DOUBLE PAYMENT - POLICY NO.[protected]
Please refer to my above LIC Policy No.[protected] with Varansi Gyanpur Branch.

I would like to bring to your kind notice that while I was paying my LIC premium of Rs.3593.00 online through my HDFC Debit Card on 07 Feb 2017 it showed some error in the system and logged out and not got the receipt. After some time I logged on to LIC site and paid the same premium online through my HDFC Debit Card and I got the receipt Transaction No. : PR[protected] dated 07/02/2017 .

After 3 hrs I got 2 sms from ICICI Bank showing deduction of Premium amount 2 Times.
I called HDFC Customer Service and logged my complain with them also, they said that as the payment is made through LIC Gateway hence they can reverse my amount as soon as possible.

I, therefore, request you to please refund the amount of Rs.3593.00 to my Bank a/c ASAP.

Pls solve my problem.
My Name Is Zaheer Ahmad Siddiqui and my policy number is[protected] yesterday i was try to submit my installment online but amount devided and not submit my installment so pls refund my amount or submit my policy installment.
Receipt no. PR[protected] DATED 05/02/2017 amount Rs. 8355.00 and Receipt no. PR[protected] DATED 13/12/2016 amount Rs. 1532.00. Please do the needful.

    I have paid premium online through my debit card yesterday but amount Rs 13, 813.00 is debited from my pension account and transaction got failed.I have not received any e-receipt nor my amount.
    I called you guys many a times but there was response.Due to this I am writing this email to you so that you can help me out in this.Things are changed now when this kind of transaction happens then amount get automatically refunded with in 24hrs without any complaint.

    I am attaching proof of my transaction with debit message.
    Please register my complaint and do needful.

          I regularly pay my LIc bills through Billdesk Online portal. So PCMC branch collects the payment and should generate the receipt and send to the customer.
          But Idont receive regular receipts for all my policy from PCMC branch.

Pl pay the money back at the earliest and intimate through my e-mail as provided to LIC company Arrah Branch. Due to serving in defence I can not visit home branch frequently to resolve the issue. I have submitted the application to Howrah Office of LICHFL on 08/02/2017, for up to date Statement, Foreclosure Certificate and List of property papers under their custody. But the Area Manager has not taken any action hitherto.

                        The LICHFL not communicated to me, either by email or by phone.

                        Even LICHFL is denying to provide me the last one year's monthwise statement of principal recovery and interest recovery.

Then I reinstated the policy on 20.01.2014 by depositing rs. 44263/ through the agent. Then I received a money back of rs. 9750/ on 28.01.2014. Now when my 2nd money-back time has passed I came to know that my policy is in a lapsed wout status due to some technical reason. Please do something to protect my consumer interest.                                       I visited in your branch 2 (Unit ii) at patiala to deposit the premium of my policy personally on dated 01/03/2017 but they refused to except my cheque and told me to come on thursday for deposit the premium after inquiring one of your officer named hardeep singh abm unit ii at patiala misbehave and harassed like anything and told me to clear your disputes / understandings from mr. Modi pm of india and also from mr. Jaitly our finance minister of india. I am a policy holder of lic of india has right to know whether the officer treated like this to the customers and oblige only the agents. That is why customer avoid to visit the branches because the officer treat like any thing. This type of treatment is given to the customers.
