I have paid the premium in April 2016 which was due through ECS from ICICI Bank saving account.

Request you to please do the needful to send my premium receipt on below mail id.

I tried to make payment of my LIC policy number[protected] and transaction id is 18368951 on 20 March 2017 at 07:43Am amounting for Rs 22273 by doing online payment but amount has been debited from my bank account but payment status is failed. So please make payment of my LIC policy number or return the amount to my bank account as soon as possible.

When i checked up account i found that only six policies are being paid from my pension account and there is no information /intimation about this lapse from your office.
I regret this poor record maintenance and customer care from your end. kindly do needful to keep my policies active at earliest and reward suitably to responsible dealing/supervisory official for this lapse.

My all policy is old but not a signal agent intimate to and not collect amount properly i pay commission but not provide to services so my all agent commission not pay in my policy amount i intimate to so not responses to all both you i go for consumer court and i fight again.

Sir,
I, smt. Debaleena bhattacharya have paid online yearly premium amounting to rs. 6, 005/- for policy no.[protected] on 14/03/2017 through www.licindia.com.
The same amount was debited from my u. C. O. Bank account.
U. C. O. Bank narration: vbyv/prcr/[protected]/[protected]:59:04/eft
But, an error page was displayed after the deduction was made but no receipt was generated for my transaction till date. Neither any receipt has been sent to my mail address.
Moreover, when i am checking my policy status it is not showing my last premium submission and showing the due date of paying premium as 18/03/2017 though i have made my payment yesterday.
In this circumstances, i earnestly request you to take necessary step in this regard and please issue a receipt against paying my online premium to my following mail address.

Sir, i have deposited lic premium rs. 1673/- through internet banking of sbbj towards payment id hsbj[protected] on dated 06.03.17 but premium receipt is not sent in my e-mail "paramjeet. [protected]@gmail.com. Resulting problem is being faced for exemption of income tax rebate from my office. Therefore, it is requested to kindly arrange to send the premium receipt at the earliest on my e-mail"paramjeet. [protected]@gmail.com so that premium receipt may be given to my department.

Payment of Rs 19419 for above mentioned 2 policies is deducted but LIC INDIA is saying transaction is failed because bank is not responding.
Hence it is requested to kindly confirm the status of payment and send the premium paid receipts to my registered email Id at the earliest.For submitting them to the office for claiming tax benefits.

But till date no receipt is send to my email id. Which is [protected]@gmail.com.

Iam Bala Manikya Prasad.P and holding a LIC policy with policy no.[protected]

I have done the payment for this policy through online portal on 2nd Feb 2017

But unfortunately, on 3rd March 2017, ICICI has deducted Rs. 39577 towards the same policy number as it was registered for auto bill payment. As the bill payment for the current year was already done on 2nd Feb 2017 and the payment done on 3rd March 2017 was a repeat payment by mistake, I request you people to kindly cancel the trasaction and refund the same amount to the original payment mode (To ICICI credit card in this case)
