhar was standing idle at the cash counter he cared not to attend us.

        is this how customers in retail shopping business are entertained???
        is this how you make customers loyal to your brand???
        do you still expect a customer to not tell about his experience, although his money is stuck with you for about 2 months???

        as i now am totally unsatisfied with the careless way the people at your physical outlet have treated this complaint, i do not want to visit the store again and i want to get a refund for my money. it would be very kind if the company listens to my request.
        I had purchased a Levi's Jeans from Pantaloons, Elante Mall, Chandigarh on 8 Jan 2017. The jeans has been worn 2-3 times and was washed twice, the product is loosing its colour with every wash and also its quality ( colour can be seen on the tag photo attached and the loss of quality on the edges) .

          Greetings

          I am Nagesh Vutukuri from Hyderabad. I Cherish wearing Levi’s clothing since its inception in the fashion world.

          I happened to shop for a exclusive Denim (Jeans) worth Rs. 3999 of an Levi’s product at the Levi’s Showroom, Banjara Hills- Hyderabad.

          My love for the apparel lasted only for few occasions as the Denim lost its quality with mere three washes. The threads starting withering and the cloth, elongated.

          It’s an expensive Jeans and i am deeply disappointed for the first time with Levi’s cloth – added to my woes I lost my bill in recent re arrangement of my household items.

          The Levi’s Showroom, Banjara Hills refused to honor my plea as I don’t have a bill – I need your support for a customer who is a regular with your brand.

          I request for a replacement for the amount spent.

          Bought a sweater from Levi's showroom of Samarth lifestyle at mahagun metro mall Ghaziabad. Within I wear the sweater got pilling. When contacted the store they did not responded properly and Levi's feedback system is also not reverting back. There is no way to put a complaint regarding the staff behaviour and product quality.waiting for solution.
          Purchased a pair of jeans from Levis store, Z sqare, Kanpur on 21/01/17. NAVY BLUE JEANS.
          Colour is not fast. After rubbing hands on it hands look as if it is dyed . When I wash hands water colour change to blue.
          Very disappointed getting such quality from an international brand.
          What to do advise.

              I have purchased a dark blue cotton pant from LEVI STRAUSS showroom at Durgapur west Bengal at Junction Mall on discounted price. One pant after first wash behave fine but another pant was a disaster. The complete color got fade out and the showroom people were extremely unfriendly.They did not posses any responsibility on anything. The complete fade out colored pant is with me, waiting for your response.

              I got a jeans and shirt from a shope in cheap rate, it's located in kalamassery hmt road, Ernakulam Kerala, shope name sulthan, when I wash this jeans and shirt, it's got faded.i think this is duplicate.please ensure your quality products.

                I bought a LEVIS 501 jeans thru JABONG.com about two and a half months back. Order ref no [protected]. and complaint reference number 37147022. The complaint escalated to highest level thru emails. only getting std feedback of 15 day return policy. The order date is 08th Oct 2016. The last feedback is dated today. They are just delaying and sending standard reply thru different email id's. The Jeans was bought for about INR 2500/-

                  I bought one jean from Noida store and after using 2-3 times I found that jean is damaged and bad quality. I call to the store people and they advised me that from any store in India, I can get replaced the same. I went to one store in Jaipur and they keep my jean for more than a Month and after many visits and calls to them now they are saying that they can't do anything with that. They are very slow and company is saying that don't worry all will be okay but store people saying there is nothing can happen now. I request you to please help me with this issue.
                  Have attached bill copy and charge slip for replacement.

                    On December28 I have purchased a denim shirt from a Levi's store in ranchi.
                    Just after making the purchase when I started using it one button got damaged so I asked them to exchange.
                    That was a manufacturing defect so they agree on exchanging it, but as it was, as they said out of stock, so they asked me to wait for some days. They refused to give my money back, when I asked for it.
                    When I visited the store on December 30 in evening, I found the product on 20% discount.
                    So, shouldn't I be given the discount now and the discounted amount be returned.
                    Moreover they also shown me the mail, they send for exchanging it. But surprisingly date of mailing was Dec 30, the same day when the product came on discount.

                      I am highly disappointed with te Levi's quality this time.As i got a pair of jeans for myself.Its been hardly a year, but the jeans got tored from the bottom.
                      This has never ever happened ti me in my entire life.Even if i go with some local brand.But this was not at all expected from Levi's standards.

                      So i hope my complaint will be responded well.Looking forward for your response on this.

                      I visited Levi's exclusive shop today at Viviana Mall Thane. Was not satisfied, in fact frustrated with staff service. Just because there were lot of customers today thus increasing their work it doesn't mean staff is gonna talk/back[censored] about customer who took little more time in selection of apparels. Very dissatisfied.

                          I am a regular buyer of lifestyle and have shopped a lot with no regrets so far. I purchased a levis denim from the chandigarh elante mall lifestyle store and i have a complaint of dust particles stuck on it. When i showed the denim and shared my concern, the staff present there refused me to provide any solution over it. Also at the time of selling it he confirmed me that after two washes this complaint wouldn’t resist. Still the problem persists. You are requested to provide me an exchange approval on the same to make me shop more again with your organization. But lifestyle is not doing the needful so i hope so you do something for regular buyer of your brand.

                          I hope your reply soon with a positive approach on the matter.

                            Hi, i bought 'levis men navy striped t-shirt' from myntra online shopping site, i trusted the brand levis and bought it!

                            Just after one hand wash it faded and getting teared all over the shirt! Myntra people are telling its normal wear and tear so we cant replace!

                            But i bet you by looking at the t shirt any one can tell the whole material is of poor quality!

                            As i trusted the brand and spent the money, i am wring it to you people! I hope i wont get dissappointed!

                              Yesterday I went to purchase Levis jeans from jail Road, new delhi store but their card machine wasn't working and currently u know there is cash crunch due to money demonetization so I couldn't use the promo offer of 750 which was sent to me on my account.
                              If card machine wasn't working at the store, I guess they should accept 500/1000 currency note and submit in bank as you are not dealing in black money.
                              Now I have lost the offer as yesterday was the last date. I would request same offer is extended for me or some other similar offer as I had to leave oa denim which I tried and liked a lot.

                                I have been gifted 2 air of jeans 522 & 513 both bearing waist of 34 but i am unable to wear as it is very loose.
                                I also have a couple of jeans from the same brand but none of them are having that problem.
                                I want to exchange it and get the correct fit of same number.

                                I have received Levis Digital Gift Voucher for Icici credit card redemption points. I asked to redeem the points in levis Outlet in Bangalore Basaveshwaranagar, They didn't redeem and asked me to check with customer care.

                                  This is to inform you about the poor quality of the Denim that I bought from the Levis store - GK1 M Block market. The denim was bought few

                                  months ago, however sooner the denim started to worn off from the back pocket, slowly the entire stitching came off(denim tore apart) and it became unwearable. On

                                  inspection it was found that the quality of the cloth specially at the back was too thin and highly sub standard and thus it could not hold any

                                  longer even to the stitches. I am attaching the pictures of the product for your reference.

                                  On the quality of the product we approached the shop that we bought it from, they refused to acknowledge it as an issue and after insisting for a

                                  refund they accepted the product for repair on 3rd Sep, 2016. What further disturbs is the reponse received or I should say no-response received from them

                                  until I visited them on 15th Oct, 2016 that is when I was told that nothing could be done and the staff expressed surprise and blamed each other on

                                  the no-response offerred even after a month. They hassled with each other and contacted the area manager and refused to either exchange or repair

                                  citng reasons that it could not be repaired.

                                  Dissapointed with the service and the product I refused to collect it and asked them to get the quality inspected, however 8 days after I still await

                                  a response from them, seemingly they will never offer any resolution or even call, I am writing into you for assitance and support.

                                  Not to mention, I am a hardcore levis fan and this is not my first product from you, previous products across all varities and price ranges have

                                  lasted for 6-7 years, while this could not last for more than 6 months thus refuse to accept such inferior quality from you.

                                  I look forward for your intervention, and support to get this issue addressed and hopefully I should not be disappointed.

                                  I bought a red loop black jean, looks nice rich in black for first time but I washed it once it completely looses its rich black started fading and we dint belive it happened with Levi's(red loop).

                                  I got the gift of two denims of levi's in aug-16. I stay in Chandigarh but it's tuff to change the denims. Not single store have same articles .
                                  Please give me way to change it.

                                    I have purchased 8 levi`s jeans pants from your out let in trendset mall, vijayawada on 10/7/16 for rs.10796 payment made through credit card. I have given 4 pants for resize in that out let. I have lost my bill. I have observed 1 pant is found torn between buckle and the pocket. I have not observed during the time of purchase. I have observed this at the time wearing after 1 month. Recently i gone the outlet again with this concern but the store manager was reluctant to take the jean back. I am regular customer to levi`s. This is first time seeing such type of issue. It would be great if you can exchange this.

                                    I have not received reply for my complaint dated 15/10/16, if any photo requires of that defected jeans I will send,
                                    I have purchased Levis jeans pant in kalyan jewellers bangalore in july 2016 but now my pant color is going every wash. I need replacement.
                                    The Behavior of staff was very bad and inspite of the fact that I had message of 750/- off on all apparels they refused to honour it. First they said OK then refused.

                                      Dear concern,

                                      I'm writing this email to elevate a complaint about a levis t-shirt. On july 22th i had bought a t-shirt (Size medium) from west wind crown plaza faridabad.

                                      The t-shirt stuff was too worst after wear this two days the size got lose from medium to large.
                                      I had logged a complaint (Case # 2150) on levis and returned it to them at store but they didn't take any action from last two month no response by phone or email then i had escalated the case to international levis store by facebook.

                                      Finally after two moths they told me there is no problem on the t-shirt and we can't exchange it.

                                      I was so tired to follow up on this case from last two month and their services are really pathetic they don't want listen any customer's complaint.

                                      The t-shirt is still kept at their store please take an appropriate action on this request so that the next customer couldn't face this kind of problem from levis

                                        I went to the store at Mall Road Amritsar, first time ever i visited there.i was with my freind, we tried stuff, a lady deal us we were the single customer there that time arround 1.30 PM, we tried 511 fit, fit was ok, after that we asked about the colour option, she tried to show the colours, but we didnt like that she opened 11-12 jeans, but non of them we liked, than we asked about the other store of levi's if available in amritsar, she said no more store in amritsar(But later on we came to know there are 2 more stores), then we replied its ok we will see in other city, she tried to belittle us, she said nobody can show this much of colour option(in rude manners), you wasted our time you should buy atleast 1 pc, then we replied we don't like any jean sorry, she replied thank you(in unprofessional manners)

                                        My jeans damaged within 1 week.i bought it from highlite mall kozhikode.
                                        Purchased jeans from Alpha one shop. Waist- 32. On jeans label is 32 but actually it is 34.
