Non receipt of LIC Health Card

Sir,

I would like to bring in your kind notice that I have a policy with LIC of India No.[protected]LIC' Health Plus) and Rs.10,000 is being paid everyear as a premium since 2008. I am very much regret to note the poor service rendered by LIC of India as I am still waiting to get the TPA Card of Myself and for my son.

Change in ROI without notice

Dear All,

I took loan from LIC in August -09 at 8.5 ROI , and with in 3 months it has been changed to 10%.
As per my sanction letter its right as it was issued in month of June-09.

I want to complain that many collagues took loan in same month from LIC and they are still paying 8.5 ROI.
even after 3 months.

I tried to get the real problem and they told me that this rate is fixed for...

Cheque or money back has not received since seven month

I have a insurance policy from LIC of India Ltd. Branch BHARWARI Distt. Allahabad. Policy No.[protected]. After evey four years Rs.25000/- will be money back to me but after four and a half year is pass on and I am not getting any cheque or amount of Rs.25000/- from LIC.All preimums has already paid by me at schedule time.

Refund of processing fee for home loan

Respected Sir,

I had applied for home loan to LIC home loan in april 2009 and till date nothing has happened i had requested to stop the process as there was no update from LIC.

Also i had requested to refund the processing fees as there was no action taken since 9 months.

I have written email to concern branch almost 10 email. Since i am staying in chennai. I only got reply that they have forwarded...

No correspondence after Investment

Home Loan

I have taken a home loan in month of Dec,09. Till now , i have not received any written communication about repayment or home loan details nor hit any ECS to my bank account.
After making a phone to LIC HFL office, i understood that i need to pay some amount against interest for this month and asking some late payment charges.
This is how these peoples are working ? For their own mistake , we have to suffer....

Non completion of proposal

Dear Sirs,

In July 2009 I have requested for a term insurance plan of Rs. 25 lacs vide my proposal no. 4368 through your 12 H satellite branch at Rohini, sector 11, New Delhi. For which I have already paid the required premium in the month of July 2009 itself. But till date I have not received the FPR or any status of my policy. Online premium payment portal not working

Dear Sir,
Life insurance corporation of India's portal for online premium payment is not working fine.
It is giving the error message that 'Server is too busy' evertime whenever I used to log-in.
When I am trying to call their customer care it always give me a message you are in queue that is why not able to log a complain in customer care.
