prepayment charges

I have availed HL of Rs.23 lakhs from LICHFL in January 2005. ROI was @ 8.25% p.a. fixed for 5 years. Now, I have received an email from the Area Manager, Thane that my ROI is reset at 10% Floating from January 2010. Since I was getting a better ROI from another Bank, I decided to switch over my HL account from LICHFL to that Bank. I asked for foreclosure letter from LICHFL. Rejection of loan against money back policy

I, Saroj Kanti Samanta, resident of Vill-Hatabari, Udayan Cinema Road, P.O. Contai,
Dist. PUrba Medinipur, West Bengal, PIN-721401 taken a LIC Money Back Policy No.[protected].
I took loan from that policy and repaid it on 11.12.2009 I am awaiting for my Policy Bond
refunded. Suddenly on urgent need of money for medical treatment I apply for fresh loan.

ecs not proper perticularly for state bank

last month i have sold approximately 5 to 6 policy to the clients payment through ECS . EMI increased without notice

Sir,
I have taken loan from you in Aug.2009 amounting to Rs.1780000/-. EMI was fixed as Rs15735/-.Last month all of a sudden EMI of Rs.17130/- was deducted without any reason and without any early notice.
I appeal concerned senior officers and request them to look into the matter.

Showing incorrect Paid Premium

My Policy No is[protected]

Since starting it is creating problem first my check was not accepted then first payment I had paid cash and my Agent Ashok Kumar told me that next time it will deduct from my account but again same thing append.

After few month I had again paid Rs. 6125.00 so till that time I had paid 7 premiums. I don't know why the amount is not deducting from my account.

Policy Number[protected] / Jeevan Surbhi ( Money Back Policy) was taken by me in 2001 from LIC service branch 94N / Vita, Dist:Sangli; Maharashtra and money back amount Rs 40,000/- of second installment was due in Jan 2008. No value for customers

We have taken a home loan from LICHFL and now we are seeing the real picture. slow disbursement procedure, then late release of cheques to be given to the builder, no co-ordination with customers, charging fees for late payment of EMI and on top of that additional interest, no value for customers. In my family from last 20 years me n my family have taken nearly 20 - 25 policies from LIC. Till date i had not got any policy from any private insurer as i have faith n trust in LIC.
