Good Afternoon
Actually i am living in Gujarat and have policy no[protected] in Jharkhand, In this policy wrong DOB 19/01/1978 is mentioned but correct DOB is 15/01/2016
I had visited LIC office in Ramgarh home branch on 15/10/2016 that time officer told me that it had been corrected but it is not reflecting in online, I had also given age proof certificate to branch agent
Please correct is as soon as possible

    I made a payment of 1442 rs online to lic of policy number[protected] on 2nd november 2016, but i couldnt get pay receipt yet, information of transaction is INB/[protected]/LIC OF INDIA (BILL DESK)/L.The same amount of 1442 rs deducted from my account at the same time, but still no any auto revert mail i got from lic.

    I hope you will solve my query asap.

          When I am trying to register new user using my policy details, site says 'Wrong data entered'. I entered all correct information then also error is same. I feel helpless. Why there is not specific error saying which field is wrong or which data is wrong. How do I proceed, whom should I concern. I wonder anyone can resolve this error as soon as possible.

                I have taken a loan a/c no. [protected] and mortgaged colateral security of my lic certificate and rs.34500/- have been credited to lichfl's bank a/c of haldiram, kolkata br. i am sending my bank details as chandan samanta, a/c no. [protected], idbi bank, ifc - ibkl0000012 to refund the same to me as i have cleared all due emi in shedule time. since the document is mortagged with lichfl as a norms my amturity amount credited to lichfl's bank a/c. but being time and again contact and mail to themrequesting refund the same and credited to my a/c no body will receive phone or reply me through mail. and this is the normal practice of this office. so pls. do the needful and take necessary steps so that i have received the refund rs.34500/-

                  Please let me know further more clarity on this. I want proper justice else i will take it ahead to national cell department. This is purely injustice. I need more clarity on below points

                  1. I have received sanctioned letter from lic with amount 36 lacs and emi of 32968. Please find below document of sanction letter.
                  As per this letter lic have to disburse this amount in full and no further change. I am paying this emi since 15 months for total amount on 36 lacs.

                  2. Mr nishant is a lic representative then why he is not using lic official email id while communication. How can someone use lic name and make trouble to customer.

                  3. I have mail confirmation from mr nishant that he will disburse all money then why he is not paying even after proper discussion and understanding.

                  4. As per your previous mail i can not meet to any person in mumbai as i am out of station. I am again sincerely requesting you to resolve this issue asap and disburse all amount.

                    This is Syed from Chennai, I surrendered my policy[protected] by 28-Sep-2016 after paying premium for 13 years, but didn't receive the money till now, even though calling Adyar branch (Near to signal) no proper response.
                    To be honest I am wondering to understanding why do you (LIC) need one month for refunding my money you are holding currently, this is a very poor trend, it makes me not even think about LIC going forward in future.

                    When we surrender the policy it is very obvious that there is a need for money, if LIC takes one month for refunding money back, it is not helping the surrender purpose. Can you please help to get the money at the earliest?

                      Dear Sir,

                      One of our relative is LIC Agent, so believing that she is good in nature and also in relation, I have taken policy of my son from her.

                      But in Mar/Apr month of 2016, she has book policy under my name and my son's name without informing me.

                      When last month i..e in September month I received premium document by post, that time i was shocked but i thought may be I have taken some policy and I was not remember.
                      Considering this I have paid the premium amount.

                      But still I was having doubt because I don't have policy paper with me. So i tried to find the agent, form where I have taken this policy.

                      So lastly I came to know that Neelam Kondhare that relative has did this fraud thing to complete her target.

                      Now when I called her and asking back my paid premium she is telling that she will give but don't know when. She is not all giving back my paid money.

                      Please help me to get back my money and also in future she will not misuse any thing using my documents.

                      Till date i don't have any documents for that policy.

                          I Had taken LIC FUTURE PLUS POLICY in JUNE YEAR 2006 . THE DATE OF MATURITY WAS 31.01.2016 .THE BRANCH WAS ZULFE BENGAL DIVISION Had taken lic future plus policy in june year 2006 . the date of maturity was 31.01.2016 .the branch was zulfe bengal division dilshad garden east delhii. i have not been paid any maturity amount till now. i have submtted papers twice. first i was being told the state bank branch in agcr was not able to receive my neft instead that was being shown as sbi pragati maidan on net. then i was told to resubmit surrender form and other papers in september 2016 . i was told the money will go in penision policy which i am reluctant to get . i need money for medical purposes and i have submitted medical bills also till date i have not received anything and am beng told that case has gone to head office i would not purchased the policy in first place had i been informed by LIC agent Khushi khanna who proved to be a big fraud

                              I have taken a policy from lic (Lic. No :[protected]. I am paying my monthly premium through ecs from yes bank. Regularly my premium was cut on 27th or 28th or 29th of each month. But in the month of september 2016 bank didn't transfer my premium on above said dates giving reson that they have not received request from lic. When i was talk in lic branch they are replying me that they don't send the request to bank every time. Now lic has claim late fee charge. As it was not my fault, so i am not eligible for late fee.
                              You are kindly requested to help me in this matter.

                                Policy No[protected] is in the name of Prakash Modi S/o- Mathura Modi. Policy pertains to our Jhumritelaiya Branch.the papers related to Death Claim payment (Certified Copy of FIR, PMR & Post Mortem Report etc ) had been deposited.but the insurer are paid the partial amount of rs.1, 00, 00/- against the claim amount rs.2, 00, 000/-.So now Nominee want his remaining amount to be paid.
                                But LIC of India officer demand various types of certificate such as driving licence of original and post martem report.
                                If you will not give the documents then you will also give one policy.

                                LIC of India के branch manager द्वारा Nominee को है कि यदि तुमको accidental claim चाहिए तो driving licence का original copy दो या फिर एक rs-15000/-
                                की policy दो तब Death Claim paid करेंगे नहीं तो जाना है जाओ नहीं मिलेगा Death Claim payment.

                                    Unable to enroll 2nd LIC policy to Employer

                                    1. When i enter all the corporate details along with my policy details on lic corporate portal, i get following error message:
                                    "we are unable to process your request.
                                    Please try again later or contact lic for further details.
                                    Try again with proper inputs"

                                    2. When i login to my enrolled policy and click option 'enroll for employer', i get message saying "no policy found for enrollment".

                                    I have enrolled my 1st policy[protected] successfully with Cognizant employer. I am unable to enroll my 2nd policy[protected]. Please help to enroll this successfully.

                                      My name is chintan shah.

                                      My aunty kalpana shah came across an lic agent & he manipulated her to take a annuity plan / pension plan policy on 27th may 2016. When i studied about the policy & explained it to her, she asked the agent to cancel the policy on 5th june 2016.

                                      The agent said he has cancelled the policy but the lump sum amount (Rs. 2 lacs) which was deposited initially hasn't refunded back to the account till date.

                                      The policy details are -

                                      Amount deposited - rs. 200000
                                      Policy date - approximately 27th may 2016

                                      Till date i haven't got any policy documents nor any communication from lic about cancellation. I just got the policy number from agent after multiple follow up calls.

                                      My aunty is not financially strong, & this stuck up money acts very crucial in her day to day life.

                                      I would request to please look into this matter & refund the money asap.

                                        R/Sir/Madam i m policy holder of p.no[protected] my premium due on every july i want to pay online but LIC does not accept my transaction without any clear information and the local branch also to unable to resolve my problem
                                        R/sir/Madam i m bearing LIC policy no[protected] premium 14570 per annul but this time i want to deposit my premium through using online payment but after doing all step the transaction has not been made without any proper reason/ information as well as the local branch is also unable to help me inthis matter
