I regularly pay my LIc bills through Billdesk Online portal. So PCMC branch collects the payment and should generate the receipt and send to the customer.
But Idont receive regular receipts for all my policy from PCMC branch.
And I urgently require 1 receipt for the policy No. 86443074

    I have made Lic premium payment through online payment of LIC of india website on 01.03.2017 at 18:07:24 of Rs: 592/- My LIC number[protected].Named Arvind D. Paikade LIC order number is 17218270 payment Id is HURP[protected] and they informed me that i am going to receive the receipt in next 48 hours, but still i haven't received the receipt my mail id is amit.[protected]@gmail.com which i have registered at the time of payment.       Money back for year 2012 of my LIC Policy No[protected] has not yet been paid by cheque or credited in my bankers. Pl pay the money back at the earliest and intimate through my e-mail as provided to LIC company Arrah Branch. Due to serving in defence I can not visit home branch frequently to resolve the issue. Necessary documentation be carried out.

                I want to transfer my Housing Loan A/c No.[protected] to SBI. I have submitted the application to Howrah Office of LICHFL on 08/02/2017, for up to date Statement, Foreclosure Certificate and List of property papers under their custody. But the Area Manager has not taken any action hitherto.

                The LICHFL not communicated to me, either by email or by phone.

                I lodged complaint to ro.[protected]@lichousing.com, [protected]@lichousing.com, [protected]@lichousing.com.

                Even LICHFL is denying to provide me the last one year's monthwise statement of principal recovery and interest recovery.

                In written I had submit my prayer for up to date Statement, Foreclosure Certificate and List of property papers under their custody addressing to The Area Manager, LICHFL, Howrah Business Centre, West Bengal.

                    Please note that i have not received the receipt of premium payment which was done on 1st of March 2017. It was mentioned during the payment that i will be receiving the receipt within 48 hours. But no response from LIC yet.

                      Policy no[protected] started on 28.01.2011. Misguided by agent I surrendered this policy on 16.01.1014. Then I reinstated the policy on 20.01.2014 by depositing rs. 44263/ through the agent. Then I received a money back of rs. 9750/ on 28.01.2014. Now when my 2nd money-back time has passed I came to know that my policy is in a lapsed wout status due to some technical reason. Please do something to protect my consumer interest.                               I visited in your branch 2 (Unit ii) at patiala to deposit the premium of my policy personally on dated 01/03/2017 but they refused to except my cheque and told me to come on thursday for deposit the premium after inquiring one of your officer named hardeep singh abm unit ii at patiala misbehave and harassed like anything and told me to clear your disputes / understandings from mr. Modi pm of india and also from mr. Jaitly our finance minister of india. I am a policy holder of lic of india has right to know whether the officer treated like this to the customers and oblige only the agents. That is why customer avoid to visit the branches because the officer treat like any thing. This type of treatment is given to the customers.
