I HAVE TAKEN A LIFE INSURANCE POLICY FROM LIC CHURU BRANCH CODE 186 IN THE YEAR 1997 AND FRIST PREMIUM RS 2082 WAS PAID ON[protected] A REVENUE STAMPED RECEIPT TO THIS EFFECT WAS ISSUED TO ME BY THE LIC CHURU IN MY NAME SRI MADAN LAL PANDIA .THE POLICY NUMBER WAS GIVEN TO ME WAS[protected] AND AGENT CODE WAS 1219-186.NOW ON ENQUIRY IT REFLECTED ON THE WEB SITE OF LIC THAT MY POLICY ISSUED TO SRI PATHAK AND ASSIGNED TO HANUMANGARH BRANCH WHICH IS GROSS NEGLIGENCE ON PART OF LIC .
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE INSTRUCT THE LIC CHURU TO REFUND MY PREMIUM AMOUNT WITH INTREST OR REVIVE THE POLICY WITH RETROSPECTIVE EFFECT.

I have started one LIC Policy which was in a monthly basis scheme so I have gone for ECS installments but for only 3 months ECS was going on and from January 2010 the ECS stopped, now they have charged fine for that which I had given then again the agent told me to pay fine for the next four months as ECS is not working so sir plz tell me that it is not my fault that the transfer is not working properly so why I should pay the fine and after every 3-4 months I have to pay the fine that is 165 Rs. per month so for 25 years how much it will be..plz help me.

Dear Sir,

My LICHFL Loan Account number is:[protected]

I took the loan from LICHFL and made all the EMI as of 10th May 2010. They asked me to wait for a Month and call by 17th June 2010 to get the original property document. When I contacted them (Madurai Office) on 17th June 2010, they asked me to contact on 19th June 2010.

The issue is still they are dragging the days every time. Please let me know who is the right person to contact for getting the documents.

I was issued notice dt.[protected] to deposit post dated cheques for existing loan a/c No.64037846. The amount outstanding was 81336.86 as on 5-6-2010. On[protected] I approached them to pre-close my existing loan and they demanded Rs. 86779.24 for the same. The outstanding loan amount of Rs. 81336.86 has all of a sudden became Rs. 85098.44, leavy charges 1276.50, S.Tax onlevy charges Rs. 131.50 totalling to Rs. 86779.24. Though I sought clarification, they were not willing to give proper answer and accordingly I paid the amount. On[protected] I went to collect the documents accordingly. The original sale deed and the plan for 1st floor construction was given whereas the plan for the ground floor which was submitted to them in 1994 was not returned stating that it is not available with them. In 1994 I took a loan vide LA No.64019115 while constructing the ground floor. The second loan was obtained vide LA No.64037846. The plan for ground floor was submitted in 1994 and the second plan was submitted in 2002. It is not understood as to why the original plan dt. 1994 is missing from their file. Since it is an important document, the LICHFL is liable to return the plan to me immediately or otherwise to bear the cause and consequences. They are also liable to refund the extra charges levied from me. Though the RBI has given clear directions not to charge pre-closure charges, the LICHFL is continuing to charge and that too exhorbitantly on high side.

My husband (Late Bijay Kumar Sinha) took three(3) policies from LIC of India. After his death (the policy holder) money could not be deposited for next 3 years & now when I'm looking forward to get the money back which he has deposited at the beginning of those three(3)policies. But when I've requested for the same amount to return it being denied. I'm just concern about thee money being deposited by my husband. The details for each policies are being mentioned below:

Hello Sir,
My friend "A" mother was a LIC Agent and she was died 2002 . Her legal heirs is my friend and his younger brother and sister, all are adult. Now my friend and his brother and sister decided for commission amout, and they decided that the LIC pay commission amount to my friend "A". WHAT is the procedure for that? His mother not make a WILL OR any document. The commission amount is Rs. 1,75,000/-.

Dear All,
NEVER Apply for Home Loan from LIC HFL PUNE. LIC always gives home loan through Agents. LIC do not have any specific % formula for Processing fee. Agents get 50% of fee as commision. so they try to get maximum from customer.
Agents never help you.The LIC official keep you waiting for Saction letter , disbursement etc. and try to take bribe from you.If you are honest then it may take min. 6month for you to get the task done. Agent pretends to be helpless.
i applied for a small home loan w.r.t. my salary(in March 2009).The lady Agent appered to be very cooperative in completing initial formalities. Then i got sanction letter in 2 month. then agent took all original aggreements,receipts etc. for legel verification.Report was OK.It took only 2weeks.Then LIC started the PLAY. I asked to pay full Processing fee (It differs from customer to customer) I paid it immediately. Now i was locked. all papers were with LIC.They got the processing fee. It was very hard for me to change the bank. then for next formalities agent told me that i have to visit LIc office personaly.
When i visited them in PUNE office i noticed that they want bribe.They behaved as govt. servent. But nobody speak clearly. i went back. After few days when i called my agent , she told me LIC officials are on LEAVE. When i personely went to LIC office, they behaved as if they making favour on me by giving loan.
then it took 7 months and i had to visit LIc Office PUNE for 8 times. whenever i called them they cut the phone. i got very dirty treatment from LIC and LIC agent. Also LIC agent gave me wrong information about PRE EMI.

I have given a request for disbursement of amount 3,00,000/- which was due against installment of Flat at Suburbian Floors Sec-80 Faridabad, however LIC (LIC Housing Finance, The Plaza, Gurgaon) has wrongly disbursed 4,47,875/-. And now my LIC agent (Mr Manish Sharma) asks me to take money back from builder or ask builder to return to LIC. However Builder has refused to do both, he says “It is LIC’s mistake; ask him not to take interest on over disbursed money.”
It is completely mistake of LIC. Even if I fight for this, than acc to my agent the refunded money from builder will be deducted from the amount sanctioned and 'may be' considered for 2% pre-payment charges(to avoid this he asked me to write application to LICHF).
I am in loose in any way…. Please Help me out…

I Manoj Kumar Bhatt hav got opened Jeewan Barsha(Money Back Policy) 0n 23/03/2009, through LIC agent Mr. Vikram Singh,in LIC Branch Chirawa Dist Jhunjhunu, Raj.I hav diposited two continuous premiums annuanly ( each premium is Rs 16009.00 .). But stil I did not get my Jeewan barsha Policy Bond. My Policy No.[protected].I tried to contact LIC agent on his mobile no. [protected], but he is not replying.I am now shifted to Uttarakhand.I also want to transfer my policy to Lohaghat Branch of LIC.I hv sent my request to LIC Bhanch Manager Chirawa in this regards.

I had invested Rs.30000 in lic money plus scheme. Though the stock market is up, the concern agent is telling that i couldn't get even the amount I invested. Kindly help me to know the current fund value of my investment.

We have two policy with LIC branch Barasat, 24 Pgs(N) West Bengal, which was opened at Barasat. I was submitted an application regarding transfer of account from Barasat to CAB Siliguri branch office ,Sevoke Road,Darjeeling (WB). New Address/Bank details/LIC address/phone numbers for ready reference in Policy No.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]&[protected].
I waited till April 2010, But account not transferred.

I put up fresh application by register post on 15th April 2010 to LIC branchoffice Barasat, 24 Parganas(North ) West Bengal, But they refused to received.

I converse with telephone at Barasat several times and wait till April 2010,But still date my acount not yet been transferred.

I send lot of Email/telephone call etc but failed to obtained require assistant from LIC of India.

You are therefore requested, that kindly look in to and order to transfer my following account to CAB Siliguri office please.

LIC have computerised branch all over India and seems that this work can be done within 10 minuts only to transfer account from one branch to another but laps of two mont could not do so.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am to draw your attention towards one of the biggest frauds done in the history of LIC of India.
Ms. Sharda Gupta wife of Late Kamal Gupta resident of 104C-A/D Gandhi Nagar Jammu, planned this millions rupee fraud with her late husband after she knew that her husband will not survive for more than six months who was suffering from a pre-diagnosed chronic ailment (Liver Cirrhosis with HIV).
Kamal Gupta himself insured for the value of rupees approx. 44 lacks on February 2007 vide policy number in series[protected],[protected]likely about 100 policies , just about six months prior to his pre-confirmed death by his treating doctors.
To get the full benefits of this planned insurance cover, Sharda Gupta then started planning to cheat the LIC of India by submitting fake reports and the cause of death.
Sharda Gupta put in her claim to LIC, the cause of death of Kamal Gupta as the ‘Cardiac Arrest’ which was a total lie. The actual cause of death of Kamal Gupta was chronic Liver failure because of long standing Hepatic Cirrhosis because of HIV which was diagnosed about three years before his death and two years and six months before he got insured.
For his this chronic sickness, Kamal Gupta was being tested and treated since 2003. At the last stage Kamal Gupta was admitted in the Inderprast Apollo Hospital, Delhi where he died with the following details:

This is unfortunate to express that these type of frauds are occurring in the well renowned LIC of India in which investors have strong faith.
My concern is as a stake holder in LIC of India who has a full faith in this financial sector. With this type of frauds we, the stake holders are the real loosers who are being looted by these type of decoits.
I now will personally like to know what you do in this case to protect my hard earned investment returns.
I will keep monitoring from now onwards , what actions are taken from your end to uncover this fraud and bring cheats into lime light and save millions of rupees of investors money.
