I visited to your rajaji puram branch on date to deposit insurance premium of life policy no.[protected] in the name of my daughter at 11.25 am. Only two counter were functional for deposit of cash, cheques and no separate counter was functional for agents. As the agents have to deposit premium in bulk of several policies, it was taking much time. I was told that cashier for the third counter was roaming in the premises but the counter was not opened as i was told by the agent in line. I just went to sr. Manager mr. Nagendra kumar rawat
Made him aware of the facts and requested for opening of 3rd counter with the cashier roaming. But to my dismay i was told by sr. Manager "do counter khuley hai aap bahar jayiye aur jama kariye, duty laga di gayie hai" in very rudely manner. I had no other option but to stand in line to deposit cheque of premium which i could at 12.25 pm.

I am senior citizen and have to wait for an hour to deposit cheque. I was much perturbed by the behavior met to me by sr. Manager.

I have tried many times to register my policy but "wrong data " message shows my policy no is[protected] contact no is [protected] mail ie. [protected]@gmail.com please advice me what to do

    I have paid lic premium for lic no.[protected] of rs 10237 dated on[protected] through www.licindia .com but I didn't received any receipt till date. Rs 10237 is debited from my account same day.Also I make my payment through net banking . In payment acknowledgement it is written I will get the receipt within next 48hrs but I didn't get it till 20-2-17.
    So, Please do needful..

My lic policy no[protected]. I have done online payment amount2732.50 then the acknowledgement to me your lic premium receipt sent to me whine next 48 hours. I have done payment 14.02.2017

      I paid my premium. Amount has been deducted from my ICICI bank account but from your side I got an error and no confirmation has been sent to me. I have already mailed to [protected]@licindia.com but haven't heard back.

        I have done online transaction for premium pay of lic.Transaction failed but amount deducted. From account. Please check it
        Policy no[protected] to 242 total 4 policy and policy no[protected],[protected] and[protected] total amount 27356 deducted from my a/c. but after passing seven days i have not received ant primium receipt. so please look into it and provide the needful. thanks.

            I have paid premium of policy no[protected] &[protected] on the name Mr.Sushilkumar Bhimrao Machale on dated 30/12/2016 before premium date by cheque but same was not reflected in my policy statement.
            I have visited LIC office Baramati Pune but not getting proper response...same cheque was deposited at Lic office Baramati Pune.
            I lost my faith on LIC due to this type of service. ...
            Please check & resolve my problem on priority. ..

              Sir, I have paid online LIC premium Rs.8523.00 for policy no.[protected] Dt. 21/2/2011 for which I have not received any receipt till date though I have received an SMS informing that the premium has been adjusted with the said policy No. The Payment ID is HSB[protected]. I would, therefore, request you to kindly do the needful so that I can get the receipt .

                I would like to inform you that my name is Divyesh Anandji Vadhia. My policy no is[protected] . I had paid ECS from ICICI bank but due to some technical problem in bank It could not able to pay ECS from 6 months & I don’t aware of it my agent didn’t intimate about this issue. I am not paying full amount in this situation. I want to continue this same policy again from today onwards. please add back previous premium which has been paid & continue my policy from back date from 8 month from today date.so I can pay premium from next month.
                kindly request you to carry forward my ECS as soon as possible

                            My name is Tushar Patil. Last 5mounth (27/09/2016) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs. 3290 (Policy number[protected] LIC pay premium online & using my Dena bank Debit card & did the payment & last time wait for the transaction process will be completing then the session expired, and my account deducted Rs. 3290 and not getting any transaction ID or message.
                            the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment.
                            I was also contacted to LIC & Dena bank telephonic and mailing more time bank but not getting any response
                            Also when I checked for the Premium paid online certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you between the period 01/04/2016 And 31/03/2017'

As per LIC guideline the same might have been generated within 48 hours and can be available through my e-mail. But, till date no receipts generated and on euqiry on "status box" it is saying that no deposit made against such policy. What to do .
