This company is the biggest fraud company and they take their room for making membership. Once customer paid amount after that they never keep their promise.

At the time of membership they tell you, you will get a 4star accommodation all over the world. When you make a real booking, for sure you will be surprised with cheap hotel.

Their customer support is very worst. Quickly they will close the company and they will prove they are fraud.

I request you guys... Don't make any membership better deposit your amount in bank.

This is again a proof that they are fraud. No conversation done with me, they themselves have said matter was resolved. Bloody idiot Likizo
Yes, they are frauds. They take customers inside a room, have jammers and restrict customers from using their phones. This is against business ethics and unlawful. The agreements signed are unethical as businesses are obligated to refund amounts and there is no clause allowed for non-refund in laws if they mention it its unlawful and amounts to fraud and cheating. I have filed a consumer court and police complaint against them. I am going full force against them, as they are frauds and cheats.

After seeing my complaints every where, and also filing in consumer forum, a person named Bharat who was avoiding my calls before now suddenly called me himself and he is acting as if I cheated him with HIS money, which in fact is the other way round. He was just talking and not listening at all and I had to raise my voice and make him explain. He was avoiding my call and Amol was appointed to take care of it, and the only thing he had said was from Oct 1st enrollment will be done to which I specifically said I want my grievances resolved which I have emailed you before everything else, and apart from that I want it in email and this conversation was on Sat Sept 22, 2018. I never received that email instead I got a call from Bharath as he is pissed I posted complaints against them everywhere. He says, that they have discussed with management for approval, but I never got any confirmation regarding that nor email nor phone call, and I specifically said your are solving my grievance and you talk within closed doors without letting me know. He was just making an excuse as I have filed a complaint with consumer forum and complaints everywhere and suddenly out of the blue called me, which he was avoiding me till now. And the Amol who was supposed to send me an email is nowhere to been seen now.

One thing is for sure that only after you file a complaint with legal authorities and online, only then they call you otherwise they will avoid you. Imagine how their customer service will be going ahead as well.

You can contact raise dispute with your credit card bank i[censored]sed credit card and raise issue with higher authority, like the nodal or principal nodal officer. Also file a complaint in consumer forum and police complaint as well. You can also mention the same to commissioner of police and write them a letter as it serves as proof. Also this kind of fraud was done in Sanpada by another company giving same kind of offers.

Today itself I have written to Navi Mumbai Commissioner of Police, as two days back I had complained about the same and today they asked me to send a detailed complaint with address which I have done.

It's been three weeks now, but they haven't resolved anything. Everytime I particular say to them that instead of phone call, I need in writing, in email proof, every details and specifics but they NEVER EVER provide me in email writing.
have specifically four times on email told them to given me every specifics and details in email as it will be proof, and also told them on phone calls. They always say will email but they never email me the specifics and details, as they don't want to give it in writing.
Below is the 6th Email that I have sent them. They are just refusing to provide it in writing what I had asked for. They make false promises before and after the agreement is signed. Bharat, Amol, Sayed Hussain, Kapil all will force you, lie to you, and backtrack on their words and will also harass you if you file an official complaint against them.

These were the specific words of Bharath, "We won't call you again, we will email you and you will receive the email next". I have proof. Then on September 29, 2018 I again sent you an email, again reminding you that I want all the specifics and details in email not orally, but in written proof which you have not YET have done it which clearly shows you are trying to avoid that. I have clearly also said on September 27, 2018 that I won't take any calls because your customer service especially Bharat has no manners to talk and has no commitment or intention to solve the issue, he is a liar and I specifically told him when I was following up he never came on phone and when I raised and filed a complaint he calls me upfront. I am mentioning it again.

I have put five emails now asking for every specifics and details and also concrete implementation of the gym membership and the services that you talk about which you have not provided. Unless you don't provide me in writing through an email with all details no phone calls will be entertained. For the past two weeks I have continuously called and Bharat has refused to come on the phone even though he had promised in front of the police officer this will be resolved. You made me call you again and again and no resolution, after I make a official complaint you are doing all this drama but still no email which I had requested.

Please be rest assured, I am going to take every legal action there is possible against you. Every day you are defrauding people of their hard earned money.

I have raised points and issues against the explanation that you have given me because the explanation that you gave has no specifics. Again I asked detailed specifics, like are you giving me per month vouchers (which I disagreed before and after the agreement) or paying it one go to the gym membership? This you didn't answer. You said the payment will be in EMI, but I raised a issue that the complete amount was generated in my statement, you didn't give me an explanation to this. I have to pay in full to my credit card company even after you promised and mentioned that it will be EMI. I have raised all issues and queries to your points, but it seems like you don't want to go in-depth and give specifics, which again shows half-baked promises. The points I raised are not useless, your explanation is just half-baked. I am tired of sending many mails just to get one mail reply from you, this also shows your lack of customer service and no grievance redressal system. Expecting response on my previous mail, on why I got charged entire amount instead of EMI and also is it per month voucher or you are going to pay an annual amount, also the mention of the same in the agreement because it is already known that you lack honoring agreements and promises.
I have contacted you through your message and shared my email. We are creating a group and filing a consumer and criminal case against them. If you want to join in please email me.

I am also a victim for the same. Can you please include me in the group as well.
I think all o[censored]s who have suffered from this Fraud company Likizo.We all should come together and report against them in Police and we will file an fir against them and will fight for our money.
We should not let them continue fooling people.

We can form a watsapp group and all those who are in pune .we can collect at one place on this weekend and we can go to police station .

We took the membership in August 2018 and since one month are trying to make a booking but they did not succeed in providing us with a hotel booking in the last 4 or 5 weeks

    I am vishal bhilare and my wife mrs. Nutan bhilare from pune i visited likizo banner office on monday 8/10/18 that time there sales person not inform me for additional maintenance charge of 7000/- and i have to pay rs.1000/- per day for every trip also they not inform me there is no refund and cancellation facility (They sign all the document very fast they don't give time to read this agreement). After i send mail on cancellation within 6 hrs but they don't stop my registration.in registration confirmation call on 9th oct, 2018 morning i said that i canceled my registration but after that also they mail me welcome letter in this letter they not provide details of services which they are going to give me on monthly basic like d-mart rs.1000/- discount voucher, 2 movie tickets, barbeque nation lunch or dinner voucher, and so many more for 5 years. Also they did payment from my credit card rs.95000/- and debit card rs.5000/- they said that we will do emi on credit card till today its not happen (12/10/2018). When i give call to my bank they said that there is no emi option on this 95000/- payment.

    For all this issue i visited your banner office again i had talk with mr. Sandeep sonawane senior manager and mr. Rahul deshpande from likizo office i discussed all this issue with them they said that we are ready to give all this services, but i am not confidant on this because of so many false commitment and details not provided as per information given by your sales person.

    I said him give my refund of rs.100000/- but after so much followup on mail, telephone they are not giving my money back.

    Kindly do needfull as early as possible, because i have make credit card payment before 1st nov, 2018.

    i got my money, but not because of you. there should be quick action needed from your side...so much waiting for reply and company is not bother this complaints.

        We had bought a package of likizo services for 10yrs in 160000. We were shown in brochure about good hotels like taj mahal mumbai and all. We had also confirmed about it and we were assured to get it. But soon when we wanted to book they took a step back and told we cannot give u the desired hotel and instead showed us local hotels. They have fooled us by selling the fake services and now we want to get our money back. Kindly look into the matter and respond.

        they asked me 2.35L for 10 yr package, they charged u less but they are frauds, they have many complaints registered against them with credit card companies also.

          Likizo services is a fraud company.
          I recieved call that i got selected as a winner in lucky draw coupon which i filled on baner petrol pump and collect my gifts from there baner, pune office. When i went there on 2 october 2018 at 3:00 pm they explained there promotional plans to me and without giving time to discuss with my wife or check anything on google they forced us to buy there membership service for which i paid rs 2500 by using my saraswat debit card and 45000 by using my sbi credit card. But after searched on google and facebook i came to know that it is a fraud company so within 2 hours after payment i went back to their office but they are saying that amount is non refundable they are not accepting my request to cancelled this mebership and get my amout refund please help me.
          I taken in return from him to pay back if service is not good so, 100% service is not good i want my money back.

            Myself mrs. Seema mane. I want to submit complaint of likizo services pune staff.
            On 27 th september 2018, this date when we were at central mall near deccan pune, there was one guy come to me and asked my name and number. I thought this all related to just mall safty services, that's why i gave my number and name.
            After that on 28 th september and 29 th september, i received many calls from ms. Sonali from likizo services. She told that i they have selected me for their company 5 gift vouchers (Movie tickets, parlour free coupon, car servicing coupon, 7 day 6 nights holiday free hotel also one gift) and then i got address of likizo office through message. After so many calls me with my husband finally reached on that address on 30 th september 2018.
            That time they told us we need to attain there session about 60 min. Then they gave information about likizo service in one hall, there so lauded atmosphere, after that they convince us to take their services, but we were not able to give their high cost amount. They force us to take rs.65, 000/- package but we unable to pay such high cost. So we decided to go out but they people means 3-4 likizo services staff continuously 2 hours forcing us, that's why me got headache, and that time he was mentally dead.
            Secondly they offer rs.35000/- package, but my husband refused and they still forced. After that they forcefully asked for credit card. My husband told them, 'we don't have cash and we could not able to pay this much amount. Tthen mrs. Vaishnavi nazirkar, "give me your credit card to check your card limit."
            Transaction was failed due to no balance. So we get up to leave that hall. Again mr. Ruturaj patil stopped us and forced to take membership for another offer. We were refucing but they convincing by telling new new tasks and offers. This was happened for 4-5 times. So finally with blank mind i swiped card for 5000 rs. And rest amount for but they not given us proper receipt for that cash. For rest 20000 rs and amc 7000 rs they make emi with no any interest and no processing fees. After that suddenly they make hurry to push out us from hall.
            When we came out then we checked on internet about likizo services then we shocked, i quickly called to mr. Ruturaj, mrs vaishnavi but they not received first my call. Later after some time when continuesly called them they picked up my call. I was begging for my own money to refund me back. So mr. Ruturaj just told he will help me for any problem but mrs. Vaishnavi refused me to give back my money.
            I want only my money back which they brag from us.
            Kindly someone be ahead to stop such fraud companies.

            One thing is for sure that only after you file a complaint with legal authorities and online, only then they call you otherwise they will avoid you. Imagine how their customer service will be going ahead as well.

            You can contact raise dispute with your credit card bank i[censored]sed credit card and raise issue with higher authority, like the nodal or principal nodal officer. Also file a complaint in consumer forum and police complaint as well. You can also mention the same to commissioner of police and write them a letter as it serves as proof. Also this kind of fraud was done in Sanpada by another company giving same kind of offers.

            Today itself I have written to Navi Mumbai Commissioner of Police, as two days back I had complained about the same and today they asked me to send a detailed complaint with address which I have done.

            It's been three weeks now, but they haven't resolved anything. Everytime I particular say to them that instead of phone call, I need in writing, in email proof, every details and specifics but they NEVER EVER provide me in email writing.
            Fake commitment given by agents and after that they force to sign agreememt and in agreement only room rent will provide by the company...
            for Food also we need to pay...

Unless you don't provide me in writing through an email with all details no phone calls will be entertained. For the past two weeks I have continuously called and Bharat has refused to come on the phone even though he had promised in front of the police officer this will be resolved. You made me call you again and again and no resolution, after I make a official complaint you are doing all this drama but still no email which I had requested.

            Please be rest assured, I am going to take every legal action there is possible against you. Every day you are defrauding people of their hard earned money.

But after searched on google and facebook i came to know that it is a fraud company so within 2 hours after payment i went back to their office but they are saying that amount is non refundable they are not accepting my request to cancelled this mebership and get my amout refund please help me.

              Likizo services is a fraud company.
              I recieved call that i got selected as a winner in lucky draw coupon which i filled on baner petrol pump and collect my gifts from there baner, pune office. When i went there on 2 october 2018 at 3:00 pm they explained there promotional plans to me and without giving time to discuss with my wife or check anything on google they forced us to buy there membership service for which i paid rs 2500 by using my saraswat debit card and 45000 by using my sbi credit card. But after searched on google and facebook i came to know that it is a fraud company so within 2 hours after payment i went back to their office but they are saying that amount is non refundable they are not accepting my request to cancelled this mebership and get my amout refund please help me.

              I was visit office likizo services baner but there is one stupid lady sitting there to resolve complaint she don't know any thing.
              How there employees giving very wrong info in presentation and cheat with 100 of people every week. We have lost our Rs.47500 in likizo service and we have to get back any how.
              Yes, they are frauds. They take customers inside a room, have jammers and restrict customers from using their phones. This is against business ethics and unlawful. The agreements signed are unethical as businesses are obligated to refund amounts and there is no clause allowed for non-refund in laws if they mention it its unlawful and amounts to fraud and cheating. I have filed a consumer court and police complaint against them. I am going full force against them, as they are frauds and cheats.

              After seeing my complaints every where, and also filing in consumer forum, a person named Bharat who was avoiding my calls before now suddenly called me himself and he is acting as if I cheated him with HIS money, which in fact is the other way round. He was just talking and not listening at all and I had to raise my voice and make him explain. He was avoiding my call and Amol was appointed to take care of it, and the only thing he had said was from Oct 1st enrollment will be done to which I specifically said I want my grievances resolved which I have emailed you before everything else, and apart from that I want it in email and this conversation was on Sat Sept 22, 2018. Also file a complaint in consumer forum and police complaint as well. You can also mention the same to commissioner of police and write them a letter as it serves as proof. Also this kind of fraud was done in Sanpada by another company giving same kind of offers.

              Today itself I have written to Navi Mumbai Commissioner of Police, as two days back I had complained about the same and today they asked me to send a detailed complaint with address which I have done.

              It's been three weeks now, but they haven't resolved anything. Everytime I particular say to them that instead of phone call, I need in writing, in email proof, every details and specifics but they NEVER EVER provide me in email writing.
              I have specifically four times on email told them to given me every specifics and details in email as it will be proof, and also told them on phone calls. They always say will email but they never email me the specifics and details, as they don't want to give it in writing.

              I have taken membership for 47000 one month back now am trying to get them to book a 4 star hotel for our trip to Rajasthan as they had promised..but have not got it done still...I am calling them everyday and each day they tell me we will get it done by tomorrow...but tomorrow has not come yet...I want to cancel my membership and get my money back...please help...wherecan I make a complain..

                As company asked me to pay 2500 rs as down payment and remaining amount (45, 000) will get deducted as emi from your account but they took all 47, 500) from my account (2, 500 from debit and 45000 from credit)

                So at this point i felt they are not trust-able at all and hence i want my all money back.

                Even after this they are saying that money is non refundable. And as per my knowledge there is no any term refundable as per gov circular.

                Need your help to get my money back.

                They are cheater and fraud they can only click on resolve option can't describe step how and where resolve. My case is still pending.

                  My self samrudhi salgaonkar. Daughter of b. T. Salgaonkar. I want to submit complaint of likizo services staff.
                  On 21st september 2018, this date when we go out from reliance shop there one lady come to my father and asking his name and number. He thought this all related to reliance services, that's why he gave his number and name that lady.
                  After that 22nd september and 23rd september, from pranil, her no:- [protected] this number my dad got many call after 1-1 hours. And he got message on 23rd september. This message i attached with this file.
                  She forcing my dad to visit their office. At 23rd semptember, on 7.20 pm my parents visit to likizo services office.
                  Then they gave information about likizo service in one hall, there so louded atmosphere, after that they convince my parents to take their services, but parents not able to give their high cost amount. They forcing them to take rs.70, 000/- package then my father not able to take and my parents wanted to go out but they people means 3-4 likizo services staff continuously 2 hours forcing them, that's why my father got headache, he is already suffering from heart problem and high diabetes and blood pressure. And that time he was mentally dead.
                  Secondly they offer rs.55000/- package, but my father refused and they still forcing them. After they asking my father's credit card. My father told them, 'we don't have cash and we could not able to pay this much amount."then mr. Kapil said,"give me your credit card to check your card limit."
                  Then my father's card limit was rs.30, 000/- and mr. Kapil swipe rs.35000/- amount and asking to my father for pin, but my father was not giving, then he told,""don't worry only for the statement of no any interest and no processing fees. For emi, i'll show you statement." in few minutes, my father's got message from kotak bank. — successfully rs. 35000/- transfer to likizo service account and you got over limit, you have to pay rs 600/- fine with gst.
                  Then my father shocked, and he got high blood pressure problem and they shouted on those people in hall, then 2 guys come. Mr. Kapil and mr. Salvi. They leave my parents to lifit. And mr. Kapil said "don't worry, i'll refund your money with in 2 days." and he told to mr. Salvi to drop my parents in ground floor.
                  My father came home, his condition was very critical, next day on monday around 12 pm me and my father go likizo office, i discussed with mr. Kapil and he agree to refund my money. Then next day i called mr. Kapil, he told me he was in pune. Then my father called on below no:-[protected] (Pranali) that phone called attend by mr. Nikhil. He told my father come to the office, we will solve your problem. When we come likizo office, we saw mr. Kapil was there and he told me i am in pune, he lied with me. After that mr. Amol patil said, send email on this address.
                  I want only my money back which they brag from us.

                    You should have never used your debit card. For credit card please immediately raise chargeback dispute, and also write to the nodal officer of the respected bank for credit card fraud.                       As company asked me to pay 1, 25, 000rs as down payment that will get deducted as emi from your account but they took all 125000) from my account without any emi.

                      They have given such horrible options for hotels after that and they initially said that only 4* and 5* properties are included.

I have filed a consumer court and police complaint against them. I am going full force against them, as they are frauds and cheats.

                      After seeing my complaints every where, and also filing in consumer forum, a person named Bharat who was avoiding my calls before now suddenly called me himself and he is acting as if I cheated him with HIS money, which in fact is the other way round. He was just talking and not listening at all and I had to raise my voice and make him explain. He was avoiding my call and Amol was appointed to take care of it, and the only thing he had said was from Oct 1st enrollment will be done to which I specifically said I want my grievances resolved which I have emailed you before everything else, and apart from that I want it in email and this conversation was on Sat Sept 22, 2018. I never received that email instead I got a call from Bharath as he is pissed I posted complaints against them everywhere. He says, that they have discussed with management for approval, but I never got any confirmation regarding that nor email nor phone call, and I specifically said your are solving my grievance and you talk within closed doors without letting me know. He was just making an excuse as I have filed a complaint with consumer forum and complaints everywhere and suddenly out of the blue called me, which he was avoiding me till now. And the Amol who was supposed to send me an email is nowhere to been seen now.

                      One thing is for sure that only after you file a complaint with legal authorities and online, only then they call you otherwise they will avoid you. Imagine how their customer service will be going ahead as well.

                      You can contact raise dispute with your credit card bank i[censored]sed credit card and raise issue with higher authority, like the nodal or principal nodal officer. Also file a complaint in consumer forum and police complaint as well. You can also mention the same to commissioner of police and write them a letter as it serves as proof. Also this kind of fraud was done in Sanpada by another company giving same kind of offers.
                      You should have never used your debit card. For credit card please immediately raise chargeback dispute, and also write to the nodal officer of the respected bank for credit card fraud. Today itself I have written to Navi Mumbai Commissioner of Police, as two days back I had complained about the same and today they asked me to send a detailed complaint with address which I have done.

                        The likizo services are fraud. They are explaining the offer in they very noisy environment, however from our side we tried to listen every part. But the offer they explained are not in the membership agreement. The membership agreement was totally unmatched from what they promised. They have hide the information of amc of 7000 every year. They never said the amc cost in the one hour conversation. When i received the welcome letter i seen the 7000 amc per year and i start checking the agreement where they wrote this also by hiding from me. Please help me to get my money back. They have taken 90000/- from me.

                          They are complete fraud.. Have cheated us.
                          People from likizo have called me about some offer and i went to them and they explained to me about their services but when they provided agreement to sign in which all the term and conditions were not there whatever they explained to me and i signed that agreement and paid 55000 rs but right now when i went through many sites found these people are fraud.

                          They took the entire 55000 at one go and kept on fooling us that it would be taken in instalments. They play the music so loud in the room so that ppl do not hear what is being discussed on the other table.
                          Have asked the bank to stop the payment to them and have filed for a dispute. I am sure the bank will not make the payment to them.
                          I am planning to file a police complaint also against them. I have the entire recording of the conversation we had with them.

                            I have also been cheated by them. They have robbed Rs. 95000 with my credit card in the evening of 31st December 2018 . They made my 31st and 1st as nightmare for me. Same situation as described in your post in the Belapur V-times square building. They have high sound, music and electronic jammer. I think they give some drug in the tea which they offer me. Their sales guy does not take the tea. Their sale persons and so called managers are expert in robbing the customer. They do not provide any prior information regarding stamped agreement and terms and conditions.They told me that they have nominal membership fee and Rs 2222 per month EMI. Out of which they will give me sahakari bhandar voucher of Rs. 1200 every month. They will ask you to show the credit card and as soon as you show them they will swipe it with full money even without asking you. Once the transaction is done they will come up with stamped paper and say just sign it. it is same as explained. Actually it is not so. it is completely one sided agreement which does not have any point for customer. This is their dirty trick. I have lost money in their trap. I want my full money back. Let us complain at police in the bulk mass.

                              Yes they are fraud. They are saying need to pay in EMI instalment. They took card saying need to register it for EMI but when I see they took 80k from card. When I asked them about EMI they said call to bank and ask them for EMI conversation. It's totally fraud. They also promised for 1000 cash coupon s every month . But it's totally fraud. I also want to file complaints against them.

                                Forced Membership
                                I had entered into Agreement with Likizo Services on 27th Sep 2018 based on assurances and offers explained to me for the Holiday Membership by paying Rs. 95000/-. For which i was assured that Rs. 15000/- will be debited immediately and balance Rs. 80000/- will be deducted as 36 Months EMI for Rs. 2333/- per month. Processing Fees and Interest charges on EMI will be borne by Likizo Services on basis of which i was asked to swipe my credit card twice, one for payment of Rs. 15000/- and 2nd for authorization of EMI. On reaching home after 2 hours of signing the agreement, i found that my credit card was debited for complete amount of Rs. 80000/- too.
                                I had immediately raised a complaint with SBI Credit Card (Complaint Ref. No. ############) and asked them to stop the payment and reversal of transaction, currently this is under investigation with SBI team.
                                On-going through company website of Likizo, i found there were no references even on their website for facilities which were offered to us before signing of agreement, most of the terms even are not mentioned in agreement and the welcome letter received next day from Likizo services. I had immediately raised my issues and complaint with Likizo for clarification, they replied but everything was answered diplomatically and terms changed. I am since then chasing them for cancelling of my membership and refunding back my Rs. 99000/-, but they are not acting on same. They are just asking me to avail services or visit office for discussion, but are not refunding back my amount. I had also raised the issue to MD of company Mr. Bhagwan Rohira through mail id registered with Registrar of Companies, but still no action has been initiated, so it seems even senior management of company too is involved in this and insisting team on forced membership to trapped customers. There is no escalation matrix in the company and every replied mail has a complete different response or mention of terms, this itself shows irregularities in company.                                 On reviewing the company reviews online at different websites, there are lot many complaints against the practices of this company and amount being debited in name of EMI. There are also court cases ongoing and FIRs against this company as mentioned by people in reviews. I have been asking for Tax Invoice and Payment Receipt of Rs. 99000/- since Day-1, but till date they are not ready to share the same. First amount is being debited by mis-guiding and further terms are changed to their convenience. Attaching PDF copy of all chain of mails shared with this company till date for your reference.

                                Request your help for registration of complaint against the company to get me back my Rs. 99000/- which have been charged by mis-guiding for transaction being swiped through my card and further mis-leading information for terms of membership. Also others can be made aware about malafide intentions of the company and its senior management from being duped in future.

                                After seeing my complaints every where, and also filing in consumer forum, a person named Bharat who was avoiding my calls before now suddenly called me himself and he is acting as if I cheated him with HIS money, which in fact is the other way round. He was just talking and not listening at all and I had to raise my voice and make him explain. He was avoiding my call and Amol was appointed to take care of it, and the only thing he had said was from Oct 1st enrollment will be done to which I specifically said I want my grievances resolved which I have emailed you before everything else, and apart from that I want it in email and this conversation was on Sat Sept 22, 2018. I never received that email instead I got a call from Bharath as he is pissed I posted complaints against them everywhere. He says, that they have discussed with management for approval, but I never got any confirmation regarding that nor email nor phone call, and I specifically said your are solving my grievance and you talk within closed doors without letting me know. He was just making an excuse as I have filed a complaint with consumer forum and complaints everywhere and suddenly out of the blue called me, which he was avoiding me till now. And the Amol who was supposed to send me an email is nowhere to been seen now.
                                I have also raised dispute with SBI and HDFC, and approached higher authorities about the same. I suggest you also don't just stick with the customer care and contact higher authorities asap.
                                One thing is for sure that only after you file a complaint with legal authorities and online, only then they call you otherwise they will avoid you. Imagine how their customer service will be going ahead as well.
                                They are total cheats. We have also been cheated by them and our amount of 55000 has been put in dispute by SBI Credit Card as soon as we raised an alarm against this fraud company # Likizo Services

                                The agreement which they have made us sign is not a registered agreement hence they do not stand any chance if legally challenged.
                                Today itself I have written to Navi Mumbai Commissioner of Police, as two days back I had complained about the same and today they asked me to send a detailed complaint with address which I have done.

                                It's been three weeks now, but they haven't resolved anything. Everytime I particular say to them that instead of phone call, I need in writing, in email proof, every details and specifics but they NEVER EVER provide me in email writing.
                                I have specifically four times on email told them to given me every specifics and details in email as it will be proof, and also told them on phone calls. They always say will email but they never email me the specifics and details, as they don't want to give it in writing.
                                Below is the 6th Email that I have sent them. They are just refusing to provide it in writing what I had asked for. They make false promises before and after the agreement is signed. Bharat, Amol, Sayed Hussain, Kapil all will force you, lie to you, and backtrack on their words and will also harass you if you file an official complaint against them.

                                This is to inform you that on September 27, 2018 I had a heated conversation with Bharat where I specifically AGAIN told him to give in writing through email all the specifics and details. These were the specific words of Bharath, "We won't call you again, we will email you and you will receive the email next". I have proof. Then on September 29, 2018 I again sent you an email, again reminding you that I want all the specifics and details in email not orally, but in written proof which you have not YET have done it which clearly shows you are trying to avoid that. I have clearly also said on September 27, 2018 that I won't take any calls because your customer service especially Bharat has no manners to talk and has no commitment or intention to solve the issue, he is a liar and I specifically told him when I was following up he never came on phone and when I raised and filed a complaint he calls me upfront. I am mentioning it again.

                                I have put five emails now asking for every specifics and details and also concrete implementation of the gym membership and the services that you talk about which you have not provided. Unless you don't provide me in writing through an email with all details no phone calls will be entertained. For the past two weeks I have continuously called and Bharat has refused to come on the phone even though he had promised in front of the police officer this will be resolved. You made me call you again and again and no resolution, after I make a official complaint you are doing all this drama but still no email which I had requested.

                                Please be rest assured, I am going to take every legal action there is possible against you. Every day you are defrauding people of their hard earned money.

                                  I have enrolled their program. They said 5 year of membership. Paid some amount which they said it would be emi. But actually they took all the money with actual transaction.
                                  Whatever they did in presentation was not mentioned correctly. And did brain wash and took all money without mentioning single things on agreement.

                                    I am also one of the members (Just joined in this month or fooled), they called on name of lucky draw winner, then given a presentation with an agreement on bond papers to sign which has not mentioned complete terms & conditions. There is no transparency of services mentioned & committed by representatives. They asked to pay 120000 for those services then i have bargains they offered it at 75000, i told that i can not pay in one time they told we charge you in 36 emi at 0% (No cost emi). Then they debited 75000 amount from my credit card and not able to give emi options.

                                      Hello,

                                      On September 14, I received a call from Sahil Mehta stating that I have won a lucky draw and will be eligible for 3 free gifts and that I need to be there either with my spouse or parents. It also mentioned that I need to attend a compulsory session of 60 minutes. After receiving the message when Sahil was contacted, I was informed that the session will be pertaining to information about the free gifts but instead they gave us a upsale. Zain Pavaskar was the executive who was assigned to us and Sayyed Hussain was his senior. Zain explained us about the hospitality and clubbing services they have. Once we calculated the per trip amount, it was same as the amount we would have invested and asked the point in joining their services. Sayyed and Zain confirmed us that they have tie ups with all 4 and 5 star hotels around the world and that 3 star is mentioned in their document as they will be providing accommodation in cities which might not have 4 and 5 star hotels and hence mentioned 3 to 5 star in document. Hotels like FourPoint, Grant Hayyat, Sentosa, Taj etc. were part of their list. They assured us that we will be provided with 4 and 5 star hotel options only if cities/countries have them. Countries like Pakistan and Bangladesh have no ties with them and hence they can't offer services in these 2 countries.

                                      There were list of attractions offered with the package we choose which was a studio package for 2 adults and 2 kids accommodation which included, Gym membership for 5 years with a gym of our choice near our residence. Upon asking questions on gym location and stuff they provided us with a list of gyms around our area and when we said we would like to join a gym named SAMARA Gym only on Palm beach road and nothing else, they said it will be done for 5 years. Sayyed and Zain were also mentioned about the yearly gym membership charges SAMARA charges and Sayyed calculated the cost as well of that. We had mentioned them its Rs. 40, 000 per couple without a personal trainer. They also mentioned about Summer camp for kids, dinner at an event once in 2 months, three times a year hall of our choice for small functions where food will be our cost rest everything including decoration will be paid by Likizo.

                                      Likizo also confirmed they will be helping us with forex services and and also VISA services. Though VISA is not part of their service but they can arrange someone for us for VISA. We were also offered pick up and drop and a guide who will also be the cab driver as part of our package with minimal travelling fare.

                                      Sayyed, Zain confirmed that the 1, 35, 000 chargeable from us will include all taxes including GST, Service tax etc. Likizo also confirmed that 25000 needs to be paid as deposit and remaining amount of RS.1, 10, 000 will be converted into 36 month EMI on 0% interest.

                                      Sayyed and Zain also assured a full refund if the services offered were not upto mark. Upon questioning about hotel availability and quality, they assured that we just need to pick a Location and date and that they will arrange hotel options for us. 7, 50, 000 4 to 5 star hotels have tie ups with Likizo with complimentary breakfast in all hotels and around 75% with complimentary dinner as well along with breakfast. We were informed that all hall and hotel bookings need to be sent 30 days prior for arrangements.

                                      After the agreement has been signed. These are the things that Likizo Services are backing out from now.

                                      1. Now they are saying they will give gym membership only with their tie-ups even after we had rejected it before signing the document. They had showed the list of gyms nearby my area and I had specifically said I don't want any of them and only Samara Gym is what I want which is near my area and they accepted it then, and are now disagreeing it after signing the agreement. Even in the agreement there is a mention of gym membership for 2 person for 5 years (charges included in the membership) they are backtracking on what's written on the agreement now.

                                      2. They said they will give six months voucher for Samara Gym after we mentioned the above point to them (after approval from management) and we can renew it after six months for again another six months. But this was never told to us before signing the agreement, this is something new that they are informing us now after signing the agreement. They are just create new terms and conditions according to their will and wish.

                                      3. Forex services are not provided. I specifically asked if you provide forex services and visa services. But now they are denying that they do not provide forex services.

                                      4. When the agreement was handed over, it was not notarized, any one entering into an agreement needs to be notarized for it to be legally binding.

                                      5. It was specifically said that 0% EMI, but they never said that the bank will charge us interest and the interest charged to us will be paid back by the company and didn't tell us how will they pay us back the interest to us that the bank has charged. This is severe breach of contract as we weren't informed about this and after signing the agreement they are telling about the interest charge, and payback of interest.

                                      6. It was promised if dissatisfied with services there will be a full refund but the agreement specifically says only 10% will be refunded to the client. This is total breach of trust and false promise.

                                      7. On September 24, you couriered us a user guide which has terms and conditions which are different (on few points) than the agreement. You have forcefully in bold letters applied in the user guide that if gym membership is not utilized in a year it will be lapsed which you have not mentioned in your agreement and also we have specifically told you to give the entire five years membership together as that's included in the membership and you are not ready to give that as well. This shows you are purposefully amending the terms and conditions according to your will and wish even after signing the agreement. This amounts to gross breach of contract and trust.
                                      We were given false promises before agreement signing and they are back tracking on their words and revealing different things after signing the agreement.

                                      We approached the NRI Police Station on September 15, 2018 and the police officer has on signed and stamped on the agreement about the same and we were specifically guaranteed by Likizo Services that the issue will be resolved within five days and also will email about the same which hasn't been done yet and the only thing that they keep saying is the email has been forwarded.

                                      There is no term in any legal govt circular where a merchant is not liable for refund for the product/services he sells. . This is a fraud company and we are filing a legal case as well.

                                      Mr. Bharat is a liar himself. I specifically told him no phone calls will be entertained unless email with specifics is provided to me and he said you will receive an email next which I never received. They said they had a meeting with management, but they can't provide it in writing through email. Here is the last email that I had sent them.

                                        The senior manager of @ likizo services asked me to pay rs 5, 000 as down payment and remaining amount (50000) would get deducted as rs 5000 emi from our account but to our surprise they took all 55, 000 from our account (5, 000 and 50000 from credit)

                                        I feel they are just trying to lure people by spinning a web of words. I do not find them trustworthy, they do not respond to your calls and even if they pick the call they just give the set answer that ‘come to our office and discuss.’ at this point i feel cheated by the entire team. I do not want to continue with the deal anymore and would like my entire money back.

                                        They keep quoting that money is non refundable. It is my money and if i am not interested how can a company say that it is non refundable. I have decided to expose the entire team that they are cheats and one should not do any transaction with them.

                                        You should have never used your debit card. For credit card please immediately raise chargeback dispute, and also write to the nodal officer of the respected bank for credit card fraud.
