No Receipt against payment

I paid my policy amount of rs. 13583/- for policy no:[protected] through net banking from LIC login system on 7/2/2010. I have to received any confirmation of my payment or any receipt through email mentioned above, but my bank account is showing that they have deducted this money from my account.

Please look into the matter and solve it.

We have paid the premium for the policies[protected] and[protected] which are in the name of Mr A. Ganeshan for the month December on 05.01.2010 via collecting branch code 701 since the online payment link was not working.

Where as this month when we tried to pay the payment for January again it has taken the premium for the month december and even the receipt is not generated yet. why is it so? and...

Dear Sir,

I, Narendra Kumar Shrivastava, am policy holder policy number[protected]. This policy was purchased by me from LIC office Damoh Branch(037D) in August'78. The monthly installment was Rs 42.50/- It was due on August'2008.
In year 1984, I took a loan of Rs 800/- against this policy. Hence, the policy was deposited in the LIC office Damoh Branch.
A letter from LIC office was recieved iin June'2008...

I have paid three compulsary annual premiums of 10,000/-Rs each for following policy of LIC:

Till today I do not having any statement from LIC for details of Fund value / Units alotted to my policy....

about insurance premium

Sir,
Already I have paid my LIC Due premiums to the corporation on 20/07/2009 with ORN : 1181425, and TR No. 36381 in Bhadrachalam Branch (Code : 64 R), my policy no. is[protected], DOC : 28/03/2005, TNT : 89-18. My next premium due is 09/2009. But when I went to premium collection centre, my policy has been lapsed from 28.06.2007 and according to the revival quotation i have to pay Rs.19,654.

Agent is a fraud

My Sister Aruna Rani has purchased a policy (policy no.[protected], branch- Hindustan Building, Jamshedpur-2nd) from a Agent Devender (Agent code is issued to his wife Vijaya Luxmi, code[protected]. My sister gave them a amount of 15,000.. They handed over the documents to her. Now she has been shifted to delhi from more than one year. Now when she tried to pay again the premium from Delhi office she found that policy is not with her name....

REFUND OF PROCESSING FEES.

I HAD APPLIED FOR A HOUSING LOAN FROM LIC HFL KAUSHAMBI GHAZIABAD NEARLY FOUR MONTHS AGO FOR PURCHASING A FLAT IN VASUNDHARA (GHAZIABAD). THEY HAD TAKEN A CHEQUE OF RS 1103.00 AS PRE PROCESSING FEES. I HAD SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO THEM. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE SO LONG , MOREEVER THEY HAD CLEARED THE CHEQUE ALSO WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION.
