Hi,
My name is Tushar Patil. Last 5mounth (27/09/2016) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs. 3290 (Policy number[protected] LIC pay premium online & using my Dena bank Debit card & did the payment & last time wait for the transaction process will be completing then the session expired, and my account deducted Rs. 3290 and not getting any transaction ID or message.
the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment.
I was also contacted to LIC & Dena bank telephonic and mailing more time bank but not getting any response
Also when I checked for the Premium paid online certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you between the period 01/04/2016 And 31/03/2017'

      I Have do the Lic policy premium payment by on line on[protected]. My policy No. is[protected] Amount of Rs. 3603/-. Payment ID is HBBR[protected] And Lic order No. is 16027745. But till date I have not received Lic Premium Payment Receipt on my Email address. So request you to sent me Lic premium paymet receipt on my Email address as early as possible.

              I have deposited Rs. 4375/- towards annual premium of LIC Health Policy on dtd. 13.2.2017 against Policy No.[protected]. As per LIC guideline the same might have been generated within 48 hours and can be available through my e-mail. But, till date no receipts generated and on euqiry on "status box" it is saying that no deposit made against such policy. What to do .

                            Its regarding renewal of LIC policy nos.[protected] &[protected], DOC: 04/11/2005 in the name of Mr. Reji George.
                            I hd been send for 2nd medical n I got it done at Shreedevi Hosptl, Kyn(W). The hosptl has despatched the medical reports on 17th Jan.2017 thru a courier boy to 92B branch, Ambernath.Bt the papers hve not rchd 92B branch. It has been misplaced n nobody is willing to make things correct. It seems the courier boy has dlvrd the papers to some other branch. Iam put into a lot of mental agony. Hope LIC will help me out asap. Thanking u in anticipation.

                                I have made online payment for my policy No.[protected]on[protected]. The transaction status was successful. Bank statement also confirmed it. But apart from all this I have not received my receipt till date.
                                It was supposed to be produced within three days. It is very urgent as I have to submit it to my office within this month. Kindly help me out in this matter.

                                    Please payment recepipt certificate for policy no.[protected] for the period 2016-17 for rs.2291/- paid online on 26.1.2017. online payment receipt is not yet received which is required for submission income-tax. Kindly do the needful and send the receipt for the above said online payment.

                                        I paid rs 75/- for registration (Tr. No 30110) and rs10/- polacy stamps (Tr. No; 30109). Along with bills i submitted
