Not informed about increase in EMI

I took my loan last year. When the loan got approved, I tried to avail it within 6 months from then. However, the agent asked me to re apply for the loan as it had been three months since we got our loan. We needed the loan urgently and we knew that he wanted to make money for himself however, we kept quite and reapplied as asked by him. We paid the file charges twice.
He told us that the EMI will keep increasing with the funds released....

Payment made not reflecting

I hav a credit card of LIC for which payment of Rs. 1485.24 thr corp net using my SB A/c No. 13194 (NCM Hubli Branch-Corporation Bank) but the statment generated on 21st March, 2010 doesnot relfects the same. When contacted to LIC credit card, they suggested to resolve the issues from Corp Bank itself as the payment made is not reflecting in their accounts. Subsequently I sent mail and called few times but still issues are yet to be cleared....

My Father has a pension policy for which he receives 12 cheques every year, each cheque amounting to Rs.100. He has not received his cheques for the year 2010 till now. Even after repeated follow up with LIC, no response has been received from their side.

Ask fees again for revalidation

This is regarding file no. 308238. I gave a payment of INR 1103 vide cheque no. 199693 as fees. It was never told that if it is not processed within 06 months, I have to pay it again. The agent was Ram babu of Gurgaon LIC Housing Finance Branch ([protected]). On last friday, he even took papers stating that the file needs to be revalidated without mentioning any fees. Today I received a call from him stating that I have to give my papers again...

Not Update FUP since last 2 years

I have a LIC Policy from Barrackpore Branch having Pol. No.[protected] and paid a premium for 03/2007 & 03/2008 on dated 17.03.2008 by cash to Barrackpore Branch. But till date FUP shown in LIC System is 03/2007 and status of policy is reduced paidup. I want to update my above policy immediately. So look into the matter and arrange to solve the matter....

Charging of higher interest

LIc housing has cheated me . I had a account with other bank which was shifted to LIC HFL on 8.75% rate April2009 within 3 months the rate was increased on my loan raising my EMI from Rs5702 to Rs 5848 p.m., Surprisingly they are still charging the 8.75% interest on fresh loans . this a cheating by the them, I closed the earlier account by paying premature charges and shifted my account to them which has defeated my purpose of shifiting ....

Mysel[censored]dhaya, i am already insured in LIC my policy no.[protected]. My father policy no is[protected] name is P.K.GOVINDARAJU, (T-T 14-15) DATED 28/11/1996. I want to know my father's lic policy position because last 8 to 9 years(roughly) we not paid against this no.[protected]. We want close/surrender this policy. How we can get our amount against this policy what we already paid. In between we took loans around Rs.6000/-...
