    Not able to proceed my further process due to this.

    Please can you urgently raise a call with LIC stating that their site is down for long time. I'm not able to make payments, also not able to download statements for my IT declarations. I see the site is down for some number for days. please take immediate action

        I have to deposit my LIC premium and I am trying to submit it online but its website is not working from last 5-6 days. I tried many times a day still I am unable to pay the premium, kindly resolve the error. Online payment is the easiest and fastest method for premium deposit and if that is not working then it is a very negative point for such a big company, so pay more attention on your services.

          I had taken pension plan vide policy no.[protected] from life insurance corporation, transport nagar, jaipur office. The premium instalments were regularly been paid. Last instalment of premium was paid on 20.11.2015. I had received claim settlement papers for start of pension, which were given to transport nagar jaipur office on 19.10.2016. The first pension instalment was to start from 20.12.2016, however, till date i. E. 02.01.2017 i have not received pension from life insurance corporation, transport nagar, jaipur office. Kindly resolve.

            The LICI has neither sent an email nor any other instructions to resolve the problem where as 10 days has already been elapsed. As such, I am very much worried about it.

The last day for submitting the proofs is 31st Dec and still the site is down. LIC being a Govt organization it is not expected as most of the people now do digital transactions.

                    I avinash shriram utekar my policy no[protected] as my renewal premium was 1760/- paid through ECS every month but for month of nov 2016 unable to pay due to some reason. As on 30/12/2016 i paid the nov and dec 2016 month premium of amt 3586/- was paid through net banking, but dec 2016 month premium was also paid through ECS . So dec 2016 was paid twice . So pl refund the dec 16 premium to my net banking a/c. Pl do needful.

                            Dear team,

                            I went to submit the cheque for this month premium for my policy no.[protected] of amount rs 18, 015 to your lajpat nagar branch lic office but the executive refused to take the cheque by saying to pay through the same bank or do net banking for the same and return us back.
                            The behaviour & reason of not accepting the cheque is totally unacceptable. Firstly he says your last year premium was not paid and amount is rs36, 000 around than again i went tehre and showed him my previous year 2015 receipt to him. Than again he refused to accept the cheque by saying do it yourself by netbanking or the same bank you have used last time.
                            That i cant understand why he is not accepting it as my current policy will lapse.

                            Please check the trailing mail below as i have already paid last year 2015 premium and the receipt & mail i have received from your team. Kindly check and revert asap for the matter.

                              Please refer to my above LIC Policy No.[protected] with your Branch. In this regard I would like to bring to your kind notice that while I was paying my LIC premium of Rs.452.00 online thru my central Bank Account No.[protected], Branch Greater Kailash, New Delhi on 26th December 2016 it was showed some error in the system and logged out and not got the receipt. After some time I logged on to LIC site and paid the same premium online thru my above mentioned Bank and I got the receipt No.POS PRCH/[protected], POS PRCH/[protected] dated 26/12/2016 . Now my Bank account shows three debit balances of same amount.

                                    I Use LIC website to pay my premium but most of the time website is not working and it is down. This is not acceptable. When we are moving towards digital India Under PM Modi, this central government owned company should make sure it's website works fine.

                                      Mai Mirganj lic office me 25 days me 7 bar premium deposit karne ke liye gaya but ek hi javab mila, server kam nahi karta hai, link failed hai. 2 year pehle Gopalganj ke lic agent Brijbansi KO 2500 rupees diya premium deposit ke liye, usane 6 month mera paisa use kiya, bad me deposit kiya, jab mujhe rashid mila to malum huaa ki mai premium correct time per diya to 6 month ka fine kyo. Call karne per bat nahi karta hai.
                                      Mera request hai ki Jo bhi responsible lic officers hai, please jaldi service strong kare, aise poor service and bad lic agent ke wajah se public me bahut bura sandesh ja raha hai.

                                        Today[protected] by about 11am, when I came to pay my yearly premium amount of my policy[protected] of Rs. 57588.00 I was told that my PAN is not linked to this account and therefore they wanted a copy of my PAN card. I took the copy and visited the office again to make the payment. I was denied to make the payment as they insisted that I must go to the branch and get the required job done as it is matter of their organization policy that they can service only that branch customers only. I fail to understand what customer service is all about as well as system integration. If I took the policy from a town in Kerala and get relocated to other town in India, is it possible to visit back the policy parent branch to get the job done. This is humiliating the customer by making him run between piller to post. At the first place they had the audacity to say they don't have a photocopier and make the customer to go across the road for photocopying and once done, they instruct the customer to go to the policy parent branch to get it linked. What a service orientation... What a customer service...
