UPDATING PROGRESS OF NON RECEIVED PAYMENT OF MATURED LIC POLICY

Sir,
1. My Policy No.-513772967 in the name of Mrs. SIMA KOLAY has already been matured on 02 Jun 2015 but maturity amount still not received in my bank account neither I received any cheque/DD of maturity amount. As per your intimation I have sent my bank account details signature with witness and original bond paper to given address Illaco house 1 & 3 Brabourne Road Kolkata-1 by registered mail. Please inform me the status. Of my policy & money back status.
2. On 01 Jun I received email from
[email protected] Bangaluru stating that sent Neft Mandate, that also I have send through speed post Illaco house 1 & 3 Brabourne Road Kolkata-1 address vide EK272967876IN dtd 13 Jun 16.
3. On 16 Jul 16 I received a massage on mobile stating that my policy has been registered with my account. On 05 Aug 16 I contacted customer care Kolkata they informed that payment has been made. On 05 Aug 16 I contacted customer care Kolkata again Mr. murmur said you contact bo-415, after contacting bo-415 he advised me to send a Email.
4. I made multiple visits/ Calls at branch of LIC Kolkata main branch I have still not received any positive response. Also I made complain on. www.ConsumerComplaints.in vide ID: 1284490 but no response, and Email to

Till now I have already submitted Following document
(a) A Copy of the LIC policy.(Bond paper)
(b) A Copy of the maturity letter given by LIC & filled by the individual subsequently sends to LIC office as address mentioned
(c) A Copy of the bank pass book .
(d) A Copy of Neft Mandate
Looking for a positive response at the earliest.
my policy number[protected] the premium was supposed to be credited in march 2016 we are in the month of may they have not yet credited the premium return please look into this on priority
