        Dear team,

        I went to submit the cheque for this month premium for my policy no.[protected] of amount rs 18, 015 to your lajpat nagar branch lic office but the executive refused to take the cheque by saying to pay through the same bank or do net banking for the same and return us back.
        The behaviour & reason of not accepting the cheque is totally unacceptable. Firstly he says your last year premium was not paid and amount is rs36, 000 around than again i went tehre and showed him my previous year 2015 receipt to him. Than again he refused to accept the cheque by saying do it yourself by netbanking or the same bank you have used last time.
        That i cant understand why he is not accepting it as my current policy will lapse.

        Please check the trailing mail below as i have already paid last year 2015 premium and the receipt & mail i have received from your team. Kindly check and revert asap for the matter.

        I paid my LIC premium 19596.00 through my SBI debit card. But haven't received receipt and when i clicked on acknowledgement link, it has displayed the message as network failure. But the amout is debited from my account. Please help me on this.

          DOUBLE PAYMENT - POLICY NO.[protected]
          Please refer to my above LIC Policy No.[protected] with your Branch. In this regard I would like to bring to your kind notice that while I was paying my LIC premium of Rs.452.00 online thru my central Bank Account No.[protected], Branch Greater Kailash, New Delhi on 26th December 2016 it was showed some error in the system and logged out and not got the receipt. After some time I logged on to LIC site and paid the same premium online thru my above mentioned Bank and I got the receipt No.POS PRCH/[protected], POS PRCH/[protected] dated 26/12/2016 . Now my Bank account shows three debit balances of same amount.

          I, therefore, request you to please refund the Excess amount i had paid

              requisitions in the month of October 2016 but till today(19.12.16)i am not received my neft bank linking message to my mobile n umber [protected] and my email Id; [protected]@gnmail.com

                I Use LIC website to pay my premium but most of the time website is not working and it is down. This is not acceptable. When we are moving towards digital India Under PM Modi, this central government owned company should make sure it's website works fine.

                Please fix the issue and make it work all the time.

                  Mai Mirganj lic office me 25 days me 7 bar premium deposit karne ke liye gaya but ek hi javab mila, server kam nahi karta hai, link failed hai. 2 year pehle Gopalganj ke lic agent Brijbansi KO 2500 rupees diya premium deposit ke liye, usane 6 month mera paisa use kiya, bad me deposit kiya, jab mujhe rashid mila to malum huaa ki mai premium correct time per diya to 6 month ka fine kyo. Call karne per bat nahi karta hai.
                  Mera request hai ki Jo bhi responsible lic officers hai, please jaldi service strong kare, aise poor service and bad lic agent ke wajah se public me bahut bura sandesh ja raha hai.

                    Today[protected] by about 11am, when I came to pay my yearly premium amount of my policy[protected] of Rs. 57588.00 I was told that my PAN is not linked to this account and therefore they wanted a copy of my PAN card. I took the copy and visited the office again to make the payment. I was denied to make the payment as they insisted that I must go to the branch and get the required job done as it is matter of their organization policy that they can service only that branch customers only. I fail to understand what customer service is all about as well as system integration. If I took the policy from a town in Kerala and get relocated to other town in India, is it possible to visit back the policy parent branch to get the job done. This is humiliating the customer by making him run between piller to post. At the first place they had the audacity to say they don't have a photocopier and make the customer to go across the road for photocopying and once done, they instruct the customer to go to the policy parent branch to get it linked. What a service orientation... What a customer service...

                      I have two policy of lic last year in december 2015, policy no's are[protected] is the name of shailesh kumar mishra and second my wife rashmi is[protected], but the policy bonds of both policies did not received till today (22/12/2016). When i said to our agent, he says branch manager is not intrested to print them, whenever he already said about it. I am very angry and unsatisfied bout this behavior of lic, which faith it's costumer "jindagi ke saath bhi jindagi ke baad bhi". Please take action against responsible person which is responsible for it and post my policy bond immediately.

                        I have paid online the premium for the invoice number[protected] for Rs. 35, 246/-. I got the payment was succes notification and it is not reflected in the premium portal that the invoice is paid it is showing under the category yet to be paid . However my bank account was debited with the amount

                        date is 22nd dec 2016.

                        Please check and get the preimum invoice updated.

                                December month EMI is default so I want to pay the EMI payment how can I pay, can I pay through on line ...I want the clear suggestion pls help me.

                                From September 2013 I am paying the housing EMI there is no default last three days banking problem net work problem it caused the default in my payment.

                                  I have paid LIC premium for policy no[protected] dated 11.12.2016, Rs. 2999/- through www.licindia.com, but I do not received any receipt till date and time. Rs 2999/- debited from my account on same time. Transaction No- IB34979008, dated - 11.12.2016. Biller Trans no. 7001927 is showing in my SBI Account No. [protected].
                                  Please confirm and reply that this payment is received by LIC and send receipt at my mail id.

                                    I am trying to download my insurance premium paid certificates however, not able to login to my account as i have forgotten my userid and password. Unable to retrieve the same but the old email id which i had registered is no more active.

No. 558858 and 578991 through my sbi debit card. You are requested to adjust the double payment towards next premium due of this policy in jan.2017.                                         U lost my father few months back.we were mourning in his death.after few days one of our friend who is also lic agent he asked us about lic and helped us to proceed to get the money.

                                        He was not our lic agent but still he helped
                                        but when that paper went to the branch where our lic agent was working and she was our relative .that lady called me and instead of asking me about my papa, she started talking like "u should have informed me, u shud not take money, i will not give u money, u people cheated me, u people are liers, i will look after ur papers, will not proceed ur papers, i will ensure u people will not get money"

                                        This is why we are investing money in lic
                                        for this kind of behavior from lic agents

                                        If lic people is not taking this complaint seriously then we are going to file a complaint against her in police station

                                        I request u to please help us in it
