My name is mrs juliet pinto venukrishnan and i have been receiving
A monthly credit of rs. 4, 117/- into my nro account in canara bank,
Santacruz east, vakola branch, mumbai-400 055 with effect from
December 2015. I was getting the credit every month until
November 2016.

The credit has stopped with effect from
December 2016, may i know why?

Would appreciate your immediate help in this regard.

Its really saddens me that I have taken LIC policy. No premium payment intimation has been received though amount deducted from my account. they send regular intimation about premium payment to be done but not send any intimation about the overall amount that has got accrued. My policy number is[protected]. its an endowment policy date of commencement is 28/12/2001. Paid my premium on regular period without any delay still not happy with the service as the broker from whom I had taken the policy does not even tries to contact me after he sold the policy though he is available. I hope my complaint status is looked after & resolved soon. My contact number is [protected] named satish shetty

Policy no[protected] doc date 18/05/2010 Prem R 6005 paid till 3/2014. Due to some problem after a year I am ready to pay Prem with all fine to run my policy but my local LIC branch is not ready to receive the Prem. Plz short out the problem and made the policy run as early as possible.

I want to say that i have paid lic policy through e-wallet but what
arun jaitely sir said that those customers who will paid their premium
through e-wallet will get cash back in 10% or 8 % but unfortunately
lic does not provide me cash back in my back account neither in my
e-wallet account through which i have paid the lic premium of Rs
11003.

I had made transactions of Rs 2589 each towards my policy no.[protected] through transaction ID 14238980 and14240577 on dated 12/01/2017 through my SBI internet bankingtowards lic premium of my money gold policy but transaction 14240577was failed.the same amount is deducted from my SBI account twice and it is not refunded yet.so please refund my amount as early as possible

Sir I have paid Online premium of rs.1668.00 for the LIC policy no[protected] . But after the completion of payment verification i got the message that transection failure. Again I repeat the same process but the result was same.
Then I paid the premiume through the office window of LIC Branch RAJNANDGAON
After it when I checked my bank account details the premiume amount of RS 1668.00 has been debited from my bank account twice.
Debited ref.no.is as follows-
HSBI[protected]IGAAOZYTP1-Rs.1668/-
HSBI [protected]IGAAOZZRD9-Rs.1668/

I request you to kindly arrange to refund me the excess payment amount (1668+1668=RS.3336/-) for the same policy.

My name is Ashish Gharde

I pay the premium in the Pimple Saudagar branch.
Unfortunately I lost my receipt for 2016.

So my wife went to the below branch with an application which I gave to her.
LIC Of India, Lakshadeep Plaza, 1st Floor, Rahatani Chk, Pimple Saudagar, - Pune-411027.

My wife requested to provide a document which I can submit in my office for declaration for Income Tax purpose.

The Lady officer who spoke to my wife was very rude, unprofessional and arrogant.

This incidence happened at the branch around 3 pm on 13th Jan 2017.

I am very DISAPPOINTED and shocked with this LIC staff behavior.
I have one more LIC policy. If this is the behavior of LIC staff then I may cancel my LIC policies very soon.

Till date I have not received the receipt in my email id. visu.[protected]@gmail.com. I am not able to make complaint against LIC not able to contact authorities. Kindly help to get receipt from LIC or get refund from LIC.

After the completion of online premium payment through internet banking by the lic app on 10/01/2017 i got the report in app that my transection is failure then i paid my premium rs.1668.00 in the lic office rajnandgaon, chhatisgarh.
But today when i am checking the status of my bank account details the amount of online premium payment through bank has been debited.
Kindly arrange to refund the amount in my account.

Request to refund back the above amount via same gateway in order to credit to my SBI a/C at the earliest.

I have been trying to open / login to the LIC website, but the site dosen't respond. This is very poor customer service from LIC.
Especially now when we have to submit the LIC premium payment slips at our office. If these slips are not submitted on time tax will be deducted from the salary.
If someone at LIC is listening / paying attention to this then I request you go kindly look into why your website is not functional & get it up & running at the earliest.

As per the above subject i am trying to call agent whose name is Najmi Khan([protected]). i bought one policy from him. firstly after so many calls he provided my first premium slip and now still as yet i did not get any policy bond. As strange he is not answering my any calls and text.

So please take care of this. what should i do before to buy any policy we get lots of calls but now i am unable to receive my policy.

LIC is good but that kind of guys and their behaviour to the person is not good for LIC Image.
