I applied for home loan from LIC Housing finance limited (file number 6166697 dated 16.03.2009 and file number 617256 dated 14.07.2009) in the year 2009. In which I had been approved housing loan of 25 Lakhs and 45 Lakhs respectively. It is worthwhile to mention that the loans are sanctioned after through investigation and verification of the individuals and properties. LIC Housing Finance Limited also took also more than three months to sanction the loan (undersigned applied for the loan in the month of Feb 2009).
I have been asked to carry following documents for loan to be disbursed:
For File Number 617256
1. Last three month pay slip
2. Proper Bank statement for last three month with name and A/C No.
3. All terms and condition of GP.
For file number 616697:
1. Disclaimer Affidavit of legal heirs of co applicant, all T/C of P floating, title valuation, verification etc.
Accordingly the undersigned had submitted all the documents along with the upfront payment vide chq, a) 0968693 transacted on 24.06.09 amount 6,618 and b) 0944673 transacted on 14.07.09 amount 11,030.
The loans were never disbursed to the undersigned and no communication regarding non sanctioning were mentioned to the undersigned.
The several requests ( letters enclosed, received by Mr. Anand Bihari Lal Area manager) to refund the amount were unaddressed. Undersigned made number of visits and all telephone calls ( not less than 100 ) remained unfruitful.
Subsequently I sent registered letter to Mr. Anand Bihari Lal Area manager and Mr. Nitin Jage, LIC HFCL Corporate Office in the month 0f Feb 2010 ( Acknowledgement is available ).
The loan was never disbursed and my upfront payment still not refunded.

    My complaint in portal NO: 245071 :I paid premium at gajuwaka branch on[protected] for the said two policies. When I approached the bapatla branch for taking the loan it was noticed that the premium is not paid and the policy is in lapsed condition. Please see that why is happened.

    Sir, You may send original receipt of payment at Gajuwaka to our Bapatla Branch through your representative along with your letter so that the FUP will be updated.     I am not satisfied the response given by the authorities I paid the premium at their branch office then why should I submit the receipt at bapatla branch for the updation of records.

        i had paid a premium of my policy - Rs 12000/- crossed cheque favouring LIC of India n the agent had commited fraud by transferring the amount in some one else's policy and alongwith the agent the accounts depatment of LIC of India had also cleared the very same cheque in not 1 but 2 different policies . The Branch Manger Mr. Fulfagar of Kalyan Branch - 934 is not at all aware about it and has asked us to bear the expenses of their agent committing a crime, where the agent has not only committed fraud on our cheque but has also done this very same thing for other number of policies.

        Dear Sir,
        My daughter and wife purchased LIC market plus policy from LIC of India Chawani-I Branch, Kota due to urgent need of money both are surrender their policies for pre-matured payment after 3 years as per condition of the policy Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota accepted policy duly all documents and original policy on 7.April.2010 & assured them to pay money with in a week period but it is regretted that Branch Manager Chawani-I Kota have not given satisfactory reply for not receipt payment after more then 5 months & also not gave details of dispatch above policy to their head office this shows mollified intention of Branch Manager in create doughty that he wants some SUVIDHA SULKH as in other Govt. Company/deptt.
        The Matter have been reported twice in consumer form but no action has been taken by Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota till date even he has not replied above complaints this shows that officer of LIC are secured and they don't care customer and want money against maturity payment "MAY PLEASE HELP ME"

          My nephew Das PT had a LIC policy No.[protected] for Rs.50000/-, taken through LIC Agent Suryanarayanan code 02680799,on[protected]. Development Officer Dilip Code 0008377, at LIC Br. Kunnamkulam, Kerala State. My sister Leela P T and the nominee used to pay the qtrly premium of Rs.776/- through the same agent. He comes to their house, in the village Koottanadu, Palghat Dist, Kerala state and collects the premium amount. He gives the receipts as and when he likes, by telling my sister that he paid the money and forgot to bring the receipt, next time will bring.. He collected the premiums for 06/09, 09/09 and 12/09, but did not pay it to the LIC KUNNAMKULAM Branch, Kerala State. All the time as usual he bluffed my sister by telling receipt forgtten.
          Finaly the policy was lapsed from 03/2009. My nephew died in the hospital suddenly due to accute stomache, just after one day of admission on[protected].. The agent came to their house after his death and told my sister, he has paid all the premiums, and now give a letter to the Br.Mannager, Kunnamkulam to pay her the paid up money of the above policy, and dictacted one draft letter for that, she being the nominee. At this stage only we the brothers came to know all these cheatings by the LIC agent mentioned above. We called him and discussed the entire game played by him and told him that we now want Our sister to get the policy amount of Rs.50000/ plus acrued bonus. The policy was lapsed because of non-payment of premium by the agent after collecting money from our sister.. He cooly agreed to pay us the policy amount less surrender value due. The due was obtained on IVRS from LIC,by considering that the policy is alive. Surrender value. rs. 18804/- Amount due had the policy been alive Rs.57779/-. The agent agreed to pay Rs.38975/ and issued a cheque for the same amount datyed[protected], and told us to deposit the cheque only after informing him to ensure sufficient fund in the account. In between he paid Rs.10000/- by cash also,so balance only to be paid to us. Since then he is dodging us and not paying the balance amount or depositing the amount in the bank so that we can get the cheque cleared.
          This is how the LIC agent cheat the village women with less knowledge of LIC and its benifits. Can the LIC now do anything to get my sister the balance of money from the LIC Agent. Can LIC take any action against the Agent for cheating the customer and bringing bad name to LIC Of India as a whole. This help will be to avoid our taking Criminal case against the agent for cheating and mistrust, if the cheque deposited and bounces.
          Will LIC of India advise on this or can they take acton against such agents by stopping their monthly commission on policies and divert those money to my sister till the entire amount is recovered from the LIC Agent.

          LIC — Insurance Officer

          I have paid Rs. 36000 towards premium for new life insurance to LIC Advisor Vijay of mobile number [protected] two and a half months back. Since then I am only chasing them for the policy, or a refund. Half the time he does not take my call, other half he sends an sms back citing some or the other reason... Either the file is travelling across the country (in this day and age of communication it could have gone around the World 30 times!) Or then some mess up.
          Then, 20 days back after me insisting I speak to a senior manager, his 'boss' Mr Mahalingam of mobile number [protected] who sits at Corporation office in Bangalore assures me the policy would reach me in a week. So where is it? ANd when?? DO i get a policy by the time the next premium is due? Is LIC going to give me interest on my money?

          I dont need excuses. I need the policy, or the money back with interest please.

          There is sevior fraud going on at 926 Branch. My Commission is paid to some other agents. Please enquire and repay my commission. I met the manager Mr. Narsul Ansari who is very rude and tells that you take agency of MAX Insurance. In LIC all this practise is common. Is he working for LIC if India or Max Insurance. I don't understand. There are many complaints of this branch about receiving premium. He has order and slow down taking premium amount and Sr. Citizens like us has to wait for hours to make payments. Please enquire and transfer this rud Branch manager to Some are a otherwise our LIC will loose lots of business. You must be having the figure of this branch 926 campare with previous year.

          Lic Insurance — Cheated by LIC insurance agent

          Sir,

          My father expired in the month of October. My mother approached the LIC agency to get the claims for my father's death. Unfortunately, one of your LIC Insurance agent misguided her saying the forms are not filled properly and he asked her to re-fill the forms and told her that she will be getting pension every month. My mother was suppose to get 7 lakhs and the agent cheated her by giving her a different plan instead of giving her the claim amount. This was a ridiculous act from your agent. My mother had gone through another agent wherein this man interfered and made use of this opportunity. He saw that my mother was unemployed and innocent. As she was never exposed to such a world, he conviniently cheated her. We are not sure whom to approach in this case. But such kind of shameful acts from your agents should be abandoned, so that women like my mother do not get cheated in future.

          Because of this plan, my mother will be getting Rs.4124/- per month. She cannot get the wholesome amount throughout her life. In such a condition, where we require money immediately agents from your organization have cheated a helpless lady.

          As we were not aware that this policy could be withdrawn within 15 days, we request you to help us out get back our money. This policy was done on 24th Nov 2009. Kindly help my mother in this case by guiding what can be done to get back the money that she requires for her life.This is very much necessary to live her future life.

            LIC HOUSING FINANCE,cheated me .when i taken a loan from lic housing the intrest rate in 2009 aug was 8.75%....first i did not receive any update on intrest charges and emi.
            after 3 months they called me and said that you will have to pay more 800 rs for this month emi....after getting it understand i got to know that they actually increase the roi and now the rate of intrest is 9.75%

            i got shocked and when i asked them that you people told me to fix the ROI for 3 years ...then they said that even it would not possible for my manager then how come for you....seriously i got shocked by all this statement and told them to low my ROI if possible but nothing happen yet.....though i want to pay my Actual emi and i am telling them to get start the actual emi but they are only deducting the intrest...dont have any official mail id on which i can mail and get the update...the loan collection department is not picking up the phone ...my loan account number is[protected] and i taken this loan from lucknow office.i want to change my loan to some other bank...please take this letter as complaint and help me to get out from this hell of loan office...no customer service no contact number.

                my name is Suresh Kumar Singh, currently I am located in Chennai

                I have two LIC policies[protected] &[protected] with 6,573/- and 9,062/-) and their premier is due in Aug, for the same I have given post dated cheques to my LIC Agent Rajiv Sondhi in feb 2007 (since I have to go Saudi Arabia on my Project for one year) dated August, 2007. But after leaving from India, he changed the dates to April 2007 on both cheques with my fake counter sign as its protocol for any bank and encash them, since they were in favour of LIC so, he had submitted my money in others LIC policies.

                I had complain for the same to my LIC branch but last one year they just able to track and every time they telling me that they will settle my LIC policy but till date they haven't taken any action. I have also checked with my ICICI branch that how they had enchsed my money with fake counter signature, but I haven't got any proper answer.

                In 2007 I came back to India for my visa renewal , I given one cheque for my LIC policy since It was half yealy ( Policy No :[protected] details as follow

From their I had contacted to my LIC branch then I came to know about this Fruad. With the help of my ICICI bank and LIC branch I came to know that those money was submitted in others accounts. My LIC branch earlier helping me to solve the case but now last six months they are not taking interest in this. Even they are not replying anymore to me. Please help me to solve this issue cum Fraud.

                I have already raised the issue last one year of my fake counter signed and those both were inchased by ICICI. If you want then I will paste all customer care mail wgich I had correspondence ealier. Hope you are understanding my frustration with ICICI bank and LIC.

                Even one time asked that where my cheque was encashed your customer care given wrong information that verified by LIC I am also having that mail.

                If you want to help me then give a exact time time line. Since more that one year you ICICI people are not co-operating with me on this fraud case. For simple queries your customer care taking one month. So, please give first your exact time line first.

                  Mr.Subramanyam are refusing to respond inspite of my complaint. They are
                  Trying to cheat innocent custormers. We never wanted to remit in LIC beyond Banglore limit. There is a sufficient ground to believe that they
                  Have misrepresented and partly misappropriated insurers money and they have Done this in the name of GMS MULTI SERVICES [I] PRIVATE LIMITED. Aurangabad.

                  The Matter have been reported twice in consumer form but no action has been taken by Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota till date even he has not replied above complaints this shows that officer of LIC are secured and they don't care customer and want money against maturity payment "MAY PLEASE HELP ME"

                    We have one LIC policy which no. is[protected] but we have not yet received bond of this policy and we have many time complaint to Mr. Sameer Khare ([protected]) and Mr. B.M Pandey[protected] but we have received only speed post no.(EI[protected]IN) as on date and Mr. Sameer and us are also trying to check it but speed post team is not responding to us so I request to LIC team to help in this matter and provide our policy bond on top priority.

                      I worked with 4 prestigious FI/Bank(s) - HDFC, ICICI Bank & ABN AMRO Bank & RBS N.V.

                      I am running a home loans of approx Rs 56Lacs from ABN AMRO Bank. I applied for balance transfer facility of my home loans to LIC HFL in the month of July 2009 @8.9%p.a. fixed for 3years .

                      I paid fee of Rs 5515/- vide Cheque no. 365288 (payable at ABN AMRO Bank, New Delhi) and submitted copy of my income, property, Loan & Repayment Track Record for BT facility.

                      Till date I was not comunicated about the maximum BT loan facility that I can avail or returned my fee or documents given by me due to rejection of the loan facility.

                      My Home loan(s) are already running on same property with excellent repayment history. The reason for requesting BT of my loan(s) to LIC HFL was to get the lower rate of Interest in the market as offred by various banks in the market vis-a-vis my loans from ABN AMRO Bank.

                      I My Request:

                      1)Refund of fee Rs 5515/- paid for BT of Home Loans.
                      2)Return of copies of my income & property documents submitted alongwith application to avoid any misuse of the same.
                      3) Pay me compensation of Rs 1 lakh for my mental & financial loss because I was not able to get the BT done to other banks at lower rates of 8%.

                        On 20.03.2011 I visit the branch Cheque status - on 28.02.2011 The cheque already despatch thru. Speed post and told contanct saidapet post office.

                        Then I vist Guindy post Office for 3 days he told them the post returned to annanagar on ist march itself.

                                  I have grievance against Model Town, Delhi-123 branch where my case is pending for over three months. Dev Office code is 5036011.

                                  I have paid a sum of Rs. 45000 on[protected]BOC 20817 Model Town, Delhi-123) and 5860 on[protected]BOC 24953 Model Town, Delhi-123) towards two LIC policy (endowment and term). The proposal no 22605 for one of the policy. The two policy which i had selected after spending almost two months and reviewing various proposal by other private insurance company just because of trust in LIC.

                                  I was medically examined as the policy was of high worth. Due to some adverse report relating to blood sugar, i was again medically examined. The report was negative again. I was not intimated any thing about the blood report and my policy. Just to be sure about my heath i got my blood sugar tested in some private lab for personal satisfaction where the report was ok which mean the blood sugar was within range. This fact i intimated to my agent. He informed me that nothing can be done. just two day before March 31, 2010, i was informed by my agent (not officially) that i have to pay additional amount of Rs. 15,000 to take the above two policy due to negative blood report. I was shocked to know this at last moment. I was surprised that nothing was intimated to me by LIC officially for three months and on the last day, i was asked to pay Rs. 15,000 within two days in case i want to take this policy by March 31, 2010 to save tax.

                                  This was a highly irresponsible act by the LIC team which has resulted into higher tax deduction from my salary in March and more than that i lost faith in LIC. Till date, my agent is asking for official intimation about the status of my case from LIC officials but no body is behaving responsibly. Till date, i am not aware of the reason of asking additional Rs. 15,000 on last date and how it was calculated.

                                  In case nothing can be done, i request at least my money be returned to me with interest.

                                  Subject: COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DELAY FOR THE RETURN OF MONEY.
                                  Respected sir,
                                  I Nand Kishore Garg (policy no:[protected] have taken an ulip plan policy on 14thmarch 2005 from Roopnagar Branch of LIC Delhi and have paid a premium of RS.30000 one time premium. On the same date I have taken the same policy for my wife Mrs.Renu Garg (policy no.[protected] of same amount i.e. Rs.30000.We have surrendered that policy in 14th March 2010. We have not got the money back yet.
                                  The computer of respected department of lic is showing wrong ulips due to which my amount has been decreased to RS.35 only that is not possible. But the same computer is showing the correct ulips for my wife policy and her amount has increased to RS.63000 approximately.
                                  The case is pending from last 1.5 Years from March 2010 To May 2011. We have fulfilled all their demands and documents but still we have not got any satisfactory answers.
                                  We have submitted following documents:
                                  1) Bond Policy
                                  2) Bank Statement
                                  3) Policy D.O.C
                                  4) Policy Surrender Form
                                  5) Passbook Copy

                                  I have visited their office many times at least 50 times. I have also talked to the Manager Mr. Mahesh Chandra and his respected staff member Madan Lal. I had regularly been calling in their department and they have been delaying my work. I feel very disappointed because of the delay and inefficiency of my work.
                                  Mr.Arya Divisional Officer of LIC is not responding to our complaint and making new demands at each call. I am very disappointed from him as well.



                                  I have submitted all my documents and I am not having any other document now to fulfill their demands. Please consider all my problems and take some strict action against it. Kindly help me get back my hard earned money.
                                  LIC should mean what the say. Jeevan ke saath bhi jeevan ke baad bhi.

                                        My daughter and wife purchased LIC market plus policy from LIC of India Chawani-I Branch, Kota due to urgent need of money both are surrender their policies for pre-matured payment after 3 years as per condition of the policy Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota accepted policy duly all documents and original policy on 7.April.2010 & assured them to pay money with in a week period but it is regretted that Branch Manager Chawani-I Kota have not given satisfactory reply for not receipt payment after more then 5 months & also not gave details of dispatch above policy to their head office this shows mollified intention of Branch Manager in create doughty that he wants some SUVIDHA SULKH as in other Govt. Company/deptt.
                                        The Matter have been reported twice in consumer form but no action has been taken by Branch Manager Chawani-I, Kota till date even he has not replied above complaints this shows that officer of LIC are secured and they don't care customer and want money against maturity payment "MAY PLEASE HELP ME"
