I am able to check the status and its showing successful. But i have not got receipt till now.

Double payment of Rs.13593/- has been made on 13/01/2017 as yearly premium against policy no:[protected] via SBi internet banking under bank transaction id[protected] dated 13/01/2017.
Request to refund back the above amount via same gateway in order to credit to my SBI a/C at the earliest.

    I have been trying to open / login to the LIC website, but the site dosen't respond. This is very poor customer service from LIC.
    Especially now when we have to submit the LIC premium payment slips at our office. If these slips are not submitted on time tax will be deducted from the salary.
    If someone at LIC is listening / paying attention to this then I request you go kindly look into why your website is not functional & get it up & running at the earliest.

    I have paid Rs. 1, 857 to policy no[protected] but did not get any receipt of this transaction. I have paid on 05/01/2017 at 7.33Pm. Balace was deducted from my account. Please look into this.

          0000000CO[protected]SBI LIC LTD OPERATIVE A/C0000, but i dont know why this amt is get debited coz i dont have any LIC or other plan and regarding this i have visited to sbi home branch on 7th jan 2017 but no resolution after that service manager patel sir told me to submit an application to sameer sir so my mother visited to sbi home branch on 9th jan 2017 to submit an appln but sameer sir not accepted app. my sbi account number is : [protected].

              Hi All,

              As per the above subject i am trying to call agent whose name is Najmi Khan([protected]). i bought one policy from him. firstly after so many calls he provided my first premium slip and now still as yet i did not get any policy bond. As strange he is not answering my any calls and text.

              So please take care of this. what should i do before to buy any policy we get lots of calls but now i am unable to receive my policy.

              LIC is good but that kind of guys and their behaviour to the person is not good for LIC Image.

                              Dear sir, I have paid premium online on dated 28 dec 2016. By mistake double transaction went to lic for my policy number[protected]. The first one was from debit card with transaction Id no 217980 and other one was from credit card with transaction Id 099880 for policy no[protected]. At first debit card transaction shown invalid that's why I decided to make payment 2nd time from my credit card. It went successful n after some time the first one also went successfully.

                                    My husband had taken 3 policies of lic nos[protected]/879/[protected] in 2008 ND 2007 were in it was medical policy medical was done in 2008. My husband expired on 8/3/2011 by cancer and when we approached lic for claim the company rejected the claim stating reasons like operation of young not mentioned with right neck dissection and tobacco habits, but as per the questions answered on form it was mentioned yes to question 11b were it is asked about operation. And my husband ate tobacco in 2010 not prior to that. I m a suffering widow with 2 kids and because off lac am having nowhere to live for their survival also. I need to raise this to the highest authority. As most lac officers whom I approached says give us 1, or 2, lacs and we will get the claim cleared. If medical check up was done before taking policy how could my husband hide things

                                      I have deposit online premium od two polices. Amount of premium of both polices has been debited from my account but no receipt has genrated. When I checked policy premium paid statement it shows no premium is paid by you online the period 01/04/2016 to 31/03/2017. what I have to do? Kindly advice me.
