    Policy no:[protected] :-Our last check of 2014 money back not received till now and our extra premium deducted from my money back check not refunded.
    In short my issue is
    As trealing STATEMENTl first three cheque of 20000 received by us properly.
    In year year 2011 we received 17316/at the place of 20000/-(Deducted four premium 4x671=2684 as late payment from Tatamotors delhi as salary deduction )
    At that time, The premium regularly deducted from my salary on time but It may or may not submitted on time in LIC Office delhi.
    In year 2014 we are not receiving any amount.
    Kindly let me know where is my last check of year 2014 and in which account it deposited or not.From Jamshedpur branch we have came to know the - check no 0557169 Dated 30/10/2014 for amount 20000/- made and despatched.
    How it may refunded to me, As your request we register our policy in NEFT for direct transfer of our amount by submitting a form with a cancilled check in Jamshedpur branch.

      Complaint on Sanctioned Loan

      Sir,

      Vide File No.[protected], I was sanctioned with a Housing Loan of Rs.28.40 Lakhs on LIC HFL, Kukatpally Br., Hyderabad, T.S.. But, I doubt on technical and legal department of LIC, Kukatpally Br., Hyderabad, TS., that they have sanctioned the loan with the wrong guidance of LIC Agent, Mr.Visveswar Rao, The Apartment does not possess BRS approval from GHMC till date.

      Kindly enquire thoroughly with the Branch authorities and inform the status to proceed further and take suitable action against the concerned, if found guilty.

        Hi (whom so ever it may concern),

        This is regarding the bouncing of the cheque no.s 236751 and 236670 of the maturity amount in the name of Namita Singh having the policy no.[protected] and date of commencement[protected], with maturity date as[protected]. The problems I am facing is mentioned as below:

        I have submitted the check issued by the LIC branch ARRAH after completion of the policy tenure, in my bank account at State Bank of India Jalahalli East, Bangalore and every time it is submitted it either bounces back or get returned resulting in a deduction of Rs.230 each time and it has already happened 3 times as of now.

        I had requested the concerned and authorized person in the LIC office ARRAH, for transferring the amount through RTGS transaction directly into the bank account and I don't understand the reason why he deferred our request even after having the complete bank account details. But he again requested to submit the cheque after knowing the whole situation which is resulting in nothing but deduction of the amount from my account only.
        He has given a reason saying that there must be some technical issue with bank server. But that's one time, but every time we submit the cheque, same thing happens and that's not possible, atleast not for a cheque from LIC India and also it is unacceptable, as during this period we have submitted a couple of more cheques and they all have got hassle free clearances .
        Having said that, who is going to reimburse that amount that got deducted every time the cheque is submitted and bounced back and also who is going to pay the interest which i would have earned on this principle amount if I would have deposited in the bank? Its already over a month now and the situation is still the same.

        It is a kind request to the concerned LIC authorities to please take necessary steps regarding this problem as soon as possible, as it is creating too much of inconvenience and problems for me.

        I had sent the email regarding the issues which I am experiencing to the all levels (According to the Escalation Matrix of LIC) dated on August 12, 2016 and August 20, 2016 respectively but I have not even received a single acknowledgement from LIC INDIA.This is very pathetic and not expected from such a big organization.

        Seeking help in getting resolved this issues ASAP. Thanks.

          I tried making payment of Premium through Direct Online payment platform for my Policy No.[protected]Premium HY due Aug.2016 Rs.3927/-.
          Amount of Rs. 3927/- is debited on 16.08.2016 at 4.43 p.m. in my account.Transaction No. is MEDR/Insurance-Bi/770953/. However, No receipt was available. So I again I attempted making payment. Amountof Rs.3927/- was debited on 16.08.2016 at 5.13 p.m. A receipt dated 17.08.2016(transaction No. PR[protected] was received my me on my email.
          This has resulted in double payment of Premium.
          Whether I shall get refund of the same or it shall be adjusted towards next instalment due in Feb.2017.
          Please advise nd do the needful.

                Cheating by lic agent
                Dear authorities,

                Since few month, one person named akash sharma is contineuosly calling on our landline, and saying that my father (Who is no more) has some lic money matured. Kindly deposit some amount pending premium and get the amount back. Since my mather is not literate she issued the cheque and now that person is not picking up the call. He took away 250000/- + amount from my mother. His number is [protected].

                Kindly take some action and would also like to file fir against this person.

                I would appreciate if lic also takes action agsinst him and help us to trace him.

                        I wanted to pay my lic policy premium online so i registered my request for validation of my policy details. I put 3 requests for my 3 policy numbers[protected],[protected] &[protected] through sbi internet banking portal. My 2 (For[protected] &[protected] requests have been approved but one remains undone. Premium for these 2 i've already paid online.

                        In order to get my 3rd request validated i went to lic office dimapur on 09th aug'16 but unfortunately, no body in this office knows anything about this validation. They could not even advise me where i can seek help for this. If such is the condition of lici offices where i cannot find a single person to handle my small affair, what will happen when there are complicated issues!

                            Loan no[protected] for rs 2000000/- was sanctioned on 28-12-13. Your roi was 10.2% fix for two year and floating rate after wards.
                            On 27-3-14, rs 1910373 were disbursed to me.

                            As repo rate and floating rate were substantially down, during 2015 & 16, i approached lichfl officer to bring down the interest rate.
                            I was told that, rate of interest will decrease, on completion of two years.

                            On contrary to that, on completion of two years lichfl have further increased the interest rate @ 11.45%, without any initiation to me.

                            This 11.45%, housing loan interest is the highest among all housing finance companies, in india, exclusively for the existing customers of lichfl.

                            Lichfl is charging much lower rate to new customers. No private companies are not charging such exorbitant housing rate, at present.

                            Lichfl is exploiting me. Kindly do the needful.

                                    i pay three year regular after three year my finance not to good to pay the premier regularly my policy was lapse amount -108840

                                    but on 8 feb 2016 one phone call of mr.chander nagi say i am calling from lic complaint department my phone no.is [protected] if you have any problem from lic i will short out you problem. i told to him above note lic. he say i recover the all three year premier with interest appox. amount rs.164135.00 & i will create you file no.lic/44697005 dt.08/02/2016 i am you relationship manager

                                    after two days me say you file no.is lic/0044/st if any one call you first you say what is my file no.if he tell right file no.you call share you problem with him

                                    ist you will purchases one medical police after one month you will get the amount from lic.after the one phone call from religare health insurance the person say i have request from you relationship manager to purchases the medical police for rs.20000.00 police no.10535981 on 7 feb.2016


                                    after purchases of medical police one phone of mr.parmood say i have receipt request from mr. chander nagi to recover fund from lic you can purchases one insurance police from exide life insurance for rs.92949.89 dt.30 march 2016 police no.03313160 when i purchases this police the person say now your amount have increase for rs.appox.3 lac but the releases month of may end.

                                    in the month of may end one phone call from mr.rajan say i have receipt request from mr. chander nagi to recover fund from lic but there is some problem to release the fund to you but not problem you can one police from bharti axa for rs.40000.00 and he told that now your fund is increases apoxx.rs.4, 65.000.00 it will we transfer with in week afert the premier you.i arrange the fund from my friend to purchase this police from bharti axa for rs.40000.00 police no.[protected] dt.18 may 2016

                                    from the month of may 2016 till date i call severe time on phone no.[protected] but there is no responses

                                    now since then he is not returning my money neither he is responding to my calls. he is big big fraud.
                                    i want all my other policies also to be removed from him & other insurane co.

                                    i, purchases one insurance from life insurance corporation of india (lic) on 28/01/2005 for rs.36280.00 police no.[protected] yearly premier.

                                    i pay three year regular after three year my finance not to good to pay the premier regularly my policy was lapse amount -108840

                                    but on 8 feb 2016 one phone call of mr.chander nagi say i am calling from lic complaint department my phone no.is [protected] if you have any problem from lic i will short out you problem. i told to him above note lic. he say i recover the all three year premier with interest appox. amount rs.164135.00 & i will create you file no.lic/44697005 dt.08/02/2016 i am you relationship manager

                                    after two days me say you file no.is lic/0044/st if any one call you first you say what is my file no.if he tell right file no.you call share you problem with him

                                    ist you will purchases one medical police after one month you will get the amount from lic.after the one phone call from religare health insurance the person say i have request from you relationship manager to purchases the medical police for rs.20000.00 police no.10535981 on 7 feb.2016


                                    after purchases of medical police one phone of mr.parmood say i have receipt request from mr. chander nagi to recover fund from lic you can purchases one insurance police from exide life insurance for rs.92949.89 dt.30 march 2016 police no.03313160 when i purchases this police the person say now your amount have increase for rs.appox.3 lac but the releases month of may end.

                                    in the month of may end one phone call from mr.rajan say i have receipt request from mr. chander nagi to recover fund from lic but there is some problem to release the fund to you but not problem you can one police from bharti axa for rs.40000.00 and he told that now your fund is increases apoxx.rs.4, 65.000.00 it will we transfer with in week afert the premier you.i arrange the fund from my friend to purchase this police from bharti axa for rs.40000.00 police no.[protected] dt.18 may 2016

                                    from the month of may 2016 till date i call severe time on phone no.[protected] but there is no responses

                                    now since then he is not returning my money neither he is responding to my calls. he is big big fraud.
                                    i want all my other policies also to be removed from him & other insurane co.

                                    pleases help me to releases the amount from insures co.

                                      Dear sir/madam,
                                      With respect to my application no [protected], i have applied for loan and got sanctioned loan amount rs 600000 (6 lakh), confirmed by sms on my mobile number [protected] on dated 27th may 2016. I have earlier taken home loan amount 16 lakh on dated[protected] so registry of my home is with lic hfl. Due to increase in loan limit, i applied for another loan and they sanctioned amount 6 lakh which was confirmed by sms on my mobile but not issued cheque till date. After getting sms i started my home construction. Now manager is saying that your home registry has missed anywhere and i am trying to get it from my office. Now he is not giving any response to my problem. Now i am in debt now the manager is not even telling me the probale date of getting loan amount now 2and half month over, problem not solved.
                                      Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I would like to know the current status of my policy no.[protected]
