My policy no[protected] and my name Pandit Eknath Surshe I pay my policy premium 9097 through mahamobile bank of maharashtra mobile app and premium payment also debited in my account always this problem happens with me when i pay online or mobile banking payment receipt not getting so please send me payment receipt on my mails : pandit.[protected]@gmail.com

I have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated 23.02.2017, rs. 7695/- through www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 7695/- debited from my account on same time. Trans no. OTHPG

Sir,
I am holding a policy no.[protected] from your office and of which premium is due in month of march and accordingly i have made premium payment on 18/03/2017 at 2.59 p.m. vide payment id no. IAXG[protected] LIC order number 18298085. but despite 48 hours still no receipts have been received by me on my given mail id i.e. [protected]@gmail.com.
please provide the same to me as early as possible. awaiting your responce.

Paid amount of Rs. 19413/- for above mentioned policy nos. through online paymentdirect@licindia website. Amount is deducted from my bank account but website is saying transaction failed vide LIC Order Number 18072093 and Payment ID IAXG[protected]. In this connection it is requested that please confirm the status of above mentioned transaction and send the reciepts to my registered email id. Thankyou.

I want to change my address, but after roaming 2-3 times to lic office and spending hours for this small job they are unable to change it due to their lack of computer knowledge. I don’t know how will be India be digital. :( :( this is the reason that privatisation is essential. they write like their office time starts at 08:00 am but I can’t found a single person till 10:30/11:00, why don't biometric punching applicable to them.

I tried to make payment of my LIC policy number[protected] and transaction id is 18368951 on 20 March 2017 at 07:43Am amounting for Rs 22273 by doing online payment but amount has been debited from my bank account but payment status is failed. So please make payment of my LIC policy number or return the amount to my bank account as soon as possible.

When i checked up account i found that only six policies are being paid from my pension account and there is no information /intimation about this lapse from your office.
I regret this poor record maintenance and customer care from your end. kindly do needful to keep my policies active at earliest and reward suitably to responsible dealing/supervisory official for this lapse.

My all policy is old but not a signal agent intimate to and not collect amount properly i pay commission but not provide to services so my all agent commission not pay in my policy amount i intimate to so not responses to all both you i go for consumer court and i fight again.

Sir,
I, smt. Debaleena bhattacharya have paid online yearly premium amounting to rs. 6, 005/- for policy no.[protected] on 14/03/2017 through www.licindia.com.
The same amount was debited from my u. C. O. Bank account.
U. C. O. Bank narration: vbyv/prcr/[protected]/[protected]:59:04/eft
But, an error page was displayed after the deduction was made but no receipt was generated for my transaction till date. Neither any receipt has been sent to my mail address.
Moreover, when i am checking my policy status it is not showing my last premium submission and showing the due date of paying premium as 18/03/2017 though i have made my payment yesterday.
In this circumstances, i earnestly request you to take necessary step in this regard and please issue a receipt against paying my online premium to my following mail address.
