My Policy No is[protected]

Since starting it is creating problem first my check was not accepted then first payment I had paid cash and my Agent Ashok Kumar told me that next time it will deduct from my account but again same thing append.

After few month I had again paid Rs. 6125.00 so till that time I had paid 7 premiums. I don't know why the amount is not deducting from my account.

The main issue is here now it is not showing the less premiums which I have paid. I have request to make it correct before two month and given rest of the amount but still my policy is not activated. Could you please let me know who is responsible for it and how long it will take to be correct.

Now I tired with complaining to my agent (Ashok Kumar), Whenever I complain he use to say that this will correct from Kanpur and we are working on it but two months are enough time thats why I am complaining to you.

In case if it is not possible to correct the problem so please return the whole amount which I have paid but not showing in premiums so that I can pay rest of all amount and activate my policy. Really it become frustrating for me that since last three years I am facing problem with my policy.

Please do something right now It will be so kind and great help from your site.

Policy Number[protected] / Jeevan Surbhi ( Money Back Policy) was taken by me in 2001 from LIC service branch 94N / Vita, Dist:Sangli; Maharashtra and money back amount Rs 40,000/- of second installment was due in Jan 2008. In spite of repeated request to LIC of India above said amount not received by me. I am regularly paying premium amount.

We have taken a home loan from LICHFL and now we are seeing the real picture. slow disbursement procedure, then late release of cheques to be given to the builder, no co-ordination with customers, charging fees for late payment of EMI and on top of that additional interest, no value for customers. These are some of the reasons to give headaches to people like us and those who have taken loans from LICHFL. Even after my wife bringing up this matter with the top hierarchy officers in this organisation nothing has been sorted out till now & i'm sorry to say the even the top officials don't have the courtesy even to reply to her mails. I would recommend to anyone and everyone who are seeking home loans to not to take it from LICHFL.

It is submitted that my sister Mrs Anu Chauhan and her husband Mr. Rajinder Chauhan of
Ropar(Pb.) were insured by one Mr Rakesh Bansal , R/o Vill. Soban Majra,P/o Panjehra , Nalagarh,
Distt. Solan(HP). Mr. Bansal is a Development Officer at LIC office, Mayor complex ,Parwanoo , Distt.
Solan (H.P.) -173220. His TP no is [protected]. My sister who was insured against policy nos.
[protected].09.08) and policy no.[protected].1.2010) under Agent code no.0092415E at branch:
15E, more than one year has lapsed but Mr. Bansal is not providing us our originaI policies and
receipts. Even, when we have given him Rs.20000 -(2 policies) (amount in total 40000) to deposit
in the name of Mrs. Anu Chauhan and Mr. Shivam Gogna (policy no. [protected].1.2010) each.
He has only provided us the Receipt of Rs.10000/ each deposited and now we are fully confident
that he has misappropriated the remaining 20000. Secondly, more than two years has lapsed but
he has not provided us the original LIC policy- which we gave him to correct the name of Mr.
Rajinder Kumar Verma to Rajinder Chauhan. We are not even aware of the policy no. and its
premium deposits Roundup (yearly or half yearly). We had telephonic-conversations and personal
meetings with Mr. Bansal which proved of no use.He kept us in dark about the policies. We have also
written to GM-LIC office at parwanoo, where Mr Bansal is working as Development Officer. But, we
haven’t got any information regarding these policies. All this happened because Mr. Bansal was
known to us, as we are from the same village.

You are therefore, humbly requested to look into the
matter and kindly take necessary action so that we may get our original policies back and amount of
Rs 20000/- as well. You are also requested to take stern action against Mr. Bansal, so that such
persons could not tarnish the good name and image of LIC.

Non receipt of LIC policy installments by LIC,
For the period of January-2001 to December-2005
Total 60 installments of Rs270/-each Policy No.[protected]

Please refer to your letter dated 11/10/2008 No.SSS/9353/sp [copy enclosed for ready reference] on the above subject. All the installments for the above mentioned period have been deducted from my salary. Photo copies of the all salary slips are enclosed. As I do not possess the policy and it is informed by your staff that L I C also does not have the details of the above mentioned policy. I request you to close the policy and pay me the dues without charging any penalty and settle the case.
Deduction started from my salary from the July 1994 with Rs.810/-[Rupees eight hundred ten only]. [Xerox enclosed]

In the month of August 1994 Rs.1080/-[Rupees one thousand eighty only] have been deducted from my salary. [Xerox enclosed] and September 1994 onward Rs 270/- have been deducted.

Please give full details of the settlement. Please let me know under what rule you have settled the issue.

I can't find the policy status of my policy on the adresses given on lic of india website e.g.financials.co.in, www.sriraj.org and others. Please sand me the right website vor e-mail address to check the same.

I did no submitted my premium for above policy from6-7 months. Please advice what to do.

In my family from last 20 years me n my family have taken nearly 20 - 25 policies from LIC. Till date i had not got any policy from any private insurer as i have faith n trust in LIC.
But last year in Jan-2009 when i bought policy from LIC br.915,Mumbai through agent(DSR Insurance services) I faced a lot of problems. I regularly called agent for policy but i didn't received it.Then in the month of december 2009 nearly after 11 months i received my policy through courier and immediately i send it to branch 915 for cancellation. I received it back after 10 days stating that your policy cannot be canceled as per IRDA guidelines. When i asked branch 915 about the guidelines, they rudely told me that go and ask IRDA.
I had sent a complaint letter to IRDA on 15/01/2010. Still i had not received any reply.
Also my premium due date is Feb-28-2010.
Please help me to find out a way out of this, get my policies canceled and also refund my premium.

I have requested to LIC Office at Sec -31 Branch, Gurgaon. But they are not responding at all just saying it is in process and the will let me know whenever they will get confirmation from Delhi Office.

Dear Sir,

With regards to Policy No.[protected] dated : 15/03/2007. Like many other customers / policy holders of LIC Corporation I used to consider LIC as an organization which would help its customers wholeheartedly. To my amaze I found all that dreams your LIC Agents show are fake. I want to share my experience with one of the LIC agent who promised us to get the best deal.

Due to death of my father we requested the agent to get the compensation we are eligible for. He said we can only claim an amount of Rs1.47lakhs. He took around 50 days to get this information. And we waited patiently to hear more updates from him. after about 4-5 months he comes back to us saying we are not eligible to get the that much amount, but we would get the amount that we paid so far with a deduction of about Rs.[protected]. We agreed to that too. Since we were agreeing to every thing he said. Now he says we would not get a single penny out of it and let go all the amount. Its been about 7 months so far. When we argued with he asks us to file a case against LIC to avail the amount we paid.

My questions to LIC is
1. Does LIC recruit any agent from the road?
2. Does LIC agents atleast understand what is been written in ENGLISH?
3. Does LIC agent read the policy terms and conditions before explaining it to the customers?
4. Is LIC so small company that it took 7months for it to get the reports from hospitals?
5. Are the LIC agents responsible to act according to situations?

With all my discomforts and grievance. I had already asked to discontinue my existing policies. I would like to share the same with my friends and family. Please help me with this issue and bring us some justice.

i got the market plus policy (no[protected] in 21 fab 2007 deposited 3 instalments of 20000 thousand and another policy money plus policy (no[protected] in 21 fab 2007 deposited 3 instalments of 20000 thousand.
how can i get the status of my policies on email. nobody is responsing in the LIC offices.

I am unable to enroll my new policies because of incorrect date of birth mentioned in my profile. I'm unable to modify it. I registered my complaint twice at LIC official web site but in vain. The compalint numbers were 229888 dated 04.02.2010 & 230783 dated 06.02.2010. Please help by getting it ractified.
