I am the father of M.V.Sivaselvan whose life has been insured and the LIC policy number is :[protected]. The annual premium amount is Rs.3751 and it is due on 13th August, 2016. I paid the above premium online on behalf of M.V.Sivaselvan a few minutes ago through Net Banking of Karur Vysya Bank, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore-641035, Tamilnadu. The premium has been successfully accepted and the bank has given through SMS (Mobile Alert) that the premium amount has been debited in my account. After the successful payment, I was asked to click for acknowledgement. When I clicked the system went back to the sarting point again asking for all the details. I did not do anything for the second time since it amouts to paying the amount again particularly when the Bank has already debited the premium amount. Please send me the receit for the above amount through my email ID: [protected]@gmail.com since I require this while I file my income tax return.
