I had made transactions of Rs 2589 each towards my policy no.[protected] through transaction ID 14238980 and14240577 on dated 12/01/2017 through my SBI internet bankingtowards lic premium of my money gold policy but transaction 14240577was failed.the same amount is deducted from my SBI account twice and it is not refunded yet.so please refund my amount as early as possible

    Sir I have paid Online premium of rs.1668.00 for the LIC policy no[protected] . But after the completion of payment verification i got the message that transection failure. Again I repeat the same process but the result was same.
    Then I paid the premiume through the office window of LIC Branch RAJNANDGAON
    After it when I checked my bank account details the premiume amount of RS 1668.00 has been debited from my bank account twice.
    Debited ref.no.is as follows-
    HSBI[protected]IGAAOZYTP1-Rs.1668/-
    HSBI [protected]IGAAOZZRD9-Rs.1668/


    I request you to kindly arrange to refund me the excess payment amount (1668+1668=RS.3336/-) for the same policy.

        Hello Sir\Madam,

        My name is Ashish Gharde
        My policy number is[protected].
        I pay the premium in the Pimple Saudagar branch.
        Unfortunately I lost my receipt for 2016.

        So my wife went to the below branch with an application which I gave to her.
        LIC Of India, Lakshadeep Plaza, 1st Floor, Rahatani Chk, Pimple Saudagar, - Pune-411027.

        My wife requested to provide a document which I can submit in my office for declaration for Income Tax purpose.

        The Lady officer who spoke to my wife was very rude, unprofessional and arrogant.

        This incidence happened at the branch around 3 pm on 13th Jan 2017.

        I am very DISAPPOINTED and shocked with this LIC staff behavior.
        I have one more LIC policy. If this is the behavior of LIC staff then I may cancel my LIC policies very soon.

              After the completion of online premium payment through internet banking by the lic app on 10/01/2017 i got the report in app that my transection is failure then i paid my premium rs.1668.00 in the lic office rajnandgaon, chhatisgarh.
              But today when i am checking the status of my bank account details the amount of online premium payment through bank has been debited.
              Kindly arrange to refund the amount in my account.

                  I have been trying to open / login to the LIC website, but the site dosen't respond. This is very poor customer service from LIC.
                  Especially now when we have to submit the LIC premium payment slips at our office. If these slips are not submitted on time tax will be deducted from the salary.
                  If someone at LIC is listening / paying attention to this then I request you go kindly look into why your website is not functional & get it up & running at the earliest.

                            As per the above subject i am trying to call agent whose name is Najmi Khan([protected]). i bought one policy from him. firstly after so many calls he provided my first premium slip and now still as yet i did not get any policy bond. As strange he is not answering my any calls and text.

                            So please take care of this. what should i do before to buy any policy we get lots of calls but now i am unable to receive my policy.

                            LIC is good but that kind of guys and their behaviour to the person is not good for LIC Image.

                                        I have been paid LIC premium through online on 31.12.2016 for Policy No. 1.[protected] of Rs 4993/- (Tincy Joseph, DOB. 24.01.1985 {wife}) and Policy No.[protected] of Rs 3177/- (Sareesh K Mathew DOB 12.05.1981 {self}) and I have also received a confirmation message on my Mob. number. Hence it is requested to kindly generate online premium receipt at the earliest to my email Id- [protected]@gmail.com please.

                                        HI,

                                        When I try to login to LIC for online payment or to check the policy status, it asked for new user registration. After I enter all the details, it shows wrong data entered or policy number not valid. Kindly check.
