Sir my name is shaik Khadir shamed and my policy No.[protected] .First I take a policy in bapatla branch and I take loan in the bapatla branch. In 2011 I transfer my policy to tenali branch but still date my original policy bond was not transfer to tenali.what is this poor service .so please take action on this complaint because this urget for me to take loan on this bond .how they irresponsible on their duty take action on Bapatla branch for not transfer of my policy bond.

    The development officer namely mr. manmohan singh pal suggested me various lic policies. after personally searching online i told him to do lic plan no. 815 (new jeevan anand) because normal risk cover continues even after maturity. and he took 1 lakh rupees from me. after 6 months i came to know that he has done lic plan no. 814 (new endowment plan). moreover if we submit premium we get 2% rebate, that too i did not get. when i told him why you have done 814 instead of 815 and about rebate, he got abusive.

      I am holding lic policy number[protected]. I have taken this policy in 2005 and paying premium on regular basis without any delay. This year (2016) i paid the premium amount of 17795 twice with credit card once and from savings account as well with smart pay option available in hdfc bank. Then immediately i sent an email to pcmc. [protected]@licindia.Co.In for the refund. They responded after 1 week saying that my amount is refunded to bill desk and it takes 8 to 10 working days to complete the process. If the amount is not credited within that limit they told me to check with banker. But bank is asking for transaction details and reference numbers. I sent an email to pcmc again asking for those details and no response from them since 2 weeks.

        I am receiving text messages from an agent called saurabh shah (shresh) regarding policy details, i have been telling him to stop sending messages but he never does, i have also blocked his number several times, everytime he uses a new number to send the messages, following are the numbers that he uses: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. [protected].
        When i called him to stop sending sms he abused me, i told him i will complain to the police so he says do what you want to do.
        I would like someone to look into this matter as it is against my wish that i am receiving sms's

              My uncle mr. Surendra sharma is a lic agent. He took home loan from lic under loan for agents scheme.

              Loan no: 82001399/1

              We are now taking loan against property from other bank, for that purpose we need list of documents letter and foreclosure letter to proceed.

              We sent our office person with a authority letter, on this point the babu sitting there asked mr. Surendra sharma to come personally. Next day my uncle went, on which he received answer as that they want letter from the bank which is giving loan, then they will give the requirements in half an hour.

              On 20.07.2016 we give them bank letter and a request letter, on which the officer replied that his vehicle is towed by rto so he is busy there and asked to come tomorrow.

              On 21.07.2016 we again visited the office for the letter on which we got a reply from the babu that officer is not in office.

              Today 22.07.2016 again we received a reply that officer is not in office, he is busy in sports tournament, and talked to us very rudely and asked to come on monday.

              Due to this my loan disbursement is being delayed which is causing me monetary losses in my business. Who is responsible for this.

                  I, anubhav acharya has purchased a policy on 18.5.16 with annual premium of 25, 000/- but i havent received the bond paper yet. my policy was said to b linked with delhi hq but the reciept given to me was of bareily region. i am unable to trust this reciept and want to cross check it. i hav the phone numbers of all d agent i have talked to. kindly look into the matter and take some actions if it is fraud. an immediate, active and positive...

                  I was about to receive my survival benefit of policy no:[protected] in june 2016. i've completed all the required documentation for the claim in june 2016. however so far i've not received my benefit of rs.75, 000/- approx.

                  When i contacted branch office 88j they do not pick up the call or the line is engaged. so very poor customer care response from the team.

                          Yesterday i. e. 16/07/2016 i tried to pay the requisite amount of premimum of two lic policies by logging into lic website but the transactin through credit card took long time to complete. by the time the browser could take me to the lic website the lic website showed "session expired". the amount paid is not reflected on their website also. i haven't received any receipt from lic regarding the payment. perhaps it's a software glitch which they have to fix. please help m in this regard.

                            My policy no[protected] dated[protected] for rs 50, 000/- has already been matured on[protected] but till today, maturity value has not been credited to my saving bank account no. [protected] maintained at p b b doctor's colony branch patna. i have also to advise that i have taken a loan against the aforesaid policy. so the maturity value should have been credited after liquidating the loan amount together with interest but then also the rest maturity value has not been credited to my account as yet. as result of which i have been suffering from loss since[protected] due to non-payment of the matured value of the policy no.[protected] cause to negligence of the branch manager of the life insurance corporation of india, branch - 1, sector-iv, bokaro steel city, bokaro (jharkhand). the policy is in the name of nand kishore singh & keshraj devi.

                              I hold a policy from lic which i have taken from varanasi.
                              Policy no. is[protected].
                              I have my contact details with lic because of this reason.

                              Today i got a call from so called lic agent and he was knowing that i am existing customer of lic and holding polict.
                              Initialy he tried to convince that he want to discuss something related to my exingsing policy and wanted some personal information like dob etc.

                              When i requested for his identity he denied. but still he was claiming to be from lic and wanted me to go for a new policy.

                              When i said that i am not interested in any new policy, the guy talking to me started mis-behaving and abusing. offcourse some hard arguments happened after that but he never revealed his identity.
                              Please look into the matter. such people are tarnishing the general image of lic india.
                              The mobile no. from which he called is [protected].

                              Please look into the matter and confirm if the above mobile no. belongs to some official of licindia.

                              Also i expect some minimum responsibility from lic that such a esteemed organization will not share my contact details and other information to irrelevent people.

                                A policy[protected] that i had purchased in lic on single premium in year 2006 was matured on 27th may 2015 @ lic branch 115 in cp, new delhi. there was no communication whatsoever from lic during the course of the policy whether to do with the administration charges or on the policy maturity date e. t. c and it was my initiation to reach them a day before the maturity to comply with the formalities.

                                On reaching them due to the delay in remitting the maturity proceeds, lot of surprises were thrown in like 1) retrospective effect of a regulation for policy issued much earlier. 2) restricting the opt out to compulsory re investing, 3) administration charges adjusted without intimation 4) undercutting on upfront disbursement e. t. c.

                                The branch manager gave me two options: either to accept for upfront disbursement with 3% deduction on the matured amount or fully payment after a month. i had opted for full payment with out any deductions and waited for over a month and now there is response.

                                The lic website as well as the customer support desk are of no help and the branch telephone number is not available with the lic auto complaint tool.

                                The concerned staff @ lic branch is either on leave or does not respond to calls. is this customer friendly service that the prime minister of india talked about in his recent maan ki baat program???

                                  I submitted a claim (claim ref. no.[protected] for hospitalization with lic of india. i had an infection which was not getting cured via opd and hence i got admitted. i was hospitalized between 27 jan 2016 to 30 jan 2016. i had submitted all the required documents for pre and post hospitalization. however, all that was reimbursed to me was daily cash benefit for 2 days.

                                  The explanation provided to me was that i was eligible only for the daily cash benefit. the expenses for medicines, bed charges, etc are not applicable as i did not undergo any surgery.

                                  Additionally, the policy document/ terms & conditions doesn't mention any of the above explanation. the document only provides the list of diseases not covered. no where in the document, it is mentioned that if one gets admitted and surgery is not done, the charges like medicines etc will not be eligible for claim. i was also not given the clause number based on which my hospitalization was discarded.

                                  Kindly help in assisting me to resolve this issue.

                                  Still no update from their end.
                                  I still haven't received any confirmation for my issue. This is ridiculous. Being a government organisation, you are setting a very wonderful example of why people often criticize and do not trust a govt entity. I request everyone reading this, please be very careful of buying any products or services. They have no answers for the questions we ask them. They only want to show sales but not after sales service.

                                    1-i am diptimayee swain having lic policy no[protected] have done online payment of lic renewal payment on your lic eservice by entering username and passward. i am doing payment through internet banking of state bank of india. my renwal amount 897 cutting in my account and a tranction id 04418471 generated. and in the screen show that payment suceesfully.

                                    2-but a link provided below to download acknowledge of payment when i click on that link it show error.. and my payment is not updated on my onlice lic esercice.

                                    3-897 ruppes already cut my account

                                    4-the online payment recipt atteched to yorur further action

                                      Tirunelveli Unit II Branch, Tirunelveli Division. The premium payment
                                      through online is considerably delayed. Due to this one quarterly
