SIR, I HAVE AN ACCOUNT OF LIC'S MONEY PLUS PLAN NO. 180. MY NAME IS VAIBHAV.PANDIT AND MY POLICY NO IS[protected]. I WANT TO KNOW THAT HOW MUCH UNITS HAVE BEEN ALLOTED TO ME IN THIS POLICY & HOW MUCH AMOUNT I CAN GET IF I WITHDRAW THIS POLICY THIS TIME.I WANT TO KNOW CURRENT STATUS OF MY ACCOUNT ON MY E MAIL ID.

lic issued a card no-[protected] on dt 12/09.but they didn,t inform me about my due payment through sms, email &by post. without infirmatoin they block my card .please re start my card facilities

I have LIC money back policy.I was in Goverment services & pay my LIC policies premium through monthly salary saving scheme(SSS).Now I have resigned from the government service and joined another private Organisation in the state of Karnataka.Now I want to give the LIC premiums through On-line Quartlerly/Half-yearly/Yearly.Please help/advice me in this regard.Please advice me how to change my payment procedures to on-line one.

my brother in law was died on 30.1.2008 by road accident. he was insured his life by the policy made with lic of india. after his death we approach the company for claim the refuse our claim because my brother in law not having driving licence so it was not elligible for claim.

my doubt is if he was walk away in road and met accident is elligible but vehicle riding without licence is not-elligle is how....?

kindly request reply and ideas give me an early....

I am 4th class pass hard worker person. Lic off. darbhanga Issued 10,000/-cheque no 86582 on October 28, 2009. But I have not any cheques. What I do sir I was complaint to my agent 05862534 DO 0001069 , They advised me that go to Lic off. Darbhanga. I was gone Lic off. darbhanga. But The Officer told me that U go to the agent & D.O. I request u that please u try to solve my problem & give my cheque. Now I work in maharashtra. So I request u that please send me e-mail on above address. I waiting.

Have given cheque to LIC agent in March start. Payment deducted from my account. Still no response from the agent. No Cluw about where my payment is gone. No body responding from LIC.

Please help.

I wish to include my son’s name in the above policy and I requested my policy’s LIC agent. Now the my agent is say my son name is added my policy but my policy amount can't be revised (problem is on software).

I am giving you full details of my grievance case against Star Health And Allied Insurance Company Ltd. You are requested to telecast this on your news channel.
I was hospitalized in the month of July 2009, in the three hospitals. Two hospitals from Mumbai and one from Bangaluru. The following were the details of my claims with the Star Health & Allied insurance Company.

My disease was diagnosed as “Primary Pulmonary Hypertension”. This type of disease is very rare i.e. one in million as explained by the doctors.
At the time of admission in the hospital I had told my past history to all the doctors that I was hospitalized in Dubai for catheterization test two years back and reports were found clean. Also, I have proof of the CD given by the Hospital for the test carried out. The doctors in Dubai advised me for the catheterization test in order to take the advantage of my full medical insurance.
On this basis my claims were rejected by the Insurance Company. Even after submitting the confirmation in writing from the doctors in Jay Anand Hospital, Thane and Kokilaben Dhirubahi Ambani Hospital, Mumbai, that the “Patient had no past History of this disease” the Insurance Company is not giving me the claims. Even in the discharge cards from these two hospitals, it is mentioned that the “Patient had no past history”.
Mr. R. Subramaniyam – Head of Claims Star Health and Allied Insurance Company is a very adamant person and he replied me arrogantly on the phone that I will not sanction your claim and now the Company is claiming the amount refunded to me against the third claim.

I need your help in telecasting this genuine grievance on your news channel.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR LOAN THROUGH LICHFL FROM JOGESHWARI BRANCH BUT I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE EVEN AFTER CALLING THEM SO MANY TIMES AND THE EXECUTIVE IS ALSO NOT PICKING UP THE PHONE.I UNDERSTAND LIC IS GETTING A LOT OF BUSINESS AND THEY DONT MIND LEAVING 1 OR 2 CUSTOMERS LIKE ME BUT AS I AM ALSO IN SALES, I EXPECT SOME RESPONSE FROM THE PERSON WHO IS HANDLING MY CASE.
CAN SOME RESPONSIBLE PERSON GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK OR I HAVE TO APPROACH SOMEWHERE ELSE.

i bought my policy LIC market Plus -191 on 9/3/2010 from india infoline Pvt Ltd
but when i asked about the prob i am facing in registering my policy online & the next date when my premium will be due . they are providing me no response . i am having a fear that my policy may get lapsed beacuse till date no premium has been deduted fro ym account th ECS

I am Agent of LIC for past 15 years . In one of my client case LIC Branch 928K Ghatkopar(E) Mumbai is refusing to revive the policies on the ground the Medical report of the Client residing in Delhi has not been received by us in original. The Scan copy of original report has been sent by TPA to me and I have forwarded the same to LIC Branch 928K . Still the LIC branch is refusing to revive the Policy. Kindly assist in this matter

I have taken a Housing loan from LIC housing Finance Ltd, Baner Branch, Pune. They have started charging interest even beffore the cheque is issued to me. Their Branch manager Mr Limaye is not responding to calls & Sales officer Mr Chandrakant says that I am trying my level best. At times he says it is small amount so forget it. I have offered to close the deal because of their attitude. I have given a written request but they are not responding.

Please suggest how to proceed against their attitude & non response. They are even not sharing contact details of their seniors too

I have invested money in Money Plus[protected]. The performance of this fund is very poor Today on April 13, 2010 the NAV of growth fund is 11.73 whereas NAV of Money plus[protected] growth fund is 13.52. The Fund launched two years later is yielding very good but the previous fund is lingering on. If the fund collected by Money plus 2006 has been invested in poor performing instruments why not lic diverts it to other profiting instruments in the interest of investors and well being of its scheme.

My humble suggestion is that lic should think upon it as this is the poorest fund of lic. and widraw from unyielding areas.
