Sir,

I have two Insuarance policy 1.[protected],dt:28.04.02,premium 10720/- and 2.[protected],dt:28.04.06,premium 9083/-.I am already registered with licindia.in and got a user id and accoridingly password and note down in PC.I hace pc with VISTA software,unforunately 4 days back all data lodaed in pc automacilly got erased.I have posted in Srinagar very remote area.My premium due in APRIL-2010,which i have to pay on line.Therefore your goodself are requested to kindly provide my user-id and password again to do the same.

    I had applied for a top loan of Rs 3,00,000/- in the month of Sep. 2010. In the loan application form I had applied at a intrest rate @ 8.90% fixed for 3 years. The loan application was submitted personally to sh. Dalwal, a staff at Ajmer office.
    Your office had sanction loan wide file no. 513050 dated 13.10.2009, it was shoked that loan was sanctioned at @ 8.75% floating rate. I had submitted an application months back to correct the rate of intrest and disbursed the loan to me. Till date loan amount is not disbursed to me.
    You may please look into the matter and arrenge to correct the rate of intrest 8.90% fixed for three years and disburse the loan amount as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir,
      Reference above policy I have transferred our Installment Rs 10,000=00(Ten Thousand Only) on 05-April-2010 through our use id “sanjeevgammon” and SBI transfer reference MSBI[protected]IG19556296 Transfer to [protected] Bill Desk Transaction dated[protected].
      But due to some error on internet neither I have not get receipt of this paid policy nor policy showing paid amount.

        My Annuity no is 011M[protected] issued from Life Insurance Corporation of India, P & GS deptt, K G Marg New Delhi. My pension is due on 01st of every Month. Today it is 06th of April 2010, but regret to write that the my pension amount Rs13422/-( net of TDS) gross Rs13552/- has not been credited to my bank a/c with Standard Chartered Bank. I have not been informed any reason for non credit of the current month's pension. Consequently my debit ECS from ICICI Bank for Rs6383/- has been returned unpaid due to funds reason.You are requested to immediately look into my complaint and arrange to credit my account with the monthly pension amount under advice to me. As regards charges levied by ICICI bank and SCB, I will be claiming separately from LIC.
        Await immediate revert.

            Dear Sir,
            On[protected] at 12.28PM I have visited the your branch to deposit the lic premium. The Cashier (Mr Jarnail Singh) at counter No. 2 misbehaved with me. He is collecting the amount from the agents. I requested him that the counter for the agents is available. so they can deposit their policies at the agent counter. He told you can not tell us what we can do. we knows better you keep quite and wasted my 35 minutes. The cashier behaves like this I think he should be transfer from this seat which is directly linked with the public. Or the LIC has given the powers to do whichever you likes.

                Sub: 1. Claim on My Policy Bond Misplaced.
                2. Scrutinise My Policy was Surrendered by Somebody.
                3. Otherwise Permit me to proceed Legally.
                Ref : My Policy No:[protected], DOC :15.11.90.

                With due respect, I wish to bring the following to your kind notice
                regarding the captioned subjects.

                I had opened the LIC Policy No: [protected], DOC :15.11.90, the
                sum assured for Rs.10,000/- at your branch. Since from the date of open-
                ing the premium was paid as Quarterly and from 4.12.95 to 1997 it was
                changed to yearly premium. Please refer the copy of your Postcard SL
                No : 002593, Post Office dt: 28.10.98, being the reminder of My yearly
                premium due date on 15.11.98.

                After 1997, I have not been paid the yearly premium to till the
                last due date. My foresaid Policy Last due Payment on : 15.11.2009 and
                date of Maturity will be 15.11.2010.

                During November’2009, I came to your branch for informing the
                Reason / default of Non - payment of yearly premium from 1998 to last
                due date and looking the Maturity Amount after adjusting the penalty &
                any other charges on my policy before the date of maturiy on 15.11.2010.

                But I was utterly perplexed that when your officials were informed
                Me that my aforesaid policy was already Surrendered and the surrender
                Value for Rs.6,189/- , by means of cheque No;17366 dt:02.11.2005, it was
                sent to my Prior Address.

                Actually I have never surrendered my said policy to yourend. If I
                have had surrendered,what was the need to come & inform the reason for
                non-payment of premium and seek the maturity amount during 2009 at
                your branch, after adjusting the penalty and any other charges on my
                policy before the date of maturiy on 15.11.2010 ?.

                Since 1998 and after My marriage, I was dwelling at P.N. Pudur,
                Cbe, up to April 2003. And after that from May 2003, I was shifted my
                house to Farooq Nagar, Kovaipudur,Cbe on rent. During Nov / Dec’ 2004,
                again, I have shifted my residence to my brother’s own house with my
                parents at the aforementioned address.

                Please note my prior address as per your records as ;-

                But from Nov / Dec’2004, residing at the following my brother’s
                House / Present Address as :

                Please note the following before bestowed your duty ;-

                1. How did I know and have received your surrender value cheque for Rs.6,189/- from Kovaipudur to Chokkampudur address on or after 02.11.05
                of the cheque date ?.

                2.Who had signed and received the said RPAD letter with your surrender value cheque instead of me ?.

                3. Why did your staffs were not bestowed / refused to findout the records / Surrender application and the date of surrender value cheque was realized or
                not as on that date from your records?.

                4. How did your staff says on display of computer that my policy was
                Surrendered and no need to proceed further, instruct to verify my Bank S.B.
                passbook, instead of your records verification of said surrender cheque realiza-
                tion?.

                5. Where was that the Acknowledgement Card of Your said RPAD on
                or after 02.11.05 which was addressed to my prior address?.

                6. Afterwards only to confirm that the delivery records / slip, who had
                Signed and received your said RPAD Letter, from The Postmaster of Telun-
                gupalayam, Post Office, Cbe – 39.

                Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                I trust, that you will not give room for legal proceeding against
                the non-performance of duty of your staff on the captioned subjects. If
                not, please give permission to proceed legally, let the Hon’ble Court will
                decide.

                  I am father of SHISHIR Reference subject, several reminders forwarded to concerned. I get the response that the policy has lapsed. The policy (receipts in my possession) was paid one time. But till date no satisfactory answer received to the customer.

                  The Policy documents attached with the mail of d policy no.[protected] of Kusum Devi Singh(LP), Shishir(LA) dated 28 March 1996 with single premium of Rs.17514, but the policy status right now states that the policy has lapsed.
                  (see the attached recipt BOC no.3251/51C and single premium recipt dated 30 march 1996)
                  There is a mistake done by the admin the policy mode has been taken yearly and the premium amt has been taken as 1751.40 instead of the single premium of Rs.17514
                  please rectify this error as soon as possible and release (LA)Shishir's fund.

                    I was started my LIC Policy in Cuddalore and after a while I shifted to Chennai and address also changed accordingly.

                    Finally I request them to change the address to Ooty and went to abroad for my Job. After two years, when I enquired about the policy they told me for a medical check up.(Money back no problem-risk always risk).So I went to Egmore branch and consult a authorised doctor there.They told since your policy is in Chennai - you should go there and finish your medical.

                    Is any idea to finish my medical without a visit to Ooty.

                    Since I was newly joined in a company- It is very difficult to get a single day leave(Private Organisation).

                    Kindly advise me to solve this problem.

                      My survival benefit cheque for moneback policy number[protected] was sent to my earlier address. That cheque (No.052927) expired. I sent my new address to SSS Division, Mumbai on 10-9-09 through my insurance agent Sneha Manjrekar alongwith original policy and my authority letter to collect new cheque. That division accepted the documents, gave acknowledgement and sent new cheque (no.52927) again to my old address.
                      I have still not receieved it and my agent's calls to the division have proved fruitless.

                          Let me be brief of the Mod-us Operandi of LIC HFL & Vinod.
                          1. sweet talks to pickup your case
                          2. Collects incomplete papers
                          3. Commits the day when sanction would happen. (do not believe him as he will definitely fail you & you will suffer a financial loss)
                          4. As he is careless he will bring up requirements at the last moment ( well after the committed time) that are raised by the bank, leaving you running to arrange the documents.
                          5. Finally the case is sanctioned ... hope your deal with the seller is still on.
                          6. The seller / builder starts charging you huge interest. so u run to collect the disbursement documents.
                          7. Collects your original property documents for disbursement. (beware he might lose it causing you irreparable financial & reputation damage) pls get it acknowledged what original docs ur submitting to him, also will collect 2 cheque from you which is a correct requirement, is bound to lose at least 1 of the cheque.                           8. Will call be additional docs at least 3/4 times (why cant he be a little more organized & tell the docs needed in one go)
                          9. then your file goes to LIC back office in fort .. majority of corrupted people TOP - DOWN , who do not want the system to improve
                          10. if luck is on your side the file may get checked earlier.
                          11. If Vinod remember of your file maybe after 4/5 days. he might give u final queries. ( till then keep paying huge interest.
                          12. Try complaining to the Area Manager.. things might move if this person is organized .. (but it seems difficult)
                          13. Pls keep checking with Vinod if he has not lost any original docs & cheques.
                          14. If everything is OK. You might get ur disb. cheque appx 10 days after the committed date. -- Normal time.
                          Problems with LICHFL
                          1. Understaffed
                          2. Still manual movement of the file. Use of computer to the minimum.
                          3. Absolutely unorganized.
                          4. internal corruption & bais by certain managers in power.

                          Problems with Vinod
                          1. Lair
                          2. Unorganized scatterbrain, irresponsible, careless & negligent.
                          3. DOSE NOT PICK UP THE CALLS, IF HE DOSE BE SURE MOST OF THE TIME IT WILL BE
                          MISLEADING.

                          Completely agree with the modus operandi of Vinod Jaywant. This guy is very careles and mismanaged. Had lost the original share certificate of my flat which resulted in lot of hassels. Complaining about the quality of staff with the branch manager goes unheard. The manager was completely convinced that these guys can not improve and was simply smiling when i raised my issue for loss of share certificate.

                          No statements, interest chaneg letters have ever come to me by post. your case files with origianl property documents are moving unattended in the office even handed to new customer as support for writing!!!

                          Dont think of Jaywant if at all you plan to get your loan from LICHFL.
                          U can complain to a manager called Gopa Kumar -[protected] (Manager Operations) Regional office is is also a corrupt official.. takes bribes from executives like vinod to complete their work. do not hope that he takes any action on them.
                          LIC Borivili office manager name - Aditya Bedi - [protected].(corrupt official)
                          One expects to complain to their Manager Gopakumar!!! You have your hopes in hell, as he is part and parcel of all the underhand dealings that Ramachandran Nair their tainted CEO was involved in. They are not just colleagues or country cousins but "Partners in Crime"

                            purchased lic health plus in the name of sudhanshu kumar,jyoty kumari & sachika on 24th march 2008 from lic samastipur branch.policy no.[protected]. jyoty kumari got hospitalised on 24th april 2009 to 5th may 2009.it was informed to lic agent as well as lic branch samastipur.policy document not received till date.it was found that sachika name (child) not incorporated in policy.premium due on 24th march. please help.

                            My Policy Number is H053/[protected]/01, UHID No. is MAID/[protected], I have clame 250700/- but i gave mony 7878/- only. this is non surgical payment. But i clame surgical. so verify and payment.

                            LIC — Improper Mature amount

                            Sir/Madam I had a policy of L.I.C. of India, policy no.[protected], date of policy was 28/03/1987. Policy plan was money back plan of 25 year.
                            Policy was matured on 28/03/2012.Premium amount was Rs. 1465/-
                            I got Rs.103000/- but after calculating L.I.C. agent told that matured amount will be more than received amount and when i tried to communicate with lic office regarding this matter, no satisfactory answer given by them. So, where i will get proper amount detail.

                              Dear Sir
                              I have a LIC policy (Policy number:[protected]issued in Jan.2010 through your development officer Mr.Arun Pratap Singh (Ph.[protected]) and agent Mr. Sahab Singh Bhandari (Ph.[protected]) from branch office K-25,Pearl Plaza, sec-18 Noida. Still I don’t receive the policy bond and medical checkup bill which given by me at the time of policy issue. Mr. Bhandari told me that it will refund you but now he denies. I am calling continue to both. Mr.Bhandari told me that he can not do anything for me because he left the LIC company same by Mr.Arun. It means that if some misshaping done with me in future your company LIC will not pay any support to my family because Mr.Arun and Mr.Bhandari will leave LIC Company at that time. Both persons cheated me. Is this LIC customer’s service? Please help me regarding this issue.

                              MY POLICY NO:[protected]&[protected] receipts are awaited also I am unable to view on LIC screen.
                              Dear Sir,

                              I am not receiving my Premium receipt for the following policies for which I am sending consolidated cheque for Rs1133/- every quarter.

                              [protected]/28.3.96 - Rs.746/-
                              [protected]/28.5.09 - Rs.387/-

                              Now I need up to date receipt from April 2009 on wards to enable me to submit the same to Income tax department.

                              Chandan Prasad whose cell number is [protected] is a fraud person. He is a fake LIC and property agent. He is also attached with Finlace Consulting and it is really shameful that this company is depended on such person for their business. Both cheated me in property.

                              Dear Chulbul Pandey,
                              We at Finlace deal only in Property and not in LIC or insurance. We don't have any idea which LIC policy you are talking about and also this number is always switched off. Currently we don't have any person with this name as employee with us so we are not able to trace him. In past, we had 2 people with name of Chandan and they both have left.
                              Also we will appreciate that the work done by our employee is past, we can not be responsible. You should approach LIC to put complaint instead of posting any complaint with us.
                              If you have been cheated or mis-commitment while having property transaction with any of our employee, plz share with us and we will solve that.

                                    The response level of the officials dealing this assignment of this branch is very poor found non co operative . Most of the time the Branch Manager is out of his Seat. We the policy holders are facing problem.

                                      LIC OF INDIA / INSURANCE — NON RECEIPT OF POLICIES EVEN AFTER ONE YEAR

                                      I had taken 15 policies bearing nos.[protected] to[protected] on 30.06.2007 in the name of my son B Gopikrishna. I have also paid the premiums due in the month of June 2008. Till date LIC has not sent the relative policies.

                                      LIC has not sent the policies to my son as per the prevailing procedure.

                                      There is no record with LIC as to how the policies were sent. However, LIC is demanding charges for the issue of duplicate policies.
