Dear sir/madam,

This is in regards to my policy surrender on 16.07.2016 at 915 branch, would like to bring you to your notice that till july 2016 i have paid rs.539000 as premium amount. On surrender i have received 187264 in my bank account. Would like to know how this amount derived and need clear bifurcation of the amount derived.

Here the amount which is still unclear is 81736

Further if you have deducted loan of amount 260000 and its interest as on april 2016 which on the higher side say 10000 still the reversible amount comes to 269000.

I have taken jeevan akshay vi plan on 22 march 2016 and policy completed at standard rate and i have nri status but it's been more than 4 months i did not received my service tax refund in spite of continuous follow up.
It's been very difficult for me. Please look into matter as earliest.

My father had lic. He has expired. When we claimed for his lic. Then, they transferred half amount of it. They did not transfer whole amount. Now when we go there then they make excuses. Now its over about 02 year. Why they give us less amount??? When will we found our remaining amount??

My lic policy no.[protected] paid on 6/8/2016 of amount 4583, amount deducted but still now not received any acknowledgements when will I receive my policy acknowledgements or my amount I have snapshot of transaction failed and amount deduction msg from bank please resolve my problem so that I can trust online Payment method, why is this happens what is the solution for this?

I have forgotten my userid and password. My policy number is[protected] and the premium is rs. 10, 993.72/-. I have tried restting it through the link on your site, it says that user id will be mailed to your registered email but have not recieved the same. Please provide me with a new userid and password on my email id [protected]@gmail.Com

She called me up on 8-aug-2016 at 4:10pm to sell her plan. Right after the first sentence, i replied "not interested". She had the audacity to ask "why i am not interested"?. After replying that its my wish, she asked me why and i disconnected the call. She called me up again to ask why?

I called her back to inform that i am filing a harassment complaint against her. She threatened me that she has taken out my address and look after me.

I wonder if lic has such frustrated agents who can threaten customers on not having a sale.

I have deposited premium of 02 Nos.LIC policies - policy no.[protected]Rs.990.00 & policy no.[protected].00, Total-3487 on line on 08.08.16, both are not reflecting on my home page also showing status as -DUE, While Rupees 3487 has debited from my account, I have also not received the premium paid receipts for both the policies, please do needful.My email account id is [protected]@gmail.com

I have paid my due premium against policy no.[protected].00) on today 6nd aug 2016 through my lic online account using gateway by sbi bank total 12770 rs have been deducted from my account, but i have not received e-receipt through email or not update at my eservice account.

Receipt not received in register mail for online payment policy no[protected] paid on jan'2016 complaint already send still date receipt not received please send the receipt of online payment as earlier as possible. do the needful every year the receipt of this policy not generated automatically received after only complaints registered profile are updated with correct email

I have paid online payment for my lic policy number[protected] on 02/08/2016 by net banking of my sbbj account number [protected] but it is neither showing in lic online payment login nor i have received payment e-receipt.

I have also send my problem to by email but didn't responded yet.

Dear sir,
Let me know about my policy bearing no.[protected], had been enrolled in the month of february‘ 2013, but till date, i have not received bond paper against my policy. It is going to be complete year 2029 till. I have received only receipt against my policy.
May kindly look into the matter and take needful action for the same.

As my amount get debited from the concerned bank but i didn't receive the receipts of the payment amount from lic.

See this was the fact every agent its forced to increase the sum assured amount. first 3 years they follow up contentiously because of they want commission (first year 25 %, second & third year 7.5 %) after that every year based on your term they can get 5 % every premium. so before applying the policy thing any way most of the people they don't know what happens in the back end. this is the real fact. if you are going to surrender the policy they said after 3 year only its possible (this is the story begin ed). my advice please give them request letter to reduced the sum assured then complaint the particular LIC agent. Don't Wast your money spent that amount to your people.

I am the father of M.V.Sivaselvan whose life has been insured and the LIC policy number is :[protected]. The annual premium amount is Rs.3751 and it is due on 13th August, 2016. I paid the above premium online on behalf of M.V.Sivaselvan a few minutes ago through Net Banking of Karur Vysya Bank, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore-641035, Tamilnadu. The premium has been successfully accepted and the bank has given through SMS (Mobile Alert) that the premium amount has been debited in my account. After the successful payment, I was asked to click for acknowledgement. When I clicked the system went back to the sarting point again asking for all the details. I did not do anything for the second time since it amouts to paying the amount again particularly when the Bank has already debited the premium amount. Please send me the receit for the above amount through my email ID: [protected]@gmail.com since I require this while I file my income tax return.
