Dear sir,

Regret to inform u that i have made a policy on lic's jeevan akshy-vi on 29.3.2016 being a sr citizen and i am surprised to note that in spite of my agent's follow up with local lic officials, i am unable to get my dues for april/may & june'16. Every month, i was told that the annuity amount would be deposited to my bank a/c. Even during 1st week of jyly'16 the amount didn't come nor any communication.

It may be noted that i have a very bad opinion against the style of functioning of lic officials and they behave more than state govt employees rather than in a professional manner. No commitment nor proper service as i have faced such situations in the past.

May i know, when shall i get my monthly dues with interests against delay in non-release of payments.

I had surrendered my ulip policy no.[protected] on 28/06/2016 at 12.22 pm. The said policy was issued in the name of falguni bharat shah from pune d o ii br. - 95l on 21/10/2010. The single premium paid was rs.40, 000/-. I received the amount of surrender value rs.58, 080/- by neft on 05/07/2016 at 5.54 pm. As per lic guidelines the surrender value o[censored]lip policy must be payable within 3-4 working days. A person surrenders the ulip policy when he was very much in need of fund. A ulip policy is purchased for its flexibility feature. I must be compensated for the said delay.

Till date the no resolution is recieved. Please arrange to pay the guaranted addtion immediately - the statement of surrender value and detials of whole policy is already having with you - kinldy refer the same arrange to pay the amount immediately - with the statement of surrender value is calculation with regular calculation system of other policies - this is the policy contain guaranteed addition which is to be paid as per the guarantee given by lic - and the full premium has been paid for the policy - so calculate the guaranteed addition for the completed period and arrange to pay immediately without further delay - ramesh patel [protected]

I have enrolled my one of my lic policy ("[protected]") at https://customer. onlinelic.in/lic_corporate. html link with my organization - cognizant. it was successfully enrolled and got confirmation mail my email id. but when i clicked on "enroll for employer" link on http://www.licindia.in/ portal following message getting display - "no policy found for enrollment". i have to submit it by 22nd of this month.

Please help me on the same.

I have complaint about lic refund amount of 2155 / rs.
I was looking the new lic policy for my brother aashish verma and for that i contacted to mr. Elayaraja p nadar (Lifenlegacy) which is agent for my current lic policy also and i have submitted the cheque of amount 2155/ rs and lic policy form on january'16 behalf of my brother to mr. Elayaraja p. Nadar at my home. After some time he said your brother is from different city so medical checkup visit can not be arrange there at that city (Indore, m. P) so policy can not be processed, i said ok, give me the amount refund which i have been given to you for the same. And now it's been 6 months over to following with mr. Nadar for the refund of 2155/ rs for the same issue.
He is not answering my call from the last two months even his company lifenlegacy has the same attitude. I have provided all details which is best as per my knowledge.
I want my amount back and wanted to change the agent for my current policy as well to avoid any fraud activity in future.
Please help me on this.

I am From darbhanga, Bihar India.Today i do 2 payments. My first payment sucessfully paid but on second payment no reciept recieved on my email.My policy number is[protected], which is name on Jitendra Kumar, Today i payment of Rs 3136 but didnot recived recipt please help and send my recipt.
And LIC company customer care number not working. And my neareset LIc branch didnt help me.

i mohan sharma policy holder of lic no.[protected] bima gold beg to state that my 2nd moneyback amount of rs 5000/- was due on january, 2014 but till date i am not received any cheque nor NEFT transfer of amount to my bank account which i had already registered to LIC.
i had already approch to the gangtok branch through my agent but no use.

Hi sir mera name anita hai me 5 saal se b jyada lic ki bhar chuki ho meri lic amount 1000 per month thi joki (1021*66=66000) .Mene kuch salo phely isme loan lia tha joki 22500 something tha ab mene us lic ko surrender kr dia hai...Mujhe lic k office me btya gya tha ki apko 25000 he milege ...But ab mere pas jo amount recived hoa hai wo 19511rs hoye ab isko (19511+22500=42000)

My above policy due on 28/6/16 and i have paid rs. 10942.00 by hdfc credit card through online on 17/06/16. Again hdfc bank paid the same to lic by hdfc credit card by auto pay rs. 10942.00. Please refund one payment to hdfc credit card and relief me from tension. As a long life lic policy holder i want a quick refund process from your end. Thanking you with anticipation.

Applicant has deposited the lic premium of rs. 3350/- policy no.[protected] on dated 27.06.2016 through sbi net banking vide "transaction ref. No. Ig0cfypfx0 for rs. 3350/-. On 27-jun-16 21.18" payment is deducted from the bank but no receipt was issued by you and even said policy is showing that no payment was made from 1.4.2016 to 31.03.2017, hence this complaint.

Please expedite and confirm. This is to add that last year and prior to that also, we have to take up the matter with LIC Chennai on telephone number of times.

I would like to complain about my pollicy no.[protected] which has matured in march 2014, but i have still not received the maturity sum.
Please see that i receive the matured sum as soon as possilble... Because my financial condition and my health is very poor.
If not i will be compeled a fie a case in the consumer court.
