Hi sir/madam,

I was sold a policy by an lic agent with policy name "jeevan saral atm plan". As per the policy i am paying yearly premium of 60050 and i had asked for 10 year of term. I have attached the policy plan table which contains the maturity amount after 10 years of term and also my policy details are attached. You can see that i am paying the exact amount i. E. 60050.

I was looking at my policy documents and found that term is 15 years and sum assured is only 1250000. However as per the policy plan sum assured is 22 lakhs as shown in the policy table attached.

Also, i was told that i would be getting 5% of cashback every time i will pay my premium which i never got for last 4 year. When i paid 2nd premium of the policy they gave me 3000 travel coupon to compensate this cashback amount which were of no use to me.

Please look into this matter, these are false promises made to me and i am not sure that i would get the desired amount back from lic.

This is a hard earned money and i am loosing my confidence in lic. I have already paid 4 premiums and i am not sure if i want to pay any more as i am totally confused.

    My lic policy no. Is[protected]. I paid quaterly online premium of rs 4012 on 21/06/16,
    But there is no update in the account and it shows policy premium pending and no receipt has been generated or emailed either.

    I need a confirmation of atleast my premium has beeb updated and will not pay double amount again.
    Lic india needs to upgrade their 3rd class website.

      This is to your note that i (Harish m r) took jeevan nidhi/ policy no[protected] st marks road branch bangalore. I surrender my policy on 17th mar 2016 but still i haven't get any reimburse status.

      I went so many times to lic office at st marks road and also i sent few mails to [protected]@licindia.com but still i haven't received proper response from lic team, due to some financial problem i submitted policy but submission was not help me.
      Please look in to above issue and do the needful at earliest.

        My Annuity Plan No. AB1612, is not paid Pension since February''16 (Last payment received on 16.01.2016).
        I approached the concerned section in their Hyderabad Office and updated the account number. I am told the payment(s) of arrears and pension would resume.
        And received one payment on 9th May 2016.
        Neither arrears paid not continued next month.
        I once again approached by May'16 end. I am told to update my Life Certificate, which I did. I am told now it is active and that I will receive payments regularly.
        But neither arrears paid nor monthly payment resumed till today.

          Receipt not generated but money deducted from account while making online payment.
          I had made an Online Payment on:17th June 2016 of Rs 6782.3 through CITI bank debit card transaction.
          Policy numbers:
          [protected]: 3, 593.00 + late fee 85.3 = 3, 678.30
          [protected]: 3, 032.00 + late fee 72.00 = 3, 104.00
          I have logged into LIC online service websit and paid through the same.

          I have not received the Payment receipt. If payment hasnot done then refund the money or please confirm payment receipt.
          Please help me out on this

              Hi,

              This is to inform you that i had subscribed for lic jeevan saral by a agent for 15 years maturity. Now due to some medical and financial issue i won’t be able to continue my lic policy.
              For money withdrawal i have contacted to lic customer care and my lic branch do too however they did not help properly what i was expecting from lic. I asked them to stop my policies and refund my amount which i deposited to lic. But they deny and said to me only 71230 rs would refunded
              Can you please tell me how you guys are calculating money why i will not get my principle amount which i had given to lic since 2010. Why the agent did not conform the de-benefits of policy when he and come at my home for policy enrollment. He told my mother whenever we feel needs of money i could withdrawal the amount easily plus we will receive the bonus as well at the time of surrender the policies.
              Now my question are :
               why incorrect information was shared with my mother when agent come for money collection as she is uneducated and accepted his proposal.
               why i could not get my principle amount refunded wherein we have always paid our premium amount on time.
               why branch do did not help me when i seeked for help. I called him and text him to stop or cancel my ecs from lic side so that my money is not deduct from my account as i was told him for surrender however amount got deducted on lic ecs date and what he was telling me that i should not keep money into my bank amount wow what a solution you guys providing as keeping in your mind that all are uneducated people.

              Now this is my humble request to refund and my lic complete amount since i had taken it. I will send this to hrd as well

                Samarjit barman is the three star policy with lic and a citizen of india

                And double premium also taken from him for a 11 years and no star maturity is given and policy paper is taken against star policy's rules and photo copy by attested only is given back to samarjit barman {citizen of india - f. No. 6 (32)}.

Money back date of the policy was on 28.05.2016 but till date I have not received my money back amount although I submitted my bank details earlier.                     Two days back i got a fake call from lic new delhi office person name (Radhika sharma) number: [protected] saying that my agent has filed a complaint that for cancelling the policy, there is some bonus in your policy if you will not claim, it will goes to agent account and 40% of your premium goes to lic agent. Next day i got a call from same office from differnt person (Pankaj mital) called from the number[protected]. Unfortunately i shared some of my policy details to that person. He gave me one file number, told me i will get a call from the verification department. After that i called my agent get to know that this is all the fake call. My question here how these people are getting our policy details and phone number. Yesterday he also called me two/three times. I did not pick the call. I have shared my policy details like policy number and date of birth and the premium amt. Is there any problem? Please be aware of such calls.

                    Each time they call they will be calling from different number.

                      Sir,
                      Before six months my request for electronic payment of lic premiums for six policies was submitted to the biller (Lic) for validation. After a laps of six months i was compelled to cancell my request. Again i have submitted my request for lic policy nos.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected] but still the validation is not done by lic for the above mentioned policies.

                        Hello,
                        I could successfully enroll first lic policy for my employer 'cognizant'. However, i am unable to enroll rest of the policies for employer.

                        1. When i enter all the corporate details along with my policy details on lic corporate portal, i get following error message:
                        "we are unable to process your request.
                        Please try again later or contact lic for further details.
                        Try again with proper inputs"

                        2. When i login to my enrolled policy and click option 'enroll for employer', i get message saying "no policy found for enrollment".

                        In short, i am not able to enroll my policies by using either of the 2 available options.
                        Please guide me on the same.

                          My (Shr sharma) policy no.[protected] of lic of india commenced on 2011 and tried to opt for ecs mode (Half yearly) in lic service branch 15 (Himayatnagar branch, hyderabad), and the office front desk, received the application and called after 2 days says that the option of ecs could not be done to some problem. No explanation was given. According the lic of india ecs mode can be opted. I have submitted in the bank and got acceptance . I do not know why the lic branch or the concerned office is not accepting the ecs for the policy. I request you to kindly look into the matter and get a suitable solution for the issue. Thanking you.                             My maturity benefit of policy no[protected], shyambazar branch, kolkata, which has been matured on 10. 06. 2016, is steel not transferred to my s/b account, however i have send neftform with dully filled with cross cheque and fulfilled all formalities.                               The pension policy no[protected] was matured in the year 2014 and the pension amount was not paid to me though branch office was continuously contacted by me in person. The branch, when approached, stated that the gap in premium payment was observed and clarification in this regard from panvel branch (91p) is awaited. Till date response of panvel branch was not given. A copy of e mail by delhi office to panvel office is enclosed.

                              It is stated that i am a govt official under ministry of defence (Navy) and a transferable job. The above policy was under sss. My posting in the panvel region during 2000,[protected]. As the policy under sss and the deduction was made from my salary, the amount would have been paid.

                              It is further stated that same time one other lic policy was also made for which payment was already been paid after confirmation from panvel in 2015.

                              I request the same may be looked into and nessary pension may be paid. All the documents on maturity of the above policy was already given to the delhi branch (11r)

                                I have paid my due premium against policy No.[protected] on today-10 June 2016 through online. Rupees have been deducted from my account, but have not received e-receipt through email or not update at my eService account.

                                Please help me to check and confirm the payment status for Policy No.[protected] and send me the e-receipt for the same.

                                  Sir my policy no[protected] at chennai annanagar br jan 2016 2 bending dues so colopsed i spoke my agent Samuel he collect 3 dues amt rs 19300/ feb month from me but not cleared . many more call & msg to samuel from me all are avoided. At mar month he adviced lic med test at karur test completed but our policy no running next 4th due amt collected rs 6700 through annanagar br mr francis.                                     My interest rate was 11.70% (Don't know by which formula they set) which i reduced to 9.95% but my emi still same as it was for 11.70%.

                                    I had visited your lic hfl office from pune and asked from when this interest will be applicable they told me that this will be effective in your next emi.

                                      I got a call from mr deepak sharma [protected] he told me that under my lic dividend which i received because my agent invested part of my money in exide insurance and i am suppose to get for 97685, he gave me my file number lic2971r, direct to customer code: k00271058. He said do you have any exide documents to which my answer was no, he said you do one thing ill connect you to an excide insurance person and you take up a policy for 28500 which will be refunded to you after you get your dividend. He said that you need to take up this policy so that excide company will register you as a customer and then i will create a direct to customer code for you so in future you would get direct dividend in you account. And like a novice person, i got the policy from excide company. Yesterday his boss or college kapil sharma called me [protected], +[protected], [protected], and said there are three forms which have come along with you d2c code, if you take silver/gold/platinum and invest again in exide for 50000, 65000, 70000, you would get returns for lakhs. He told me unless i choose any of the silver/gold/platinum options, i will not get any dividend of 97685 inr. When i told him today that i dont want to choose either, he started yelling at me and told me i am saying no at the last moment and he does not have time to deal with me and hung up. When i called up deepak sharma he said to take either of these options. Deepak sharma also told me that he will be making sure i get my dividend and 28500 rps back even within 1 year from date of policy purchase.

                                        Its totally frustrating.. not only me but lot of customers are waiting for the person at the cash counter and past half an hour he is not attending any of the customers.. i dont know if every govt offices are made like that or these people not at all caring about others time and their commitments.. please correct your behaviour and attitude.. there are lot other institutions for same purpose.. i[censored] cnt do ur job please dont fool people..
