DEAR SIR,

UNFORTUNATELY I AM ONE OF THE POLICY HOLDER OF LIC OF INDIA AND I PURCHASED A MONEY PLUS POLICY No[protected] AT LIC OF INDIA CBO XXIV 9, YAAFA COMPLEX , PURASAWALKAM HIGH ROAD, CHENNAI. I SENT THE PREMIUM AMOUNT BY MEANS OF BANK DRAFT TO THAT OFFICE AND IN THE DD PAYEE NAME I GAVE THE POLICY No AS LIC OF INDIA[protected] INSTEAD OF[protected] AND THE DRAFT WAS RECEIVED BY THEM IN THE FIRST WEEK OF THIS MONTH. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED THE DRAFT TO ME OR SEND LETTER TO ME. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM OVER PHONE THEY INFORMED ME OVER PHONE THAT THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DRAFT. HENCE I HAVE TAKEN UP THE MATTER WITH THE BANK AND CANCELLED THE DRAFT AND SEND SEND CASH THROUGH MY OFFICE ASSISTANT AND THEY REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE CASH STATING THAT THE POLICY IS FORECLOSED. I AM VERY MUCH SURPRISED TO KNOW ABOUT THE SAME AND CONTACTED THE BRANCH BY PHONE AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT THERE IS SOME PROBLEM WITH THEM AND THE THEY WANT THAT THE SAME WILL BE RECTIFIED WITH IN ONE DAY AND YOU CAN REMIT MONEY ON THE THIRD DAY. THIS IS THE SERVICE THEY ARE GIVING TO THE PEOPLE. THEY MAY ACCEPT THE CASH AND SEND BACK THE PERSON AND DO THE ADJUSTMENT IN THEIR SYSTEM AND SEND THE RECEIPT TO ME. I AM VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THEY GIVE TO THE CUSTOMER I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO DO THE NEED FULL AND COLLECT THE MONEY FROM ME AND INSTRUCT THE STAFF CONCERNED TO BE MORE CARE FULL IN FUTURE. I REQUEST IMMEDIATE REPLY FOR MAKING PAYMENT AT LEAST BY TOMORROW

    I hav a credit card of LIC for which payment of Rs. 1485.24 thr corp net using my SB A/c No. 13194 (NCM Hubli Branch-Corporation Bank) but the statment generated on 21st March, 2010 doesnot relfects the same. When contacted to LIC credit card, they suggested to resolve the issues from Corp Bank itself as the payment made is not reflecting in their accounts. Subsequently I sent mail and called few times but still issues are yet to be cleared. Can anyone from LIC Credit Card or Corp Bank take responsibility to take up the issue and resolve it.

    Hello Team,

    I dropped a cheque on my LIC Credit Card bill on 3rd Aug in Jublie Hills Co-operation bank . My credit card number([protected]). Till now its not debited on my account for which I dropped the cheque. Till date I am not received my statement although I dropped the cheque. I received only SMS.

    When I called Bombay cooperation bank customer care. They are not having any idea about this. I am facing a lot of issue while querying for LIC CREDIT CARDS.

    NOTE:- I will not pay any late payment if they charged for this time. I want to know any alternative to pay LIC CREDIT CARDS bill.

    We have applied for two Credit Card on 13-Aug-2010 For Naveen Bhardwaj & Sandeep Verma. We have called up so many times on customer care number "[protected]" & agent there confirmed that there is no status available regarding same & given the Head Office numbers ([protected], [protected].             This is regarding file no. 308238. I gave a payment of INR 1103 vide cheque no. 199693 as fees. It was never told that if it is not processed within 06 months, I have to pay it again. The agent was Ram babu of Gurgaon LIC Housing Finance Branch ([protected]). On last friday, he even took papers stating that the file needs to be revalidated without mentioning any fees. Today I received a call from him stating that I have to give my papers again along with fees. Soory to say very unprofessional and these agents are spoiling LIC's brand value. Take strict action against them and do the needful so that the fees is not taken again for revalidation.

                My self Rajesh Kaptan, Agent of LIC of India. My Polcy holder Shri Ashokbhai B Malsaria have following complaint;
                Ashokbhai B. Malsaria send letter to LIC as follows;
                With reference to above, I have to state that I have taken (as a proposer) above said policy on the name of Dharmendra A. Malsaria, son of myself and sadly to say that he was died on 03.02.2010. I have sent a letter to inform LIC service branch (871) on dated 10.02.2010 by Registered Post AD to supply me necessary claim forms. More than one and half month have been passed but till dated LIC Vadodara (871) have not taken any action nor given any reply verbally or in writing. LIC Vadodara insist me to collect claim forms personally on telephonic talk but it is more hazardous for me as LIC branch is more than 75Km away from my residence. Till today LIC Vadodara have not send claim papers.

                    Sub: Hospitalization Claim under policy H 069/[protected]/02 Smt T.Sujatha Regarding:-
                    Ref: Cliam Id: LIC.2038

                    With reference to your letter dated 10.08.2010 for the claim form dated 15.07.2010 submitted by me for HCB/MCB on the T.Sujatha the hospitalization during the period from[protected] to[protected]. the schedule of expenses is Rs. 1, 52, 855/-.
                    As per benefits under policy I am eligible to get HSB and MSB. Thank you for giving HSB an amount of Rs 1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) has been received by me.
                    Regarding MSB, You are informed me that I am not eligible to get HSB because the surgery partial menisectomy done and ACL graft proximal fixation is not covered in the policy . which is not listed in the allowed surgeries(1-49).So I am not eligible to get HSB amount . Please note that my surgery comes in to knee joint system . which is listed in your broacher. The system which works all the combinations of ACL, PCLand menisectomy .with out these parts knee joint system will not works. May I know, with out ACL, PCL and menisectomy how knee joint system works.

                        LIc housing has cheated me . I had a account with other bank which was shifted to LIC HFL on 8.75% rate April2009 within 3 months the rate was increased on my loan raising my EMI from Rs5702 to Rs 5848 p.m., Surprisingly they are still charging the 8.75% interest on fresh loans . this a cheating by the them, I closed the earlier account by paying premature charges and shifted my account to them which has defeated my purpose of shifiting . Can they do like this . Is not cheating. Please forward my case to concern places to look in to this. my account no is[protected]and application no is 409973 from Jaipur branch.

                          SIR,

                          Mysel[censored]dhaya, i am already insured in LIC my policy no.[protected]. My father policy no is[protected] name is P.K.GOVINDARAJU, (T-T 14-15) DATED 28/11/1996. I want to know my father's lic policy position because last 8 to 9 years(roughly) we not paid against this no.[protected]. We want close/surrender this policy.                           4/93 to 1/10= Rs 120/= PM 45,756.00

                          From the above, it is amply clear that there was a huge difference in amounts released by LIC, Karnal vide Ch. No.105725 dated 02.03.10 hence, personal visits were carried out by me at LIC , Karnal & then it was clarified that since my record were not available with them from April,93 to March,95 therefore, the claim was settled only from April,96 to 31.01.10.

                          Here, it may be mentioned that while releasing payments for the lesser period as claimed by the employer, no remarks/intimation was sent to the employer so as to make the non available record to them. However, again the Record for this period (April,93 to March,95) was personally made available to LIC, Karnal & they released another Payment of Rs.3,287.00* for the remaining period against which earlier payment was not made.

                          Even then ,after releasing total amount of Rs.27, 761.00, it is still found that payment has not been released correctly i.e on lesser side in comparison to my above colleagues. There is vide variation in the amounts released to the above employees which required to be re-checked & the calculation/break up of the respective above employees is required to be made available so that factual position can be ascertained.

                          Needless to mention that being a Govt. Agency (LIC) , it is always thought that they will release the claims correctly after through check up at their end to avoid any loss to the claimants. But, in the above instance case such imagination proves wrong.

                          Under the above circumstances, I approach your good office to please take appropriate action in the matter so that I can get my legitimate correct payable claim from LIC, Karnal without any further delay.

                            I have taken one BIMA GOLD Policy on[protected] for Rs.200000/- vide Policy No.[protected] in the name of Kailash Chandra Das from your Bhubaneswar Branch-1 No.583 under Cuttack Divisional Office. As it is a money back policy every 4 year after I will get Rs.20000/-. The first money back return I would have received on or before[protected]. But since now I have not received any cheque or credit through ECS or any information from your office.

                            Are you thinking that this is a good service rendered by your office to the Policy Holder.

                            Kindly confirm the above at the earliest.

                              Correction of name in LIC Policy

                              I have purchased a Policy No.[protected] in March 2005 in the name of my minor son Akshay Sharma. But all the receipts and Policy Certificate Shown incorrect name Akhsay Kumar. I have invested too much time then premium for correction of name through Agent. I have visited in the office of LIC in Aditya Mega Mall, Near Karkardooma Court, Delhi and submit an application for correction of name. Further, I have make a registration in LIC Web Site...

                              I am (Rakesh Kumar Singh), resident of Katras, Dhanbad, I have got a cheque of LIC POLICY NO.[protected] FOR Rs. 15000/- as money back policy.



                              Vide Cheque no. 020112 dated 26-02-10 for Rs. 15000/- (of Axix Bank Ltd., Dhanbad Branch)



                              Because I am working at Patna and I have opened my A/c in SBI & ICICI bank though my company as salary cum saving account.



                              I have deposited this cheque in my SBI A/C NO. [protected] 03-03-10 But they have retuned with reason why they have mentioned father name on cheque leaf. After my request and showing proof of my father name they have received once again.



                              Now again they have retuned with deduction of Rs.75/- from my A/c mentioned (not drawn on us) payable at Dhanbad, I couldn’t understand, what is this mean, because on cheque leave they have mentioned (payable at par at all branches of Axis Bank in India )



                              Due to negligence of Axix Bank, I have lost a opportunity to take my child admission in reputed school of Bihar . So I think Axix bank and LIC both are responsible for that.



                              So, I request your personal intervention in this matter as soon as possible and obliged me.

                                I am holding policy no[protected] br-893 in name of-Rameshchand Sudhakar Tripathi/Tiwari.

                                I paid premium for month of sept 2009 on10/10/2009 well within grace period i.e-28/10/2009.
                                the chq came back to me on 21/10/2009 as it was not properly signed.In order to escape
                                fine I paid preium in cash at axis bank on 21/10/2009.It was within grace period(28/10/2009)
                                but the premium taken was of 12/2009.thus sept premium was left unpaid.

                                when i went to pay dec-2009 premium I came to know mysept2009 premium was unpaid
                                I paid sept2009 premium on 24/12/2009 at axis bank in cash along with fine of Rs134.9

                                premium not paid for 12/2009.Which I have already paid on21/10/2009 at axis bank

                                  my name is VAGGU DURGAIAH.Ph.[protected],[protected].,H.no:3-67/2,opp. railway station, rebbena ,i have polocy in lic of india.
                                  endowment assurance policy-with profits in BELLAMPALLY BRANCH(68E).policy no:[protected] date 15/03/1996. sum assured 25000. earliar i paid monthly premium as i employee 150per month from SINGARENICo.after retairment rs.885 paid in half yearly mode from 14/11/2007. date of maturity 15/03/2011 .
                                  from september 2008 i had premiam paid recepts also given by branch. but the branch employees saying that is not credited in my account then asked the reason they are saying they have misteken in entry in computer&also tell they correct in head office KARIMNAGAR.till know they not correct the mistak of them.&iam safaring from evry time goes to branch.
                                  IF THEY AS POSIBLE AS NOT CORRECT THEIR MISTAK .I ALSO BACK DOWN MY OTER POLICYS ALSO.

                                    I have written multiple letters to:
                                    '[protected]@lichousing.com' to make payments of my two home loans. The payments for these loans have bounced as I could not fund the ECS account on time.
                                    Called the service numbers:
                                    23440507/08/09 hundreds of times continuously. Either its busy or nobody picks. Its a Monday, and yes its not a public holiday. The support is sick! How am I supposed to make the payments???

                                    Firstly, they do not support ECS from Citibank, which is my salary account. Due to this I have to transfer my money every month to ICICI, and a slight delay causes issues like this.

                                    LIC support is horrible!

                                    1.I had applied home loan of Rs.13, 80, 000/-from LICHFL Siliguri to purchase a Flat in Siliguri.
                                    2.I was paying EMI of Rs.13525/-only till June'12.
                                    3.Suddenly from July'12 my EMI raised to Rs.14740/-.
                                    4.It came to my notice that they sanctioned and disbursed Rs.15, 00, 000/-(excess of Rs.1, 20, 000/-)to Builders without any information or legal notice to myself.
                                    5.I went to the LICHFL Office many times but they are telling me to ask the builder to refund.
                                    6.Even Iam regularly asking the builders to refund the excess amount and again LICHFL is not taking any action to refund the same.Unfortunately still I am paying its interest since July 2012.
                                    7.Now I am tired and helpless running after Builder and LICHFL Office.
                                    8.I am also a family person and having a financial difficulties to run my family due to the same.
                                    9.In this connection I request your goodself to kindly extend justice to me and my family.
