Pathetic customer care

I have written multiple letters to:
'[protected]@lichousing.com' to make payments of my two home loans. The payments for these loans have bounced as I could not fund the ECS account on time.
Called the service numbers:
23440507/08/09 hundreds of times continuously. Either its busy or nobody picks. Its a Monday, and yes its not a public holiday. The support is sick! How am I supposed to make the payments???br...

non refund of deposit

A deposit of Rs.6000 was accepted by LIC chembur branch (939)vide BOC No.18480 and the agent code was 01848939 Dev officer code 0005395. There were some problem in acceptance of the policy hence I requested the agent to get my deposit refunded but now he is avoiding me.
I have sent a direct letter to the branch Manager, LIC Chembur enclosing copy of receipt and a email to DO-II but they are also not doing anything. Please look into...

I have paid my dues on 25/02/2009 at Santacruz, Mumbai Branch & same day applied for Policy Transfer from Thane to Chembur Branch.
