I have taken one LIC HEALTH PLUS on 28.05.2009 and my Policy No. is[protected] and yearly premium of Rs.7500/-. But it is regret to inform you that till date i have not received the "Welcome Kit" alongwith my Policy from TPA. Even if when I asked about some information the Agent and his Development Officer Mr. MK Dey does not know anything. They are playing with me since 9 months but fail to give me some information as well as my KIT. You are requested to kindly look into this matter seriously otherwise I will go for cancell of this policy. Looking forward to the valuable response at your end.

    I paid my policy amount of rs. 13583/- for policy no:[protected] through net banking from LIC login system on 7/2/2010. I have to received any confirmation of my payment or any receipt through email mentioned above, but my bank account is showing that they have deducted this money from my account.

    Please look into the matter and solve it.

    I paid my policy amount of rs. 30025/- & 12010 for policy no:[protected] &[protected] through local agency on 25/2/2010 & 4/3/2010 but premium history is not available for this policy in LIC web site. I want to see my premium history in your website.

    Please look into the matter and solve it.

      Dear sir,

      We have paid the premium for the policies[protected] and[protected] which are in the name of Mr A. Ganeshan for the month December on 05.01.2010 via collecting branch code 701 since the online payment link was not working.

      Where as this month when we tried to pay the payment for January again it has taken the premium for the month december and even the receipt is not generated yet. why is it so? and still the premium is pending for the month january.

      Payment is made through HDFC BANK details as below

      Hi srividya. First of all register your self at lic portal . Website "www.licindia.in" By providing Your policy no, Address and correct DOB as you had given on your policy. Then register complaints through that portal. Your problem will be solved instantly.

The receipt is generated but Premium Paid Certificate for the year of[protected] is not generated for Particular Month . .

        Dear Sir,

        I, Narendra Kumar Shrivastava, am policy holder policy number[protected]. This policy was purchased by me from LIC office Damoh Branch(037D) in August'78. The monthly installment was Rs 42.50/- It was due on August'2008.
        In year 1984, I took a loan of Rs 800/- against this policy. Hence, the policy was deposited in the LIC office Damoh Branch.
        A letter from LIC office was recieved iin June'2008 stating the amount of plicy as Rs 15,180/- which was due to be encashed in August'2009.

        After the due date on approaching the LIC office, it was told that the record of the policy could not be found. Hence no payment was made.

        Even after 1 year and 4 months the payment is still awaitnig. Please look into the matter.

        Dear Sir/ Madam,

        My Future Plus policy bearing no.[protected] has vested on[protected]. I have received intimation letter on[protected], having ref no. 73H/AnnuityOption/ULIP-IPP dated[protected] by post, for purchase of pension. Please note that the intimation letter was posted by LIC, Nampally, Hyderabad office on[protected]. I have approached the local BHEL Branch office earlier, for surrendering the policy, but this was not taken saying that there is no specific information on Future Plus Policy, available with them and I have to come only after Vesting date, i.e.[protected].
        In the absence of information, I have approached the concerned official at BHEL branch office for taking the total payment of Policy on Maturity on[protected] and[protected]. But, I was informed that total maturity amount can’t be taken, as the vesting date[protected] has already crossed.
        As I was not guided/ intimated that this policy is to be submitted before[protected], either by Local BHEL branch or by the Nampally- Hyderabad office, I could not submit the Policy for claiming total amount in time. Further, I have received the intimation letter for purchase of pension only on[protected].
        So, I request you to kindly consider my case for claiming total Maturity amount, without opting for purchase of pension, as I am in dire necessity of funds for purchase of Flat.

          I have LIC money plus policy(plan 180) . Yearly Preminum is Rs.50, 000/-. I have paid for last three years starting from march2007 . How to find out the status of growth of this policy. I donot have any communication from LIC office on this matter. Pls. guide.

          Is it compulsory to pay after 3 yrs. Maturity period is 15 yrs.

              Sub: My Housing Loan A/c. 25012909, Appl.No.309536 – Grievance regarding ECS
              Arrangement – Complaint - reg.

              I am writing this letter after having tried to represent my case to your staff on many occasions and getting frustrated due to their unsympathetic, uncaring and unhelpful attitude.

              Sir, I have been making regular remittances (EMI) towards the above housing loan for the past many years through ECS arrangement with Punjab National Bank. Recently, since I have joined the Bharathidasan University as Professor of Social Work and because my salary account is with the State Bank of India (BDU Branch - SB A/c No: [protected]), I wanted to change my ECS arrangement from PNB to SBI. In this regard, I gave my fresh ECS Mandate Form duly signed by me and the officer concerned at the SBI (BDU Branch) to your staff (a young lady who takes care of all matters relating to ECS payments and IT Certificates), as early as 20th November 2009. but, on 25th Jan 2010, I was shocked to receive a letter from your office informing me that my payment had been dishonoured (in an open letter which can be read by anyone in a rather degrading manner). As soon as I got that letter, I came to your office and met the lady staff in-charge of ECS and pleaded with her to set things right with regard to my ECS arrangement. She said she will see what can be done but never did anything. She also promised to call me and appraise me regarding the actual problem concerning the ECS arrangement which she has not done till date. In the mean time, again, yesterday, I was shocked to receive another open letter dated 02/02/2010 mentioning that there is non-payment of dues under my Loan.

              Sir, I wish to inform you that I submitted ECS Mandate Forms to your office and the BSNL office on the same day (20/11/2009). The BSNL bills are being cleared through ECS without any confusion or problem but only with the LIC, I am facing unnecessary problems, mental agony and stress.

              Sir, I am extremely busy person occupying a very responsible position as Professor & Head, Department of Social Work at the Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli-23. I travel a lot both within the country and even overseas and hence, I am always hard pressed for time. I can not be running up and down to your office to beg your staff who are very indifferent and totally unhelpful. It is very unfortunate to see how staff of a government organization such as LIC can cause so much of mental stress, agony and problems even to highly educated and well placed individuals like me. I am just wondering how much of a mental agony they will create for uneducated or less educated folks.

              Sir, I even tried to meet with you personally, but I could not. Now, I request you to take serious steps and see that my ECS arrangement with the State Bank of India is regularized.

              Since, my EMI remittance has been disrupted for the past 2 months for no fault of mine, I am herewith sending you an SBI Local Cheque (No.443012) dated 05/02/2010 for Rs.8448/- (Rupees Eight Thousand Four Hundred and Forty Eight Only) towards my 2 months’ EMI amount. Kindly acknowledge receipt of the EMI remittance and set right my ECS arrangement.

              I am also sending a copy of this letter to the State Bank of India authorities for necessary action and initiatives to rectify things, if at all there are any, on their part.

              I request you Sir, to kindly help me by intervening and taking further action against erring staff of concerned departments, sections or whatever.

              Your letter ought to be more aggressive than persuasive

              Bank Of India — unhelpful Staff

              It takes almost 1 month or more to open an a/c because whenever you go to open an a/c the staff would say not now come later. They are so lazy. They dont justify thier salary they just get paid to sit & chat with the colleagues....
              LIC is one of the Parasite organisation feeding on the hard earned money of common man the company have good policy for the people but none are implemented as all the people working with this organisation are having a careless attitude coz they know it is not performance based job, same is the situation with AIR INDIA, we as a common man should really take some concrete action against these SEMI GOVT organisation so that common man is not taken for granted... Just think now you are young you are paying them your hard earned money with complete confidence but what happens when you go back to them after 30 years to reimbursement of your dues... you can do something now but that time may be you are helpless and this organisation will add up to your problems..wake up and file suitable legal cases against this organisation mentioning the individual working for this company so that others take a lesson and improve their working or leave jobs due to poor service.

                  I, Rahul Kumar Sharma, have taken some Policies from HDFC SLIC, but
                  have been cheated, so I would like to address this serious concern
                  which I have been facing since a long time, but unfortunately, so
                  far,HDFC SLIC team have not been very keen to look into the concerns,
                  with this mail, I hope not only to be heard in a proper manner but also
                  some necessary actions will be taken against the culprits..

                  These are the main concerns/problems we have:

                  1. While taking policies I have been told by the representative that
                  the premium is to be paid only for 2-3 years only that too for 3
                  policies that I have taken... which I got to know only a few days back
                  is not the case.. to my shock I got to know that there are several
                  policies in my name which I have never been aware of and we got to know
                  about it only when we found that the money has been transferred for
                  almost 7-8 different policies.

                  2. There are fake policies in my wife's name, Archna Khurana where if
                  you go through the paper work the signatures are not there, and even
                  the address is fake, to my utter surprise I got to know of this
                  scam,when the money was transferred from my account and I got the
                  details where and why the money has been transferred.

                  3. There are policies in the name of my Brother Rohit Kumar, again I
                  was left aghast when I got to know that the premium amount has been
                  deducted for 3 policies though we had just taken one policy for him.

                  I have provided information to the representative trusting him
                  unknowingly that a Bank of such repute can cheat their customers with
                  lakhs of rupees.

                  I would hereby request for a refund of all those policies which are
                  fake, for which we are hopeful to get some reply from your esteemed
                  Bank within this week as I am not very keen to proceed for legal
                  complications, but if I would not be heard this time, filing for a
                  legal suit will be the only option as the money involved is not just
                  few thousands but lakhs of my hard earned money.

                  I am very hopeful for a positive reply this time.(details of all these
                  policies will be provided once I hear from any representative of HDFC
                  Bank)

                    Dear Avinash,

                    This is with reference to my discussion on January 30, 2010 regarding non receipt of the processing fees paid towards LIC Housing Loan File No: 407640 & Top up loan File no. 407639.

                    As discussed earlier, I have applied for loan transfer & top up request dated April 27, 2009 and the same got rejected after 4 months due to some reason. I have been following with your thane branch sales agent Mr. Ramesh Chavan also spoke to Mr. Mohan (Head of thane branch) from last 8 months for the refund of Rs. 5300/- paid towards processing fees of above mentioned loan no’s.

                    Further to our discussion and confirmed by you, you were supposed to get back to me by the same day itself but I am still waiting for your revert.

                    Request you to look into the same else I will escalate the matter to consumer court.

                    Your earliest revert in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                        Already I have paid my LIC Due premiums to the corporation on 20/07/2009 with ORN : 1181425, and TR No. 36381 in Bhadrachalam Branch (Code : 64 R), my policy no. is[protected], DOC : 28/03/2005, TNT : 89-18. My next premium due is 09/2009. But when I went to premium collection centre, my policy has been lapsed from 28.06.2007 and according to the revival quotation i have to pay Rs.19,654.

                        I am innocent and I dont know about the above information. supose if risk may happen, my family and dependents wont get any risk cover. So I am sending this matter to your notice. justify me, I am enclosing office receipt copy and premium collection centre's rivival quotation. please justify me.

                            My Sister Aruna Rani has purchased a policy (policy no.[protected], branch- Hindustan Building, Jamshedpur-2nd) from a Agent Devender (Agent code is issued to his wife Vijaya Luxmi, code[protected]. My sister gave them a amount of 15,000.. They handed over the documents to her. Now she has been shifted to delhi from more than one year. Now when she tried to pay again the premium from Delhi office she found that policy is not with her name. Agent has sold the policy to someone else. I have tried his number several times but he is telling lie everytime. Even many times he told me that i am paying, i have just deposited in your account...and many times keeps his mobile switch off. Please sort out this problem as soon as possible..

                              I HAD APPLIED FOR A HOUSING LOAN FROM LIC HFL KAUSHAMBI GHAZIABAD NEARLY FOUR MONTHS AGO FOR PURCHASING A FLAT IN VASUNDHARA (GHAZIABAD). THEY HAD TAKEN A CHEQUE OF RS 1103.00 AS PRE PROCESSING FEES. I HAD SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS TO THEM. THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE SO LONG , MOREEVER THEY HAD CLEARED THE CHEQUE ALSO WITHOUT TAKING ANY ACTION.

                                  I am not sure who is the responsible person in the LIC Housing finance, as a dissatisfy customer and frustrated by the pathetic customer support provided by your officials, I am forced to share my concern to all of you, I could get from the Internet. Hope this will be an insight for you and act as an eye opener to improve the organizational culture to develop the LIC HFL as an organization customer oriented, (No Organization can grow without customer)

                                  I have approached the LIC HFL Local Area Office Faridabad and the response from the Area Manager was so rude and unhealthy to resolve the customer issues.

                                  =>I have taken the Loan on dated March 18th, 2008 and no document was provided to me including the tri-party agreement till date.
                                  =>I have Paid all my dues: Dec 26th, 2009 (MLR No.: 35, with Zero Balance) due to reason Documents not provided to me, and LIC-HFL has also charged pre-payment charges.
                                  =>As per the LIC-HFL Policy, Please let me know when I should get my Original Documents.
                                  =>On pursuance LIC HFL is giving me the date March 15th, 2010?

                                  =>Why Your Office is not responding to deliver the Original Documents Immediately, or do you want to say 2.5 months is the proper time. this is the speed LIC-HFL working or this is
                                  the individual person issue. If So why the organization should earn the bad name.
                                  =>Any delay at customer part, you have charged the penalty including the prepayment. Than why the delay at LIC-HFL. account should not be consider as failure at your part.
                                  =>LIC HFL office is calling me on Jan 27th and Jan 30th 2010, I have dues of approx 1.8 lacs, and asking me why your RTGS is not cleared. though all the money has been paid on Dec 26th
                                  2009. This clearly shows communication gap within the system.

                                  I had taken a loan from Faridabad branch in Oct 2000 loan a/c no. [protected] and application no.[protected]I was first customer of the branch) My loan is fully paid in April 2011. Local area office is providing no information whom should I contact for return of the original documents.
                                  I had taken a loan from LIC-HFL, Faridabad branch in 2010. I have completely paid my loan in early March'13, whereas LIC-HFL has given me a date for collection of documents for mid May'13 & that too from Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi. Mine was a takeover case by Nationalised bank. LIC-HFL is asking for clearance certificate from the bank without seeing their bank account in which credit must be reflecting. This is too bureaucratic & absolute harassment to the customer. With this experience to get back my original documents, I shall never go again with LIC-HFL for any of my loan requirements.

                                    I had submitted the payment of premium by cheque at Branch in Borivali No.902. By mistake I had written the date on cheque of 2009 instead of 2010. The cheques was returned inspite of availability of fund in my Bank account. Now LIC is telling me that I had made the mistake and there is no duty of LIC employee to check the details filled in the cheque. Further they are not ready to accept the cheques. They want only cash. I wanted to make payment by Bankers cheque which they are not ready to accept. Further staff at the branch is giving me threat and they told me to go and make complani anywhere I want to make.They are not afraid of it as it is not their duty to check the details in the cheque.

                                    I wanted to know under RTI whether it is duty of staff accepting payment to verify the matter on cheques before sending it for realisation. Branch told me they are not suppose to check anything. Policy holder is only responsible for this.
                                    Further I wanted to know if it is duty of staff to check the thing and if they have not checked then want is penalty for them. Because I have to make payment by Bankers cheques for whcih payment of banks charges i have to make and additional payment of another charges of Rs.135 is payble by me to LIC. I am really surpise to see the LIC website there is no system for the complain against the branch. Why this is so. They only wanted to recive the money but do no wanted to listen any complain to their customers against them or their staff.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I wish to bring to your notice the following . While paying the premium for this month I sent the cheque for Rs 490/- around February 6th 2010 so that the money gets credited before the due date.I ha d dated the cheque as 7th March2010 as the premium is due only by March28th.The person concerned from the office in branch unit 123 of LIC had sent the cheque for clearance in February itself overlooking the postdated cheque. As a consequence the bank returned the cheque with a penalty of Rs 125/-and the branch unit returned the cheque to my address and wanted me to send another cheque with the penalty of RS 125/-.To avoid the problem as now I am now in Indonesia I sent another cheque for Rs 615/- including the penalty for the mistake of the person who overlooked the date on the cheque before sending for clearance.
                                    In the fitness of things is it fair on the part of the LIC office branch unit 123 to impose the penalty on the policyholder as the mistake was committed by the unit in sending the postdated cheque. If the branch unit could have waited till March 7th before presenting the cheque then it would have been honoured by the bank and could have avoided the penalty.
                                    Kindly instruct your branch units to avoid such mistakes in future.

                                      Sir, I Had taken loan from LIC policy no.[protected] at DEVARKONDA, Nalgonda, A.P(branch-73E) policy loan amount paid through ICICI bank cheque no.648893 amount of Rs.20000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only)cheque was cleared on 29.08.2008, Now I had verified at LIC Devarkonda branch office the same amount is not yet posted in my LIC account , so I had given a written compliant to Branch manager on 22.12.2009, but as on date no action has been taken
                                      So I am requesting to you please resolve the same and regularise from 29.08.2008

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I payed my policy premium amount (Rs. 6412/-) which no. is[protected] on 29/01/2010. Even transaction is successful (as per bank's notice) I have not recieved any copy of reciept online nor able to see in View Premium reciept in customer's folder. I have been try to lodge the online complaint but it shows "Please try later". Since I have to show the reciept in my office for Tax benefit by today. Please resolve my issue as early as possible. Their customer care representatives are also not picking up the phone in chennai office. Their office no, is[protected],[protected].

                                        I am a LIC Jeevan Varsha holder vide Policy No.[protected]
                                        As per terms and conditions of policy after completion of 03 years we will get back 10% amount of policy
                                        accordingly three years period has been expired on March'2011 and I have paid payments on due dates upto date. But till date neither reply nor any payment received so far.
                                        Hence requested that, kindly intimate present poistion of the policy and settle the 10% amount of policy at the earliet please.
