I am an lic policy holder. I am liable to pay a quarterly premium. I pay it online. But for the last 3 quarters, i completely forgot about it. Last week, i remembered it and tried to do it online. When i gave all the details in the site and clicked to pay, i got an error saying i cannot make the payment online for that policy. I was shocked and reached out to the customer care. I came to know that my policy has lapsed and hence i was not...

Sir when i login, not possible to login .when i use forget password, message display send urs password to urs registered email.but not receive any message in my registered email id .sir i am not forget my id and password. i confirm that, problem from other end .so please solve my problem. lic complain phone no always busy .only hope that u solve my problem...

Dear Sir,

Having policy number[protected] with money back policy.In the month of july i applied for bank account change in your system and for that i got confirmation receipt from your organisation.

But at the time of payment transfer from LIC they made payment in my previous account and for that i loss approx Rs 5k.

I have paid three LICI premium, sum Rs. 9669 on 31/08/2016 through online, but no receipt have been generated till now...

i have paid those policies through U.B.I. Rupay card...
also i have updated my pass book where it is showing that, Rs.9669 have been debited on 31/08/2016 and it has been paid to Insurance Billdesk...

It has been 6 years they are not able to resolve simple thing. Every months EMI is getting deducted from my saving account as ECS. Due to their JUNK USELESS SYSTEM. Every quater i am reported as defaulter. Following up every month/quarter, they say next quater it will be right but no change. In between they set right but that was on for hardly 3 quarters. My ecs got dishonored for a month of 15th july and i made a payment with cd chargers on 25th july online. But the ecs for the month of aug and sep not submitted to my bank account and when i try to make a payment through counter they asked to pay cd charges again for the month of aug and sep giving the reason the online system is slow in updating the payment.

We handed over the policy to agent to inquire, he keep postponing, but no use at all. He didn't provide any information. Last month we went to office and verified and got to know it has been foreclosed.
