My policy number is:[protected]. I have to receive survival benefit of Rs.80000/- on my policy by 17/08/2016. But the careless and customer enemy LIC was paid my survival benefit amount on 17/01/2017 that is after 5 months. When I contact LIC branch office regarding the delay there is no one to respond to my query. This is ridiculous. Let me know why you are delayed to pay my survival benefit in time and how can you compensate me for the delayed payment.

I have made Online payment of LIC premium of Rs.8333 on 31/01/2017 using ICICI net banking,
I have not received online payment receipt. Please send me receipt on my email id.

I have paid LIC premium through Online Payment Gateway by HDFC bank for Rs. 9187 (Policy Number:[protected], and 4511(Policy Number:[protected] Payment Date is: 31/01/2017. Account debited but receipt not generated.

Sir, My policy no.[protected]with direct debit is due from 28/11/2016.I had sufficient balance in the state bank of india. now i paid two months lic premium through lic branch mangalore with information from lic branch but still direct debit is not happening through sbi. so please clear my complaint.

      The First two premium I paid by mistake two times. First payment sow eror page but amont deduct from my acount and i deposit wrong amount 2317 rs inplacecof 2207 (actul premium). After then i deposit again same and paid successfully shown on screan but till date i have not received any confirmation mail. please treat the excess payment with the current outstanding one.

            I have submitted my LIC premium through net banking on 3.01.2017 for the policy no.[protected] at Rs. 12, 381/- and policy no.[protected] at Rs. 10, 276/- and amount of the same have been deducted from my account . But till date I have not got acknowledgement for the aforesaid payment. I have already filed a complaint through this portal but till date I have not received any positive response from LIC office. Therefore, I am embarrassed with your service and grievance redressal system. Thus, once again I request you to take necessary action for solution of my grievance.

                My money got deducted but i did not get the payment receipt yet.

                Can anyone tell me what to do.. its a huge amount and i am freaking out that if i lost my money.

                          This is K V N Subba Reddy, I have paid below 2 policies on 16th Jan 2016 through Check at Kukatpally, Hyderabad Branch.

                          After 10 days, I found that my check was dishonored with minor date issue. So i have paid amount yesterday through cash at Ameerpet, Hyderabad Branch . But they charged 125 as bank charges for each policy i.e total Rs 250/- was charged. As per policy, I need to pay Rs 135(125+10). But it's not done.

                          I have mailed to LIC, They are saying it's considered for 2 transactions.

                          I have paid through One check, One account, One man, One place...Why it's considered for 2 Transactions.If suppose, If i pay 1000 premiums though one check, If dishonored, then you will charge 1000 times, It's not correct.

                          My check was dishonored with minor issue i.e date issue, It's not insufficient money, Sign problem or any other issue. If you guy's will do proper observation, this will not happen, while collecting check from customer, You guy's are need to check Name, Date, amount and sign before taking check, This is not done from your side.So i am unnecessarily paying extra Rs 250/-. This is not small amount. This is very big amount for normal citizens.

                          If we go toilet, if we will not give Rs 1/- he will not accept, If we give one rupee less in APSRTC, He will not accept. In agriculture, After did one sagu(In telugu one panta), In some sagu, we will not get Rs 1/- more in agriculture. In Cycle/sctoor stand, if we not give money, they will not accept... Like we tell so many things.

                          So Kindly understand My problem and do need full for me.

                              Matured on[protected].
                              Amount paid less. On inquiring, the LIC, Guntakal Branch told, premiums from May 2012 were not received by them.
                              I have opted through salary deduction from my South Central Railway.
                              Prior to May 2012, I was posted at Guntakal. The salary deduction payments were paid by railways. After May 2012 I was posted at Secunderbad but Railways have send the premia and deductions made in my salary slips.
                              I have been in touch with the authorities but they are postponing issue that they are yet to look into. Now they are telling they have not received the premia and may have been received at Secunderabad LIC. Please resolve this issue.

                              through UCO Bank (Debit Card). The Amount has been debitted from my account
                              but the premium receipts are not displayed online.

                                  the above policy is closed, but premium amount is paid by Auto debit from my HDFC Bank Credit card on 17th Dec 2016.

                                  I gave application for refund to LIC office 928 branch on 7th Jan 2017 ( along with HDFC Bank cancelled cheque and NEFT form ), Even after more than 3 weeks, the refund not received. Kindly confirm the status of the same and reply urgently

                                    I am having agency code No.106187A with LIC Pratapnagar Vadodara Branch.
                                    They are deducting every year above mentioned premium from commission payable to me without my prior concent. I have nos.of time objected for this diduction & refund my deducted amount.However thay are not doing so & in 2016 they again deducted.
                                    In this connection they never informed me through my Development Manager or not through Email.
