Pl do the needful and confirm and reply that this payment received by lic and send receipt at my mail id.[protected]@gmail.com

      Recently, i paid policy premium on behalf of my father and i did the payment through online gateway. But neither the receipt was generated online nor i received it on the email id i mentioned while paying premium -anurag.[protected]@gmail.com
      Please find its details below:

      Policy Number[protected]
      Policy Premium- Rs 6947
      Policy Holder name- Sri Radhey Shyam Upadhyay
      Policy holder's registered phone number- [protected]

      Online payment's transaction details (as generated on LIC website):
      Transaction Id Date Total Amount Status
      14158333 [protected]:36:43 6, 947.00 Completed Successfully

      As you can see above, the transaction was processed successfully and I checked with my bank, the amount of Rs 6947 was deducted from my HDFC account with Reference number[protected].
      But I didn't receive the premium payment receipt online on LIC website or on my email id which i mentioned while paying premium online- anurag.[protected]@gmail.com
      (Its been more than a week since i did the payment online)

      I humbly request you to send me the receipt for policy payment on this email id, as my father need to present it in his company on an urgent basis for claiming tax benefits for this financial year.
      Also, please let me know if more information is needed from my side.

In this regard, I want to put up for your notice that I have not received any sanctioned letter nor Cheque for my Housing Loan from the concerned authority.I would like to know why interest has been taken before getting the loan/money.

          This issue is regarding my Premium amount paid Rs. 62779.44 through HDFC net banking from LIC site for Policy No:[protected].

          I have paid premium through 'HDFC net banking'
          Policy No.[protected] amount Rs. 62779.44 date. 17th-Jan-2017 through HDFC Net banking, but after successful transaction receipt not generated in LIC site. Still it is showing the same premium amount to be paid.

          I have to submit my policy receipt at my office for tax exception this week.

          Please send me online receipt to my registered email ID ASAP.

            The said is falling due for maturity on 15.2.2017. However, so far no intimation has been received from the company in that regard. I am still awaiting to receive the option form and other information. I sent an email also to branch unit 11 J on 12.1.2017, visited the branch on 16.12017 and again sent an e-mail on 17.1.2017. However, the attitude of the branch is so callous that no reply is given. Telephone nos. 23310196, 28844213 are also not available despite repeated tries. No one is willing to share their mobile nos. also although they are officially given. Very sorry state of affairs.
            Request to provide the information/document as mentioned in my mail dated 17.1.2017.

              A monthly credit of rs. 4, 117/- into my nro account in canara bank,
              Santacruz east, vakola branch, mumbai-400 055 with effect from
              December 2015. I was getting the credit every month until
              November 2016.

              The credit has stopped with effect from
              December 2016, may i know why?

                Its really saddens me that I have taken LIC policy. No premium payment intimation has been received though amount deducted from my account. they send regular intimation about premium payment to be done but not send any intimation about the overall amount that has got accrued. My policy number is[protected]. its an endowment policy date of commencement is 28/12/2001. Paid my premium on regular period without any delay still not happy with the service as the broker from whom I had taken the policy does not even tries to contact me after he sold the policy though he is available.                   I want to say that i have paid lic policy through e-wallet but what
                  arun jaitely sir said that those customers who will paid their premium
                  through e-wallet will get cash back in 10% or 8 % but unfortunately
                  lic does not provide me cash back in my back account neither in my
                  e-wallet account through which i have paid the lic premium of Rs
                  11003.

                      I had made transactions of Rs 2589 each towards my policy no.[protected] through transaction ID 14238980 and14240577 on dated 12/01/2017 through my SBI internet bankingtowards lic premium of my money gold policy but transaction 14240577was failed.the same amount is deducted from my SBI account twice and it is not refunded yet.so please refund my amount as early as possible

                        Sir I have paid Online premium of rs.1668.00 for the LIC policy no[protected] . But after the completion of payment verification i got the message that transection failure. Again I repeat the same process but the result was same.
                        Then I paid the premiume through the office window of LIC Branch RAJNANDGAON
                        After it when I checked my bank account details the premiume amount of RS 1668.00 has been debited from my bank account twice.

                            Hello Sir\Madam,

                            My name is Ashish Gharde
                            My policy number is[protected].
                            I pay the premium in the Pimple Saudagar branch.
                            Unfortunately I lost my receipt for 2016.

                            So my wife went to the below branch with an application which I gave to her.
                            LIC Of India, Lakshadeep Plaza, 1st Floor, Rahatani Chk, Pimple Saudagar, - Pune-411027.

                            My wife requested to provide a document which I can submit in my office for declaration for Income Tax purpose.

                            The Lady officer who spoke to my wife was very rude, unprofessional and arrogant.

                            This incidence happened at the branch around 3 pm on 13th Jan 2017.

                            I am very DISAPPOINTED and shocked with this LIC staff behavior.
                            I have one more LIC policy. If this is the behavior of LIC staff then I may cancel my LIC policies very soon.

                                  After the completion of online premium payment through internet banking by the lic app on 10/01/2017 i got the report in app that my transection is failure then i paid my premium rs.1668.00 in the lic office rajnandgaon, chhatisgarh.
                                  But today when i am checking the status of my bank account details the amount of online premium payment through bank has been debited.
                                  Kindly arrange to refund the amount in my account.

                                      I have been trying to open / login to the LIC website, but the site dosen't respond. This is very poor customer service from LIC.
                                      Especially now when we have to submit the LIC premium payment slips at our office. If these slips are not submitted on time tax will be deducted from the salary.
                                      If someone at LIC is listening / paying attention to this then I request you go kindly look into why your website is not functional & get it up & running at the earliest.

                                      Pls, confirm to me that Allready paid premium Rs, 3630/- or no paid premium.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have paid Rs. 1, 857 to policy no[protected] but did not get any receipt of this transaction. I have paid on 05/01/2017 at 7.33Pm. Balace was deducted from my account. Please look into this.

                                      I have paid LIC yearly premium Rs 27819 on 2-1-2017 online through the licindia.in website . 4days gone, still I didn't got premium receipt to my email. Premium amount got debited from my bank account Transaction ID is 13459367
                                      dt 2-1-2017 .
                                      Please pursue my issue as early as possible with regards

                                        paid of the said Policy(as non registered ), but every time i could not be succeeded, as such i am not getting any receipt, though i paid the premium on 31/12/2016, further it is to inform you that, i personally tried to enroll my the said policy and every time it is answered by you that, you will be informed after
