My lic policy no.[protected] paid on 6/8/2016 of amount 4583, amount deducted but still now not received any acknowledgements when will I receive my policy acknowledgements or my amount I have snapshot of transaction failed and amount deduction msg from bank please resolve my problem so that I can trust online Payment method, why is this happens what is the solution for this?

I have tried restting it through the link on your site, it says that user id will be mailed to your registered email but have not recieved the same.     It takes a very crucial for me to login to the portal of http://www.licindia/in as a customer. Everytime I try login there either it takes too long to loag the login page or else the connection loses out. I hope this is no phishing issue. Please check and do the need ful

    Please note, my old Email id is Deleted, hence unable to login. Request yourself to send my password to my new e-mail address and enable me to get my premium receipts & not able pay Premium of LIC also.

      She called me up on 8-aug-2016 at 4:10pm to sell her plan. Right after the first sentence, i replied "not interested". She had the audacity to ask "why i am not interested"?. After replying that its my wish, she asked me why and i disconnected the call. She called me up again to ask why?

      I called her back to inform that i am filing a harassment complaint against her. She threatened me that she has taken out my address and look after me.

      I wonder if lic has such frustrated agents who can threaten customers on not having a sale.

                I have paid online payment for my lic policy number[protected] on 02/08/2016 by net banking of my sbbj account number [protected] but it is neither showing in lic online payment login nor i have received payment e-receipt.

                I have also send my problem to by email but didn't responded yet.

                      Let me know about my policy bearing no.[protected], had been enrolled in the month of february‘ 2013, but till date, i have not received bond paper against my policy. It is going to be complete year 2029 till. I have received only receipt against my policy.

                                See this was the fact every agent its forced to increase the sum assured amount. first 3 years they follow up contentiously because of they want commission (first year 25 %, second & third year 7.5 %) after that every year based on your term they can get 5 % every premium. so before applying the policy thing any way most of the people they don't know what happens in the back end. this is the real fact. if you are going to surrender the policy they said after 3 year only its possible (this is the story begin ed). my advice please give them request letter to reduced the sum assured then complaint the particular LIC agent. Don't Wast your money spent that amount to your people.

                                  I am the father of M.V.Sivaselvan whose life has been insured and the LIC policy number is :[protected]. The annual premium amount is Rs.3751 and it is due on 13th August, 2016. I paid the above premium online on behalf of M.V.Sivaselvan a few minutes ago through Net Banking of Karur Vysya Bank, Saravanampatti, Coimbatore-641035, Tamilnadu. The premium has been successfully accepted and the bank has given through SMS (Mobile Alert) that the premium amount has been debited in my account. After the successful payment, I was asked to click for acknowledgement. When I clicked the system went back to the sarting point again asking for all the details. I did not do anything for the second time since it amouts to paying the amount again particularly when the Bank has already debited the premium amount. Please send me the receit for the above amount through my email ID: [protected]@gmail.com since I require this while I file my income tax return.                                     Sir my name is shaik Khadir shamed and my policy No.[protected] .First I take a policy in bapatla branch and I take loan in the bapatla branch. In 2011 I transfer my policy to tenali branch but still date my original policy bond was not transfer to tenali.what is this poor service .so please take action on this complaint because this urget for me to take loan on this bond .how they irresponsible on their duty take action on Bapatla branch for not transfer of my policy bond.

                                      The development officer namely mr. manmohan singh pal suggested me various lic policies. after personally searching online i told him to do lic plan no. 815 (new jeevan anand) because normal risk cover continues even after maturity. and he took 1 lakh rupees from me. after 6 months i came to know that he has done lic plan no. 814 (new endowment plan). moreover if we submit premium we get 2% rebate, that too i did not get. when i told him why you have done 814 instead of 815 and about rebate, he got abusive.

                                        I am holding lic policy number[protected]. I have taken this policy in 2005 and paying premium on regular basis without any delay. This year (2016) i paid the premium amount of 17795 twice with credit card once and from savings account as well with smart pay option available in hdfc bank. Then immediately i sent an email to pcmc. [protected]@licindia.Co.In for the refund. They responded after 1 week saying that my amount is refunded to bill desk and it takes 8 to 10 working days to complete the process. If the amount is not credited within that limit they told me to check with banker. But bank is asking for transaction details and reference numbers. I sent an email to pcmc again asking for those details and no response from them since 2 weeks.
