With due respect, I am bharti sanan customer of lic department for last 16 yrs. Sir, due to demonisation, I paid my policies online. By mistake Lic department deducted the amt of my two policies i.e[protected],[protected] twice. So kindly return my non payable amt in my bank ac through which I paid my policies. I shall be very thankful to you for this act.

    Dear sir, I have paid premium online on dated 28 dec 2016. By mistake double transaction went to lic for my policy number[protected]. The first one was from debit card with transaction Id no 217980 and other one was from credit card with transaction Id 099880 for policy no[protected]. At first debit card transaction shown invalid that's why I decided to make payment 2nd time from my credit card. It went successful n after some time the first one also went successfully.

    I tried to get my LIC policy details from lic portal but site is not able to work.
    On 4-1-2017 I had make payment of my policy online full process is done but can't received receipt please do something for that amount Is Debited from my a/c

    I have check the transaction status of payment it was successful.

          My husband had taken 3 policies of lic nos[protected]/879/[protected] in 2008 ND 2007 were in it was medical policy medical was done in 2008. My husband expired on 8/3/2011 by cancer and when we approached lic for claim the company rejected the claim stating reasons like operation of young not mentioned with right neck dissection and tobacco habits, but as per the questions answered on form it was mentioned yes to question 11b were it is asked about operation. And my husband ate tobacco in 2010 not prior to that. I m a suffering widow with 2 kids and because off lac am having nowhere to live for their survival also. I need to raise this to the highest authority. As most lac officers whom I approached says give us 1, or 2, lacs and we will get the claim cleared. If medical check up was done before taking policy how could my husband hide things

            I have deposit online premium od two polices. Amount of premium of both polices has been debited from my account but no receipt has genrated. When I checked policy premium paid statement it shows no premium is paid by you online the period 01/04/2016 to 31/03/2017. what I have to do? Kindly advice me.

                  Sir, I have submitted premium of Rs. 12737 through online SBI to my policy number[protected] from my debit card of State Bank of India. I have filled all the details required including my email address. However, the receipt of my online successful transaction has not been received in my email account. Although the LIC website showed the payment as successful and money of Rs. 12737.0 also as been deducted from my account.
                  Therefore, kindly generate my receipt and oblige.

                            My Name is Yuvaraj. I took an housing loan last year for 20 Lakhs and closed it in Nov 2016. I collected the documents from the Back Office on Dec 23, 2016.

                            I was directed by the back office team to contact Manohar and Haribabu to complete the MODT formalities.When i contacted Mr. Hari, i was asked to prepare the documents to clear the MODT myself. I had to walk down to the DTP shop to get it ready and take the xerox copies myself. I was informed that all expenses should be incurred by me.

                            Then, i was scheduled an appointment for Jan 2 to remove MODT from SRO Villivakkam. I was asked to bring 5 stamps and 2 witnesses from my side. So far, every work is done by me to get the documents and get my aged parents as witness.

                            On Jan 2nd (yesterday) at SRO Villivakkam, the LIC representative collected Rs. 800 as charges and then Rs. 50 to tip the Govt staff. I can see the actual expense is Rs 170 (Refer the attached file). I have below questions to you,

                            1. Why the LIC customer should take the burden of closing the MODT hold done by LIC. Why not LIC take care of this?

                            2. Has LIC documented that the MODT expense should be done by the customer in the terms and norms? Why there is no transparency?

                            3. How the lump amount Rs. 800 was spent for this expense by LIC staff?, Need the summary of this expense. How much expenses your customer need to spend and how much by LIC?

                            If this is taken into someone else pocket, I am sorry to say that i do not want to be cheated. I want my money back or need the bill from LIC.

                            Details of the expenses:
                            1. Preparing the document to remove MODT hold by LIC = Rs 200 (documentation charges)
                            2. 5 Revenue stamps = Rs 5
                            3. Xerox copies of LIC NOC and MODT original documents = Rs 30
                            4. Today, i gave Rs 800 to the LIC representative = Rs 800 (i want to know if this is to bribe LIC? Need more clarity where this money spent?)
                            5. Rs 50 to sign in the Register = Rs 50

                            Total = 1085

                              I have been trying to access the lic website since the last 10 days to pay my policy premium and i have not been able to do so as either the website is down or very slow to respond. Due to this the due dates can get lapsed and i have to pay a late fee without my fault. Please look into this as it is causing a high amount of inconvenience and is unacceptable

                                  I have paid yearly 10000 for 7 years in lic chidambaram branch. I have lost the original policy. I have given indemnity in oct 2017 with all formalities. But more than three months over they have not yet credited the amount in my account. Kindly arrange to pay the amount with interest at the earliest.

                                  I have paid paid Lic premium by cheque in collection box on 22nd Dec 2016 . More Han 10 days over not yet taken on daily basis and receipt not sent by LIC . The cheque also not yet presented through clearing.
