My name is Tushar Patil. Last 5mounth (27/09/2016) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs. 3290 (Policy number[protected] LIC pay premium online & using my Dena bank Debit card & did the payment & last time wait for the transaction process will be completing then the session expired, and my account deducted Rs. 3290 and not getting any transaction ID or message.
the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any...

But till date I have not received Lic Premium Payment Receipt on my Email address. So request you to sent me Lic premium paymet receipt on my Email address as early as possible....

They have informed me that the receipt will be send within 48hours to my mail id but I am yet to receive the same. The document is essential for my annual IT calculation. Its regarding renewal of LIC policy nos.[protected] &[protected], DOC: 04/11/2005 in the name of Mr. Reji George.
I hd been send for 2nd medical n I got it done at Shreedevi Hosptl, Kyn(W). The hosptl has despatched the medical reports on 17th Jan.2017 thru a courier boy to 92B branch, Ambernath.Bt the papers hve not rchd 92B branch. I have made online payment for my policy No.[protected]on[protected]. The transaction status was successful. Bank statement also confirmed it. But apart from all this I have not received my receipt till date.
It was supposed to be produced within three days. It is very urgent as I have to submit it to my office within this month. Kindly help me out in this matter....

Sir i mr vishwanath zaware have paid premium against policy no[protected] of amount. 10660/ and same as debited from my account as on 12 feb 2017. The payment receipt still not received. Please take necessary action accordingly. According to your information it will send you in same day but still payment receipt not received please send it to me as earlier as possible....

I have paid premium of my policy no.[protected] through sbi netbanking. The payment was done successfully and generated payment id successfully. The payment id is hsbi[protected] dated 10/02/2017. But receipt was not received through email r phone.
So please resolve my problem as early as possible.

Sir, i am k. Ravi kumar applied duplicate copy for my polacy bond no:[protected]., dated on[protected] at kakinada branch no:80b, katyayani hitech complex.
I paid rs 75/- for registration (Tr. No 30110) and rs10/- polacy stamps (Tr. No; 30109). Along with bills i submitted
Rs 100/- notary stamp form, duplicate copy of adhar card and specimen signature form.
Please send me the duplicate copy as early as possible.
