Sir,
Before six months my request for electronic payment of lic premiums for six policies was submitted to the biller (Lic) for validation. After a laps of six months i was compelled to cancell my request. Again i have submitted my request for lic policy nos.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] but still the validation is not done by lic for the above mentioned policies.

    Hello,
    I could successfully enroll first lic policy for my employer 'cognizant'. However, i am unable to enroll rest of the policies for employer.

    1. When i enter all the corporate details along with my policy details on lic corporate portal, i get following error message:
    "we are unable to process your request.
    Please try again later or contact lic for further details.
    Try again with proper inputs"

    2. When i login to my enrolled policy and click option 'enroll for employer', i get message saying "no policy found for enrollment".

    In short, i am not able to enroll my policies by using either of the 2 available options.
    Please guide me on the same.

    Hello,

      My (Shr sharma) policy no.[protected] of lic of india commenced on 2011 and tried to opt for ecs mode (Half yearly) in lic service branch 15 (Himayatnagar branch, hyderabad), and the office front desk, received the application and called after 2 days says that the option of ecs could not be done to some problem. No explanation was given. According the lic of india ecs mode can be opted. I have submitted in the bank and got acceptance . I do not know why the lic branch or the concerned office is not accepting the ecs for the policy. I request you to kindly look into the matter and get a suitable solution for the issue. Thanking you.         My maturity benefit of policy no[protected], shyambazar branch, kolkata, which has been matured on 10. 06. 2016, is steel not transferred to my s/b account, however i have send neftform with dully filled with cross cheque and fulfilled all formalities.           The pension policy no[protected] was matured in the year 2014 and the pension amount was not paid to me though branch office was continuously contacted by me in person. The branch, when approached, stated that the gap in premium payment was observed and clarification in this regard from panvel branch (91p) is awaited. Till date response of panvel branch was not given. A copy of e mail by delhi office to panvel office is enclosed.

          It is stated that i am a govt official under ministry of defence (Navy) and a transferable job. The above policy was under sss. My posting in the panvel region during 2000,[protected]. As the policy under sss and the deduction was made from my salary, the amount would have been paid.

          It is further stated that same time one other lic policy was also made for which payment was already been paid after confirmation from panvel in 2015.

          I request the same may be looked into and nessary pension may be paid. All the documents on maturity of the above policy was already given to the delhi branch (11r)

              Sir my policy no[protected] at chennai annanagar br jan 2016 2 bending dues so colopsed i spoke my agent Samuel he collect 3 dues amt rs 19300/ feb month from me but not cleared . many more call & msg to samuel from me all are avoided. At mar month he adviced lic med test at karur test completed but our policy no running next 4th due amt collected rs 6700 through annanagar br mr francis.                 My interest rate was 11.70% (Don't know by which formula they set) which i reduced to 9.95% but my emi still same as it was for 11.70%.

                I had visited your lic hfl office from pune and asked from when this interest will be applicable they told me that this will be effective in your next emi.

                  I got a call from mr deepak sharma [protected] he told me that under my lic dividend which i received because my agent invested part of my money in exide insurance and i am suppose to get for 97685, he gave me my file number lic2971r, direct to customer code: k00271058. He said do you have any exide documents to which my answer was no, he said you do one thing ill connect you to an excide insurance person and you take up a policy for 28500 which will be refunded to you after you get your dividend. He said that you need to take up this policy so that excide company will register you as a customer and then i will create a direct to customer code for you so in future you would get direct dividend in you account. And like a novice person, i got the policy from excide company. Yesterday his boss or college kapil sharma called me [protected], +[protected], [protected], and said there are three forms which have come along with you d2c code, if you take silver/gold/platinum and invest again in exide for 50000, 65000, 70000, you would get returns for lakhs. He told me unless i choose any of the silver/gold/platinum options, i will not get any dividend of 97685 inr. When i told him today that i dont want to choose either, he started yelling at me and told me i am saying no at the last moment and he does not have time to deal with me and hung up. When i called up deepak sharma he said to take either of these options. Deepak sharma also told me that he will be making sure i get my dividend and 28500 rps back even within 1 year from date of policy purchase.

                    Its totally frustrating.. not only me but lot of customers are waiting for the person at the cash counter and past half an hour he is not attending any of the customers.. i dont know if every govt offices are made like that or these people not at all caring about others time and their commitments.. please correct your behaviour and attitude.. there are lot other institutions for same purpose.. i[censored] cnt do ur job please dont fool people..

                              The money back was scheduled in nov. 2014. No amount credited to my account and no information being shared by the lic office authorities. They say money has been credited but no information on
                              (A) when the money was credited to my account
                              (B) to which account.

                              I have not got any response even after multiple mails. I have got to lic office near my place 3-4 times but no help from anyone.

                              Need immediate help here.

                                I am vandana sharma from mumbai, apply to lic branch-899 jeevan vihar mumbai-21 lic 15 policies sa 50.5 lacs wide boc no.5726 dt. 10/3/2015 of rs.285000/- paid.
                                All documents & medical cleared in jan-16 & divisional off.-iv passed my 15 policies proposal in mar-2016. I apply that bachdate 27/12/68 age-45 yr.
                                Proposal no. Is[protected]-[protected]-60-61.
                                But br. Person did mistake to take my 285000/- deposit a/g single policy.
                                Branch manager said they can not rectify this mistake & tell me to take single policy. If i take as she's advice than sa will be 32 lacs (My proposal 50.5 lacs) on same premium. So i deny that offer. And several e-mail to all lic authorities to solve this matterbut they all busy in mar-16 ended & not interested to solve this matter because may be they not lose of salary or any things but i loss my risk cover & premium deposit interest. Approx 43000/@12%pa for 425 days.
                                I will than after say ok. You issue me policy in next 2016-17 financial yr on 1-4-2016 for same. At that time they say ok.
                                Now they (Lic br-899) protect that person who did this mistake & loss of business for 50 lacs with 285000/- prem on 2015-16. Advice me to give new fresh proposal & fresh new cheque for 15 policies and they refund my old deposit with them. Why i not understand?
                                My deposit with lic 285000/- from 10/3/15 & proposal also passed by division office in mar-2016 in new year they can issue me a my 15 policies why they demand new chq. & new proposal.
                                Is it cheat to customer? That you demand refund of deposit & refuse passed proposal lic are not able to issue new policies for 3 years? Because of old proposal not passed due lic br-899 mistake.
                                Till last 52 days lic br-899 never reply of my any mail or any intimation of my proposal why they not issue policy or why they refund offer of my old deposit.
                                I need my applied 15 policies without any delay in new yr.1-4-2016 with excess premium tobe collect from person who did it that mistake because
                                Ame policies & terms i have to pay approx 125000/- excess premium in life. Due to mistake done by lic branch-899 and i surprise till they not accept their mistake nor inform me or agent for same.

                                    My sanctioned loan 15 lacks but i have taken 11 lacks for that emi rs. 11917 /- every month on 7th day deduct from my pnb account.

                                    Within one year i have apply for 3 lac disbursement as per followed by lichfl instruction. Against this loan account disbursement completed and shows that chaque handover me yet i did not get it. But 7th april, 2016 deduct
                                    Rs.15321 /-from my account. They informed me due to missing of my deed from their office lichfl did not handover me that cheque.In may month i kept 12000 in my account due to previous loan repayment amount. But not deduct any amount from my account. After few days around 20th may lichfl manager call me and instructed me to submit a cheque which have to pay in this month as emi and also informed me that chaque resend to their head office for cancellation?
                                    My question is
                                    1st, i am eligible yet why they will not provide remain amount?
                                    2ndly why they will missing my flat deed?
                                    3rd how they will resolve extra amount[protected]= 3404) which already deduct from my account?
                                    4th why they will not provide xerox copy of original deed to me?
                                    5th what will be the punishment as pert indian law for housing loan against lichfl for there missing of deed?
                                    Finally what will be the resolution to resolve this issue with immediate effect?

                                      I have received your e-mail dt. 18/12/2015 and surprise to note that i have requested for plough back of rs. 5000/- from maturity claim.

                                      In this connection i have to state as under:-

                                      1. That i have never made any request to plough back of rs. 5000/- from my maturity claim, for new policy.
                                      2. If i have to take new policy, i can pay rs. 5000/- in cash as previous policy no. 52030662 paid regularly.
                                      3. If you have got any my request letter for holding rs. 5000/- for new policy. You send me a copy of letter.
                                      4. That question is not for rs. 5000/- you held up, but it has been observed that you may held up any amount of policy holder & people will not faith on l. I. C. If such occurrence will be arranged.

                                      Besides this i would also to like to mention here that ch. No. 221401 dt. 24/12/2014 in the name of s. K. Modi

                                      You could have sent this by neft from icic bank as you have sent rs. 52200/- by neft through icic bank on 11/08/2014.

                                      1st time it has been seen that you are playing with policy holder, just like passenger going through without ticket in railway & on checking if found without ticket the passenger describes so many reasons.

                                      It is also noted that rs. 52200/- sent on 11/08/2014 and have issued a cheque on 24/12/2014 for rs. 5000/- after 4 months & keeping with you with a lame excuse to provide you neft documents duly signed by me on payment of rs. 52200/- you have not demanded neft documents for payment.
