    Sir, I have paid my lic premiums policy no.[protected] and[protected] on date -17feb 2017, amount 4544 and 6380 respectively. The premium amount had been debited from my bank as i received message of both transactions . the receipts of both policies have not received till date.
    Please do the needful and send receipts to my email id.

      My policy No.[protected], I have repaid the policy loan amount thro cheque on[protected] and get the receipt from branch. but till-the-date original bond not returned to me. Further the policy matured on 9-2-2017 and till-the-date policy benefits and final claim amount received by me. I have already submitted my bank account number and concerned papers to branch.
      Therefore Pl. verify and solve the problem with necessary action on the concerned for delay in settlement of my claim.

        As i am d policy holder of me myself and my two daughters. some policies last instalment this yr to nxt yr oonka pmt.e.g. jeevan anand ...jeevan surabhi last pmtthis yr maturity pmt after 5 yrs. how to remember this type of information...i lost for 14000/-only because of this fumbling dates.. i withdrew my policy as it was last instalment .. the agent did not inform me about this fact instead of deposit of 50000/- i recd only 36000/-..shere loss of 14000/- only bec of lic terms and conditions .. that lic staff even did not give me alert suggestions.just wait for one or two months... i filled that form for options. but that was not considered ..itis d story of 2009... its all over i requested that lic clerk madam to reopen d policy, eventhouth it was not possible.that is why its my humble request to you that policy details should be explained in d policy in d words only not in d columns...one sms should provide all policy details ... last timei was putting my lic for sms facility, , , but it did not accept... one sms for one policy... i am having 8to 10 policies amongst 3... it is very tedious job... for our comforts zone make it easier to fill d data under one roof. thanks...

Rs 9417/- debited from my account no-[protected] on same time. Trans no. IGAASJTBWO showing in my SBI, Tatisilwai, Ranchi account no[protected] .
          please see the matter and release my payment5 receipt as soon as possible.

            I have submit home loan rewrite request alongwith Rs.1150+Rs 100 (stomp) but loan not rewrite so far.I have visit several time to lic hfl Bareilly office and two remminder have been given but action not taken. Due to increasing rate of interest EMI also increased and shows dues unpaid due to delayed loan rewrite.

                  I have bought a few LIC policies over a period of time from Mr. Manmohan Kapoor, who is handling agency of his wife Mrs. Sarika Kapoor in New Delhi. He not only has lost premiums, but also failed to provide us the bond letters for a number of policies. I am suffering not because my policies are now lapsed but also loss of hundreds of thousands of Rupees paid for premium, which we were told as paid but he never gave us receipts.
                  I, therefore, request the authorities to penalize the con couple and cancel their agency license, and paid them to return my money and all the details of our policies

                      (2) i was paid another lic premium for rs.1531/- through on line credit card of my lic policy no.[protected] on dated 17/02/2016, payment id-haxg[protected] & lic order no.16475123

                      I have not been received the receipts of the above said premium in my email id - khushboo. [protected]@gmail.com.

                      Therefore, it is requested may kindly be provide receipts of said policies. i shall be highly obliged to you.

                      We have received some 3 phone calls from customer care, in which they are asking about my Card details, like card numbers, DOB, DOE etc which is illegal for queries. I have put all details in my earlier complain which is sufficient to solve my problem.

                                  I visited to your rajaji puram branch on date to deposit insurance premium of life policy no.[protected] in the name of my daughter at 11.25 am. Only two counter were functional for deposit of cash, cheques and no separate counter was functional for agents. As the agents have to deposit premium in bulk of several policies, it was taking much time. I was told that cashier for the third counter was roaming in the premises but the counter was not opened as i was told by the agent in line. I just went to sr. Manager mr. Nagendra kumar rawat
                                  Made him aware of the facts and requested for opening of 3rd counter with the cashier roaming. But to my dismay i was told by sr. Manager "do counter khuley hai aap bahar jayiye aur jama kariye, duty laga di gayie hai" in very rudely manner. I had no other option but to stand in line to deposit cheque of premium which i could at 12.25 pm.

                                  I am senior citizen and have to wait for an hour to deposit cheque. I was much perturbed by the behavior met to me by sr. Manager.

Rs 10237 is debited from my account same day.Also I make my payment through net banking . In payment acknowledgement it is written I will get the receipt within next 48hrs but I didn't get it till 20-2-17.
