Policy no[protected] started on 28.01.2011. Misguided by agent I surrendered this policy on 16.01.1014. Then I reinstated the policy on 20.01.2014 by depositing rs. 44263/ through the agent. Then I received a money back of rs. 9750/ on 28.01.2014. Now when my 2nd money-back time has passed I came to know that my policy is in a lapsed wout status due to some technical reason. Please do something to protect my consumer interest. My mobile no [protected].

    I want to transfer my Housing Loan A/c No.[protected] to SBI. I have submitted the application to Howrah Office of LICHFL on 08/02/2017, for up to date Statement, Foreclosure Certificate and List of property papers under their custody. But the Area Manager has not taken any action hitherto.

    Even LICHFL is denying to provide me the last one year's monthwise statement of principal recovery and interest recovery.

    I have informed the higher authority also, but no replies from any level of LICHFL

          I visited in your branch 2 (Unit ii) at patiala to deposit the premium of my policy personally on dated 01/03/2017 but they refused to except my cheque and told me to come on thursday for deposit the premium after inquiring one of your officer named hardeep singh abm unit ii at patiala misbehave and harassed like anything and told me to clear your disputes / understandings from mr. Modi pm of india and also from mr. Jaitly our finance minister of india. I am a policy holder of lic of india has right to know whether the officer treated like this to the customers and oblige only the agents. That is why customer avoid to visit the branches because the officer treat like any thing. This type of treatment is given to the customers.

Further the policy matured on 9-2-2017 and till-the-date policy benefits and final claim amount received by me. I have already submitted my bank account number and concerned papers to branch.

                            As i am d policy holder of me myself and my two daughters. some policies last instalment this yr to nxt yr oonka pmt.e.g. jeevan anand ...jeevan surabhi last pmtthis yr maturity pmt after 5 yrs. how to remember this type of information...i lost for 14000/-only because of this fumbling dates.. i withdrew my policy as it was last instalment .. the agent did not inform me about this fact instead of deposit of 50000/- i recd only 36000/-..shere loss of 14000/- only bec of lic terms and conditions .. that lic staff even did not give me alert suggestions.just wait for one or two months... i filled that form for options. but that was not considered ..itis d story of 2009... its all over i requested that lic clerk madam to reopen d policy, eventhouth it was not possible.that is why its my humble request to you that policy details should be explained in d policy in d words only not in d columns...one sms should provide all policy details ... last timei was putting my lic for sms facility, , , but it did not accept... one sms for one policy... i am having 8to 10 policies amongst 3... it is very tedious job... for our comforts zone make it easier to fill d data under one roof. thanks...

                                      I have bought a few LIC policies over a period of time from Mr. Manmohan Kapoor, who is handling agency of his wife Mrs. Sarika Kapoor in New Delhi. He not only has lost premiums, but also failed to provide us the bond letters for a number of policies. I am suffering not because my policies are now lapsed but also loss of hundreds of thousands of Rupees paid for premium, which we were told as paid but he never gave us receipts.
                                      I, therefore, request the authorities to penalize the con couple and cancel their agency license, and paid them to return my money and all the details of our policies

                                      Sir, I (Periyannan.G) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated[protected] rs. 72, 060/- through SBI net banking at www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 72, 060 /- debited from my savings bank account.

                                      Payment ID : HSBI[protected].
                                      LIC order No : 16072113.
                                      I started LIC policy in 2007 of an amount 10000 PA
                                      Till 2009 i continue the policy but after that i am not able to pay.

                                      now i want to get back my money but not able to get it although i have sent several mail
