Sir my lic agent portal empowerment was not opening from last 2 weeks above...I am facing great risk ...I am unable to answer my policy holders about their policy due date and amount...When i open my my lic agent portal id it was showing error ...An error has occurred:

Hi,
My loan number is[protected] and since last one month i am unable to login to my customer portal. i am logging to this site.

everytime its giving me an error "Please enter alphabets, numbers, "_" only, min 2 & max 50 characters.". My email id id my logging id which contains special character @.

I was able to login till last month however unable...

I have paid premium of Rs 5133/- against policy no.[protected] through my HDFC credit card, but I have not received the receipt. Kindly send the same....

I have paid Rs 13944/- as premium of LIC Policy no.[protected] on 08/02/2016 trough ATM Card of OBC A/c no. [protected]. But I have not get any receipt by mail or otherwise till date. This amount has been debited from above a/c no. on 08/02/2016.

Please take necessary action in this matter and provide me receipt of above amount.

My LIC policy No[protected] which is matured on 19th: Jan 2016 is not settled to my account till date in spite of submitting the discharge form, cancelled cheque land original policy bond to your Malleswaram, Bangalore branch on 18th Jan 2016. When enquired they are not able to trace my claim itself.

Please help to resolve this immediately as it is already a month of maturity.

Today (15.02.2016) I paid my LIC premium of Rs. 12010/- through net banking. My policy number is[protected]. The transaction was successful. However, I have'nt received the e-receipt. Kindly forward my receipt to my registered mail id which is mahua.[protected]@gmail.com.

My Father took a home loan from LIC and now I am planning to close the home loan. The LIC peoples telling after 2 months only I can close the loan amount due year end closing. Why I need to pay interest for 2 months unnessarily to LIC. Please advise me to proceed further

As per policy condition, no survival benefit was paid till the day. Premium also taken considerably high with other companies with same terms and condition. LIc is Co where premium is all time high and no benefit .Even survival benefit as per terms not giving after fulfillment of condition . there was such a critical situation, no body will co operate in the office, because they were government employee, their job highly secured, they were...

I have not received LIC Policy payment. My Policy number is[protected] matured on 24.01.2016. I have submitted all the paper in LIC Pushp Vihar Sector-5, Saket Branch, New Delhi. I have received SMS that my aforesaid policy has been registered under NEFT with Punjab National Bank, Sansad Marg Branch on 05.022016.

LICHFL is taking ROI is 11.70% at present. At time of loan sanction it was 10.45% Representative Mr Maurya has given same information. I think I have been not given proper information by LIC HFL and as per RBI the ROI of Home loans are going down. And LICHLF is taking more.

Can this forum help me out to resolve it....

I filed a complaint with the above ID #1185507 months back.
I haven't received a response once I gave the policy number.
P verma LIC New Delhi responded asking for policy number. Once that was provided no response. Is this a fake sight? Or is this a typical way of doing business with LIC?...
