Hi,
I have paid premium of lic through lic portal but I have not recieved any payment receipts from lic on my registered email id. I tried to reach customer care no which are listed on lic portal but no customer care no. Is connected either it is busy or switched off. What the poor services they are giving to customers and they are claiming that they are best insurance company in India.
Pls take it up and provide me payment receipts of my policy premium.

            Life Insuarance Policy No.[protected] matured for payment on 28.02.2017. LICI sent discharge voucher of Rs.85, 500.00 to be signed across stamp by the Policy Holder as a receipt of maturity value to be credited.In my utter surprise I saw that the maturity value of Rs. 81, 500/- has been credited instead of Rs.85, 500/-. Please let me know the reason thereof.

              Please refer to my above LIC Policy No.[protected] with Varansi Gyanpur Branch.

              I would like to bring to your kind notice that while I was paying my LIC premium of Rs.3593.00 online through my HDFC Debit Card on 07 Feb 2017 it showed some error in the system and logged out and not got the receipt. After some time I logged on to LIC site and paid the same premium online through my HDFC Debit Card and I got the receipt Transaction No. : PR[protected] dated 07/02/2017 .

              After 3 hrs I got 2 sms from ICICI Bank showing deduction of Premium amount 2 Times.
              I called HDFC Customer Service and logged my complain with them also, they said that as the payment is made through LIC Gateway hence they can reverse my amount as soon as possible.

              I, therefore, request you to please refund the amount of Rs.3593.00 to my Bank a/c ASAP.

              My Name Is Zaheer Ahmad Siddiqui and my policy number is[protected] yesterday i was try to submit my installment online but amount devided and not submit my installment so pls refund my amount or submit my policy installment.
              Receipt no. PR[protected] DATED 05/02/2017 amount Rs. 8355.00 and Receipt no. PR[protected] DATED 13/12/2016 amount Rs. 1532.00. Please do the needful.

                I have paid premium online through my debit card yesterday but amount Rs 13, 813.00 is debited from my pension account and transaction got failed.I have not received any e-receipt nor my amount.
                I called you guys many a times but there was response.Due to this I am writing this email to you so that you can help me out in this.Things are changed now when this kind of transaction happens then amount get automatically refunded with in 24hrs without any complaint.

                      But Idont receive regular receipts for all my policy from PCMC branch.

Pl pay the money back at the earliest and intimate through my e-mail as provided to LIC company Arrah Branch. Due to serving in defence I can not visit home branch frequently to resolve the issue.                                     I want to transfer my Housing Loan A/c No.[protected] to SBI. I have submitted the application to Howrah Office of LICHFL on 08/02/2017, for up to date Statement, Foreclosure Certificate and List of property papers under their custody. But the Area Manager has not taken any action hitherto.

                                    The LICHFL not communicated to me, either by email or by phone.

                                    I lodged complaint to ro.[protected]@lichousing.com, [protected]@lichousing.com, [protected]@lichousing.com.

                                    Even LICHFL is denying to provide me the last one year's monthwise statement of principal recovery and interest recovery.

                                    In written I had submit my prayer for up to date Statement, Foreclosure Certificate and List of property papers under their custody addressing to The Area Manager, LICHFL, Howrah Business Centre, West Bengal.
