Hi, my name is ‘yogesh hule’. I got into a membership with ‘likizo services private limited’ on 20th oct. 2018 (Refer agreement copy).
It all started when archana hule (Wife) & i were given a contest coupon at reliance fresh mall, belapur - navi mumbai and then were invited (Likizo) to their belapur office address for a free voucher worth ₹40, 000, other gifts like dinner set, spa voucher etc..

On reaching there, we were made to sit in a room with round tables and loud music along with a sales lady ‘shraddha jadhav’ (Sr. Manager, likizo) who claimed us for 5-star hotels stay with so many other offerings like 60 complementary dinners (1 per month, total 60 in 5 years), banquet hall 2/3 times in a year, gym membership for 5 years, yoga membership for 5 years, summer camp passes, special event passes etc.
During presentation, they used a book with 5 star properties like hotel taj, oberai, hilton, fariyas etc, making us attract to enroll into a membership with them with total cost of ₹1, 15, 000 (₹80, 000-membership fees and ₹35, 000 maintenance charge). Since my paying capacity was only ₹40, 000 that time, i paid all i had (₹40, 000) using my icici bank debit card (Refer payment notification attachment) and remaining money they told me to pay in emi with 0% interest.
Now, when i gave them a service request through customer services mail on date 18 nov.2018 to book hotel fariyas-lonawala for date 16 & 17 dec.2018 (Refer mail communication attachment) for stay, they suggested other properties which are available at 1, 500 to 2, 000 inr (Source data: trivago, trip advisor). Then i called them and told them that property which i have suggested (Fariyas-lonawala) is available on requested date and also shown by your sales person during presentation then why you are not booking it. Then they told that they will suggest the properties and we have to choose from them only.
Then in another mail communication i asked to book hotel taj-mumbai in upcoming 1/2 month. They initially hesitated and upon reminding them that they have shown this hotel during their presentation and based on that only i have signed the agreement, then they told they need minimum 90 days to do booking of such hotels and booking may get cancelled if walking customers demand is high at that period. As per agreement copy they need 30 days – 45 days for booking and now they are asking 90 days and that too with no confirm booking status.
After doing research on them, it is found that this is a fraud company and all commitments are fake and they have cheated many such innocent people. Number of complaint filed against them in nri police station-belapur, baner police station-pune etc. It’s a shame that these people show so much amazing things that make a customer pay blindly and then they cheat like this.
Also, its a humble request to all reputed malls (Reliance fresh, seawoods grand central mall) that, do not have tie ups with such companies (Likizo services private limited) to do business and make people lose their hard earned money in 1 hour presentation.
I appeal through ‘consumer complaint forum’ to take strict action on them (Likizo services private limited) so that they will not deceive innocent people anymore.
I have attached required proofs for reference and hoping to get a refund of ₹40, 000 as soon as possible!!

Please refund my money likizo services all communication false and highly force and already mail communications but not proper response so please refund my amount. Make me free urgent basis already request but same answer higher authority sent fraud company likizo services incident-.1. Please band this likizo services. Cbd belapur and pune. Please refund my all amount urgent basis already request. Daliy sent mail same answer higher authority what this ceap company likizo services.

I had initiated payment of rs.80000/- saying that it will get converted into emi but it was directly credited to my credit card in one stroke itself. Please it is not trust worthy anymore hence please refund my money back as early as possible.
Please keep the promises what you do. This is not correct we do not pay you the money which is earned in a simple way it is paid to you which is hard earned. Please pay my money back.

People from likizo have called me about some offer and i went to them and they explained me about their services but when they provided agreement to sign in which all the term and conditions is not there whatever they explained to me and i signed that agreement and paid 125000 rs but right now when i went through many sites found these people are fraud.

Please help me to get my money back.

We took the membership in august 2018 and since one month are trying to make a booking but they did not succeed in providing us with a hotel booking in the last 4 or 5 weeks

It is important that we join hands together and approach them legally correct way to get our money back

Hi, my name is sahil. I got into a membership with likizo services on may 20, 2018. My membership no. Is lsm-992.

It all started when henali & i were given a contest coupon at seawoods grand central mall and then were invited by likizo to their belapur office address for a free voucher worth 40, 000rs.

On reaching there, we were made to sit in a room with round tables and loud music along with a salesperson who claimed us for 5-star hotels stay and gave a lot of false promises hereby, making us attract to enroll into enter a membership with them.


Since my paying capacity was only ₹64, 000 that time, i paid all i had. After doing research on them that it is a fake company and all commitments are fake, i immediately asked them for a refund. That time they disclosed that its a total non-refundable agreement which we had signed in hurry at the time of presentation due to the smart salesman (Kedar bhillare) tricking us.

Somehow with the help of seawood central marketing team (Promotion. [protected]@nexusmalls.com) putting pressure on them, i managed to get ₹34, 000 back from likizo company and for the rest ₹30, 000 they said to use their services for 6 nights and i agreed to give them a chance (Said by sam & amol). My biggest mistake which i did. It basically means (30, 000/6=5000rs per night spending for a stay at a hotel)


Now when i gave them a service request to book a 5-star hotel for my stay, they said its not possible as in the terms and conditions we have mentioned 3-5 star properties. I said give me dates when they have only 5-star hotels available, they said it’s not possible as my membership is only of ₹30, 000 now and we cannot give you 5-star properties (Conversation with bharat lot & shahrukh khan).in their presentation, they used a book with only 5 star properties like taj lands end, radisson blu, etc which was all a lie.

They gave me options of hotels worth ₹2500 of 3-4 star average ratings (Sources of comparison - makemytrip, trivago etc). When a customer can avail such low profile hotels at a lesser cost than ₹5000rs (As per night agreement with likizo), i am sure that i have been cheated and this company does not have any 5-star properties in reality. When i again approached seawoods team for help, they raised their hands saying we cannot do anything anymore and hence i had to come to consumer complaint for help.


It’s a shame that these people show so much amazing things that make a customer pay blindly, and then they cheat/fraud like this.
Also, it’s a suggestion that such reputed malls do not have tie ups with such companies like likizo to do business and make people lose their hard earned lakhs of money in a 1-2 hour presentation. I have attached the required proofs for reference.


I am also requesting this to not be marked as resolved unless i do it myself after receiving my ₹30, 000. As if you search for likizo services pvt. Ltd. Complaints on google or consumer forums, half of them are falsely marked as resolved by likizo itself and the consumer has put complaint against that also. hoping to get a refund as soon as possible. Please help.

I was assured that rs. 60, 000/- will be debited immediately, and the interest will be paid by them every month of 2062/-. Last 2 months it is not transfering the same.

As i called support desk and thay just replied me that thay have forwarded to complaint to higher authority and still m calling but no update from them very bad for investment in likizo services. (Every day call sent higher authority) wrong commitment all likizo services staff. Credit card payment increase% so all refund my amount urgent basis all ready follow up but every call same answer higher authority. Please urgent basis do and make me free.

I have take the membership of likizoservices pvt ltd they have asked me to pay 125000 rs as 100000 will decducted as emi and balance 25000 will pay later but they have decducted 15000 amt as well. I have called them multiples time but no reply from there end they are not at all trust worthy at all last six month i am getting lot of pain and unsuccessful commitment they not give any type of services hence i want my whole amount get back.
I have requested them to cancelled my membership but they said this is non-refundable amount. As i believe and my knowledge government not circulate any term there is no money refundable.
Sincerely i need your help to get my money back.

They calling customer by lucky draw vouchers and approching at baner office come and take gifts.
When you reach at baner office they took your mobile phone and switch off it. Then they forcly sell tour package. If you refused they abused to you.

I also gone through this process on this oct 2018. And now i am requesting them to refund my rs. 25000/- which was they took from my sbi credit card on promise that it take in emi of monthly rs. 700/- for 36 month.

But they took total amount at one time. And likizo staff also behaving rudely and abusing if i called them for refund.

We have taken a membership with 57500.as i have read in many complaints against this company...they we're going to take money in 18 installments...but the full amt was .taken at one go...now we are trying to make them book the 4 and 5 star hotels as promised by then for our trip to Rajasthan from one month...till now they have not done so...they are harassing us...not picking our calls...would like our money back asap...as this company is fake.

I paid 1.5 lac on 3rd march 2018. I was promised for 5 year couple gym membership in gold or talwalkar gyms or equivalent quality gyms plus 7 days of holidays in 4atar n 5 star hotels. The broschure showed all top hotels which were promised but till date not got a single service from these people:their manager mr rahul gahlot said interest free emi is given from our side for that amount, he swiped our 3 credit cards for sum total of 1.2lac approx and said this will be converted into interest free emi. Rest all money we paid in cash. But after a month v got total bill of 1.2 lacs in our cc statement. They never converted to emi. These likizo people later said you convert it into emi we will give you the interest amount every month. Till date i’m paying the emi but i haven’t recieved a single service. They offer third grade hotels and gyms for membership. If they had never promised for what they said i wouldn’t have invested my money. Im a club mahindra member, they take big membership amount but they deliver wat they promise n kept all transparency about the payments.8 months i’m callinh them nobody responds. Now when i asked for my money back that too they not giving. Why should i pay emi with interst for 1.2 lac with no service. And if i want hotel booking they still asking me to pay 3.5k amc money first then only they will give me booking. These people are fraud

Likizo services office address at no.412, 413, vtimes square, 4 the floor, sec -15, palm beach road, cbd belapur navi mumbai (Contact number: [protected], [protected], [protected]) is a group of frauds. They take customers inside a room where they have jammers installed and restrict customers from using their phones. The offers said and presented by them is so lucrative that people fall a prey for this. And they say that if you want to avail the offer you have to register now only. People get trapped as they can’t call anyone from there since there is no network available there at that time. This is against business ethics and unlawful. The agreements signed are unethical as all services providers are obligated to refund amounts if services are not used. They simple mentioned that their fee is nonrefundable. If they mention it its unlawful and amounts to fraud and cheating. If i haven’t used any services or products how can i be charged for it?
Every time i had called them they do not have any concrete update. All they have done is the false commit commitments and false promises. They do not stick to whatever they had told. There is no concrete plan and nothing is transparent. They are changing their statement every time. Also they have told that that it’s 9 years old organization. Later i came to now that it’s just 1 year old. Earlier they agreed to pay all 5 years amc charges but now they have changed the commitment.
Strict action should b taken against this company. It's a completely fraud company. They say something else during their presentation and when it comes to fulfilling it they come up with new terms and conditions denying the same commitments. They are just cheating all even senior citizens are seen crying at their office for refund of money. I had come to know through many persons that they are running this fraud business and taking people’s hard earned money.
Now my only grievance is that they are not refunding my money. I want my money back as i had not used any of their service or products.

The big cheat company looting people under the name of holiday packed... For god sake do not invest money in this.

They had physically harmed to my friend and his wife. Currently the matter is in police station. Incident took place on 25.10.2018. They are selling thier service and this people dont know how to treat, attend people. Low profile staff.

My suggestion please for god sake dont invest in this. It is a fraud and cheater company.

As company to pay 5000rs down payment and remaining amount 94, 000/ra will get deducted as emi from your account but they took all amount 99000/ from my account 5, 000 from debit and 94, 000 from credit.

So at this point i felt they are not trustable at all and hence i want my all money back.

Even after this that are saying that money is non refundable. And as per my knowledge there is no any term refundable as govt circular.

Need your help to get my money back. Its urgent basis.

Dear all,

We had paid inr 30k to likizo services for holiday and club packages out of 60k we had to pay.

Since day 1, they never provided any services.
We had asked them to send us online payment link to pay balance 40k but they denied saying come to office to swipe your card.

They wouldn't send a link because they cannot protect themselves against their frauds that way.

Seeking help to get refund of 30k.

This company needs to close down.

Likizo service is a complete fraud company. Thye called me one day and said that i have won a prize and told me and my husband to come to baner and there they sold us a holiday plan of 65000. They have debited 10, 000 from my debit card as down payment and 55000 from my credit card. They told me that it will be converted into emi. But when i called the bank they told me that they have taken the whole amount.

I have tried booking hotels also but everytime they gave me some excuse.

The bill they have given us do not have tin no and there was no tax deducted which shows that they are not even registered under government and they are fraud.

Now i want my money back and want to sue this fraud company. They are fooling everyone in mumbai and pune and they have duped lakhs of money from common people.

I will file fir against them if they will not return my money.

I received a call from company for winning a price in a lucky draw. I refused but they keep on calling me. I went there on their baner address and they took my 15000rs as a down payment. But 8 realised that it is not trustable. Please can you help me to get my money back.15000 is a really a big amount for me. Please help.
They are easily brain washing peoples by saying they are giving so many offers. But at the end when you actually pay the money they gives us a bond papers and in that its all different. That time we come to know we are trapped now and our money is wasted. Please sir i really want your help to get my money back.
