Sir/Madam I had a policy of L.I.C. of India, policy no.[protected], date of policy was 28/03/1987. Policy plan was money back plan of 25 year.
Policy was matured on 28/03/2012.Premium amount was Rs. 1465/-
I got Rs.103000/- but after calculating L.I.C. agent told that matured amount will be more than received amount and when i tried to communicate with lic office regarding this matter, no satisfactory answer given by them. So, where i will get proper amount detail.

I had taken 15 policies bearing nos.[protected] to[protected] on 30.06.2007 in the name of my son B Gopikrishna. I have also paid the premiums due in the month of June 2008. Till date LIC has not sent the relative policies.

LIC has not sent the policies to my son as per the prevailing procedure.

There is no record with LIC as to how the policies were sent. However, LIC is demanding charges for the issue of duplicate policies.

I suppose to receive post dated cheques of my monthly pension before 12 Feb’2008 like every .But I have not received the said cheques till date.LIC has not informed that any kind of life certificate need to be submitted as I have come to know that it may required.

I have requested to Branch Managers of LIC 225 Branch Lucknow & RM NCZ- MKTG (IPPCELL) on 15/04/09 (photo attached). After receiving no response I contacted Lucknow branch personally on 23/04/09. I was told to contact Kanpur office with existence certificate. I send another letter to RM NCZ-Mktg(IPPCELL) Kanpur with existence cerificate on 28/04/09 (photo copy of letter & annexure attached). But more than month has elapsed, still I have not received cheques or any reply to my letters.Kindly register my complaint & do the needful so that I can receive my pension regularly. Regards.

I have several time spoken to concerned officer in LIC regarding my non receipt of annuity cheque Rs, 7495/- vide annuity No 29356 . It was due for 7th July 2010 but sorry to state that till date I have not rceived the same . further any body will tell me about interest which I am loosing on my payment . The pratap is concerned clark who is responsible for all that delay. I may request to competetant authorty to take call for such delay . I am S.V.S. Sastry, retired in Oriental Insurance Co.Ltd.(OIC), on[protected] at Visakhapatnam Divisional Office No.2. The OIC has purchased Annuities with LIC.

Since then I was receiving my pension payments by way of cheques till October, 2010. From November, 2010 onwards the payment of pension procedures was changed by directly crediting into our Bank account through NEFT.

Unfortunately I have not received my pension for the month of November, 2010 which was to be credited into my bank account on 1st December, 2010. The pension for the subsequent period till date is regularly being credited to my bank account.

I spoke with the LIC DO-1, Pension Department New Delhi over phone several times. I also written letters dated 3-2-2011,[protected],[protected] and finally on[protected] my letter address to THE OIC, Head Office, New Delhi with copy marked to LIC pension Dept., New Delhi.

Till date i have not received my pension payable for the month of November, 2010 or no reply to my above referred letters.

I would earnestly request your goodselves to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I dropped a cheque on my LIC Credit Card bill on 3rd Aug in Jublie Hills Co-operation bank . My credit card number([protected]). Till now its not debited on my account for which I dropped the cheque. Till date I am not received my statement although I dropped the cheque. I received only SMS.

When I called Bombay cooperation bank customer care. They are not having any idea about this. I am facing a lot of issue while querying for LIC CREDIT CARDS.

NOTE:- I will not pay any late payment if they charged for this time. I want to know any alternative to pay LIC CREDIT CARDS bill.
